My Husband & I love coming back for our Favorites!!!! PB & Chia jam toast and Power Panini! Cris the manager is always pleasant & very welcoming, same with all other employees who’s taking our orders. i ordered something else today🤭🥰

I was charged a $2 tip on my to go order which I didn’t do ( pushed no tip). After asking for a refund I was handed a receipt ( handed is a nice word) which show no refund whatsoever and was told very rudely that it’s refunded. The new receipt only shows charges again. Won’t ever be back. Overpriced, not healthy. Paid $17 for a small açaí bowl. Was charged extra for everything single ingredient

I ordered the Chimichurri Steak and Potato bowl via my work's food delivery app. My order came on time, but it was cold when I opened it. The rice/quinoa blend was in giant clumps, but everything else was great. The bowl had a balanced flavor. The cold meat was tender. I really enjoyed this bowl. I will try another bowl soon.

Honestly, this is my go-to lunch spot! I’m Vegan so this is the best spot for me to have my lunch break! The first time I came here I was greeted with a smile my Leila! She has the best customer service and also helped me to figure out what I can eat as far as food. I love the vitality wrap! To make it vegan make sure to remove the garlic aioli because it is made with mayo. But it is amazing! They get it right every time I come here. Not only that, their smoothies are amazing! They always make sure to be friendly and welcoming. Also, Leila has such a motherly feel to her and I love that!🩷 I will always support this business, great people and great food!🥰

Very poor service! I've waited for 20 minutes for my large tropical bowl. It was my first time trying this place since it's closer to me than Nektar. However, I think I rather drive the further distance to get faster service. The staff never provided me an update 10 minutes in of waiting. I asked at the 15 minute mark. They told me they were backed up, which is possible on Saturday at noon. However, at the time of order, they should have told me how backed up they were. I feel like staff was probably working on food app orders. Very horrible experience. I only saw two people waiting before me. So if they were backed up by other online orders, they should have prioritized the people in front of them. I would not recommend this location at all due to the service. None of the employees compensated the 20 minute wait.. The only difference is that this place has substitute for gluten free options and honey instead of agave at Nektar. Even though gluten free option was horrible....it was basically gluten free cereal in my bowl. Not gluten free granola as they market it on menu. Save yourself time and go to Nektar.

Literally pulled up maybe 10 min before closing and they're standing at the door saying their closed. Not to mention the OPEN sign broad as day on the photo

My go to place for smoothies! I came for their grand opening in the summer and have been back many times. The staff is so friendly and everything at the store is made fresh. I highly recommend their graviola and acai bowl---both are so delicious. Will be back!

Ordered Chicken panini with a smoothie and a healthy bowl. Food was awesome and felt fresh. Plenty of choices for everyone's taste. Staff was very friendly.

I love the concept. I love the service. I love the taste. By far the best açaí bowls in the DFW metroplex in my opinion! A hefty statement considering I get açaí bowls every other day. This is my fifth time at Vitality Bowls, and it gets better each and every time! Reasonably priced (on par with most places), but the amount of topping/bowl selections to choose from and the yummy, flavorful bases are what will get you to stay. You can't go wrong with anything you get -- I've had almost every bowl on the menu and they are all amazing in their own way. My two favorites are the Vitality Bowl and the Superfood Bowl. I will keep recommending this business for their quality, customer service, and overall delightful experience!

A bit pricey for what you get. Salad was good just expensive and barely any chicken on it.

The food here is excellent. That is not the problem. Every time I come in here and try to use a reward for a bogo half off or FREE item it conveniently doesn't work and the manager is never here to fix it. EVERY TIME. False advertising at its finest to get a menu item free but then it rings up as only $1 less. What a scam. To the owner/manager - You cannot leave young kids to run a store without help to do the things they need to to make the business run in a customer friendly way.

Bowl of the month was beautifully executed. The first thing any acai bowl should sell you on is it's appearance and it was elegant to say the least! Beautifully arranged toppings and the sort. The actual flavors of the bowl was very harmonious with the granola acaii and fruits going into a parfait like flavor except better and more refined. Absolutely amazing!

I've been here a couple of times & so far I've gotten the Vitality bowl & the Dragon bowl. Both are pretty good to me & I normally get a large since it's just another two extra dollars & I have a little for next time. The service takes a little while after you've ordered but it's all worth it

Absolutely in LOVE with Vitality Bowls Plano! I have a couple of suggestions for y'all around what I have tried and LOVED here. I recommend The Dragon Smoothie and also The Dragon Bowl! You cannot go wrong with either of these YUMMY orders. I would also like to note how CLEAN and immaculate this spot is. As soon as I walked in I felt their dedication to keeping their location clean. The tables and floor were spotless!!! Next, I would like to touch on the customer service. When I walked in, I was greeted as though I was a friend. This is what great customer service is! I highly recommend Vitality Bowls to EVERYONE!!! I am on a journey to eat healthier and this place is a GREAT place for me to start!

Went inside to drier the pickup an order, but no one came out from the back for over ten minutes to ask for my order while the entire store was empty. They saw me waiting multiple times but never came out.

Stoped by this place for a quick lunch before going to baseball practice for hunter and was really good! Very nice person behind the register for us. Started with 3 ginger shots and they had a nice little kick! Then got their tropical bowl which was tasty...açaí had good flavor...it was minimally watery (being picky since I have eaten at some of best açaí places in the US in Miami and Los Angeles ) but really it's solidly good! Good serving size and only a couple bucks more for large compared to medium so good value. They have all kinds of specials like 3 bowls for 30 dollars so it's a really good deal! Inside is super clean and super nice! Probably the best açaí bowl in the area I have had so far! Already planning to come back tomorrow actually!!

No complaints about the food and the store was very clean. But the owner might want to talk to the evening employees about not playing rap music full of expletives including f bombs, the N word and blush worthy lyrics. Glad I didn't have my kids with me and that I was just getting carry out. Can't imagine coming with a friend and trying to talk with that kind of background "music". Talk about awkward......Good grief. They also weren't very friendly. I'll find another location in the future.

Literally the only place I eat in the morning at this point. I can't have eggs for breakfast and I don't like all the sugar from pancakes and waffles. Absolutely love this place with all the amazing healthy options. The staff very much cares, and the manger I talk to in the morning always makes sure I'm having a good day. LOVE this place. Forever addicted.

This place was extremely clean. Super cute colors and great açaí bowls! I got the dragon bowl and the nutty bowl. It's a little pricey but that's what you pay to eat fresh, healthy food.

Love this place. The food is very fresh and healthy. Suzette is very friendly. My daughter loves the Acai bowl. The size is good too. It's enough to serve as a dinner.

I ordered the Chimichurri Steak and Roasted Potato Bowl. The flavor was great, but it was falsely advertised, there were 3 small pieces of steak . I wouldn't have demanded a refund, but I discovered this after arriving home and didn't have time to drive back. No interest in ever returning to this place, I only gave it a try because my daughter loves this place.

This little is amazing. I got the dragon bowl, and let me tell you it knocked my socks off. They are all so friendly from the moment you walk in until you leave . It was very clean and I felt so safe eating here. They are practice safety and wear masks and keep a safe distance. We will be back soon

Really wanted to try this place however I was refused service when I arrived tonight. I walked in at 730 they close at 8, advertised on this Yelp page and their door. The door which was unlocked upon arrival. The lights are on. The staff is inside. But I was told they were closed.

Visiting from Seattle and excited to learn that my favorite place to get Açaí is also in Plano. Love the Enjoymint Bowl and had the Sirloin and Turkey Paninis, very good (thank you, Suzette!).

They had a very good selection of items to choose from. The staff was educated on the menu and what was good. The place was very clean and cozy and they had a super nice staff

I've tried few of their smoothies, they are delicious!! If it wasn't too expensive- for me, I'll buy it everyday! Was not too impressed with the bowls. I wish I can make the smoothies at home.

My girlfriend took me to get my first açaí bowl and I'll have the day they were super helpful it getting me something I like and the staff was extremely friendly. Definitely would recommend anyone to come try it out! Perfect healthy snack for a hot summer day or evening!

Delicious and healthy bowls that are to die for, especially in this hot Texas weather! All the ingredients taste super fresh and sweet. The strawberries were so red they almost looked unreal!! The portion sizes are also huge and definitely filling for a good price.

Love the juices here and the bowls! It's an easy stop to get healthy and yummy foods. Everything is made fresh so you'll always wait just a few minutes. I don't mind waiting at all for all of their delicious foods/juices!

Visited Vitality Bowl as a first time customer for a healthy treat as I am new to the area. I was not greeted upon entry and was almost turned away as I entered 18 minutes before closing time. There was pop music playing on the surround sound and a usb speaker in the dining area playing very loud country music. Aside from the conflicting bands, the s/him behind the register was unhelpful, unfriendly and curt. She had a beard that she kept rubbing while I was asking for suggestions and best sellers. I ordered 4 items (bowl, smoothie, avocado toast, and wrap) and before I could swipe, another associate came from the back, stood 10 ft away from me and yelled that I was only able to order 2 of the 4 items because she was cleaning and it was "too late." She had on mismatched socks and crocs and was pouring cups of water on the floor and splashing around a dirty mop. Needless to say, I waited outside for my order. The smoothie was good but the bowl was ill prepared with huge ice chunks in the blended base. Needless to say, I will not be back. Very sad as the location is so close to my home.

Vitality Bowls is the best smoothie and healthy food bowl place in DFW. The dragon smoothie and superfood bowl are to die for. I also enjoyed the power panini which is made fresh daily. The owner and employees are always very nice and accommodating. We frequent this place at least once per week. Healthy and amazing taste. 10/10!

This place is amazing and delicious. I've been getting the go green smoothie and my daughter gets the graviola bowl, both are amazing. Highly recommend you check this place out. Very friendly staff too.

Amazing location! Store was super clean. The person at the register had great customer service. The food is super fresh and I always find something I love weather it be a acai bowl, juice, smoothie, fresh juice or panini. Everything is so yummy!

Really cute place I just found! So convenient, in the same plaza as my big store-curb-pickup. Definitely the best avocado toast I have had outside of my own kitchen. I got my husband a sirloin sammie with all the veggies, which he actually loved! My 2 littles split a grilled cheese and smoothie; also great. Happy to find this place!

We had such an amazing experience! We ordered through the app, and everything was fresh and perfect. The kids loved their smoothies! We are excited to go back and try more items.

Tiniest, dried out, stale bread, NOT grilled Panini's ever. I don't mind waiting (and we did) however, I do mind paying $39 for 3 sandwiches and two smoothies that are bad. I have never gone back to a restaurant for a refund but I should have.

The service is very slow . I had to wait over 15 min to make a bowl that should not take that long . As I type I am still currently waiting .The fact no one is in the store is the worse part .

This place just opened today in Plano! I am visiting a friend in the area and happy I came across one of my favorite acai bowl spots. My favorite bowl is the nutty bowl and I love to add peanut butter on top too. I also like to customize my own juice and add pineapple to the orange carrot juice -- delicious!!

Love coming to this place. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I particularly like the Rejuvenator all natural drink. Today, I experience the Açaí bowl which was hit for my son and his friend. I would highly suggest to visit this place if you are in the area.

Love this place. My sister and I stopped by here for a bowl on Friday for breakfast and went back later that day for another one. Now I'm addicted. This will definitely be my go to place.

Fresh healthy food, cute decor and friendly staff.

First time here and visiting from Chicago. I must say the special/seasonal bowl was amazing! I love coconut, mint, chocolate chips, and bananas so it was the perfect creation for me. Delicious food and superb service. Special thanks to Suzette for her hospitality and introducing us to their awesome paninis. The sirloin one really hit the spot for me. Thanks!
