I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the two senior gentlemen who were working on the morning of 4/2/2025. I had scheduled a tour for that morning, but the tour bus never arrived to pick me up. Fortunately, the two staff members at the cabin went out of their way to help me contact the tour company. Thanks to their assistance, the company promptly sent a staff member to reschedule my tour, ensuring that I didn’t lose a day in Anchorage.
Not only did they help resolve the issue efficiently, but they also took the time to recommend great things to do in Anchorage. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and I truly appreciate their support.
