Violet Cake made our wedding cake and all I can say is wow! It turned out so great and tasted amazing. My wife and I are so glad we chose Violet Cake Co. Not only was the cake amazing, but they ensured the cake was delivered on time the day of. Staff were very polite and professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

I submitted an order to Violet Cake a week before my event for a birthday cake for twenty people, one flavor and one color. Pretty simple. I emailed them on Friday; they got to me the following Monday. When I received the first reply, the woman said they could fulfill the order for ten cupcakes for the day I requested, Saturday. I immediately replied that I wanted a cake, not cupcakes, and had her confirm they could do it for the requested day. She said yes that they could. We exchanged emails for most of the week, but their response was always at the end of the day the next day, which wastes time. During the emails, I was asked about the details of my cake ( flavor, color, frosting, etc.). She assured me they could make the cake. On Thursday, I received an email saying that the decorator could not accommodate my cake order for Saturday. My event was that coming Saturday!! Now, I had just a day to find someone else. This business is unreliable, has poor communication, and is unprofessional and disorganized.

Every time we have ordered Violet Cake Company, they have been fabulous. They taste great and scrumptious. The intricate detail is amazing. We can’t wait for our next event!!!

Violet Cake did the cake for a recent wedding we planned at Feast & Fareway in Coronado and they killed it. Phenomenal bakery and customer service. Their flavors are top tier, balanced and not overly sweet. Frosting is the best I’ve ever had. Our guests loved the cupcakes and we loved our wedding cake! Shoutout to Maria for all her help and attentiveness. Can’t wait to place my next order!

Violet Cake Co. made the cake for our wedding, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! We initially sampled a few of their cakes as part of their tasting package, along with a few other cakes from different places, and the cakes from Violet Cake Co. came out on top by a landslide. Violet Cake Co. surpassed our expectations for our cake; they were able to take a few images representing the nautical theme we wanted and turn the theme into a beautiful and delicious cake. We would definitely consider working with them again.

OMG where do I start... I 1st found them 2021 for my wedding. They did amazing during COVID. I started with a cake tasting, and my husband and I decided on limoncello for our wedding cake. It turned out beautiful. We then decided to throw a new year's day party for those who didn't attend the wedding January 2022 and chose limoncello cupcakes amazing. This year was our baby shower and someone offered to gift us cupcakes from Von's and my husband the treat expert said absolutely not . Let's go with the ladies that did our wedding cake. So we chose 3 flavors Bourbon Chai, Limoncello, and Snickers and went with Care Bears theme. It was absolutely beautiful and delicious! Thanks ladies for making our baby shower so memorable. We are still getting questions about our cupcakes! India

I ordered some cookies for my granddaughter's high school graduation. The cookies were delicious and they looked beautiful with the school colors. I would highly recommend Violet cake for any of your holiday or special occasions.

We were married on 11/22/22. After several tastings with other bakeries, we chose Violet Cake Co. to make our wedding cake and cupcakes . Malissa made all of our cake dreams come true. Thank you Malissa, people are still talking about how amazing our cake and cupcakes were.

I was so happy with our experience and cake with Violet Cakes. She went above and beyond and made the best cake for my daughter's birthday. The cake not only looked great but it tasted amazing as well!! Communication was great and pick up was super easy. I will definitely work with her again on future cakes.

Ordered sugar cookies over a month in advanced and mentioned a specific a date needed by as my baby shower was on June 1st and it's now June 3rd and I have yet to receive them! Does not guarantee shipping by a specific date and blames the postal office instead of taking accountability for sending them out too late. Consider this if you need to ship your order!

The cake I received for my sons party was a hit! It was perfectly decorated and tasted amazing. I absolutely will be ordering a cake from Violet Cake again!
