LOVEEEE! Great vibes! Lots of choice for the charcuterie boards. Plenty of places to sit and chat or play one of the board games they have. Great spot to relax after a long day

this place is so cute, great date spot. the bartender is always kind and helpful. cool art selection and indoor/outdoor seating

Enjoyed a private but fantastic evening here recently. One of my favorite things about the place was the crowd - an eclectic mix of classy, trendy, fashionable people who were all having a great time. Perf wine list. The conversation was so good, that we definitely closed the place down. They do close at midnight on a Friday, so FYI if you plan on staying out later, be sure to have a backup plan, which we did. I was lucky enough to find parking easily, but I would suggest taking an Uber here.

Google
Such a trendy vintage wine bar!! Absolutely loved the vibes, there’s 2 electric fire places with cozy couches. Our bartender was so great, let us try a few wines to taste before selecting. The pimento cheese spread and crackers was the perfect snack!

Imagine stepping into a cozy wine bar that feels like a hidden gem, tucked away from the bustling streets. The bar itself is a sleek, polished counter where bartenders with friendly smiles serve pours from all over the world. Behind them, shelves lined with bottles, their labels a mix of rustic and elegant, hinting at the variety and expertise offered. There's a chalkboard behind the bar listing the evening's curated selections that complement the wine, and the staff is always eager to recommend something Comfortable seating is scattered throughout the rooms: armchairs and leather couches, cozy arrangements nestled into corners, and a line of chairs along the bar suited for savoring several glasses of wine. Whether you're here for a casual evening with friends or a quiet solo escape, the ambiance wraps around you like a comfortable blanket, offering the perfect setting for enjoying both the wine and the company. Cheers!

Google
My first experience was a little off-putting, but we come here weekly now. We think Chase and Justin are both great bartenders, the cheese plate is wonderful, and their selection of beer and wine are great. Love that you can get 0.0 (non-alcoholic) beer and wine here.

Google
Case did a great job. We are from DC/MD and found this place while in the area for the weekend. He was nice and attentive. He seemed to be the only person working the customers, but was able to respond quickly to everyone while still being engaging and giving great recommendations.

Great wine bar, love the selection 🍷and the decor is beautiful. Such a great vibe

Yelp
Cute little wine bar downtown that closes on the early side (10pm Tues/Wed/Thurs, 11pm Fri/Sat, 7pm Sun) but nice for an early evening sip. It's got modern, slightly rustic vibes, lit brightly for the art gallery in the back room. There's a good amount of seating and it's not completely filled with the undergrad crowd like other bars in the area. I see they host a book club and if I lived in Raleigh, I'd be all over that-- this is the perfect atmosphere! They have a nice bubbles by the glass selection (4 options, including a Lambrusco), which is really impressive since so many wine bars give you one, two at most. Vegan options on the menu include hummus, olives and pickles. I was planning to eat there, but time got away from me and they do a strict closing time, so maybe next time.

Yelp
This place is a such a vibe!! It feels like a speakeasy mixed with a trendy indoor outdoor setting. They have board games to play and an outdoor daybed swing! They have a non alcoholic rose that's delicious as well. Also highly recommend the Prosecco. They offer bar snacks and charcuterie!

Yelp
One of my favorite after-work haunts. Very little beats sitting on a swing with a good friend, a bowl of cheese crackers, and a generous pour of wine. I particularly love the work of independent artists hung around the interior! We're having our holiday party here this year and I'm super excited for it - didn't even know this was also an event space.

Yelp
INTRO: Vita-Vite is a refined lounge-style wine bar doubling as an art gallery. If you want a spot for date, then this it. Merlot: One of fine merlot I have ever drink. Not too dry, fruity and smooth. Menu are priced decently considering that this is downtown Raleigh. Expect $24-$30 check for couple of glasses. Parking/ Location: This will be located right in Hargett street, so street parking is available. However, there is a paid parking lot right down the street at walking distance. Ambience and Service: This place is epic. Lounge style sofa, outdoor seating, seating at bar, freaking art gallery! One of the best ambiences ever. The art gallery consists of art from local artist. They have a book shelf and I mean what this place doesn't have!

Yelp
I enjoyed my own company today but felt great about it! The service was great and everyone is very friendly! I recommend the Kings Ridge if you are into red wine. If not the bartenders were so pleasant that they will point you in the right direction based off of what you like!

Yelp
Vita Vite Downtown Raleigh is a must visit! The ala cart cheese board was definitely a hit! I'm not much of a beer drinker so I opted for the cider which has now became my favorite! There's an extensive option of wine and beer! They also have ample parking in the back which is a good bonus!
google avatar

Yelp
My wife and I have gone here on and off for years and I didn't used to be a fan. Place was fine but nothing special. Over the last year, my opinion has changed greatly. We love this place. Service is always great, wine selection is very solid, as is their small but well curated beer selection. What makes this place different is the ambience and food. Great selection of food that pairs well with wine, and a great interior with local art, and seating outside to people watch. I highly recommend.

Yelp
love the vibe here. super relaxing place to chill drink and just be. ahhhh the hummus and cheese straws were good. they have games to play and wonderful comfortable gathering places. what a gorgeous day i had to just rest my bones for a bit while getting some fresh air and sip some wine.

Yelp
Cute and cozy atmosphere! Good selection of wine and they had small bites and beer. They have wifi available and plenty of tables, making it a great place to get some work done in the evening

Yelp
This is a wonderful little oasis in the warehouse district in Raleigh. This is a short walk from Glenwood, but has a very different vibe. With rustic-modern decor, it has a more sophisticated and relaxed feel, and is perfect for a casual date night drink or drink with friends. We stopped by with a group for a post-brunch drink on a weekend, and loved sitting on their spacious patio. They have comfy chairs and even a hanging daybed that was as comfortable as it looks. Bar menu was pretty extensive, and they have some light snacks as well if you need a bite. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I love vita vite, it's a great place for a chill girls night. They have wine (obviously) and some charcuterie options. Added bonus: the owner is really nice!

Yelp
Perfect date spot. Took my girlfriend there while walking around downtown and we really enjoyed ourselves. The art is amazing, but what is more amazing is the creative sitting areas they have for conversation. We only went for a couple drinks, but we talked for hours and really enjoyed ourselves.

Yelp
Such a cute, trendy wine bar! This spot is fantastic for charcuterie and drinks. I highly recommend for a date night or catching up with friends.

Yelp
I really like Vita Vite for when you want to get a drink with a few friends or at the end of a date but don't want anything too crazy. They have a good wine selection and the bartenders are friendly. They have a few snack-like foods, also. There's also a selection of games. Another cool feature is that they have art from local artists on the walls (for sale).
google avatar

Lacy D.

Yelp
I absolutely adore Vita Vite! It's one of my favorite places for girls date night. My friends love the Frose during the summer and I'm personally a huge fan of the Hunky Dory Sauv Blanc. It's so cozy inside and I love how the bar runs so long. Local artist paintings are on display and that's fun to see, too. Pricing is reasonable and varies depending on the type of wine you choose. There are typically about 6-8 beers available. The options for food are limited but tasty! You can build your own charcuterie plate or nibble on chocolate. Definitely a must visit!
google avatar

Yelp
This is a great place for a wine night and their charcuterie boards are fantastic! I never have to wait here either which is a plus.

Yelp
I always come in for a beer or glass of wine while my daughter is in a class across the street. Feels like home with comfy furniture and lovely art on the walls for sale.

Yelp
Anytime I have a visitor in town, I always bring them to Vita Vite because the art is captivating and the wine is delicious! Vita Vite is perfect for all ages. My favorite wine there is the Honky Dory - semi-sweet and smooth. They have the coolest outdoor patio in town with a porch swing/couch. The atmosphere reminds me of Barcelona. Their bar snacks are reasonably affordable and pair perfectly with wine. Although the prices are reasonable, the restaurant is still high class. All the bartenders are knowledgeable about the wine and they even have beer for those who aren't into wine! There are all kinds of seats within the restaurant to make yourself comfortable. My favorite is a couch that faces both ways. It's always a clean environment too.
google avatar

Alyssa C.

Yelp
Great wine selection and great art. Vita Vite is the perfect stop after work or before dinner. The staff is always friendly and make great wine suggestions if you're unsure. Some nights they have specials. I definitely plan to come back especially to relax on the patio!

Yelp
Decided to try a wine bar on a chilly Saturday afternoon to just relax and enjoy the weekend. What a cute place! There is nice outdoor seating but it was too chilly and 1 of the fireplaces wasn't on so we went inside. Inside there is a variety of seating as well as comfortable bar chairs. We chose to sit at the bar. They have a nice selection of local drafts which was great for my non wine drinking husband. There wine selection was nice and they even offered samples if you requested. We ordered the hummus, the pimento cheese and the burrata cheese small plates. They were delicious. You need to go to the bar to order drinks and food. There were no servers going to the seating area. (While we were there) The downside to sitting at the bar people kept squeezing in between me and the person next to me to order drinks. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Yelp
What a great little wine bar! It is beautifully decorated and very cozy. I have a heard great things about Vita Vite and finally checked it out and I was not disappointed! They have a large selection of whites and reds, a couple of roses and a beer list. They also have charcuterie which I did not try but would love to next time. The best thing about this bar is the atmosphere and vibe. The whole bar looks very 'rustic chic' and has plenty of areas to sit and enjoy a drink with friends. They have beautiful art (many pieces for sale) decorating the walls. The outdoor area is great and also has couches and comfortable areas to sit.
google avatar

Liz O.

Yelp
They have a decent selection of wine, and they have a really cool ambiance. I love the olive oil and bread type apps they have. And the fact that you can play attack on humanity with friends. Definitely a hot spot to frequent.

Yelp
Bottom line: Vita Vite is a breath of fresh air in the area. Awesome atmosphere, great wine and beer selections, tasty cheese/charcuterie, and friendly staff. I think these guys are rocking it so far. I'll be back to VV in the future, no doubt about it. The Deets: Enjoying a Saturday out in DTR with Chris M., Sara B., and Lindy P., the gals turned Chris and I on to the new Vita Vite after our brunch. Always up for a good wine bar, we were not disappointed here. I think they bring a well needed facelift to the area that occupied the former CC/313 space on Hargett St. Entering, there are big huge garage doors. I'm a sucker for places with big garage doors, I'll just say it. It opens up to a very nice outdoor sitting area then through the doors to the main area inside. There you are met with comfy couches, fireplaces, unique communal tables, and a substantial bar area. Whatever your mood, you'll find a place to nest at VV. All around these areas you will find local art displayed and even for sale, and there are some great pieces there. All in all, I love the atmosphere. Comfortable and inviting. Vita Vite offers a well selected wine menu...not overwhelming with too many selections but what is there appears to be quality. Not in the wine mood? There are 6 draft craft beer choices and they offer a pretty well-rounded selection with good representation for about all types. If you have the munchies with your EtOH, there is a great offering of cheeses, charcuterie, nibbles that just hit the spot. I thoroughly enjoyed our spot next to the fireplace and drank it all in...the wine and the atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff rounded out this pleasant visit, thumbs up.

Yelp
We went on First Friday to grab a bit and a drink after browsing art galleries - Vita Vite is still young, so I'm writing this anticipating that I will be going back, and I will love it. The good: -Vita Vite is HUGE! Lots of interesting spaces to sit and chat with your friends, SO, etc. We sat at the bar this time, but when it's beautiful out I can't wait to check out the swinging benches in the front, or grab a couch when I'm with a group. -Wine prices are very reasonable. I was happy to see that most of the wines were in my price point, and there was a large selection to choose from. I had a really good Rose and my partner had a nice prosecco - generous pours and overall good quality. -Charcuterie was a winner and at a great price! For $12 we had the "pick three option" - two cheeses, a sopresatta and some olives. The portions were big and felt substantial - I love charcuterie and this is one of the best ones in the area (I think). The bad: -Vita Vite was slammed the night we went, which is both good and bad. I'm happy to see them having good business, but it meant that the bar was very noisy and very crowded. -The bar was understaffed that night. If it were a weekday and only two people were working, I would understand. But this was a Friday night! Only two people were working, and because of the crowds everything took a very long time. Our first wine order was forgotten about and we had to ask again after 20 minutes. 20 minutes later we received our food, and it took an additional 30 minutes from asking for our check to receiving it. I could hear others around us whispering the same things. I'm giving Vita Vite the benefit of the doubt and will definitely be back - the goods outweigh the cons, but I'm going to be reluctant to go on the weekend again. Maybe give it a few months to figure itself out, but I think it's going to be great!

Yelp
Yay I've been patiently waiting (not so patiently actually) for Vita Vite to open. As a big wino I was so excited to hear about a new wine bar opening in the downtown area. This isn't just your typical wine bar it's also an art gallery. Owner Lindsay Rice is passionate about art and wine and was able to bring both or her loves together in one amazing space. All the artwork is from southern artists and you can walk around and check out all the artwork hanging on the walls throughout the space. They did such an incredible job with this old building in the warehouse district. They still incorporated some of the old wood that was originally in the space and added so much rustic and modern charm. What's awesome about this space is that it also hosts an event space in the back with a full catering kitchen. The event space is beautiful with amazing chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, it would be great for a small reception, dinner party, corporate meetings and so much more. Don't miss the pretty bathrooms, yes they are worth a mention! The wine list isn't huge but it is quality! You will not be disappointed no matter what price point you pick and what kind of wine you enjoy. Don't like wine? No problem they have a great list of craft brews on tap. Soon to come is cheese plates, I can't wait. If you are looking for some unique gifts they also carry some pretty cool foodie and southern gifts to purchase. The outdoor area is perfect for an afternoon of wine tasting. Large comfy couches and chairs make you feel like you are drinking wine in your own living room. The indoor area gives you the same feel, with all the beautiful artwork and fireplaces. Let's just say I think I found one of my new favorite spots in DTR!

Yelp
Nice quiet place to come and have drinks with your girls. I had the fresh baked bread and olive oil it was great! Paired well with my mimosa. I will definitely be back.

Yelp
A wine bar in the warehouse district! Vita Vite renovated the old 313 space next to Goodwill. So, now you can get your coffee in the morning across the street at Muertos, and your wine at night. Perf. The decor is modern chic rustic. There are swings on the patio, fireplaces, and lots of comfortable seating. My favorite is the wood table in the center that has attached stools that swing in and out. The bartenders are all awesome and very attentive. They can guide you through the menu to best match your palate. I recommend going for a bottle and sharing that with a few friends. If you're not a wine person, they actually have a good selection of local beer on draft too. They recently added charcuterie (with Boulted Bread!) and some snacks. They even have macrons if you're looking for something sweet. Due to construction in the area with The Dillon and Union Station, parking could be challenging for a bit. I recommend street parking on West Hargett, South Harrington, or South Dawson. You could also try Nash Square, which has some diagonal spots if you're scared to parallel. If all that fails, try the Municipal Building Deck.

Yelp
We were looking for a casual ,cozy date night option in downtown Raleigh and found our way to Vita Vite on Thursday night. Although rainy, there was parking available on Hargett St ( yay free as it was after 8pm) and a nice crowd inside Vita Vite. I instantly loved the vibe and decor of this space. There are different seating options available..high top,low table, bar, upholstered chairs, but we settled in nicely by the fireplace on the loveseat. We got a chance to meet the owner ,who is very passionate and knowlwdgeable bout wine. Also available is beer on tap if wine is not your thing. But it is our thing, which makes this place a new fave of ours. Not only a wine bar but this place is an art gallery. Art is available for viewing and purchase. This place is also great for groups, girls night out or just a date with yourself. I can't wait to go back when it's warmer to use the outdoor seating area. There is a swing bed with my name on it!

Yelp
Vita Vite is one of my favorite places in Raleigh. I always love bringing out of town guests here. Top notch selection of wines and super friendly staff to help you pick something out. The atmosphere is super cozy and artsy, outdoor seating fills up quick on a nice day - go early to snag the swing!!
google avatar

Chavonna B.

Yelp
Very cute luxe location to meet girlfriends for a casual ladies night or a cozy spot for a night out with your significant other. So many seating options from comfortable bar chairs, plush cozy couches, to standard 4 seat tables and pub tables. This would be an awesome venue to rent out for any type of event as the beautiful artwork on all of the walls from local artists (that is all for sale) and gorgeous light fixtures and ambiance in general would lend a nice back drop and make your event perfect. They had a limited yet nice selection of wine choices as well as craft beers. While their website makes no mention of it, they do have food. They have cheese and meat platter selections as well as a few dessert options. I think they should consider a mention of this on their website as it was almost a deterrent for me not knowing if they had food or not. Overall, a great spot for probably any day or night of the week. I happened to have been on a Saturday (last night) and it was a nice crowd, not supercrowded, but bar crowded. Oh and the music that I could subtly here over the noise of the bar was good. Looking forward to many more visits to Vita Vite.

Yelp
In what we thought would be a quick stop in before dinner we almost stumbled upon this place. I am very happy we did. We slid into a single seat remaining at the bar and I stood behind my wife. The place is packed and I suppose that is a good sign. An interesting mixture of wines from around the world though in my opinion nothing over this world excellent as far as wine, nor anything underwhelming. The decor is beautiful and the staff was very very helpful and friendly. We did not eat but spoke with several folks close by that were nibbling. It seems like the tapas / small plate style Spanish inspired appetizer size food would pair particularly well with the atmosphere and concept. The crowd was perhaps a little to chic / to be seen for our liking, but I suppose that is what this place may be striving for. I wouldn't consider this a low key sort of place but overall we would visit again for a fun and quick glass of wine experience.

Yelp
I really like the comfortable chairs at the bar. That was the first thing that caught my attention. I enjoy sitting at the bar at most venues, but my back starts to hurt in the chairs after a little while usually. Not here! Well done, Vita Vite. Great choice in furniture. My friend had a red wine and I had the rhubarb cider. It was quite tasty. Not super crowded on a weeknight. As we were leaving a group of college-age kids came in to celebrate a birthday, and I was glad we were making our exodus around that time. The decor is nice. The art on the wall is a mixed bag: some of it is a little too modern for my taste. Other paintings are more my preference. Cozy space in front of the fire. The only recommendation I would have is to dim the lighting a bit more to create even more ambiance. (Although, I am never a fan of overhead lighting. My friends think I'm part mole.) There were some light bites, but we didn't try any. Nothing popped out at me. Typical wine bar items: cheese, crackers, charcuterie, and the like. I'm sure I'll be back. In fact, I do have plans to meet some friends there next week. Looking forward to it.

Yelp
SHOCKED!!!!!!!! First off, I used to love this place, would come here all the time and sit outside. First time I have come back since COVID, and was not able to even place my order before I was put in shock by how incredibly rude the bartender (shorter, brown hair, somewhat heavyset) was to me. I walk in and see signs to "order at the bar". So I haven't been out much since COVID but have been to a few places to know that people are doing things differently (no menu/QR code). So I walk up and see a customer at the bar on the right on an iPad and an open ipad on the left side. I assumed maybe they were using iPads for ordering (I realize now is stupid) but at the time was thinking that is where I order (going off of the sign and other person using an ipad). Who has a sign that says order at the bar...at a bar??? So I went to use the iPad thinking I was going to order and the bartender came and snatched the ipad from me and said NOTHING. Who just comes and snatches something from a customer without saying anything?? She could have at least explained that is was not for customer use or asked me what I was doing. I obviously had no malicious intentions and was shocked that she just snatched the iPad and said nothing. It was incredibly rude and I only realized what I did wrong after she snatched it and put it behind the bar. I was in such shock and embarrassed by her actions that I could not stand to be there another minute. Can't believe you would treat a customer this way. It was an honest mistake that she handled poorly. Such a shame that she had no regard for the situation and would treat someone this way. I apologize for thinking it was a means to place an order. I did not deserve to be treated like that. Ruined my day and a place that I used to love going to.

Yelp
WOWOWOWOW def my favorite wine hangout place! The Hunky Dory (Sauvignon blanc) is FAB and i recommend the pick 3 charcuterie (MANCHEGO!) The art is beautiful and the seating is comfy. Can be a hangout spot, reading spot, or drinking spot. Staff is super nice too!

Yelp
Enjoyed a private but fantastic evening here recently. One of my favorite things about the place was the crowd - an eclectic mix of classy, trendy, fashionable people who were all having a great time. Perf wine list. The conversation was so good, that we definitely closed the place down. They do close at midnight on a Friday, so FYI if you plan on staying out later, be sure to have a backup plan, which we did. I was lucky enough to find parking easily, but I would suggest taking an Uber here.

Yelp
First off Vita Vite is gorgeous. Like simply stunning. From the plush couches, the cozy blankets and the GIANT bed swing on the patio- this wine bar is straight out of a Restoration Hardware catalouge. After driving past it last week I made a note that I had to stop by for a glass of wine! I finally got around to it yesterday and was not disappointing! Aesthetics aside, Vita Vite is staffed by a lovely set of staff who know a lot about wine. Our girl was super friendly, gave some great suggestion and patiently answered all of our excited questions about the space! The wine list isn't massive (yet) but there is a great variety of types and prices. There are also several beers (and a cider) on tap if you aren't much of a wine person! They will also be serving small plates starting next week, so I can't wait to comment on that (nothing is better than wine and cheese!) While you're there be sure to explore the whole space, which includes a small art gallery and shop! There were some super cute local gifts that will surely be a hit with the area! I can't wait to come back! There are literally no cons to this place! If you love wine, definitely check it out!

Yelp
Every detail of the atmosphere is perfectly elegant and cozy; you want to have the furniture in your home, such taste. The bar is huge but also plenty of comfy seating in the spacious loungey room. Sip wine and have cheese and olives, or local baked goods, while you browse the art gallery portion of the space. Perfect kind of date night, but also a nice space to just sit and read alone with a mimosa.
google avatar

Blake B.

Yelp
For what it is... It's fantastic! Great wine selections by the glass and by the bottle at an affordable price. They also have great food but its on the lighter side as they specialize in appetizers typical in wine tasting such as charcuterie, cheeses, and small desserts. I think the best part far beyond the wine and food is the location, ambiance, and the outdoor porch they offer. Truly a great spot for date night or for groups as there is plenty of great tables and a giant porch swing perfect for lounging and drinking wine. Will return.
google avatar

Christopher L.

Yelp
I've been here twice now and I can say without certainty the service is terse and average at best almost snobby. Atmosphere is elegant and relaxed. Seating varies from sophas to stools and tables. Selection of wine is excellent. Parking is tight as to be expected. Male bartenders are not the friendliest people - I felt like I was in NJ or NY - not the south. Raleigh suffers a service quality issue - not sure if it is a generational issue or a transplant issue - Maybe most of these businesses are being run by money hungry Yankees? Not sure. I will probably look elsewhere for wine and relaxed atmosphere.

Yelp
I recently attended an event a Vita Vite. As a wine lover I really wanted to love this place for future girls nights out and date night. I was underwhelmed to say the least. When I first entered the space I thought it would be a great place to hang out but in looking for actual seating I found the place to be stuffy and uncomfortable. The wine list was super tiny for a wine bar and would be confusing for an average wine drinker. As limited as their wine selection was I was even more surprised at how overpriced the wines were. Also, there was not really any food to speak of. Such a disappointment.

Yelp
Had a great after event get together here. Very inviting and lovely wine and champagne selection with charcuterie fare. Definitely a post event place to relax.

Yelp
I have been wanting to try this location for a long time and this evening I thought I would, mistake number 1. The two bartenders never asked if I'd like a drink, nor even acknowledged that I was there for the larger part of 10 min. Now, one could think well they were probably busy and yes the bar did not have an empty seat but the place was mostly empty, meaning all other tables were open and available but unfortunately no one to wait on customers. The irony was the female bartender did wait on the 3 guys that walked in after me and was over the top friendly compared to how she never took a moment to acknowledge me or the group of girls that waited near me. NET NET: go to the North Hills location they are far better and at least take time to wait on you.

Yelp
What an amazing local business! Vita vite gets 10 stars in my book and major props. Vita vite is the definition of classy + low key + super fun, so perfect for a casual date night or girls night. We strolled in around 7pm on Valentine's Day and they had a decent crowd, but not packed. The space is really well decorated with comfy seating and very clean (I couldn't help but notice the health score of 99!!) They have a great selection of wine and beers and tap, and more importantly a great selection of BOARD GAMES to play while you sip on your wine. We ended up getting a pick three cheese platter (all three were delicious, and they give you a lot for the price) and 2 glasses of wine each. We sipped our wine slowly alongside our cheese/crackers/bread while playing Ticket to Ride Europe. You can also check out their art room in the back, featuring lovely pieces by (local?) artists. Overall a really successful evening at a great space, and I will definitely be returning. Staff was all really friendly and also, THE BATHROOMS WERE AMAZING! So clean and grandiose! Can't wait for my next visit.

Yelp
Bad first experience here. Bartender rude and dismissive. Could not tell me anything about 3 specific wines when asked. All he had to offer is "the Pino Noir is lighter than the Bordeaux." No shit!!....really?? His lack of knowledge wouldn't have bothered me if he wasn't such a dick about it from the start. North Hills location is great though. Go there instead for friendly bartenders, more space, better vibe, better wine list.

Yelp
Good wine selection and really good charcuterie and cheese boards! The place is also very modern chic and perfect for small groups

Yelp
Finally got to try this place out last night. I was impressed. It really does have a relaxed atmosphere, while still feeling classy. It is a perfect place for a group of friends to grab a quick drink before a night out. Or make an evening out of it, and get one of the small plates they offer (basically meats and cheeses or some pastries). The wine list is not huge, but does offer a variety. Prices are pretty fair (I got a glass of Malbec for $12). You have the choice between couches, traditional tables, bar tables, or sitting at the bar. I will definitely be going back.

Yelp
Not only was the mcaw wine stellar, the atmosphere, staff, and food were all superb. We showed up on a Friday night and were able to snag a spot for 7 people with no reservation or anything. The charcuterie board options were fun, we enjoyed mixing and matching. We will absolutely be back and plan on trying all the wines we can.
