I love this place at Lake Las Vegas❤️ A great place to enjoy a glass of wine and listen to great music!! The owners and staff are friendly and welcoming and the crowd is amazing!! Everyone is up dancing and having a good time. And extra Props to these 2 talented musicians for performing in the heat!! 6pm to 9 Fri, Sat and Sunday The only drawback is no real food options,.... except a charcuterie board that is a bit over priced, and the self-serve wine is expensive BUT I still loved it and def recommend.

Great fun, unfortunately the kitchen was not open on our visit. The Van Such / Corro Band is great, they play Friday and Saturday evenings.

We had a great time! We read about the jazz on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. We went on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday! We had the best time! Tell Candice the couple from Hawaii say Aloha!

As a previous owner of Vino, I am appalled at the new manager who is blatantly homophobic. These are not the values that we instilled in the past. Vino should be a safe place for all walks of life to come and listen to great music and enjoy friendships. Too bad the current owner is okay with this behavior. So many other places to go. Think about it. What are your thoughts on this type of behavior?

Google
Hands-down one of the best places to find live music on the hotel's property. We had a very enjoyable night here and were able to sit outside on the patio. The music was very good with a live saxophonist and they even took requests. We were also happy to hear they had Meiomi wine. I enjoyed a glass of prosecco. The wait staff was very attentive and checked on us often. We would visit here again if we were staying at the hotel.

Great place with fantastic new owners!!! Stop in for yummy pupus (appetizers), delicious wine, and super fun live music and dancing!!!

Absolutely refreshing music, location, atmosphere is rejuvenating. Servers are top notch in customer care. Can't wait for next experience. High fives to Ken and his wonderful team!

Yelp
Love the atmosphere and self serve wine station! You purchase a wine card and have your choice of 3 sized pours from the station. This is a great and unique business at Lake Las Vegas. It's only open Friday- Sunday, with live music starting at 6:30 nightly. Derrick Cordero and David Van Such are the musicians. During performances, a $10 minimum for seated customers is required. New hours are Fri-Sat 5-10, and football Sundays 1-10. They have outdoor seating as well, and charcuterie platters and other food such as bruschetta, and meatballs with bread can be purchased to complement your wine. A new menu now has cocktails (espresso martini, margarita, rum punch, etc) as well as beer & seltzers.

Yelp
Vino Del Lago itself isn't that bad of a spot, in fact, it's quite great. It's in a nice location, has a great patio, live music, dancing, and a bunch of different self-serve wines (though the wines are quite pricey). What really brings the score down for me is their staff. It has been quite awhile since I've been in a place and felt judged and like I didn't belong. Upon entering, the place was already pretty crowded which was awesome, my party, though rather large, does not mind standing (we really only wanted to have one drink and then head out). Turns out there is either a two drink minimum or you have to pay a $20 (don't quote me on this price) cover charge. When we were told this by the bartender, he was very rude and snooty. I'm not sure if it was just because of his personality or because we were about 35 years younger than the rest of the crowd but it was definitely a weird vibe we were getting from him. We found a table outside and as my guests started to arrive (mind you we did have a lot), some went and grabbed drinks while others just sat with us. The two drink minimum was told to some of my guests and not to others so we just figured because we had such a large group and were ordering more than the minimum overall, they just waived the rule. Nope, they ended up kicking out four of my guests (like wouldn't even let them just sit with us) while letting others stay. We ended up finishing our drinks then and there and just leaving. I definitely will not be returning to this establishment nor will I be recommending it to anyone.

Yelp
Great music lounge. For those non-wine drinkers, they have a great selection of fruit juice as well. Bit of an update for their hours... Music is until 9 PM and they are open until 10 pm. The 2-man band is very talented and adept at multiple pop and R&B covers - and they definitely know how to work the crowd. The service is amazing and friendly as well as the very welcoming owner. Per food wise it would be nice to have more options but they have a great charcuterie board!

Lori W.

Yelp
Vino! We haven't been here in probably 2 years and we are locals. Why not? Reasons. We knew that Vino was recently under new ownership and new management. Our thought was to give it another try. And besides, Dave and Derek were performing. We love those guys! So very glad we stopped in. We had the best evening! Sipping fabulous wines, listening to outstanding music and vocals, attentive, kind, and friendly staff. This is what an upscale wine lounge should be. Like it was when Vino first opened years ago. Chin chin to the new owners and their team. Well done, we'll done indeed.

Yelp
This place was a really fun discovery! We arrived at first with the intent to have a tapas dinner, because a sign mentioned tapas, but this is actually a wine bar with just a charcuterie board for some munching. So we sat back and enjoyed the live music. One man played congo drums and sang, while another grooved with a sax. The whole scene was lively with lots of dancing and laughter. The fun thing is they have the wine on tap, so you fill a wine card with an amount you'd like to spens and then use that card to pay for and select your wine. Press a button for a 2 oz, 4 oz, or 6 oz pour, and voila! Sit back and enjoy.

Erik T.

Yelp
Fantastic place to hangout and drink wonderful wine and hear amazing music. Highly recommend stopping in next time out in Lake Las Vegas.

Lydia C.

Yelp
My friend and I had a great time catching up and tasting the wine. I love the self serve style. We could taste all different varieties. I wish the food menu was a little bigger but this was my fault for not checking ahead. This place is great for date night or a girls night out! The live music was great too.

Yelp
I've had Vino Del Lago on my list for awhile. Unfortunately, they came onto my radar while I was pregnant so it delayed my ability to check them out. Right now the hours are limited. They are only open Friday through Sunday. They often have live music on their patio area. Check Instagram for the latest updates to their operating hours and live music hours. They are located in The Village at Lake Las Vegas. The indoor seating area isn't huge, but they have plenty of outdoor seating with heaters. One wall of the wine bar slides open so being inside still gives the feel of being inside. The cool part about this wine bar is that they have wine machines so you can self serve. You just load a card that they provide with money, pop it into the machine, and select which wine to pour. You choose 2, 4, or 6 ounces. The pricing is listed above each option. Each time you put your card into the machine it shows your balance so you always know what you have left. There are 24 white and red wines to choose from with one dessert wine option. I recognized all of the wines from the grocery store or wine shops. I enjoyed trying wines that are easy to find at the store. All five wines I tried were good too! I enjoy snacks with wine and Vino Del Lago has a nice little food menu. The Small Cheese and Charcuterie plus Bread Basket was perfect with my wine. It had a nice little mix of goodies. This would be a great spot to enjoy wine when the weather warms up. There are several restaurants nearby if you are looking for a meal before or after enjoying your wine.

Yelp
This place is awesome, they have live jazz music on the weekends and those guys are absolutely amazing. They will entertain you like no other. Great food and drinks as well.

Yelp
Vino del lago!!! I love the way the name just rolls off the tongue. This place offered a great experience on a Friday night in beautiful lake Las Vegas. On the weekends This place offers a very intimate speak easy jazz experience. It has an amazing Open self serve wine bar... yes it's pricey... but you get what you pay for and, it's worth every penny!!! I took my father here for a surprise on his birthday...and boy was he surprised! The music was amazing a,two man band that plays any of your favorite song request and they put on a good show to go with it and, to mention they are very engaging with the audience. This is definitely a place you can let your hair down...if you are bald like me it, makes you feel like you have hair...let it down anyway! This place is extremely fun and I do recommend it if you have not been...I haven't seen my father Dane in years, but Friday night he got down after a good glass of wine and a tasty appetizer...he owned the dance floor with his cane in hand and did the two step. Vino del lago a round of applause to you for hosting such a good time and giving our family a great experience...we will definitely be back to let our hair down and get jiggy on that dance floor! Sooo 5 red and white yelping stars for you vino del lago!!!

Yelp
I attended a conference at Lake Las Vegas. I found this place in the process. It's a great wine bar with an excellent selection. They also offer nice small bites style plates. Visiting on a Friday night we were treated to live music from a good duo. Playing a great mix of music, we ended up dancing. We had a great time. When we return to this area, this will be a place we return to. It's far more civilized than much of what we have encountered on the strip. The servers are warm and friendly too. As such, if you want a place where you can enjoy good wine, good music and good company. This is it. It's definitely a locals spot that offers a great vibe and open arms to visitors.

Arika G.

Yelp
Visited this super cute wine bar located in Lake Las Vegas. Came here with family on a Friday night and enjoyed some wine and live music outside. Although it was chilly out, there were heaters throughout the patio area, which was nice. The owners were the sweetest and very welcoming. There is an option of a self serve wine bar where you load money to a card and you pick your glass oz, and it dispenses for you. It was a nice experience and comes in handy when the bar area gets busy. The live music were two gentlemen who played a variety of songs, which we enjoyed very much. I will definitely be returning here when in the area.

Luieg G.

Yelp
Food is only a charcuterie board Service is very slow Music is great! Will go back when we can afford to, but for the cost just might hit the strip instead.

Fred T.

Yelp
VDL is a wine bar located within the Lake Las Vegas complex. There is limited food but a good selection of wines and other beverages. Unfortunately our guest who took us there did not inform us of what to expect with regards to the basic food being Charcuterie style. We were there to hear the jazz band "high altitude" perform. They were very good and offered a selection of smooth jazz stylings. There is a $20 charge minimum per person which you must purchase up to that amount.

Bernice P.

Yelp
Love this place! I'm a huge fan of live music and wine, so I was super excited to check this place out! I got a Groupon for $50 towards a wine card, but since they're not doing the self serving wine dispenser at the moment, they just deducted $50 from our bill. We ordered the prosciutto flat bread, the small charcuterie board, and ordered a bottle of sparkling wine. The flatbread was my favorite, so I highly recommend ordering it! They have seating in an outdoor patio area where you can watch the band while also enjoying the beautiful weather. The two performers were amazing! They were very lively and enthusiastic. They made everyone feel welcomed and made sure you were having a good time. Service was a little slow, but other than that, this is the perfect place for a date night or nice weekend out with friends!

Yelp
This place has a lovely welcoming atmosphere and my espresso martini was great too! They have the option of self-selection wine pours so you could design your own wine tasting. I had the chance to mingle with the owner who also introduced me to a new favorite white wine! A must stop if you're visiting lake Las Vegas!

Lisa H.

Yelp
Good wine, maybe sometimes too loud but I love it! The location is ok. Prices ok. What else?

Alex C.

Yelp
Super cute! Came here with a group of friends and it was wonderful. They have live music and a really cute patio to hang out on. We were in a shaded area but there was also sunny parts. The wine list has something for everyone.

Anna S.

Yelp
Out with the sweetie for the first time since the pandemic shut down. I've been here before, but let's face it, nothing will ever be exactly the same; it never really is. I digress, here we sit - it's a double date , listening to the energetic, heart-thumping duet of David Van Such & Derrick Cordero. Haven't heard a sax blow like that since the 5th Amendment (hole in the wall in Oakland, Ca.) I would be downright happy if it weren't for the fact we can't dance yet (safety precautions). As for the bar, be prepared to pay top dollar, but we get it, you have to make up for lost bar tab. I'll prob be back. Overall experience:

Yelp
My girlfriend and I were asked to leave by the owner because we came through the wrong entrance. When question if he really wanted us to go back and come around the other way he told us to just leave. Great way to do business! Never again will visit.

Amy K.

Yelp
Such a fantastic place! Great wine selection, charcuterie was quite good, and the band was just fantastic. Seriously, such a fun time!

Yelp
Traveling on business and looking for a relaxing evening. My travel partner and I passed by this wonderful Jazz Club. The new owner invited us return on Saturday night. The music was fantastic and the atmosphere was so inviting. Everyone was kind and friendly and we really appreciated it. Looking forward to going back. Eric, the new owner, invited us to stop by again.

Yelp
In an attempt to support my local community I have frequented his business. I actually like the decor and a singer there, Habaka, has really touched my ears and heart. Habaka was not singing for a while because she was on tour in Italy. I didn't come in during that time and then for a while after I was traveling and got out of the habit of coming in. Seeing Habaka's updates in Instagram I came in again two weeks ago. The waitress, Melissa, said to me, "I haven't seen you for so long!" My reply was, "That's because Habaka wasn't here." When she said it I was in mid sentence speaking to my husband. She didn't say anything else and I just continued the conversation with him. I return again tonight and sit down in front of the same waitress. I asked her for a particular beer that they apparently don't sell any longer. I was like, "What happened?" She said no one was drinking it. Okay. I also asked for Prosecco. They didn't have that. I finally ordered a small champagne and cranberry juice. I also ordered almonds and other items for my husband. I had more interaction with her this time because I actually enjoyed being served by her the last time I was there. I would not have sat down at the bar in front of her if I thought she and I had issues. I went outside to speak with another customer that I am friendly with. We were in the middle of a conversation when I was approached by the management/owner, Teri. She told me not to be rude to the waitress. I was incredibly confused because I had just placed my order and ran outside to talk to someone else. I was trying to figure out what happened and she continued to tell me I can't do this because she doesn't pay them enough. I'm just thinking, "What is she talking about?" Finally she told me that the LAST time I was there I was rude to the waitress. Insert the above conversation about Habaka. I asked her how is that being rude? Seriously! The owner would not allow me to speak and did not approach the situation professionally. I asked her if I could actually tell her the conversation (seriously, it was two sentences). She would have been better off asking me to step to the side so that we could speak. I would have preferred if she asked me about my last visit. Instead she told me what happened when she wasn't even there. She could have compared notes with what she heard from the waitress. Was it the same conversation? Or did she just take her word for it without evaluating whether or not a customers reply is in fact "rude". I am never rude. I was to the point in that moment but there was nothing else to say. This was why I had not been in. Nonetheless, customers around us started trailing off because she was being so loud. I told her that her tone and the fact that she would not listening to me were unprofessional. She still continued on saying how she had had me there to sell my beauty products before. I said, "Yes, and I have visited your business many times and I've never been rude." She wouldn't listen to me. She kept repeating that she doesn't pay her enough to be treated "that way". I couldn't tolerate the drama anymore so I walked in and got my husband. We paid the bill and left. Never again will I come here. It was hard enough dragging my husband here anyway. He has not wanted to come here for months and I force him to do so. I begged him to come with me because I will not sit in a drinking establishment alone. Perhaps the fact that she doesn't pay her waitress enough is why she isn't happy and thinks people are rude. I can't say. I know this much. Many people have complained about management here and I've tried to overlook it and still support. Last December I mentioned to Teri about how much I liked one of her waitresses. She didn't seem to know who I was taking about. I described the lady. She told me that she didn't work there anymore because she had a drinking problem. I was so surprised that she would say something like this. Especially when I was complimenting this woman. Why didn't she just let her leave quietly and not say such things? I should have walked away at that time. I know better now. Habaka sings at many other places and that is where I will see her. This is very sad for our community because we need nice places to go that are drama free. Something isn't right here. I don't know what it going on, but I don't do drama. I won't be around it especially when there are so many other places to drink wine. I truly hope this business has a turn around. Gossip and negativity will surely cause another place at Lake Las Vegas to close down.

Jim W.

Yelp
This place is sooo much fun! My beautiful girlfriend and I walked by here a few times while strolling through Lake Las Vegas and always wanted to check it out. So glad we did! So let's start with the wine! By the way it's a wine bar! Lol! There is an actual bar, but you can also self pour! There are 3 or 4 refrigerated wine dispensers with a wide selection of whites and reds. The dispensers are activated by a debit card. You can't use your own though. You open an account and they give you the card. They recommend starting with $30. The amount was perfect for me and my girlfriend. Once you have the card, you grab a glass and choose one of the many wines. They have a very good selection! You have the option of pouring yourself a taste, a half of a glass or a full glass. Each pour is priced accordingly. So, we had our own little wine tasting! I absolutely love the concept! Now on to the interior. Small but very comfortable! The interior looks new as well! Very classy place! Not stuffy at all either! The seating is extremely comfortable! There are accordion doors that open up to a very nice patio with outdoor seating. Finally there is a small stage for entertainment. So let's talk about the outdoor seating! The patio is lovely, but no one was using it. My guess is that is was just a bit chilly, and no heat lamps or fire pits! Maybe a good suggestion. The only food they serve is a small selection of appetizers! Good way to keep it simple! There are plenty of restaurants just steps away if you want a meal before enjoying a glass of wine! Oh... the entertainment was incredible! It was a jazz band! The guitarist was phenomenal. The sax player was soooo incredibly talented! The percussionist was totally amazing and the singer had one of the best voices I've ever heard! How is this band not famous and touring the world! Okay maybe they are! Anyway this one visit makes me want to own a wine bar! I think that says it all! Check it out ladies and gentlemen.

Yelp
I finally had an opportunity to visit this spot in Lake Las Vegas with a girlfriend. Wasn't sure what to expect but was looking forward to trying some different wines they keep on tap. Due to Covid they had to serve the wines but normally it's a self serve option, understandable. I was surprised by the prices on the menu. I've been to plenty of wine tastings but some 2oz pours were close to $10 each and most 4oz wines ranges around $15-20. I felt that was a bit steep especially since the menu wasn't super description on the wines and what regions they were from. I questioned about what blend some of the reds were labeled "red blend" and the waitress honestly told me she had no idea. I was a bit taken back being this is a wine bar and I would hope the help had some interest in what wine is being served. Luckily my Cabernets I selected were delicious but I would of liked to have more detail! I definitely believe this needs an improvement before I decide to visit again. I would love to see a wine tasting menu where the location selects 4-5 wines to taste at a set rate. That would of been a nice option since the self serve option is not available due to Covid. I shared the small size cheese and meat board and that had a great selection of mild cheeses and salami. Plenty of crackers and bread. We loved the honey addition! As far as the live music, it's nice but I thought it was a bit too loud. I couldn't have a decent conversation with my friend and by the time the music was over, the entire place cleared out and they were getting ready to close. I would rate this place a 3.5, if I had the option but I'll give them a 4 because I know with Covid a lot of restrictions and rules are in place.

Jeff S.

Yelp
Update: Vino Del Lago has made some changes and now is a great place to visit for fun, drinks and a good time.

Crystal S.

Yelp
Music on the patio was delightful. Wine was delicious and adding friends was divine! Can't wait to go back.

J R.

Yelp
I am so happy I wasn't deterred by the two related thesis length negative reviews. The establishment was comfortable and the service was excellent. We found the server to be helpful and kind. The owner was extraordinarily warm and genuine. We had a conversation about wine and we felt welcomed and appreciated as patrons. The music was great and while the food offerings were pricey the quality was definitely there. As someone who has lived in Las Vegas for many years I found this setting to be unique. The environment while not set up as a home had a homey feel to it. It felt as if you were at a cocktail party where everyone was enjoying themselves and conversing. We will definitely be back.

JENNIFER S.

Yelp
The sweet sounds of live Jazz music and a tall glass of wine make for a great night with friends or a romantic rendezvous at Vino Del Lago. New to the area they've already earned quite a reputation as one of the high lights of the area for excellent jazz musicians and tasty wine choices. Parking was ample and a short walk. Patio seating for warm nights along with an indoor view for staging and close to the wine. A few menu options for light snacks for wine pairings. Nuts, olives, cheese, and meats available. The staff is warm and eager to assist however the wine is self service. What reminded me of a sort of vending machine -wines we're lined up behind glass for your choosing. First exchange $ for a Vino Del Lago card which gives you access to fill your own glass with either a tasting, 1/2 glass or full glass and as long as money is in your card you can keep drinking. Loading is easy so is lifting the glass. I was lucky enough to try Zinfandel 1000 stories. Yummy! For only being open just about 6 months, their Masquerade party was a hit. A packed house and patio with smooth sounds of Darren Motamedy. Guests were dancing, laughing and of course drinking. A perfect party! Since I was visiting the area I decided to go back and the following night to hear Dirk K. It was a smaller crowd and a bit more enjoyable with plenty of seating. He did a fantastic job and it was very relaxing. This night felt a little more organic with maybe regulars (?) and cozy with my guests as we could enjoy light convo and snacks. The owners are delightful and engaging. Super involved and wonderful hosts. They took the time to greet all their guests in some capacity! True gems...

Yelp
Musical masters! Vast Vino and an atmosphere to entice the soul! Our local Lake Las Vegas has developed paradise for enjoying music and adult beverages! But wait, there's more! Cheese and charcuterie (with smoked duck that melts in you mouth), cheese and chocolate and Marcona almonds that will make your taste buds sign along with the music! I leave you with this teaser; the wine card goes fast due to all the delicious selections...

Chris P.

Yelp
My wife and I went for the first and only time tonight. When we came in to the village area from the Hilton, the sidewalk was closed. I tried to step to the edge of the patio to ask for directions on how to get inside. The "server" who was on the patio yelled at me and said I was an "idiot." Used a barricade to shove me backwards and told me to walk "through the building." As we walked away, we noticed him talking about us to other patrons. We eventually went "around the building." Once inside, the charcuterie board was terrible - tiny portions of every item, and cost $30. The wine was good, but also over priced. 2 oz pours from the self serve machine cost ~$7. 6 oz pours we're $20-$40 per glass. After we paid, I asked to speak to the manager to complain about the "server" who we encountered on the patio. The whole time we were there, I noticed him drinking behind the bar while the two other servers worked to serve the whole inside and outside areas. By the time we left, he was noticeably drunk and stumbling. Unfortunately, I was told he was the owner and he could say or do whatever he wanted. The only good thing about the place was the indoor/outdoor seating with the live band. The band was great. But even so, we won't be back. Terrible prices and terrible service.

Mr.Mrs. J.

Yelp
Love this place..the live music is amazing. The service is wonderful and of course wine, chocolate, cheese who could ask for more.

Janean F.

Yelp
I'm only giving 3 stars because the music is amazing, but the service is terrible. The owners daughter was difficult even after we drank several glasses of champagne and simply asked to get charged bottle price. Also disappointing that the place shuts down immediately at 8pm even tho customers clearly are having a good time and want to stay. Seems like there's plenty of opportunity to make more money.

Robert H.

Yelp
Let the good times flow (and the wine). I just made my first visit to Vino Del Lago and had a fantastic time. If you visit Lake Las Vegas, this place is a must. The live music was incredible. A jazz band was playing, but showed their versatility by playing crowd requests like "Leave Your Hat On" and "Low Rider" sung by a patron from the audience. As for the wine, they have a vending machine type rack that I was unsure of at first, but after using it, I actually really liked it. It has great wines like Justin and Caymus and you can do a 1 oz tasting up to an 8 oz glass. What you want, when you want it, with no wait. What a great concept. It is aerated as it is dispensed, so you can enjoy it immediately without having to wait for it to open up. The seating was great as were the acoustics and the service was stellar. While I didn't try any of the appetizers, many people around me did and they looked amazing. They all seemed to enjoy them, so I'm sure they were as good as they looked.

Sara H.

Yelp
Had a great time here last Saturday night drinking amazing wine and listening to live jazz music. Limited menu, but perfect for the setting. The bread and hummus was great. It was fun pouring my own wine from the spouts on the wall. I will definitely go back! Get there early if you want a table, it filled up quick! Very intimate setting. Oh, I loved the candle in the bathroom...smelled great!

Marisol F.

Yelp
The service yesterday was bad. It was painfully slow service. The only 2 waitresses were overwhelmed, unfriendly, stressed out, unwelcoming. My cheese plate took 45 minutes to come to us. By then we had finished our wines. I had to remind the waitress about it. Our table of 6 was hardly waited on. We had to flag them down when we needed a drink and then wait 20 minutes for it to arrive. They need more waitresses and friendly ones too. We felt like a bother to them. The owners are great people as we have conversed with them in the past. But they were absent yesterday. Maybe that is why service was bad.

Kim P.

Yelp
This was always one of my favorite places. So happy to see that it is slowly reopening. Great music. I went to hear the music and fellowship with my friends. My group arrived early so that we could sit inside because it was 54 degrees outdoors. We were the first customers. We took our seats, ordered wine and food.A women came in "later" and proceeded to open the closed French doors because she was warm. There was already a French door opened and it was beginning to get just as cold inside as it was outside. She and her party took their coats off and settled in. When we asked her to please shut the door and go outside and sit if she was warm. She refused to shut the door. When we complained to management, We were told that the door is normally open and that she was a regular. I guess that trumped us because we had not been here since before the pandemic. She was allowed to keep the door open with her coat off. This kind of privilege absolutely sickens me! Check please!!

Yelp
Love this place. Adore the owners, artists, wines and intimate venue. Vino del Lago will soon find that their biggest problem will be that they didn't anticipate how much our locals would love it here. They're going to need a bigger place! Awesome artists and people. Amazing evenings. Just go, you can thank me later!

Yelp
Love this place. What a find. We just moved here from Temecula and have been looking for wine bar we can enjoy. We found it here. They have events such as a half price happy hour this Thursday from 6 - 8 that makes things affordable but prices are reasonable. The cherry on top is the live jazz. Owner Ken is warm and friendly. Server Melissa was helpful with helping us find great wines that suit our taste. Overall a great experience!

Yelp
Such a hidden gem in Lake LV. NV. The Jazz and wine is the best I have discovered in NV. Come on out!!!

Yelp
This is the perfect venue to end the evening. Tonight - great live jazz with a blend of funky soul and more. If you've never been here - come for a visit. Drink some wine and enjoy the live music Friday Saturday and Sunday evenings.

Yelp
Update 3/24/2019: The business owner (Terry) was completely unprofessional tonight within minutes of our arrival. I cannot believe how this place has turned 180 degrees from the previous review I've posted here. Within 10 minutes of our arrival, we paid the bill for our two drinks and snacks that we didn't even have time to consume, and left! Terry confronted my wife tonight, aggressively stating petty gossip claims in a scolding manner about what my wife supposedly said/didn't say to an employee about our last experience there. Really? Why would a business owner act so unprofessional and accusatory, and not even ask my wife "how was your last experience here?" Obviously, the owner has some sort of prejudice against my wife/us or some form of festering hatred because her attitude, communication, and explosive and accusatory actions were anything but professional. Wow! The owner felt that my wife was being rude to her employee by saying the reason why we hadn't been there in months was because Habaka was in Italy until recently returning and once again singing at the wine bar, and that we were there to see and hear Habaka sing. How exactly is this a rude statement in any way, to the employee or the establishment? Terry should have instead been thankful that we, and many others in attendance, were there because of Habaka. Isn't this why the establishment has live music nights? Unfortunately, I was already turned off from coming here. My daughter visited months ago and my wife encouraged me to take her to this establishment because Habaka was singing. As we entered, I greeted Terry with a hello as she's met my wife and I multiple times previously. She looked at me strange and turned her head. I said, "I'm Aldo, Crystal's husband." She just looked at me in an unfriendly demeanor and said nothing. When I returned home I told Crystal about it in irritation. She told me just to drop it, stating that maybe she was busy or thinking about something. It didn't have to mean anything. This is why I am truly baffled by what happened there to my wife tonight. My wife is very nice to everyone and is always considerate, especially in her support of this business. I didn't want to come here tonight and she pretty much forces me whenever Habaka is singing. I like Habaka, so I would visit. I had already determined that management there was both unfriendly and unprofessional from observing evidence of this. Tonight proved it in a hurtful and shockingly blatant way. It's simple. Whatever may have been said, or not, it all comes down to the owners, how they handle things, and how they act/respond to any supposed criticisms, or gossip. A business is NO place for this type of blatant unprofessionalism and especially from the business owner! Not only have they permanently lost my wife and I as patrons, but we will recommend to everyone we know to go spend your time and money elsewhere!

Yelp
We stumbled upon this venue recently when we heard live music so we grabbed a table and settled in. The waitress said there was a minimum $20.00 purchase, ok that's find we were sure it goes towards the live music and the rent for the open space. The music was nice & fun atmosphere, unfortunately the prices for a simple glass of wine & nibbles were outrageous (imo). A simple 6 ounce glass of the house wine was $15.00 EACH. We asked for soda water (everyone should hydrate when drinking alcohol-we both prefer the soda water from the bar-not tap water), we got two bottles of Perrier water at $3.50 each (regular size bottles not the big ones), being it was dinner time we ordered hummus and a salad --- wow -- those came to $26.00 there was just enough to take the edge off the hunger...not even close to a full meal .. OUCH ! our bill was well over one hundred dollars for a few hours music, nibbles (not a meal!) and beverages We saw a lot of people on balconies and the walkways for the hotel and folks stopping outside the table area to enjoy the music...That's our plan next time.

Yelp
Sad this place wish to charge to much for a jazz concert when other artist play las vegas at larger venues and lower prices, good way to keep people like myself away from going to your over price concerts.

Yelp
I hadn't been to Monte Lago Village at Lake Las Vegas in along time, so my boyfriend and I decided to go out there for a date night. We stumbled upon this phenomenal wine bar after dinner and had arguably one of the best times! The staff was knowledgeable about the wine, the selection of wine was diverse and the live music was outstanding! It's a small venue, and by the end of the night we all felt like family! Everyone was dancing and singing, the musicians themselves came out during their breaks and socialized with everyone, but most of all the owners were beautiful and outstanding people who very very engaged with the customers. It is very apparent they are passionate about what they do!

Yelp
Sadly the service is seriously bad. After a half hour of waiting for service & listening to mediocre music I left. The owner/ manager was perched on a bar stool seemingly oblivious to what was happening. I am sad because a wine bar would have been a wonderful addition to the Lake Las Vegas village.

Yelp
Fabulous classy NEW LLV village spot. Wine picks are superb and the music is smooth & very enjoyable. Habaka has a voice to please. Local owned & always a great crowd. Definitely will have a wonderful experience...must go!!!!!

Yelp
I was delighted to discover this hidden gem shortly after moving to the area, and have been back regularly to enjoy the wine, spectacular live music (with no cover charge!), warm ambiance, outstanding service, and the friendly hospitality of the owners, Teri and Ken. I love the mellow vibe there, which is so different from the overblown garishness of the strip that people expect to find in Vegas. Whenever I have visitors from out of town, this is on my short list of must-see destinations. Everyone I have introduced to Vine Del Lago has loved it, too. It is a perfect place to unwind and have a relaxing evening. This place is a treasure and we are fortunate to have it in the community.
