The pop-up will promote Carey’s three-year-old Irish cream brand Black Irish, and will feature Carey-themed displays, decor, and photo ops. Seasonal drinks and treats have made their way on the menu, like Camp Fire beef stew, warm chocolate chip cookies, and hot buttered rum. The hotel is also offering a pool pass that’ll grant you access to the heated 80-degree pool and also includes a complimentary boozy hot chocolate and a Virgin Hotels-branded robe.
