Vinoteca Marylebone

Vinoteca is a place where you can chill and relax, grab a glass of nice wine 🍷 and spend quality time with your friends, family, business partners. I love the interior design that truly match what it is on offer. Very nice welcoming staff and super energetic music played that gives nice vibe. For sure that’s the place that you’ll like and come back to it while visiting Marylebone area. Cheers 🥂 to the good life 😃

Vinoteca is a great place for wine and dinner! They have an expansive wine collection (with affordable options) and a great menu. I had the vegan bavette and it was so delicious! Two people I was with got the regular bavette and also said it was great. We had the grilled courgette and croquettes to start. Croquettes were to die for. They have outdoor seating options and the big windows open up for an open indoor environment as well!

Great staff, super friendly and accommodating. Food was okish, desserts were really good. Wines were BYOB 😁🤩

I'd give the wine 5 starts as their wine list was both excellent and extensive. I'd also give the service staff 5 stars because they were attentive and helpful. However, if I was eating just the food I'd give it no more than 2 stars unfortunately. The leg of lamb was served off the bone (I would have liked to get the flavor from the bone as it cooked) and the risotto was too runny.

Not so crowded Monday. The appetizer was coming almost too fast. Smoked mackerel with horseradish, quite good though. The too cold potatoes don't seem to fit here. Main dish were Gnocchi. The goat cheese again little too cold. Gnocchi little over cooked. I had no wine but all the other guest had. Moderate pricing. If you like Stilton, try the Stichelton. Great cheese

We ordered the Grilled marinated Scottish Bavette steak- based on the reviews we read- supposedly Good!! Honestly, its the worst meat you could ever eat, first its unchewable and its very very extremely dangerous to be eaten, if you eat it, it will get stuck in your throat, so I spitted it out. The other dish ‘the slow cooked beef’ is Super Salty, as well as the sautéed kale- extremely salty. A good dish is the potatoes and protebello mushrooms- atmosphere is nice, but food is deceiving.

Very long list of wines including organic and natural with a nice outdoor table as well. Service is friendly and charcuterie is quite good; all for a reasonable price. Bottles of wine are about 2x retail and glasses of wine are quite varied as well.

Good wine list. But food is just mentally overpriced and meh. £13.5 for a tiny terrible cheese selection on the pic (I've added an olive for scale) - served like this.
