Miami’s 13 Best Restaurants For Covered Patio Dining | Eater Miami

"Grab a seat at Vista’s colorful and charming patio — where somehow no matter the temperature or the weather it always feels cool and breezy — and dine on dishes with Italian with Miami influences like calamari with sesame salt, crudo with mango salad, Maltagliati pasta with brisket, poblano pesto gnocchi, and snapper a la plancha." - Olee Fowler

19 Spots in Miami for Refreshing Summer Cocktails | Eater

"This airy outdoor eatery in Miami’s Buena Vista neighborhood capitalizes on some of the best views in the city. Vista’s rooftop bar lets you bask in sea breezes while sampling rustic Italian cuisine. Don’t miss the restaurant’s homemade pasta and take advantage of the fresh-from-Florida seafood that fills the menu, like their flavorful Florida snapper. But before your meal, order a Grey Goose Summer Spritz to get the night started." - Vox Creative

Summer Cocktails and Bars to Try in Miami | Eater

"At this breezy outdoor eatery in Buena Vista, diners can experience the best of Miami’s ocean air. Vista’s rooftop bar offers one of the city’s best vistas, making the bar both as aptly named as it is spacious. The menu boasts a cuisine that brings rustic Italian flavors, like handmade fresh pasta together with a twist of the tropics. As delectable as the traditional Italian fair on the menu is, the main event is Vista’s selective list of cocktails. Try Spring Bubbles, a house favorite that includes GREY GOOSE Vodka, ST~GERMAIN, macerated strawberries, lemon and prosecco: a bright and airy treat fit for a view, or to take home with a to-go order." - Vox Creative

10 Best Bars for Miami Winters | Eater

"Leave the riverside for Miami’s newest hip dining scene, Upper Buena Vista. Just north of stylish Wynwood and the Design District, UBV is home to a number of trendy restaurants, including Vista. The word vista means “view” in Italian, and from Vista’s rooftop bar, you’ll certainly have a tropical one. Match that vision of palm trees and lights with a bubbly, sweet cocktail like Spring Bubbles. This drink blends the complex flavors of St-Germain and basil with strawberry, lemon, prosecco, and, of course, some smooth Grey Goose Vodka. Spring Bubbles pairs well with the night air, but you can order a meal too. Try some duck tagliatelle or chef-inspired ravioli to experience Vista’s modern takes on Italian classics." - Marcy Franklin

There was a large group in the hotel and they were woefully unprepared. Ordered a "calamary" app. Took over an hour and was cold. Husband's Cuban sandwich was meh. Drinks were overpriced and inconsistent (ordered whisky sour and got amaretto but figured replacement would take forever)

Not many good options without a car near the Holiday Inn. Was hoping for something better but I guess it was ok. Happy hour from 5 to 7 but a pretty limited beer selection. No IPA on tap but they did have Torpedo in a bottle. Ordered fish entree and it was rubbery. Mashed potatoes were good. Typical hotel prices. Outside deck has great views.

American Airlines put me here due to a missed connection. The hotel was comfortable and secure. The restaurant had good food.

Food was delicious. Staff very friendly and attentive. Spoke to a man very interested in our city and was able to help give him some pointers for if he visits. Had lively music playing.

Vista lounge( BAR IN THE HOTEL) is closed on Saturday nights for a private event that is NOT ADVERTISED ANYWHERE IN THE HOTEL. I wouldn't have booked this hotel had I known I couldn't to the on-site bar on a Saturday night. The bar is advertised as open 6 to 11pm. Meanwhile the bar is open. No one is sitting there but there are reserved signs on ALL the spots.

Such mixed experiences. We had such a nice experience for dinner, but breakfast is not so much. For RNY/sleeve patients: I had RNY surgery in October 2022, so my portion size is much smaller for me than other adults. I asked if I could get the kids sized buffet but was told no. I'm not paying $16 + automatic 18% gratuity for $8 worth of food since you can't take it to go.

Stayed here because of a delayed flight and the food was great! Open late and so much better than fast food. Wings cooked to perfection, great salad and kids options

Yelp
I am a bar manager at a restaurant and bar. I am giving this place one star because the staff was so kind but I am deducting 4 stars because of how disgusting this restaurant and bar is . They didn't bother to wipe down the counters before opening , they were sticky and stained . There were about a thousand flies flying around . The refrigerators and walls behind the bar were caked with crud and all the booths had crumbs and stains. I felt disgusting just sitting down in this place . The view was beautiful minus the dirty windows . You shouldn't feel this disgusted when you come into a place that serves food and beverages . I have never passed up a glass of wine in my life until I came here. They desperately need a health inspector to come through or a different cleaning crew .
