"If you weren’t specifically looking for Vinnie's on the Upper East Side, you might miss it (although there's also a Williamsburg location). With the interior being a tight space with only two-top tables, most people take their slices to go. If you enjoy a generous amount of cheese on your pizza slice, you’ll find it here at Vinnie's, bubbling and browned, with crust light as air. Slices to go for include the eggplant parmesan, topped with fried eggplant and generous pillows of creamy ricotta cheese. The pepperoni and sausage slice is filled with small bite-sized sausage coins, making it easy to get a meat-filled bite in every mouthful. This was my first time here. They accept credit cards and have tap to pay. I had a slice of the Buffalo Chicken and a slice of the Baked Ziti pizza. I wanted to like it, but I wasn’t impressed. The Buffalo Chicken pizza didn’t have much of a buffalo flavor, and there was this weird brownish sauce on it. The Ziti was dry and tough. We went late on a weeknight, so I’m wondering if it just wasn’t fresh, but it didn’t taste very good. The crust was also dry and tough. There are other better pizza places close to here.

The pizza we got was at lunch time - it was so fresh it was a delight to eat. We decided that it was the the sauce and the fresh mozzarella together on the a crush that was cooked perfectly.

Very average pizza place. Pizza doesn’t look appetizing at the front, but it becomes passable once heated. Cheese slices were $3.75 each which is much more than most slice spots. Lunch special from 11am-5pm is $7 for 2 slices and a can of soda.

Quintessential NY pizzeria! A yummy, deliciously thin crust ( but good size) with tangy sauce, gooey cheese & a perfect slightly blackened crispy crust. The Very clean inside and the Portuguese torch singer playing softly in the background made this quick dash in -on a cold grey day, a delight! Id add pictures but we both gobbled it up so you just have to trust my fully belly ! 2 slice lunch special well worth it !

I've ordered takeout from here a few times but never been in person. The baked ziti is very indulgent but good, and I also like the desserts. The bianca slice wasn't my favorite but I think that has more to do with my personal tastes than the quality.

I had an amazing experience at Vinny's Pizza! As someone who was craving that authentic New York style pizza, I was thrilled to finally find it here. The flavors and textures were spot-on, giving me the true New York pizza experience I was looking for. I couldn't resist ordering another slice, and I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a genuine and delicious pizza adventure.

Great for a quick bite & a true NYC slice. Great deal: 2 slices & a soda for $5(+ tax), so it comes to $5.50 ... I initially thought it was false advertising on their sign outside but the +tax is written small :-) Cute indoor atmosphere & I loved the owner/staff! Slice had a nice crispy bottom, good cheese to sauce ratio with a classic NYC flavor.

Cute little pizza shop with brick walls and New York feel. They have all different pies and more on the menu. I live a block away and have eaten here numerous times.. never have been disappointed. They stay open late!! My favorite is the margarita pizza.
