Must make a reservation, otherwise it really depends on your luck. We booked a 6pm dinner slot as we always wanted to try their peranankan food. Never expected the food to be so good and the service was just as amazing.
Do note the restaurant can be a little cold. The staff even apologised, explaining that the aircon is controlled by ion orchard. When ordering, almost everything looked delicious, and they recommended some of their best sellers.
We had the kueh pie tee, chap chye, ayam buah keluak and fuyong hai crab. Every dish was extremely tasty. Because of the strong aircon, the food turned cold quite fast, but it still tasted great.
Will definitely return to try their babi pongteh and ngoh hiang next time!
