VITAL Fitness Studio

The classes are great. They're challenging, but fun. A good variety is offered so you can address all your fitness needs and goals in one place. The instructors know what they're doing. All of the amenities are really nice. The other members are kind and welcoming. They create a community without feeling like a cult :)

Sure, the studios are modern and cool, and yes, the locker rooms are plush and spotless. And it's true, they actually do have icy-cold menthol towels perfectly rolled up on a tray waiting for you after every workout. But the true heart and soul of this place is without a doubt the top-notch trainers. They're all high-level, positive, extremely knowledgeable, and make the effort to know everyone by name and learn their tendencies. They're constantly changing up workout routines, so the classes are always challenging and rewarding. The place is just outstanding all around, and I feel amazing since I started working out here.

I am incredibly fortunate to be a member of this studio. I do work for the Joule, but this review is fully my opinion and what I truly feel about Vital, and I do pay for my membership. The facilities are amazing. The locker rooms are very nice and clean and stocked with Niven Morgan products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion). I love the rainfall showers and wrapping myself up in the plush white towels. Shout out to Anis, the studio Mom, who keeps the place smelling fresh and looking clean. What keeps me coming is the service and quality of the instructors and classes. It feels like family! They offer seven different formats (I've tried all of them!). They are each challenging in their own way so don't be surprised if Flex and Flow sounds cute and you experience the sweatiest and most intense and core intimidating workout ever! You can thank Bobby for those abs later on though. I love taking TRX/Kettlebell with Caitlin, Mackenzie and Natalie and V3 with Michele and Chloe. V3 is strength training, high intensity interval training and yoga fused into one class, great balance leaving you feeling great. Yoga with Georgette is always a treat, such vibrant and positive energy from her. Plus I like being called sweetheart. Noemi is only filling in but I really enjoy classes with her too. Rhythm and Vital Rides with David, Jessica and Michele are fun, but spin is my least favorite workout. I do love the music and getting a email summary of your ride afterwards. I love how knowledgeable the instructors are and that they make sure you have proper form to avoid any injury. Don't forget to grab one of the cooling eucalyptus towels after your workout. Such a calming sensation!

Everything from the instructors to the changing rooms to just walking into the building--I have never had a negative experience at Vital. Front desk, instructors, those on the bike next to you in class; everyone is so supportive and encouraging. Come for the workouts, stay for the community.

Honestly there is soo much to love about Vital!! I have been coming to the studio for almost 2 years. I love the small, specialized class sizes. I love that they are changing up the classes and adding new ones to the rotation. I even went way out of my comfort zone and auditioned to be a spin instructor!! Best experience ever, soo different being on the stage under the lights. I like that they have different events and competitions because it helps me be more active and sign up for classes I normally wouldn’t and also meet new people and make friends with some of the people I’ve seen in classes before but didn’t really know. I’ve also been able to try things like the Fit3D machine which is super cool learning about my body composition and how I compare to my age group. Of course this raving review wouldn’t even be possible if I didn’t mention the amazing staff!!!! My usual torturers haha Caitlin, Samantha, Chad, & David are soo awesome. And with the January fitness challenge I've gotten to meet the other instructors and see how their classes are. I am always posting the classes I take & telling all my friends to come check it out. I give Vital ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️. After the 1st few classes you’re bound to be hooked on this studio!!!

Vital workouts are challenging and fun. I went from working out at many different gyms to attending classes here 5 days a week. The facilities are always clean and parking at DalPark is convenient. The staff is always friendly and ready to motivate.

Superb staff and challenging workouts. I have been going to Vital for the past two years and I have yet to take a class that I would not recommend. Yoga with Noemi/Chloe/Natalie and cycling with Sam/Chad are two of my favorite classes to take, especially if I'm doubling up and taking something like boxing or strength immediately afterwards.

I was able to visit this studio for a spin class during my spa day at the Joule Hotel next door and was so pleased with the experience! When I walked in I was greeted as if I were a regular, the staff recalled it was my Birthday and said Birthday wishes, and the class was upbeat and a great workout!! The locker room is clean and has everything you need. I will definitely return!
