"This brewpub strikes the balance between old and new, making it perfect for Czech beer nerds. Food offerings don’t break the mold, but they do hit the spot — garlic soup (a Czech classic), pickled Camembert, chilled pork jowl with horseradish cream — and the beer offerings are expansive, with a range of lagers, pale ales, and IPAs.
