Vino Volo

Sat down and Kischa came and gave us menus. We glanced at it and were trying to decide what we wanted. She came back and asked for our order. We told her we needed a few more minutes to order. She then went into her spiel about we had to order or leave. I understand that this is at the airport and you're expected to order if sitting there, and we were planning on ordering Wine and Food but at that point, nope! Got a water and sat there until our flight. This is the first time I haven't tipped in years and I typically tip between 20-30% based on service, but she got a attitude before we could decide what we wanted. Do better.

The atmosphere was great and to food was amazing as advertised! The service was subpar at best - both the bartender and server were unfriendly and lowballed on the wine amount to be given. I brought it to the attention of the server which didn’t mean much and barely got any attention during payment. Do not recommend for wine but the food was good and fast. EDIT: Management reached out and confirmed that we were served the correct amount. So this was not a service issue but also terrible management. Additionally the wine quality was abysmal. Would not return.

What a fabulous place considering every other spot inside the airport has unacceptable reviews. The bartender was very friendly and answered any of our questions regarding the menu. We had the croissant sandwich and the blta chicken sandwich which were really good (chips bought separately at convenience store). We would definitely come back if we’re ever in NOLA again!

A mojito was $18 because they were out of strawberries for their signature drink on the menu. The restaurant does not serve coffee. The Cajun pasta was good. The cheesecake was good. The side salad was fresh mixed greens. My friend enjoyed his breakfast sandwich.

Understaffed. Waited 30 minutes for a slice of cheesecake. The lady was rushing and I felt bad for her but she also seemed to really favor one side of the restaurant and only came over to take our order and then 30 minutes later when she stopped to another table; that table complained about their service as well. Nice, well-lit seating atmosphere amongst various bottles of wine. The space is used well and it appears attractive.

Great selection of local beers, as well as a solid lineup of wine and spirits. Didn't have a chance to try any of the food, but the pizza they brought out for one of my fellow patrons smelled wonderful. Dina and Lisa did an absolutely wonderful job of looking after me, and even made me a custom cocktail. They were friendly, polite, and went out of their way to provide great service not just to me, but everybody around me

I mean it's the airport vino volo so you kind of know what to expect. The little market next store typically sells central grocery muffulettas but the fridge was broken and so was my heart. Anyway the muff at vino volo was good and the highlight was the nice service staff. They gotta fix that fridge next door.

Fabulous service! And amazing staff! We were waiting for our flight to board and we we’re hoping to get a few really good drinks and a snack. The ladies at the wine bar helped us select a ephrasine gin and tonic ( well crafted and delicious ), and a jacimo IPA from Abita beer. We’re not really wine people but they did have a huge wine selection. We ordered a crawfish cake salad which had a lot of lettuce overall and tomatoes and cucumbers and a nice huge slice of avocado. The staff was very attentive even though we arrived there very close to closing.
