Such a gorgeous new spot! There is free parking in the parking lot. The vibes inside are modern/cozy/clean. There’s plenty of spots to plug in and study or work from, including the cutest micro co-working booth that is rentable. There are so many fun seasonal drinks that are delish, I got the eggnog latte iced and it was perfect.

Visible Coffee Roasters recently opened in my neighborhood, and I couldn’t be happier about it. People who know me know I’m a bit particular about my coffee and the places I frequent, so it’s saying something that this has quickly become my new favorite spot. The coffee is excellent, full stop. I usually go for an espresso and soda, but their brewed coffee is just as good. The space itself is bright and full of energy, with big windows, great light, and a design that feels both playful and intentional. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay for another cup. Everyone here is friendly, easygoing, and genuinely glad to see you. It’s welcoming without trying too hard, which is a rare feat. As a real estate agent, I visit a lot of cafes around the city, and I can confidently say Visible holds its own with the best of them. Seattle’s coffee scene has another winner, and lucky for me, it’s right around the corner. If I go missing, start looking here.

I’ve never been a big coffee drinker, but ever since I started going to Visible Coffee Roasters & Espresso Bar, I find myself enjoying it more and more. If you think you’ve already had the best coffee of your life, you probably haven’t tried it here. Their coffee is truly some of the best I’ve ever tasted. What makes it even more special is the experience. When I walk in, I simply describe the mood I’m in, and Addy crafts the perfect drink every single time. The ambience is incredible, peaceful, relaxing, and serene. It feels like stepping into a cocoon that shields you from the outside world. Visible Coffee isn’t just a coffee shop, it’s an experience.

The Italian group met at Visible Coffee Roasters for our weekly meeting. It was a new place for us. The café was bright and open with many tables. I had a double coffee. The service was Ok. The coffee was good.

I stopped by this coffee roaster excited to find a new spot in the neighborhood, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The coffee roast was overly dark and tasted burnt, while the milk was scalding hot with barely any foam. There was a strange, artificial flavor that I couldn't quite pinpoint - it seemed to permeate both the coffee and milk. Despite this, I'm willing to give them another shot, considering they're still new and might be ironing out the kinks. The space itself is lovely, and I appreciate that they're open late, making it a promising spot for evening hangouts or focused work. With some tweaks to their coffee, this could become a favorite local spot.

the cortado flights are SO FUN and lowkey the best cortados that my friend and I have ever had. Loved the service and plant atmosphere, plus the background playlist was so good . The baristas, Valerie and Eloise, were also so sweet and make fire coffee :)

I was in Seattle recently for business and stumbled into Visible coffee shop. The coffee is roasted and brewed to perfection. The staff were super friendly! Carly and Addy were wonderful and helpful and suggested drinks for my friend and me. I had the Vanilla Bourbon Latte and my friend had the Banana Bread Matcha, stating “I did not know a drink could taste exactly like my mom‘s banana bread!!” The vibe is totally Seattle, the people, the music, the hum of excitement in the air. I wish I lived in Seattle, I would stop by every day.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately both visits have been very disappointing. This time, I ordered two drinks: a matcha latte and a mojito tea. Both were honestly unpleasant. The matcha tasted greasy and heavy with no sense of freshness or balance, it just didn’t resemble a proper matcha latte. The mojito tea was equally bad, lacking flavor and any refreshing qualities you’d expect. I had tried their coffee when they first opened and it wasn’t good back then, but I decided to give them another chance. Sadly, things have not improved. Service was also frustrating. The person taking my order seemed confused and kept asking irrelevant questions, while the girl making the drinks had to step in to help complete the order. It took an unusually long time just to place two simple drinks. Overall, the drinks, service, and experience were disappointing both times. I won’t be coming back.
