We switched to Vish almost a year ago and honestly... we're big fans! Sure, there was a bit of a learning curve (and a few "wait.. how do I remix this?" moments) that slowed us down at the start, but now we're cruising.
I checked our stats the other day and we've seen a steady decline in both product dispensed per service and waste per service which is huge for a small business like ours. Vish gets a lot of credit for that.
Why not 5 stars? Well.. our scale does sometime glitch for no reason, and if we're not paying attention, a client might get charged $50 of product instead of $15! We also really wish Vish worked with our booking software, Vagaro. It took forever to figure out how to make the two play nice at checkout, and even now it's a step people still mess up regularly.
That said, Vish's customer service is 10/10, and overall, it's been a game changer for keeping our costs down. And as a small business, seeing those savings? That's the kind of math we actually enjoy!
