Rude, insolent and very poor customer service from 2 staff that were training a new employee. They did not believe me when I indicated they had charged my wife for an extra drink she did not have. When I called my wife back from the gate so that she could assure them, to their face, that she only had 2 drinks, they did not believe her. It took them 5 minutes more to resolve that they had created their own problem of mis-billing, before they corrected the bill, and making me late for the flight. Excluding the trainee, the staff that attended were rude, indicated it was a "misunderstanding", and DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE. They should be re-trained in Customer Service and should be reminded that the customer pays their wages ! BUYER BEWARE at this location.
