Tampa Bay Bars and Restaurants Serving Astral Tequila | Eater

"For decades, the VIP in Treasure Island was a perpetually-packed Bay-area favorite, where you were guaranteed one of Tampa’s best tacos, if not always a seat. A few years back they opened a second location in Indian Rocks Beach, maintaining the no-frills ethos of the original in a much larger space. Here, sit on the covered patio and order the Zodiac Margarita, made with Astral Blanco Tequila, triple sec, sour mix, and a Tajín rim. It pairs well with VIP’s Mexican-American dishes, like a massive wet burrito or a Mexican pizza." - Matthew Meltzer

I retired here from Arizona and year ago. FINALLY FOUND Mexican food that is authentic. I had the chili rellanos and it was absolutely outstanding. All of the food for our table was incredible. I did not care for the rice but who cares......order more beans. This place is so popular with limited space inside. Be prepared for a mild wait. Extremely nice staff from bar tenders to wait staff......I made sure to tip well enough to get the tip bell rung. Wow.....I am again hungry to go back while writing this.

10/06/2025; Stopped in for lunch today and Christine took great care of us, we had a chicken wet burrito and a VIP burrito bowl both which were fantastic. I love this food and atmosphere. Right on the beach in Indian Rocks Beach. Worth going for outdoor atmosphere and excellent food and service. Previous review from August 2025; We stopped in today for lunch, for the first time and Sidney, took great care of us. We have driven past here many times but finally stopped in. I had the Enchilada platter with shredded beef, rice and beans. The shredded beef was excellent, hard to find good shredded beef and not hamburger. Will definitely be back for more. My wife enjoyed the Wet Chicken burrito and said it was delicious, full of flavor. Both come with the option of beef, chicken or shredded beef. They have an outside bar that was happening, margaritas n more, sometimes live music plays outside and inside with another full bar.

I don’t normally eat at Mexican restaurants when I travel because my hometown has great ones that are hard to top. This place beat them all!!! The food was fantastic and so was the service! The Street Corn is a must! Also enjoyed the dog friendly outdoor area. We will definitely eat here again the next time we are at IRB!

So much hype about this place and I just don't see it. Friends just moved here & we decided to try and new place for all 4 of us. We've tried to come a few times and each time, no joke, twice, "they closed early". We got there around 4, had to wait 20 minutes, with only 2 tables occupied. A positive, server came out with water to greet us. She was pleasant, nothing special or helpful, just transactional. Food comes, it's just okay. So much hype and it just okay. Chicken bowl had no flavor. The world famous wet burrito? Taste like taco bell, according to my husband. Server came over 1 time after food came and then we had to wait a good 20 minutes before we saw her for boxes and check. So, just okay. I do not see a need to go back... Kinda meal.

V.I.P. 🇲🇽 is one of my favorite spots to go, this location doesn't have pitchers of the margaritas, that's the only downside to this location, but this location has more seating and is has a much larger in door dining area. Besides that tho, everything is delicious you can't go wrong with anything you order 💯 lol but I LOVE their "Wet Burritos 🌯" so scrumptious whether you get steak, shredded beef, shredded pork, chicken, or shrimp... IT'S ALL GOOD!! 👌🏼🤤 God bless everyone and their families ✌🏼&💙

All the bartenders and waitress taking shots.. 9-23-25 appox 8:30 pm. Ordered House Margarita with Tajin on the rim as well as Mahi Fish Taco a side of beans and rice. 1st issue was before food arrived the bartender mid way of walking to me as i was sitting at the bar, said " you said tajin" she takes drink back, proceeds to get another glass fill it rim it with tajin and poured the original drink with salt on the rim into this glass. (wow really). so now my drink taste like a salted margarita. Nasty. 2nd. - All of the bartenders waitress, gathered around the far end of bar and was taking shots of Don Julio Tequila (WOW) unprofessional. Food arrives, the refried beans tasted like they came out of a can, the rice had no flavor at all, the fish taco was more lettuce and cheese than fish. Nasty. I had to ask for any type of salsa, and or water. 3rd-The Bartenders were very un attentive to me, but more attentive to the White patrons sitting at the bar. When i was done, and was basely waving my credit card for payment the bartender walks right pass me and attends to the female sitting next to me (white). After about 5 minutes. i flagged the guy bartender down and advised i am ready to pay. Terrible Service. Last year i went to this restaurant, the bartender was great and the food was good as well. Not sure what has happened with the food and or the people that the management is hiring. They need to take training in Diversity, All money is Green, not black or white.

Went for the 1st time last night. Loved it. Got our own legitimate VIP area for our group of 4 adults & 2 kids. It was awesome. Our server was great! The fajitas were amazing, hillbilly bowl was a huge hit, chicken quesadilla was good. 1/2 order of nachos was huge, but a bit dry… I think the white queso would be better on there instead of baked mozzarella/cheddar. Made it tough to eat. Other than that 10/10 would recommend!

Yelp
This is one if my beach favorites. They have a large shaded patio out back with a tropical setting. Even on hot days, the breeze from the fans keep you cool. You can also sit at the large wrap around bar that has multiple tvs for sporting events. My usual go to is the Mahi taco and shrimp taco. They are fresh and delicious. Choose Mexican or Gringo style, hard or soft shell. Insider tip, ask for green salsa and black olives to dress it up a bit more. The chic I en enchiladas, nachos and burritos are also worth the trip. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. This is a fun casual place with a great beach vibe!

Yelp
Stopped here after a day at the beach with a friend. The atmosphere is great, love the back patio although the music was too loud. Lots of venue options and service was good. What I do not like is that you have to pay for chips and salsa. This will definitely stop me from going back because it's a principle thing for me. You're a Mexican restaurant, for Pete's sake, and you're the only one this Texan has ever been to in any state that doesn't give chips and salsa for free. It's like Olive Garden not giving you breadsticks. Very bad decision.

Yelp
I'm glad VIP opened this second location, as it is a much more enjoyable and less chaotic dining experience. I've always loved the food at VIP, but my recent visit left me disappointed. The shredded beef in my wet burrito was extremely salty. It was also a bit dry and the shreds were small, making it seem more like "meat mush" than shredded beef. It had me feeling I was given the leftovers of yesterday's shredded beef. I hope I just caught them on an "off" evening. If they served this regularly, I would never order it again. As usual, the service was fast and friendly. I'll give them another try, but it may be a while.

Yelp
We have been here a few times and tried a few options. This is a great place to sit outside and watch games at the bar. Recommend the wet burritos, nachos as well as the spicy margaritas.

Yelp
This is an always a favorite place for a girls night. The skinny VIP margaritas and ahi tuna tacos are my favorite things to order over and over again. Friendly service and great outdoor area to enjoy anytime of the year. Parking can be frustrating but worth the frustration.

Yelp
Katie the bartender is awesome. Great atmosphere on the beach. Love the trio chips. Enough for me and two friends to share.

Yelp
This would've been a 2 star review but by far the service was excellent. I wish I remembered the servers name but I had a my 2 year old with me and she was attentive and helpful. I asked for some to go boxes because my little one didn't eat his meal then I took him to the bathroom. He took a bit and when I came back she started boxing everything. This was while she had several tables to tend to on a Tuesday afternoon. Ok the food. Meh. I ordered some guac and I'm pretty sure it was not fresh which was disappointing. Some onions, cilantro and tomatoes to it but it was some wholesale boxed guac. I ordered 4 street tacos and by far the Carne Asada was excellent! It was a thick, restaurant quality type of steak! The carnitas was ok and the other two (tinga and I think fish) were bland and unflavorful. The only way I'd go back is to chill on the patio: There's no need to eat here.
google avatar

Yvonne M.

Yelp
Tasty food and good service. Can be a fairly long wait depending on tourism. Surprisingly a bit pricey for chips and salsa. Street Tacos are excellent. Margaritas are okay -- order beer.

Juliann L.

Yelp
Great Margaritas and nice open air atmosphere but if your considering a steak fajita I don't recommend! Steak was very tough and few if any peppers!

Yelp
Fun dive bar feel. Lots of seating. An outdoor covered bar area and an indoor seating area. The food is really great. Freshly fried chips. Fresh guacamole. The tacos are amazing. Able To accommodate some allergies. There is cross contamination so not celiac friendly. Thank you to the staff for a great experience! Takes reservations.

Yelp
VIP is my favorite go-to on Indian Rocks Beach. They have a huge outdoor dining patio and open door bar area. There is indoor dining tables in the bar area too. (Indoor dining tables and inside bar too). The staff is friendly, the food is very tasty, the margaritas rock, and there are lots of friendly folks to chat with. There is a unique selection of items on the menu. There are some real authentic Mexican dishes, Tex-Mex style dishes and traditional American favorites. Some items are dishes that nobody else offers. My favorites to share are: *Mexican Pesos - a basket of fresh battered fresh jalapeño slices deep fried and served with ranch dressing. Squeeze some fresh lime on them. *Nacho Supreme - fresh fried tortilla chips topped with refried beans, tomatoes, onions, black olives, jalapeños (yum) and shredded cheese. I like the shredded pork on mine (ground beef, shredded beef or chicken available). Served with sour cream, salsa and guacamole on the side. *Three Amigos - chips with a cup of salsa, guacamole and queso. The shrimp mini taco salad is a nice light lunch. But my favorite decadent meal is the 'wet' shredded pork burrito. It's a flour tortilla rolled up with meat and cheese. Red burrito sauce and melted cheese are poured over it. It comes with a mini salad & sour cream. I have to add the side of rice and beans. By the way, be sure to enjoy the unique Sunday Brunch. It is a neighborhood favorite Free on-site parking.

Yelp
I am always looking for the best local spot for margaritas and queso and I think I found my spot. It has indoor and outdoor seating, steps away from the beach, with a great atmosphere! Upon arrival we had no reservations for Sunday night dinner and were immediately sat outside for a table of 4! When we went outside it was quite busy and not very many open tables. I loved the atmosphere with music loud enough you couldn't hear other's conversations but not too loud you can't hear each other! They have tv's and various servers walking around! Our server was quite attentive even when she was super busy. I will say when the night was ending becoming close to their closing time she was less available when we wanted another round of drinks. The only thing we ended up getting was drinks and appetizers, but nothing missed. I will say though the spicy margarita is not for the weak, but every other drink was super tasty and has the perfect balance of flavor and alcohol! I can't wait to go back and try their lunch and dinner options and more drinks! I had the coconut margarita and their house special: blackberry margarita and both hit the spot! I highly recommend if you're in the area looking for good drinks and beach atmosphere while also great Mexican!

Yelp
Great food in a casual setting. Excellent service. Authentic Mexican cuisine with lots of traditional menu options. A definite plus is their excellent skinny margarita.
google avatar

Candace M.

Yelp
Delicioso! The watermelon margarita is a must have. We did the mini trio with the cheese, dip, the guacamole, and ask for the pico instead of the salsa (according to the ). Very tasty. Then, we had the mahi taco and the buffalo shrimp taco. Place was busy, so be patient with the service, it was a little slow. Back patio has fans and umbrellas and is out of the direct sunlight, so not a bad dining experience. I'd give it 4 Michelin sombreros (if it were a thing).
google avatar

Jenifer M.

Yelp
Came in for a Sunday Funday visit. Ordered the Three Amigos chips with queso, salsa, and guacamole. It will not let you down! Thin crispy chips warm from the oven. I can't pick a favorite from the trio because they are all perfect! We also had the Xtra spicy jalapeño margaritas...FIRE! Best I've ever had. Service is always the best with Casey and Kat working the bar! Always kind and attentive with loads of knowledge about the menu. We always eat at the outside bar side. Room enough for all! Several tables with umbrellas surrounded the bar. There is plenty of space inside and tvs galore. Give it a try! See you soon!

Yelp
Lots of choices for Mexican restaurants but a Mexican vibe is a different situation. This is totally Vibing. Great drinks. The food is amazing. This is a Mr. incredible stop for sure.

Yelp
Fresh tasty food, and a great breezy secluded patio and bar! This TexMex in Indian Rocks Beach has become one of our regular spots in IRB, both for their better-than-others' food and that great shaded patio and bar out back that are hidden from busy Gulf Blvd. And it's only a block off of the beach, though parking here is only for VIP. The drinks are cold and quick. We always get shrimp tacos, because they are fresh, available with various bright flavorings and taco-shells. This time we had the simple "gringo style", plenty of shrimp with tomatoes, lettuce, white cheese, and black olives, on a fresh-flavored crunchy hardshell cornmeal taco. "Simply" perfect :-). We added some "Mexican Street Tacos", those juicy shrimp with diced onions, and chopped lettuce and cilantro, on warm soft corn tortillas. Yum! They gave us sides of sauce, and we're pretty generous adding the hot-enough verde chili sauce. We had chips with fresh green guacamole and also an order of their zippy pico-de-gallo sauce. We've had a number of their other dishes including all kinds of burritos. We keep missing their marinated birria tacos, which I think are available on Wednesdays. Gotta remember to watch their social media to catch their rather frequent specials!
google avatar

Nora S.

Yelp
We like to get the fish and shrimp tacos! Service is usually fast but just know in advance there is a tiny parking lot that fills up quickly. Tacos are tasty but it seems the soft corn taco shells have gotten smaller in the past few weeks. *photos are of larger shells. First photo is regular gringo taco, second photo is after I added sauce and cilantro for an uncharge* (So much for $5 tacos but ot was much better than the plain!!) I do like this place but the tables never seem to be wiped down and everything seems almost rushed in a very relaxing, (especially outside), setting. Also, smoking section is right next to outdoor seating and it smells bad. Inside gets packed and loud so the outside is a nice alternative. When no one is smoking.

Poetry P.

Yelp
This place is horrible. I ordered the Chicago grilled burrito and two tacos, and it tasted awful. Taco Bell is better. Do not waste your money. Tastes like garbage

Yelp
I am in love! I'm blushing-tummy's twirling-I can't think about anything else. I might have to move across town for my new crush. I'm talking about VIP!! It's sooo fun to just fall into something fabulous and that's exactly what happened here, Saturday night. I'm smitten! I think the o.g. VIP is on Treasure Island. This location is right around the corner from my friends' house, in Indian Rocks. It's so close to the water and probably draws tourists-but definitely feels like a locals kind of place. You can tell there are regulars who love this spot... and I want to join their club. We walked in around 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon. It was hot, so no one was out on the back patio, but it looked cute. We were seated right away in one of the two inside dining areas-with a view of the bar. Our server was so nice and the food came out so fast. I love having the choice of corn tortillas for my fajitas... and all the extras I could add to them! Sizzling hot and all so tasty-as was the queso. It wasn't spicy-but that doesn't mean it was bland... let's call it creamy yumminess. The margarita menu was very intriguing. I tried the pineapple jalapeño and the skinny and loved them both. I also tasted my friend's blueberry marg-which was delish and really pretty. Sadly, we were rushed because we had another commitment to get to... but I can't wait to go back and spend more time, to savor more of the menu and take more photos. The prices are reasonable and there was parking out back. Follow the fajita smell... and I'll see you there!

Yelp
My new official favorite place for tacos and margaritas! Started off with a VIP house mango margarita with casamigos and sugar on the rim. This was fantastic! We ordered the Three Amigos, which is the queso, pico de gallo, and guacamole served with chips. This was very good! Perfect combo and starter! There were three of us that shared this. For my meal I ordered a pork belly taco (Diablo ranch on the side), seared tuna taco (wasabi crema on the side), and a shrimp taco. The pork belly and seared tuna taco were amazing! The diablo sauce was delicious and the wasabi crema was a little spicy for me. Would definitely come back and recommend! Just wish they had frozen margaritas as well.

Yelp
One of the Best meals we had while we visited Florida! The Mexican Rolls are great! The Chips are fresh hot and crispy, as expected! Guacamole is fresh made, and the Queso is creamy and delicious! Our server Jasmine was the best. She recommended the Gran Oaxaca Marg and it does not miss! She took care of our ten-top table like a pro! This is a local beach hang that I'm sure is always packed! It's super cool, has lots of seating areas and an open air bar to the patio!
google avatar

Meghan K.

Yelp
My significant other and I came here with his family while visiting. We came here the last time we were here and it was just as great as this visit. We were seated right away and it was a perfect night to sit outside. We ordered chips and queso, mexican pizza, enchiladas, black bean burrito, mini wet burrito, and churros. The chips came out warm and the queso was addicting. The mexican pizza was big and filling, but delicious. The enchiladas were as good as last time. The restaurant was nice enough to make an accommodation to the wet burrito and do beans instead of meat, both burritos were delicious! The churros were a great way to end the meal. Our waitress was a sweetheart and very attentive. Excited to come back on our next trip!
google avatar

Michael R.

Yelp
We were deleted from the wait list so make sure you stay inside near the front desk and not wonder outside. We came here for happy hour and got our orders in, but at the end they said it was past 6:00 when we ordered, but it was 5:52 and that was obviously clear since we were asking about happy hour while ordering!! They also charged for rice and beans even though this isn't stated, $3 extra per. Overall our group of 6 spent $22 extra on things we weren't supposed to. We literally thought we were being punk'd with how every employee and 'manager' talked to us at every stage even though they were in the wrong each time. We also saw them take our food off a different parties table and then deliver it to us. Not sure how long it was there. Asked for some new food since that's probably against health code anyway and they plainly said no. Food was very o k.
google avatar

Nathan B.

Yelp
My wife and I ordered Margaritas and shared a Fajitas plate. The Margaritas were good and the food was average. We had a great waitress that made recommendations and added some items for us that were not on the ala carte menu. Bottom line, the food was average, but the service and drinks were good.
google avatar

Theresa C.

Yelp
Solid choice for a great comfort food with a little bit of Mexican flair. I wouldn't say it's a straight up gem of a Mexican food experience but I will say it was a fantastic stick to your ribs lunch/dinner spot. You won't be disappointed. Not real spicy, drinks (Margs) are amazing!!!!!! They have something for everyone. The service was great and attentive (we had a large group). Prices are really reasonable. I would say you should try it if you want some tame Mexican food. There is a wide variety of items to choose from. I along with my group of friends would for sure come back!
google avatar

Beth W.

Yelp
Tamale, refried beans and sauces were delicious! Wet burrito was actually quite dry. Sauce on top was minimal and meat inside was bland, dry & crumbly. Chilies Rellenos was tasty, however it wasn't battered & fried as is expected. It was just a pepper topped with/ sauce & cheese. Service was great and quick.
google avatar

Mike M.

Yelp
Driven by a few times and finally came in...what were we waiting for?? We always wanted good Mexican food, great margaritas and friendly service and got all three when we came here. Stopped by on a Sunday and went to the bar, greeted by Casey who made us feel right at home. She was friendly. helpful (made some solid suggestions on both our margaritas and our foods) and fast. The margs were super tasty (we had the jalapeño margarita which had some cilantro in it which was a nice touch. Refreshing to say the least! We weren't super hungry so had the Three Amigos which were their tasty chips, fresh guacamole, tasty queso and chunky salsa. Would have again, but everything around us from the tacos, to the Mexican pizzas (whhhhatttt?) to the sizzlin fajitas it all looked so good we'd have to try something new. The indoor outdoor bar is huge, w lots of seating and great views of many many tvs if ya wanna watch the game. Can't wait to get back, stop in if you're anywhere near this gem of a spot right across the street from one of the best beaches in the area.
google avatar

Kara M.

Yelp
This place is a vacation must! The drinks are strong and tasty, the atmosphere outside is beautiful, and the staff is friendly! Not to mention the fantastic food! They offer indoor outdoor, and bar seating. All food came out hot, fresh, and correct. The drinks also came out quickly. Highly recommend!!

Terri J.

Yelp
We ate at VIP for the first time last night - but it won't be our last!! The food was awesome, the margaritas were epic -- and Courtney gave us the best service ever! She made some suggestions for us & they did not disappoint! Definitely our new favorite Mexican restaurant!

Sterling P.

Yelp
VIP Mexican never disappoints! The drinks are generously poured, the atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and the staff is always incredibly friendly.

Yelp
Service was excellent Margaritas spot on Ambiance is pleasant always Taco salad wasn't great but I was hungry and ate it anyway. Steak was questionable
google avatar

Brittany M.

Yelp
Gotta start with my shoutout to Christine because she's absolutely amazing! So sweet and a top notch waitress. The drinks here are spot on with multiple flavors to choose from like passion fruit and guava, YUM! Now the food is definitely seasoned well those Mexican rolls are delicious with the pork.It comes with a sauce I eneded up using for everything! The Mexican pizza with chicken was awesome the table loved it and would get it again. Great spot on the beach side to grab a bite and enjoy some drinks

Yelp
I love VIP. It's always so busy but we sat in the bar area and it was great! The Football menu is SUCH a good deal! $2 tacos, $6 house margs. What gets better than that! The only down side was the queso was kind of thick and I like my reallly melted

Mark D.

Yelp
Food was great ..Chimichonga was great...VIP bowl delicious. Cadillac Margarita was the bomb ...superb! Tap beer was warm ,nothing worst than a warm beer on A 90 degree day...disappointed no chips and salsa as a greeting when seated ...no beans or rice with entree either ..love the place ...Sierra was server and wonderful ..
google avatar

Janice G.

Yelp
We got carry out after arriving late from the airport with 2 tired toddlers. Lady on the phone was so pleasant and verified the order. Nice taco holders in styrofoam containers kept them intact. Ahi tuna and carnitas tacos were yummy. Chile rellenos dinner was not what we were expecting and would skip it in the future. Chicken tenders were big and meaty. Only 15 minutes from order to pick up. Try the 3 Amigos appetizer. Even the young ones loved the guacamole.

John L.

Yelp
Good place but irritated with this....it happens but kind of an obvious one..been here before and loved it...bartender was in a bad mood.
google avatar

Erica C.

Yelp
Was delicious!! Went twice while on vacation because it was so good. Everything from the atmosphere to drinks and food. Would highly recommend this place.
google avatar

Donna M.

Yelp
Great food and margaritas. The real deal. My favorites are the chimichanga and their famous wet burrito. If you order the meals their portions are big. I usually go without the sides and have their chips with salsa and queso as an appetizer. Very popular restaurant and sometimes hard to find parking.

Jean T.

Yelp
Oh boy, we were disappointed. We did have great margaritas and we love their pesos. The pesos are breaded battered jalapeño slices that are fried. And they are really good. They're salsa and chips are really good, but you do have to pay for them. The service was OK. Our waiter specifically asked us if we wanted our appetizers ahead of the entrées and we said yes we're in no hurry. Please take your time. We got our appetizer in two minutes later the entrées showed up.. one of us ordered a chimichanga, which should be a deep fried flour tortilla with meat inside of it. There was plenty of chicken inside of it and it was deep-fried, but it was so soggy that the outside was really not edible. The manager is going by so we flagged him down and we told him our concerns and he just blew us off.. we will not be returning here.

Glen S.

Yelp
Staff amazing, food fantastic and margaritas superb. I frequent vip often. You seem to always meet new and friendly guests.
google avatar

Cristina P.

Yelp
VIP (original location in Treasure island) is my favorite spot to visit when I come to St Pete so I was really excited when they opened a new location. The atmosphere is awesome! It has an outside bar and nice seating! Margaritas are strong and tasty. Make sure to only have 1 or 2, they will sneak up on you! We started with the chips, salsa, queso, and guacamole. Chips were fresh and queso was creamy! My husband ordered the pork tacos which he was very happy with. I ordered the shrimp and steak Mexican pizza. It was okay but the original location has much more cheese and flavor. I would recommend VIP but the original location!
google avatar

Shelly M.

Yelp
Ambiance and staff are great. I have visited IRB locations a handful of times before and was good. But yesterday I got the worst Chicago ground beef burrito I have ever had. Was just hamburger and onion and a smidge of sour cream. No seasoning, non of the other fillings, was dry and flavorless. Friend got the same burrito but chicken and said it was tasteless. Margarita was a bit too sour. I doubt I will be back, I hope TI location has not gone down like this location.
google avatar

Stephanie M.

Yelp
Nice little spot to grab some authentic Mexican. We sat outside and it wasn't too too hot. The food came out hot and flavorful. Some of the best in the Tampa and surrounding area. Made an hour drive for this and it was worth it. The staff was quick and friendly.

Shari O.

Yelp
Delicious food and look out for the margaritas! They definitely don't skimp on tequila! Extremely friendly waitstaff.

Gregg C.

Yelp
We have previously been regulars here, not really that the food is spectacular but the location is wonderful and the service was always good ...... until today. We came to VIP's IRB location with our furry companion and got seated in the patio area (as usual). A "well over-served" woman helped herself to stop and pet our dog without asking first and we had to ask her to use a lower less-stimulating voice as she was really revving up our girl. She made several nasty comments about us asking (we were polite about it! we frequently have to kindly educate folks that dogs respond better to slow strokes and a calm voice). This woman stumbled back to her table and kept hurling insults and foul language at us from 2 tables away, raising the ire of the table between us (also somewhat over-served and swearing like drunken high school girls). So we asked our server for our check and a take-away box for our appetizer, paid the bill (politely!), and tipped our server well (she was very pleasant about it but didn't want to get involved). It was on the way out that I asked a man who works there if he was the manager, he replied that he was one of the owners and a friend of the woman who was insulting us, then he said "I think you are the problem" even though he hadn't witnessed any of this (to the best of my knowledge) and I hadn't even lodged my concerns yet and I wasn't asking for anything, just wanted someone to know that our premature departure was NOT because of our server. All I could do was just turn and leave, but after being treated that way, we won't be back soon!

Yelp
Best Mexican food in our area. The wet burrito is awesome. The ambiance is fun and relaxing. The service is very good and the margaritas are the best!

Yelp
A stop to itch the Mexican food craving the Mrs was having...very good "Wet Burrito" with Shredded Beef and Street Tacos for Terri along with some tasty queso. In and out rather quickly being that it was prime dinner time...our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Pricing was very reasonable as well!

Yelp
Hostess and management staff need education in service. Horrible support to the wait staff. Waitress was nice but the rest of everyone we experienced were awful. There are much better places to eat at in the area. We're local and had high hopes at first. Very disappointed and will not return.
