We LOVED Vista Oaks! Vanessa was so easy to work with. We rented the whole venue and so glad we did. We had 250 guests and everything was the perfect size. They are very accommodating and willing to help in any way. The property has so many options that the potential is endless. Very beautiful venue!

My experience at Vista Oaks Event Center was absolutely fantastic! We booked the venue for a large wedding reception, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. From start to finish, the event center and their staff exceeded our expectations in every way. First and foremost, the atmosphere at Vista Oaks is simply charming. The venue exudes a warm and inviting ambiance, creating the perfect setting for our special day. The layout was ideal for a large wedding reception, providing ample space for dancing, dining, and mingling without feeling crowded. What truly set Vista Oaks apart was their exceptional manager Vanessa. From the initial planning stages to the actual event, she was an invaluable resource. She guided us through the entire process with professionalism and a friendly demeanor, making sure every detail was taken care of. Her willingness to assist with every aspect of our event planning made a significant difference, and we felt confident that everything would go smoothly. One highlight was their flexibility in accommodating our rehearsal dinner at the venue. Having it onsite made things much more convenient for everyone involved, and the staff was readily available to provide any needed assistance. When the weather wasn't cooperating on the day of the wedding, the onsite event coordinator went above and beyond by heating up the patio for our outdoor reception, ensuring our guests were comfortable throughout the evening. The cost of the venue was reasonable, considering the exceptional service and amenities provided. Additionally, they allowed for an extra day for clean up after the event, which was a tremendous help. The rental period spanning the entire weekend allowed us to set up on Friday, with the wedding coordinator, caterer, and decorator all working together to create a breathtaking atmosphere for our big day. In the end, everything went flawlessly, and our wedding weekend at Vista Oaks was nothing short of magical. We received countless compliments from our guests about the beautiful venue and the outstanding service provided by the event center's staff. The memories created at Vista Oaks will last a lifetime, and we are incredibly grateful for their role in making our wedding truly wonderful. I photographed a wedding here two weeks ago. Spacious event venue with pretty grounds, large multi level reception hall, a separate and beautiful chapel, outdoor patios with built in bars, built in bars indoors. It’s quite a large venue! My only grievance is that the bridal suite is very small and right in the middle of the reception hall which makes hiding her difficult and the grooms quite is an open air upper balcony. The grooms suite is large but there is no private space with a door for them. I absolutely love shooting here and highly recommend it for any event. To mitigate the small suites, I recommend getting ready off location with more privacy.

We had our Wedding at Vista Oaks Event Center May 22, 2021 and it was perfect! We were a covid couple that had to cancel our first wedding and venue but what a blessing it was, because Vista Oaks was so easy to work with and Venessa made sure that we had everything we needed. It rained like crazy on our wedding day but the chapel and hall were big enough to hold everyone inside comfortably and looked beautiful ( we had 246 guest)! If you're getting married in the Texas Hill Country and want a beautiful venue with laid back staff that make sure your day is everything you dreamed of, then you need to book with Venessa at Vista Oaks!

Most beautiful wedding venue possible! As soon as I stepped in the place I fell in love. My husband and I had the most perfect wedding here and vanessa was such a big help! She was so nice and helpful! She really goes above and beyond to help make sure your event is super special. I can’t thank her enough for all her help. She definitely sold the place! I booked the place as soon as seeing it!❤️

Vista oaks it’s an amazing place to have your big day, or any type of event !!! Beautiful and wonderful place ! I totally recommend it! And let’s not forget the wonderful VANESSA!! She is amazing the nicest and sweetest person I know and easiest person to talk to and to work with!

We had our Wedding Day July 22, 2023. Vanessa was such a pleasure to work with. The venue is absolutely GORGEOUS! We were allow to take our engagement photos there as well. I would give them a 10 stars in every area! If you have an event and to want a beautiful space with super sweet people this is your place. They have an amazing space for the guys to unwind, play pool and play games an amazing place with large lighted mirrors for the girls to get ready. The whole time it was the perfect temperature. I can’t say enough good things about vista oaks.

I got married here on the 3rd of July 2023. The venue was beautiful, the manager Vanessa was very accommodating. She was helpful on the wedding day, and was very receptive to our requests. I definitely would plan another event here. It was priced reasonably, we only used the chapel and catering hall, but there is much more space at this venue for whatever you might need!
