How Vista Hermosa Makes 100,000 Corn Tortillas a Day - Eater

"Tacombi, one of NYC’s favorite taco chains, places so much importance on serving the perfect tortilla, that they opened up their own tortilla factory called Vista Hermosa, in Piscataway, New Jersey. Here, workers make 100,000 corn tortillas and 30,000 flour tortillas every day for the restaurants, as well as independent grocers throughout the country." - Avery Dalal

Yelp
Came here on a Friday afternoon. I found this spot via Yelp, was in the mood for tacos and decided to try this spot. Once seated, they served complimentary chips and bean dip which was good. Ordered the American style tacos which comes in 4 tacos which I was able to get 2 Al pastor and 2 chorizo tacos. The tacos were tasty and filling. The tacos come with slices of lemons which was an interesting switch up from lime. And also comes with a heaping serving of sour cream. I also got a mango milk shake which was solid. Fair prices for the amount of tasty food you get. I will be back and I highly recommend this place if you're need the mood for Mexican food. * Authentic Mexican food * Street parking * Good service * Green (mild) and red (spicy) Sauce available

Yelp
Really good food! Simple but flavorful and delicious with reasonable prices. Service was good, welcoming and she answered our questions. The place is small inside but we came closer to closing time so it wasn't crowded at all, lots of people getting takeout coming in and out. Everyone in my group got different types of tacos. I got the pastor tacos which was a lot of food and absolutely delicious. The table salsas were really good too. Everyone in my group enjoyed their food as well. Will visit again when I'm in the area.

Yelp
I love the Ensalada de Camarons, it's always packed with shrimp and it's cooked the way you want. The place offers an array of different foods and they are all delicious. We order from here a lot. Smile. My only issue is that I can't order my food if the person picking up doesn't understand me or puts a guy on the phone who also doesn't understand me: I am always so happy when I get the woman who is fluent in English and Spanish. But other than that, this place gets 8 stars from us out of 10. Enjoy.

Yelp
Love love love this place. Moved 40min and no Mexican food compared so I would always make the drive. Always my top spot for authentic homemade Mexican food.

Yelp
Suburbs living means finding everything new again. I must say, we are so happy to have found a solid Mexican place!! We've been ordering take out from here for the past 2 years and every thing is always so great. Tacos: delicious, homemade tortillas, and a large portion. Enchiladas: so flavorful, delicious, and large portion as well. You name it, they nail it... burritos, empanadas, sope, sopas, and more! Wondering why I didn't give it 5 stars if I'm clearing raving about their food excellence.. honestly it's the service to a degree. Every time we call to order with either it's a pick up or delivery it always feels like they're rushing you, all over the place, or unsure of the address. It's almost comical because we don't end up having an issue with the food, but the actually interaction leaves you with the suspense of.. did they write down my order right or something has to go wrong... The place itself is a small hole in the wall with a few tables. I've seen some people dine in but it's definitely more of your take out restaurant. Either way, I'm here for it and truly enjoy ordering from them all the time.

Yelp
Excellent, AUTHENTIC mexican food. not like these big mexican restaurants that serve small platters for high prices. Very good food, the owners are cooking serving and attending the customers themselves. They WILL make sure you are content and FULL. 10/10 authentic mexican-owned family-owned restaurant!

David F.

Yelp
The food was delicious! Like seriously, possibly the best burrito I've had, and I lived in California for a while. Service was excellent, everyone was very friendly. The ambiance is very hole-in-the-wall, but it's charming. Absolutely would recommend. 5 stars.

Yelp
Authentic Mexican food that brought back memories of late night bike rides for tacos in Tulum. Fresh, full of flavor, and deeeeelicious! Ordered takeout of about 11 entrees and all were without complaint. The only minus was the soup being to watery and not thick enough. Don't have the greatest pictures of the food, but definitely worth it and inexpensive.

Yelp
I ordered a torta with breaded chicken (de milanesa de pollo) and there was no frijoles and no cheese! Just chicken and lettuce. So disappointed!

Yelp
Who knew there is a legit tacqueria in NJ?! In Ridgefield Park, nonetheless! The place is SMALL, kinda divey, but the food is great. I loved the fresh tortilla chips and salsa (I think they fried them right before serving). I wanted to try Mexican Water flavored with fruits. There are 3 kinds and the waitress verbally listed them, but I couldn't make out what she said since they're all in Spanish. So, I just asked the friendly waitress to choose what she thought was best, and she brought out samples of all 3. I loved em all, but chose tamarino - sweet, almost pear-like drink. There is a rose-colored drink that tasted kind of like fruit punch. Horchata (sp) was also good, creamy, cinnamon flavored drink, that almost seemed too good to drink with a meal. I ordered pastor and lengua (beef tongue) tacos. Both were very good and so flavorful. My sis got carne asada. She got medium-well, but the meat was too overcooked for my taste. Best to order medium, I think. The accompaniments like various salsas were all very good too. The food is homey, simple, and straight forward. We were the only non-Mexican people. With the Mexican TV show on TV, I felt like I was in a restaurant in Mexico. Unfortunately, they don' t have a website, so I uploaded their menu here on Yelp. Enjoy! Check out the mouth-watering photos. They also accept credit card. :-)

Yelp
If this is authentic Mexican, I think I like the Americanized version better. I had the hibiscus mexican water, pastor tacos, and chicken tacos dorados. Mexican water was like a light juice, refreshing and slightly sweet. The pastor tacos were great! But I could've used some more onions and lime. I have a feeling the other taco options are just as good. But my pollo tacos dorados were bland. Kinda looked like a taquito dressed up with some salad. But the chicken was dry and I didn't like it too much. The salsas provided were interesting. Red salsa had a smokiness to it. The green salsa tastes just like green chutney. The kind of green chutney they serve at Indian restaurants. If I go again, I'm only getting tacos.
google avatar

Debbie L.

Yelp
Reading some of these reviews is why sometimes I can't trust the American-ized palates of some of you basics! This is what tacos are supposed to taste like. Is it as good as you'll get in Mexico or LA/SD? I wish. But for the east coast it's pretty close. It doesn't taste like taco trucks but more like mama's cooking, and being that the inside basically looks like a small dining room with a kitchen attached, I wasn't surprised. I got the Carne asada and lengua tacos and f... I wish I got all lengua!!! I love lengua and had yet to find a place that does it right in Jersey. I was a very happy camper. I can't recommend anything else but if you like lengua, this is your spot!!! It's been a few months and writing this is making my tummy growl. If you think Chipotle is real Mexican food gtfo of my review. Now.

Yelp
Delicious authentic and fresh! Best in the area. Everything we've ordered has been superb.

Yelp
Oh my god. The tacos compechanos (sp??) Are so good. This is my go to. Thank you Hozay for the recommendation.

Yelp
I ordered delivery and they said it would take 40 minutes. It didnt come for until an hour and 40 mins later and I live 4 mins away. The lady called to say she was at my house so I opened the door waiting for her but she wasn't there. Turns out she was waiting outside my street because Im assuming she didnt want to drive in. Usually I wouldnt care but then I found two pieces of hair in my food so after that I was just pissed. When I found the first one I was disgusted but just threw it out but then I found another one which is why Im writing this. Very unpleasant experience.

Yelp
Found a gem by chance. So happy to have taken the side road to go home. Home-cooked, authentic Mexican. Recommend the pollo mole, which was spectacular! My tacos al pastor were tasty too. Great place for a relaxing and delicious treat.

Yelp
This place is simple and small, but the food is great and affordable. Its my second time to dine in here and people are warm and friendly. service is good also. I'll keep on coming back here for sure.

Yelp
What a find. There are at least 3 other area family owned Mexican restaurants in the area that do not live up to this restaurant. I went for dinner here, not knowing what to expect as many restaurants here offer the cuisine of Puebla, which has now gotten old. The family here is from Oaxaca, which is a nice change, but the cuisine is Mexico City, a refreshing change. Keep in mind that Oaxaca is ground zero for Mexican cuisine, as many tv shows indicate. I started with a drink called Jamaica (ha-mike-ah) which is boiled down flower petals and is really too tart to drink unless sugar is added. This and other drinks are available as mixes, but it is made fresh here..and not so sweet. I've had it in Mexico and it was too sweet. Very impressive! I then ordered tongue tacos, a first for me, which tasted like any other grilled meat, but softer, very good then Bistec a la Mexicana for the entree, which is slices of beef sauteed with onions, tomatoes and jalapenos with of course, refried beans and rice. All very good. Between the smells as soon as you walk in, to the large pots filled with the ingredients for your meal, you will feel like you're in any market or small restaurant in Mexico. Everything on the menu is FRESH and homemade. The restaurant is located on the south side of Rt. 46 across from a small park.

Yelp
The prices here are very good, and the food was solid, not the best Mexican food ever, but good. I did enjoy the chicken quesadilla on flour tortillas. They were three huge pieces, the tortillas were freshly made but a little too doughy for me but had great flavor. I enjoyed them too because they were not that cheesy like you usual quesadillas. One negative was they took a really long time to bring our food, and it wasn't packed at the time.

Yelp
Had a craving for Lengua Tacos.. arrived at the restaurant around 5 pm and the nice lady said they just ran out of tongue and advised us to come early next time. So, we decided to get soft tacos with seasoned pork (pastor) and beef & Mexican sausage (campechano). They came with two fresh salsas (red & green), lime wedges, sliced radish & cucumber, chopped cilantro & onion. The house-made soft taco was so fresh. It was one of the best tacos I've ever had (and I've had my share of tacos, having been to Southern California many times).

Yelp
I really really do not like leaving bad reviews and in fact I think this is the first one I have ever went out of my way to leave for a restaurant. I always enjoy trying new food, but the amount of time I waited for delivery was abysmal. I called at 1047am and the lady who picked up did not speak English. She told me that she would take my number and have someone call me right back. No one called. I called back at 1104 and got someone who spoke English. She said it would take an hour for my food. I called back at 1204 asking where my food was and she said that the driver was on his way. 30 minutes later I called asking to speed up my order and here I am still waiting for an order of tacos and one burrito. This is so so ridiculous and I'm just disgusted with how this establishment is run. WHERE IS MY FOOD?!?? I called again on the two hour mark and they told me truck isn't working.

Yelp
A little hole in the wall just off of Rt46 grabbed our attention as we were craving a Mexican lunch. With seating for around 10 or 12 at the most, it seemed like take out was the popular option. We chose to eat in. The horchata, served in plastic 16oz deli containers was good, a bit sweet with a hint of cinnamon. Go for the small, as it's more than enough of this beverage that tastes like rice pudding. The cheese empanadas were large and filled only with gooey cheese, and the outside was golden and crispy. The flavor was pretty neutral, and could have used a bit of salt. Gorditas .. little fried dough disks filled with cheese, onion, and fresh cilantro. Pretty good, even better with the moderately hot chipotle sauce they brought out when we requested it. The shrimp soup was about as home style as you can get, with carrot and potato, as well as about generous amount of jumbo shrimp in a flavorful tomato broth garnished with more cilantro. Veggie fajitas were just ok, served with corn tortillas...6 of them! Prices were fair, service was slow, but polite and friendly.

Yelp
This is a very hidden spot but the food is really authentic Mexican food bring me back to the real original flavors the service is outstanding!!!! Finally I found a place around the area and really good.

Yelp
I'm not going to settle for poor representations of cuisine simply because I live in the "wrong part" of America. Yes, I lived in SoCal for 7 years prior to moving back to Jersey. Yes, I was privy to some of the best versions of regional Mexican fare. And yes, I still remember what great regional expressions should look and taste like. Thankfully, Vista Hermosa gets a lot of it right. The pastor and the carnitas tacos are virtually identical in flavor. While the pastor had a familiar flavor, the carnitas did not. Carnitas should be cooked to a crispy consistency on the flat top. I understand space is limited, so pan frying is an acceptable alternative. I also tried the Gorditas plate stuffed with chicharron. This was good. It was very similar in flavor to an El Salvadorian dish called "pupusa". I would probably order this again if I had a couple of beers in the system. Because nothing makes Mexican food taste better than a .005 BAC level. Their green salsa was a little too sour for me. Their red salsa was very good, good enough to be bottled and sold separately. The complimentary chips and salsa were comparable to On The Border. The salsa tasted like Pace. The tortilla chips were a little better. There are still a bunch of Mexican options in Bergen and Passaic counties that I have yet to try, so I'm not sure if or when I'll be back here. However, if you don't have the means to travel freely, then this is a good representation of Southern Californian Mexican food. Ole...

Yelp
The place is small but the food is big and delicious. The waiter was not friendly or attentive but when the food arrived and the first bite was taken we forgot about her... Go and try it for yourself! you would like to go again and again....for the food.

Yelp
Family run business, very authentic Mexican restaurant. It's small joint with 5 tables inside. Place smelled like dirty wet mop when I walked in but disappeared pretty soon. No AC, door is opened to cooling down the place. I felt like I'm sitting in the small restaurant in Mexico. Starts with piping hot nachos with delicious salsa. I ordered various tacos, my favorite was tongue. Very tender and seasoned perfectly. My husband ordered enchilada with mole sauce. Mole sauce was too sweet for my husband but I loved it. I usually don't like Mole sauce but this place makes perfect ones for my taste. Staffs were very friendly. I saw old grandmother was cooking in the hot kitchen to catch up all the orders, I really appreciated delicious authentic Mexican meal made out from her hand. Probably I'll do delivers or take out, rather than dine in. If you are looking for authentic Mexican, you should try this place.

Yelp
Amazing- I ordered the chicharron quesadillas. All I needed. The portion was huge for only 8.50- and let me tell you I can eat. They start you off with chips and spicy green salsa as well as red- so you have a choice to mix and match. Every so it but oh so good- perfect accompaniment with the quesadilla. Perfect ratio of cheese to meat- and definitely satisfied my craving. Will be back here for sure Only thing is there are 4 tables- can't really eat at the location if there are more than 4 parties. But free delivery- so I know what I'm ordering for takeout next!

Yelp
Easily the best Mexican Food in the state if NJ. Having grown up in Southern California and living in the land of amazing Mexican Food this is just about as good as it gets. You feel as though you are eating in someone's kitchen which makes the experience even better. About the only con to this place is that there are not many seats and sometimes it can take a while to get your food, but it's because it's fresh so I'll wait any day.
google avatar

Soojin L.

Yelp
I love their tacos!! Can't vouch for anything else because I just keep getting their chicken and lengua (tongue ^_^) tacos. It reminds me of the tacos this Mexican lady used to sell our family at our business in Paterson, NJ, no sour cream or tomatoes near these beauties! Soft warm corn tortillas, cilantro, onion and a wedge of lime with salsa Verde (although I think they could use a little more kick to their sauce. I like things spicy haha) served with radishes and cactus!! (Legit, legit, LEGIT) And get their banana milkshakes-those are magical. Reminds me of the milkshakes I used to get as a child from Las Americas before they went out of business :(

Yelp
At first we were a little bit apprehensive of this place judging by the front entrance but let it not fool you. This place stays busy and the food is really good. Not greasy at all which is a big plus. The staff is nice. We ordered chicken fajita and shrimp burrito. It was a good hearty meal and we are glad that we discovered this little place. Definitely will be back :)

Yelp
Super nice employees and tasty food. Got food delivered and the girl on the phone repeated my order and was patient and sweet. We ordered empanadas and tacos. Food came steaming hot and super yummy. Will order again.

Yelp
Having just eaten at an amazing authentic place two weeks ago, we made it our mission to find an authentic legit place, I have to admit I was skeptical about finding a good place in ridgefield park but needless to say, mission completed! The place is small and quaint yet cozy, you really do feel at home with the novelas and living room decor. The food was awesome, my personal favorite being the al pastor tacos, the boyfriend loved the chicken tacos and best of all... The tortillas were FRESHLY made. The sodas were from Mexico, nothing better than a Mexican coke. Will def come back for seconds...and thirds...
google avatar

J B.

Yelp
Great authentic tacos! If they had fish tacos I would've given them 5 stars. Highly recommend the Al Pastor. The orders take a while. So if you're picking up anticipate a 40 min wait.
google avatar

William T.

Yelp
This is a little gem. Family owned and operated with good food and good prices. My family orders all the time and they deliver to my door. I've seen a review knocking them down because of wait over 40 minutes but they make everything to order so it's worth the wait. You can't get a pizza in 40 minutes in this area. I have ordered the enchiladas, burritos & gorditas. Not once have I been disappointed. The mexican waters are also a treat and add to the meal. I've also eaten in dining room and everything was fresh and outstanding. I would much rather be supporting a hard working family than another chain restaurant. Tonight I am trying the tacos! I'll update this review after trying them.

Kevin L.

Yelp
Camarones a la diabla! You can not go wrong! Definitely the best Mexican restaurant around here. Their barbacoa is also good. The owners are super nice. My coworkers and I order there at least 2-3 times a week and we've never been disappointed. Don't hesitate trying!!

Mariaugusta V.

Yelp
It took about 40 minutes to get our food and the food was not worth wait. The food was very bland, the salsa served with the chips was definitely Tostitos salsa, the horchata was very watered down and weak. The only they were quick with was bringing the check. Solid 1 star place to eat.
google avatar

Sonja D.

Yelp
Probably the most authentic Mexican I've had so far in the states, but it still can't compare. My husband and I have been looking for an authentic mexican taqueria since we got back from our honeymoon in Cabo. We swore we'd never eat fake tacos again! Found this place through Yelp and were sooo excited to try it. Came on a weekday night with another couple. The place is small, but clean and has about 4-6 tables so you can eat in. The waitress/hostess couldn't speak english, but with our memory of high school spanish + a spanish minor we could definitely get by. I had the chicken and lengua tacos. They were definitely good, but not great. I guess it's not exactly fair to compare them to legit Mexican tacos IN Mexico, but my husband and I were less than wowed. The couple we were with really liked them though, so if you are in the mood for more-authentic-than-most Mexican tacos for a great price, this is your place!
google avatar

Mysti R.

Yelp
I was just here for lunch today. I was great. The food was fantastic and tasted delicious. They had great tacos, as my husband says, and I had their Tacos Dorados. All the food was great. The service was wonderful as well. The only problems I have is that it was extremely cold inside the restaurant. I was freezing sitting there. They take a little while to make the food but I think that's because they do not have many people cooking. I think its only ran by 2-3 people. But great food and worth the time.
google avatar

Yelp
Saw some Yelp reviews and having been to SoCal a bunch of times (they have amazing tacos, i.e. see OB) I had to take a ride and check it out! Ordered (for a group of ppl) 3 beef tacos, 3 chicken, tacos, grilled chik platter with rice and beans, and cheese dillas. Before I start ramblin, the food was on point! 100% going to be coming back to here and get some grub. Everything was made fresh and the food was tasty as hell! Def go check it out. OK Time for ramble, don't show up hungry having NOT PREORDERED!! YOU NEED TO ORDER BEFORE SHOWING UP!! I waited 45 mins while sitting there, I thought my stomach was going to eat mah bodayy! The staff neglected to supply the chips and salsa so they get a 4 star. 4 star for food only, the place is a shack and doesn't look amazin' but the food it good so f it.

Yelp
I'm EXTREMELY disappointed at the lack of consideration for customers from this establishment. I come here every week for lunch and today, when I am sick at home, I decide to order for delivery. I've waited for 2 hours for my delivery and I called them very nicely to ask where my food was at the 1.5 hour mark and the lady informs me that the delivery guy is on the way. My house is less than 10 minutes away from the restaurant but I keep my patience because this is one of my favorite places. 20 minutes later I call back asking where the delivery guy is again and I get the same response. At this point I am pissed and tell her this treatment is unacceptable especially for someone who weekly gives them business. She goes on to say that they have lots of orders which I understand however that is something that is not my problem. If you have lots of orders hire more drivers, let customers know that their food will be long, SOMETHING. It should not be the customers fault. However the icing on top is that I informed her I'm less than 10 minutes away and I don't see why if my food left an hour ago and is sitting in this delivery person's car, that it would take so long. She literally says "Next time I suggest you go pick it up yourself." Are you serious? If I could go pick it up myself I wouldn't be calling for delivery. To end this, I told her I won't be paying for the food if it ever does arrive because that is past the time allowed. She says she's going to cancel my delivery then. No "I'm sorry we'll make it right" no "Next time you come it'll be on us" no sort of apology to make the customer feel like you want their business again... I feel very sad that one of my favorite places has turned on me like that. I guess I won't be coming back here anymore...

Maggie K.

Yelp
I really love this place. Its traditional Mexican food and very reasonably priced. The mole is so good!

Yelp
Tacos are soo good the chicken are my favorite will return for more tacos. The best spots always the ones that look like a hole in the wall

Yelp
My husband and I were looking for delicious, fresh, homemade mexican place around town and Vista Hermosa met our expectations and more. Humble and not fancy place but great taste and very friendly service - also not expensive. Totally recommend it!!!

Yelp
I Need to update my 1 star rating because clearly I was in a taco-less rage and near death due to hunger. I've ordered take out a few times and the food is legit. Their tacos are tasty, tortillas are fresh and their soups are banger. AND UPDATE - I ordered deliver last week and they actually showed up so BRAVO VISTA.. Viva la Tacos This place would be a perfect place to order for Cinco de Mayo 2015... but for delivery you would have to order right now. Based on all of these great reviews, and with this spot being less than a mile from my office we decided to try it out. Placed a simple 6 taco lunch order at 11:10 am (way before a lunch rush) An hour went by and no food, so I called to make sure they had the right address. The woman said it would be there in "1 minute". 25 minutes later or so the delivery driver called asking for the name of the street we were on. We spelled it out for him 2 more times in addition to the first call where we spelled it out 2 times as well. another 25 minutes or so go by and I called to see if maybe I should go pick it up at this point. It is LITERALLY one left turn away and less than a mile. The woman that answered the phone said he was lost. I gave better directions. 15 minutes later go by, and the driver called again to ask for the street name for a 5th time. NOW this is getting irritating. At that point it occurred to us that our tacos were sitting in this lost deliveryman's car and probably cold, soggy and grotesque. At that point I called again to cancel the order. The woman said "OKAY" .. She just said "OKAY" after we have been waiting over 2 hours for 6 tacos and had to deal with the super annoying back and forth phone calls. 15 minutes after that the delivery guy called us back asking if we still wanted the food... he was still lost. We declined. Chinese it is! I gave this place 1 star for comedy .. this fiasco was hilarious. At some point it should have clicked to either the woman in the store answering the phone or the deliveryman that is probably still lost hours later.. Hey lets call these people and let them know there are no tacos in their future. No Call.. So In closing, if you do decide to try this place just go there. Unless you live next door.. but anything that requires one left turn and a straight road don't bother. Just way to complicated. Sincerely, Taco-less in NJ

Yelp
The food here is FRESH, authentic and delicious. This is my favorite restaurant in Ridgefield Park, a small town with a surprisingly large number of thriving restaurants. I have tried a dozen different entrees, and enjoyed every one, which in my experience is astounding. They are serious about food here. I usually order takeout or delivery, but have also eaten at the restaurant, the service friendly and attentive.

Yelp
First time here. Ordered the tacos al pastor. 4 pork stuffed tacos "Mexican style" with cilantro and onion. Garnished with cactus, radish and lime wedges. Served with a red and green sauce. Awesome! I'm a big eater but it's almost enough for two. Will definitely be back.
google avatar

Alex A.

Yelp
Had the tacos here before. They do a pretty decent job. However, when you're a Mexican eatery, I think it'd be pretty hard to mess up tacos. Parking is convenient as there are plenty of spots available on the street. Ordered three al pastor tacos without the flour tortilla (watch the carbs on weekdays), over a house salad. They accommodated me easily. Meal was good. I was especially fond of the little green and red hot sauce the waitress hooked me up with. Where I'm hitting them hard is on the chips and salsa. I know, I know. Almost sounds like I'm majoring in the minors here, but here me out. Chips were fine. Traditional, homemade, deep fried (yum), BUT how are you going to use straight up salsa out of the bottle off of a shelf in the supermarket?! I can't prove it because I never saw the bottle, but I've been to enough Superbowl parties to know what it tastes like and it FOR SURE wasn't homemade. *Thumbs Down*.. Fail.

Yelp
I'm so happy that I passes by this place because I got lost. What a discovery. We ordered four tacos which was about $9 and you have the option to choose two different types of meats. We went with the pastor and chicken. Although white meat was used for the chicken it was not tough at all, it was chopped up into small pieces to give it that texture and absorb the flavors. The pastor was so tender with juicy bits of pineapple. The tacos were accompanied by a grilled scallion and cactus. The tortillas were non greasy and almost fluffy but still a tortilla and it was really delicious with the fillings. Next, we ordered the mixed alambre for $15. I found out an alambre is fajita with mozzarella cheese melted on top. It came with big butterflied shrimp, beef, chicken and vegetable sauce on a red sauce topped with ooey, gooey mozzarella cheese which you wrapped in their fluffy, non greasy tortilla which I'm 99 percent sure they may actually make in house, I could be wrong. Either way, alambre is a keeper. Lastly, I was already full but we noticed they offered HOrchata and I had to try it. It was the perfect sweet ending to my meal.
