We switched to Vish almost a year ago and honestly... we're big fans! Sure, there was a bit of a learning curve (and a few "wait.. how do I remix this?" moments) that slowed us down at the start, but now we're cruising. I checked our stats the other day and we've seen a steady decline in both product dispensed per service and waste per service which is huge for a small business like ours. Vish gets a lot of credit for that. Why not 5 stars? Well.. our scale does sometime glitch for no reason, and if we're not paying attention, a client might get charged $50 of product instead of $15! We also really wish Vish worked with our booking software, Vagaro. It took forever to figure out how to make the two play nice at checkout, and even now it's a step people still mess up regularly. That said, Vish's customer service is 10/10, and overall, it's been a game changer for keeping our costs down. And as a small business, seeing those savings? That's the kind of math we actually enjoy!

I’ve been waiting to be refunded of $600 for almost one year now of services I’ve never gotten. I feel scammed from this company and they are unresponsive. I’ve followed up for months and the owner had totally disregarded me and they don’t schedule a training when they said they would but will continue to charge you. The communication is very poor and I’ve shared many frustration but yet still haven’t received a refund from this company. I do not recommend. I’m honestly traumatized to use a salon software now.

They scheduled training 3 times I have 9 team members waiting on the line and never shows up and still charging the money - I have never seen in beauty industry anyone this much unprofessional never again with Vish. They make you sound like too good to be true but never ever imagined to be this

Love love love this. Have been using for a month and can already see my colour order for this month going so much further then it normally does as waste is down in the salon. We are also charging where we should when we use too much. So happy I found this it's a game changer
