This company puts profits before lives. They would rather keep a dangerous intersection open than close it because it would make them more money. My best friends life was taken because of this intersection and this company wants to stop the closing of it. The city has decided to close this intersection yet this company sues to keep it open. I urge everyone to boycott this business because they value money over lives. They would rather have their customers utilize the unsafe turn and risk their lives just to make some money.

This company is suing to reverse a decision that will save countless lives. This decision came after many needless deaths including an 18 year old who had just graduated and was beginning his life full of adventures that will never be had now. The family fought harder than I’ve seen a family fight to change the intersection and save future families from the devastation they endured. And this company decides that profit and convenience is more important than your life or the lives of your loved ones. They don’t deserve your business if they don’t give a damn about your life. Not opinion. Fact.

I recently placed an order online for a Christmas gift and was having trouble making a payment. I used the online chat feature to talk to a rep who was very helpful and able to get me in contact with Becky Williams. She called me right away to help and followed up with an email to let me know I had a contact with the company if I ever needed anything. Once the day went on, I realized I had made a mistake on my order and decided to reach back out to Becky. She went out of her way to make the fix for me and emailed me with an update that she was able to get it done. Great customer service - thanks, Becky!

Company sued to stop the solution to the cause of loss of human life. Common since seems to be not present at this business and it’s company's. Please do not buy their products. The intersection crossing a highway that allows cross traffic to pull in front of fast cars buses trucks is outdated. How about build a frontage road to a modern style intersection on your property. There is no amount of money worth the cost of a bottle of wine.

This company is suing to have a ruling reversed regarding a new intersection that could save lives because it will inconvenience their business. A young man was needlessly killed just a few months after graduation & many lives over the years have also been lost at this same intersection. His family and other families have lost LOVED ONES. This business disgustingly cares more about profit than it does the lives of the people who live there. How many more lives need to be lost? Imagine if God forbid this was one of your loved ones, friends, acquaintances even...would you still be trying to proceed with suing to overturn this ruling? Enough is enough! I urge people to not spend their hard earned money at this business as they obviously have no conscious. Lives are worth more than your greed.

This company is greedy and only care about profits. Suing Caltrans to keep unsafe left turns open on 101 even though there have been deaths and severe injuries from collisions. Boycott all their products as they could careless about safety. Greed at the expensive of lives....pathetic!!!

Google
Horrible business. They care more about profit then a person who was killed in front of their building. They are currently fighting a safety feature in front of their building because it doesn’t complement their facade. Boycott this business. Any business that prioritized appearance over consumers is one to AVOID!!!

This organization really needs to rethink how it does business. I guess they think since they own several wineries (including Girard, Cosentino, Clos Pegase, Viansa, Sonoma Coast Vineyards, and several others), that they are now a monopoly and can treat customers however they like... but that is not the case, and their mistreatment of clients (especially wine club members) is going to come back to bite them. Their newest policies focus on "customer last" nickel-and-diming policies, driving away long-time repeat business and wine club members. If you look up reviews of their wineries (such as their flagship, Girard) you will notice that multiple wine club members are upset due to things like bait-and-switch tactics (selling club members on the fact that they can do tastings at all Vintage Wine Estates wineries, and then reneging on that promise and either giving club members a hard time for trying to have a tasting, or denying free tasting privileges altogether.) AVOID doing business with Vintage Wine Estates!

Yelp
I became a member at Viansa several months ago, but had to cancel because it became too expensive for me. I got confirmation that I ended my membership, but I recently checked my bank account and I got another charge from Viansa for $130!!! What the hell? When I called VWE they just route me to Viansa, and Viansa never answers their phones. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Why am I still being charged for something I cancelled?! How could this be looked over? Rude and unprofessional for both VWE and Viansa. Why do places make it so difficult to cancel a wine member subscription. Don't join.

VWE only responded to our complaints in any way, shape, or form AFTER we (a) quit the Girard wine club, and (b) shared our negative experiences via online reviews. Only AFTER those things occurred did they want to "make it right" or address our concerns in any way whatsoever. That is too late. They should be (1) valuing and cherishing repeat business, (2) treating customer complaints as if they are valid and worth addressing BEFORE it gets to this point, and (3) treating every customer like they are important. VWE has shown that they have no interest in doing any of the above, and now they think they can make wine tastings more difficult and more limited, while also raising prices and tasting fees 100%? Good luck with that business model!

Yelp
Amazing company - incredible people who are so very dedicated to their craft and profession. Their wines are delicious and their family owned wineries all offer unique, incredible experiences. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Boycott this winery until they drop their suit to keep their access to 101 open. Innocent people have been killed and seriously injured at the intersection and the DOT has determined that in the interest of safety, the intersection should be closed. VWE is suing to keep it open. They value their exposure and profits over community safety. There are many successful wineries further out of the way. If their wine is any good, it would be worth the extra few minutes drive.

Yelp
Had I written this review several years ago it would have been a 4 or 5, but this last experience with them has left me disappointed beyond the point of ever ordering from them again. I have ordered personalized wine bottles from Windsor Vineyards for many, many years. I have ordered them for friends, family members, bosses and even for every guest at my sons rehearsal dinner! So when I ordered what I thought would be a special 50th birthday gift for a friend, I was shocked at the quality, or should I say complete lack of quality, of their product now. I ordered 7 bottles and had to pay the exorbitant extra fee for quick shipping in order for it to arrive on time, completely my fault for having waited so long to order. Imagine my surprise when I opened the box and saw that the labels were made of flimsy paper and looked as though they were printed from an employees computer, as opposed to the glossy, heavy material used in the past. The picture was grainy, blurry and quite difficult to make out. Given that I was out of time, I was forced to present that to my friend as my gift to her. Frankly, I was embarrassed to do so. I sent an email to customer service at Windsor Vineyards and stated my plight including the fact that I was out of time and had to give her the wine with that label. My "case" was sent directly to my "Sr. Wine Consultant", Tina. This person was someone I had used ONCE in the past to assist me, I predominantly prefer to do this on my own. Her snarky response to my email was that I should have contacted her for help prior to ordering. My reply... I like to create the label on my own because it feels more intimate. She said she'd send a call tag for me to return the wine for a refund, which of course I could not do because I had already given it as a gift (as I had mentioned in my first email). I reminded her of this and said that I hoped there was something else she could do to help, I also suggested that they clearly state on their website that the labels are made of paper. Her response....."when the call tag arrives, just reject it" Seriously??? No apology, no compensation, no compassion? Just a blow off. I have literally spent thousands of dollars with this company and that's how I am treated? I guess their business model doesn't allow for them to treat loyal customers with respect. They must be doing pretty well if they can respond this way knowing they will permanently lose these loyal customers. Don't waste your time or money with this poorly run company.
