I like that the bowl comes in 3 different sizes. They have an extensive menu and the service was quick. The ambiance is cute and I liked the nutty bowl

Placed an order online for just an oatmeal at 1:56pm and arrived around 2:30, giving plenty of time for the order to be prepared. Order still wasn’t done. Attendant didn’t even acknowledge i was waiting. Order was done around 2:40 oatmeal was dry with barely any water. Overall bad experience.

I used to be a regular for Vitality bowl when I lived in Vacaville. I was coming from Sacramento today, and I ordered a "Matcha Madness", which was my favorite. It used to have a matcha flavor and be semi-sweet. I couldn't even finish the smoothie! I dont think the worker added any dates. It was bitter and disappointing. Waste of money and I won't be returning.

Took over an hour for our party of 4 to get their bowls and smoothies. Would not recommend if you don’t have a bunch of time to kill waiting on the extremely slow service.

Horrible service!! Waited over a half an hour for 1 açaí bowl. I asked for an ETA and they said they will start my order soon. I had to end up just walking out.

Service was fast and food was tasty. There are vegetarian options available. The Vitality Wrap was flavorful and came toasted. Definitely enough to split!

I’m a regular at various Vitality Bowls and usually have good experiences, but my recent visit to the Vacaville location was disappointing. The drink I usually order wasn’t on the menu, and explaining this to the clerk resulted in an awkward and uncomfortable interaction. At checkout, she moved to the payment screen without asking for my phone number for the rewards program. When I asked to add it, she refused, saying it was too late because she had already moved to the payment screen—even though I hadn’t paid yet. This made no sense and was very frustrating. Additionally, the clerk started to add ice to my drink without consulting me. When I asked for no ice, she appeared confused but removed it before juicing. Despite this, the juice still tasted inexplicably watered down. Overall, these issues combined to create a disappointing experience. If you’re in the Vacaville area, I recommend skipping this Vitality Bowls and heading to Nugget Market instead for a reliably good juice.

This is my go-to on the drive home from Tahoe. It's super convenient that I can call ahead so when I arrive, I just pick up my order and pay. I prefer calling in than getting an app omg. I have way too many apps-- although convenient, it usually requires a username and password+ Lord knows how many usernames I have floating around. Anyway, I digress. The acai is blended, made to order. I really like their granola and I'm picky about granola. The honey was just ok but I really like the strawberries and bananas added in the vitality bowl I chose. I think the vitality bowl is on the pricier side but I think that's just how things have been lately. I don't mind paying extra for something I know is good for me.

Everything just tasted off as far as the bowls. Açaí was runny Chia was not it Cocoa was impossible to chew Maybe just maybe I'll try a drink but for the bowls I'm done

My husband and I were craving açaí bowls for dinner before going to a ballet show nearby. There was no wait when we got there so we were able to take our time browsing the menu and order right away. We ended up ordering the Vitality Bowl, Açaí Elixir smoothie, and Chicken Power Panini. My husband ordered the Vitality Bowl in which we shared, but he actually ended up liking my Chicken Power Panini way more because it was so tasty! And the Açaí Elixir smoothie was the perfect way to top off the whole meal. The only thing my husband and I noticed was that the prices were way overpriced compared to other açaí places we've been to. The price of a Small açaí bowl here at Vitality, you can literally get a Large açaí bowl for the same price at other açaí places.

I think this place is a good stop on your way in/out through Vacaville. I ended up ordering their savory bowls. While it was flavorful, it lacked a substantial amount of protein so I wasn't full necessarily. More filled with grains and salad, so it wasn't worth the buck to me, who personally favors a lot of protein. However, it might work well if are looking for more salad. I would go back and try the açaí bowls which are obviously their most popular options. It's a healthy place to go amongst the food chains out there. There's enough seating where you won't need to worry about if dining in. Service was good. Go and get some açaí!

Located in the nut tree plaza with plenty of near by parking options. There are several inside seating options but keep in mind that most tables are just 2 seats and cannot accommodate a family or large group. I ordered the nutty bowl- base: Organic Acai, Banana, Strawberries, Peanut Butter, toppings: Organic Granola, Sliced Bananas, Almonds, and Honey ($13.49 after tax). The wait was under 10 minutes. Service was meh. Nothing to write home about. I took my bowl to go and enjoyed it in my car. My bowl looked as delicious as it tasted.

The shop itself is kind of small, but can fit quite a few people inside. The employees usually aren't that friendly. Most of the time they don't smile. Either they don't like the job, or they are always having a bad day, at least on all the days I've been there. Every time I go I get the dragon bowl, which is my favorite. The servings are huge, and I can never finish them. I really enjoy the flavors though. And I don't feel guilty while eating either. The only thing I would change is the servings sizes. Other than that, I would recommend.

Service - the young lady wqd very sweet patient and professional Ambiance - the place is really cute I had the vitality bowl, and it was ok. I wish the base had more flavor. It was just added texture but lacking in flavor.

*Edit: Spoke with the owner and he explained to me the POV of the employee. I still say taking 11 minutes (yes, I checked the time) to even notice a customer ordered something is too long. And, they only noticed because I asked how much longer until my drink was ready. I got my refund, which by the end of this experience, was all I wanted so I appreciate the owner reaching out. I used to love this place so I would give it another try. I was craving an açaí smoothie and used to get that here often so I was excited to come again after a long time. All the employees were in the back so I ordered on the kiosk. 11 minutes later, we were wondering why it was so quiet. I asked how long until my order was ready and the girl looked confused about what order. She looked at the screen and realized she missed the order. It would have been fine if she was apologetic, but no, she was passive aggressive as if it was my fault she couldn't do a simple job. The other lady was apologetic and started making it. I asked for their name and the younger girl kept smiling, acting like it was normal to wait for 20 minutes for a smoothie and like it was my fault they missed my order. The girl refused to give her name. The other girl did, but she was nice and apologized, unlike the other girl so I don't want to get her in trouble. As I stood there watching them make the smoothie, I saw the young girl give the lady another cup and holding it with her fingers in it, without any gloves. I told her not to use it for my drink because that's gross and she again, made it seem like it was my fault for even catching her do that. As I leave, I realized the drink was literal liquid, not a smoothie. I went back and asked for a refund. They said they would give me a refund but I did not get my money. When I called to ask about it, they said they would ask their manager but they hung up on me instead. Absolutely ridiculous. I want my money back, I gave back the drink back and was told I would get one. I'm so disappointed, this place used to be SO GOOD. It has gone down hill by a landslide.

I have to update my review because I've come to really love this place. It's my favorite, and I could order from here for days at a time (and I have)! My go-to's are their Vitality Açaí Bowl, PB & Chia Jam Toast, and Avocado Power Panini. I've also grown to love their Avocado Toast. Placing an order for pick-up is very convenient, and my order is always ready right on time! One time I placed an order for bottled juice but when I arrived it turned out they were out of it so they offered to make me a smoothie instead. The smoothie was actually higher in price, and I was happy to finally try out a smoothie I had had my eye on. Also, I ordered their Green Glow Bowl one time, and while the flavors didn't really jump out at me, I didn't eat it right away so it wasn't the freshest and I would give it another chance. The store looks pretty clean each time I come in to pick up my order and nearby parking usually isn't hard to find. There are plenty of other eating options nearby if you wanted a variety of foods to try. Five stars for Vitality Bowl!

Went here for a healthier breakfast. I ordered through the self-service kiosk, which made it easy. At 9am, the store wasn't busy at all. Ordered Chia Meets Açaí Bowl and it was so yummy! The guy who made my açaí bowl made it so pretty! I also added blueberries to mine. The coconut chia seed mixed with the açaí berry made a delicious bite! Way better than Jamba Juice açaí bowls. Definitely recommend!

I stopped by Vitality Bowls after work for a smoothie before dinner. When I stopped by, there weren't any customers at the counter. I ordered the Temptation smoothie. It has organic acai, coconut milk, strawberries, banana, and dark chocolate. It took a few minutes after I paid to get my smoothie. It was worth the wait! It tasted great! Definitely can tell it was made with real ingredients. The inside of the store was spacy with a quite a few tables to sit to enjoy your bowl or smoothie of choice. The employee who assisted me was nice and quick to start making my smoothie. I enjoyed my smoothie. I definitely will return. I want to try out a bowl next!

We were the first customer who were in the store Waited for 30 min and the customers who ordered after us got their orders first We waited for another 20 min and we still didnt get our bowl We ended up asking our order and somehow they " missed" our order even though we saw something on the screen flashing red, which we were assuming it was our order The workers said sorry and asking if we want extra.. but at that point we just wanted to go home The acai bowl from this place is good but its not worth waiting for an hour. wont go back

I come here almost everyday and staff are always friendly!!! The Vitality Bowl is my favorite!!!

I came here today and bought two fresh squeezed juices that were regular sized. Out the door with a small tip it was over $20. What I received was two regular size cups with slightly flavored water. You could see that there was some fresh squeezed juice in there, but I've used a juicer at home and I've purchased many from various different locations, and I've never been able to see through the cup. When I say "see through the cup" I mean you could read a page of a book through the translucent "juice." I'm not one to make a scene in a restaurant or a store. I was late to pick up my son from an appointment so I just left. I'm also not one who usually posts reviews that aren't favorable. But $20 for "juice" that tastes like Hint water pushed me to it.

Service was not the best, not bad just not friendly. but I'm a fan of vitality bowls and like the product. I wasn't crazy about spending $18 on a bowl but again, I enjoy the bowls and the taste. May be a Bay Area mark up

Checked my bank app and I was charged twice and the 2nd charge was more than double of what I got. One girl kept giggling the whole entire time and the other girl asked if I was ok with the price like I couldn't afford 16.99. Too shady for me what be back! I got the super food bowl. Was ok, but you can make something at home similar for cheaper.

I don't be out here much. But when I am, I always like it here. I never know who I meet here. I'm staying away from hydrogenated oils. Superfoods are nutrient-dense. It took me awhile to make up my mind what to get, but I wanted something replenishing. Açaí and Goji berries are full of antioxidants and reduce inflammation, and there is a lot of it underneath this layer of granola.

I ordered a "Vitality Bowl" it was pretty good for my liking. Kinda pricey but eating "healthy" isn't cheap. I would definitely eat here again. I would like to try the "super Food bowl" next.

Ordered two Vitality bowls, fruit on both old. Bananas blackens and slimy, strawberries old turning clear. Had pic of other bowl but took on Door Dash chat so couldn't retrieve. Usually fruit fresh. Also paid for granola in bottom of both bowls neither had any. Only checked to see if order was at least correct. This was not the case. I tried to at least eat part that looked ok. Nothing had flavor and it went into trash. Looks as bowls were premade and sat for days in frig instead of making fresh. Will think twice before ordering from Vitality Bowl again

Food: 4/5 because it's sometimes a hit a miss on how much dedication they put into making the bowl. For example if it's crazy busy the results will be ok... but on a non busy day it's hella good. So consistency is a gamble. Service: 5/5 always great people. Attentive to detail. I hate bananas so they haven't messed up my bowl. Ambiance: 5/5 clean space that's a plus. Overall great place I love this place for their açaí bowls haven't tried the rest of the menu.

The service here has gone down hill. I am a regular here. Every time I order my bowl without honey on top, it comes with honey. It's getting exhausting.

Self order. Staff who made the bowl was sweet. The açaí tasted watered down and had a weird taste. $17 wasted.

I can't stop myself reviewing this place bcz I tried Dragon bowl today and it was so good. Customer service is good as always. This place is my favorite and really recommended.

Amazing açaí bowls! Good customer service. I like the area that the shop is at as well. This is great place to stop by while shopping around. Perfect to eat at when it's a hot day. Nothing like a good ol' açaí bowl.

Vitality is the best option for a healthy refreshing bowl. Not many healthy option in Solano county my kiddies and I always love it.

Amazing!! I'd never been here and was so impressed! Im a Nutrition Coach and am always looking for healthy food for myself and my clients. Eryka noticed my friend was pregnant and told her right way which bowls were Not recommended to eat. She was patient with my whole group (none of us had been here). Great place to come. I wish they had one in Benicia!

I am really disappointed by the service I had a bowl which was not good I told them no goji berries they put goji berries and I paid for mulberry but they didn't put

Coming in was a great experience. Great Hospitality with the workers here. The building was clean Building. Food is Great and great vibe with the music.

I am wondering why this is one of the most expensive menus for casual dining. Would love to try it, but an $18.99 salad is not an option for most people. It's a bummer there's not a more reasonable price point.

I love this place. I came here with my cousin and we sat outside because I had my dog with me. we ordered the dragon bowl and nutty bowl. I always order the nutty bowl and usually get peanut butter drizzle on top. The service today was exceptional. it was a warm day. the lady working there today brought our bowls to us, gave us ice water which we didn't ask for, and brought iced water in a bowl for my dog. I appreciated all the service and of course I loved my bowl.

We've been maybe 6-8x, have recommended to others and have always liked the product, but today was the nail in the coffin and I won't be back. As I'm ordering the employees at the register, as they're entering my order, are talking to each other about how I "literally just ruined everything" by coming in and ordering because she was trying to leave I should have just left and not given them my business. The Nugget Market has amazing customer service and similar açaí bowls with lower prices. As I sat down the same employee was using profane language. The F word to be exact. Extremely unprofessional and not suitable for a family establishment. Hope they review this feedback and make necessary changes to their staff and/or training.

Clean location, friendly service and great açai bowls! Kids bowls for 8.99 They even will give a side of fruit for littles, our 1 year old loved it!

After hiking I Stop by here Vacaville location I ordered the green bowl, The warrior bowl , vitality bowl and the oats super delicious , very nice staff and super clean place.

Go Green Smoothie is what I need in this warm weather. Service was too slow. This place can be crowded. Very clean surroundings.
