Virgin Atlantic

We flew from Atlanta to Heathrow. It wasn’t a great experience. The staff were great. Unfortunately the airplane had a really bad smell on it. So bad that everyone noticed it. It made for a very uncomfortable experience.

the flight was okay, nothing exceptional but nothing terrible either. the staff were friendly and the service was decent.

Worst airline for refund. Virgin Atlantic cancelled our family’s flight in August 2023 due to technical problems. We were asked to book a hotel room overnight with promised refund. We purchased four premium economy seats. We were booked on another airline at lower-priced economy seats. Today is February 2024, we never got a refund since we filed a claim on September 2023. They send apologies with promissory payment three times but refund never came. With BBBs intervention they also lied. As a frequent traveler i will never use Virgin Atlantic.

We’ll never travel Virgin Atlantic again. I just endured two of the most uncomfortable flights I’ve ever taken. Seats are children/small people size and majorly uncomfortable. Onboard service was poor, too.

Worst Customer service, you cannot hold of anyone. Seems like they don't like to talk to any one but making money without customer service.

Easy departure drop off

I was on the flight from Heathrow to Atlanta on march 27 and it was pretty bad. The flight attendants and rest of the crew were amazing so props to them but the flight itself was so bad. The pressurizing was the worst, I was with friends and taking off all our ears were in pain so bad 2 or them started crying, mind you we're 16-20 year olds. While flying many of my friends had awful headaches and when we got off a few parents puked and I was unable to hear at all. I know this isn't just flying in general because we flew from jfk New York airport to Heathrow and it was perfect. Please, whatever is responsible for the god awful pressure and nausea fix it. Sincerely, a disgruntled passenger.

Virgin Atlantic Airlines is a disreputable, dishonest company. They took me for over $400 .. not for any kind of dispute .. they agree they owe it to me for charging me twice for taxes. They've simply refused to refund it to me for more than a year now. ..And they're now saying they're just not going to give it to me. They're a big company and I'm just one person with no leverage or clout so they feel they can steamroll over me. They refuse to give me what they agree they owe me.

One of the worst customer service lines for Air Cargo I have been on the phone all day trying to get a human to answer the phone you try calling 404-773-3367 it rings about 30 times and the hangs up. Now if that is bad customer service the I'm crazy. No one wants to pick up the phone because they are over worked or they don't care .
