Ok guys, I know what you're thinking. Werent you just at the Capital grille? Yes, but the other night I met Vinnie's. Next time I meet Vinnie, I'm bringing Amanda. So she can see how great I was treated the other night.
I started off with a honeydew cocktail. Yo, it was packed with alcohol, I felt tipsy after one drink. That's how you know, you're getting what you paid for. I started off my appetizer with beer battered onion rings, and their famous crab dip. Now, I know why this crab dip is famous. It was so creamy and delicious. I could eat a whole pot. I had so many leftovers, and they were just as good the next day. I ordered their burrata salad, which is my favorite salad ever. The mozzarella was delicious, I only had one thing to say about this. The tomato ratio was higher than the cheese. And we all know how much I hold cheese dear to my heart. So, I wish the slices were a tad bigger, but nothing to complain about. For my entree, I had the queen filet, ordered medium rare. This was perfect. The steak was finely seasoned, I felt like salt bae personally seasoned that steak, that's how good it was. OH AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE MAC AND CHEESE. That was perfectly crusted, cooked, and served. I would go to Vinnie's just for a side of Mac and cheese. You need to try it because you'll feel so good eating it. Also, our waiter was so nice and kind. I mentioned to him about how much I love crème brûlée, and he gave me one for free for celebration. That made me personally want to go back into the kitchen, throw a chef hat on, and get to work. I couldn't have asked for better service. Honestly, Vinnies did me so right, and I will definitely be back soon, with Amanda of course. Because this is a fine dining experience if you ever asked for one. Make an RSVP for Vinnie's right now.
