Vito's Pizza

I got the drunken crispy chicken pizza. I asked for it well done and they knew exactly what i meant, it was super crispy and extremely tasty. The chicken and vodka sauce on it was perfect, I would prefer a little more vodka sauce (or some extra sauce on the side) but that’s a personal preference! Great local pizzeria.

The boardwalk pizza is amazing, beyond amazing! I drove over an hour and a half today to get this delicious Pizza, sat in traffic drove back to Pennsylvania and it was worth every minute! You nailed it 👌So good delicious. See you next week.👍

Found this hidden gem through friends who live nearby, now it’s my go-to all the way from Mullica Hill. The Grandma pizza is amazing

This place is nothing else but Amazing! Eating here is a pleasant experience. The staff is extremely nice and friendly! The restaurant is so clean and well kept. These people make your food with so much love, and every bite is just amazing. They are talented at what they do.

I was looking for great pizza being tht I am from ny I thought I found it pizza was great but lady tht pick up phone was rude mya she need training she left me a massage on my phone tht if i don't pick up my pizza it going to carbage and I will be charge next time it to bad because I thought I found great pizza but customer service was bad no one should be treated like this

The food is always delicious. The staff at the counter always greet you with a smile. Never a miss when it comes to their food. It is always consistent in how it's made and its taste. I've had a few different things on the menu, from appetizers to pizza to entrees. All were amazing!

I got a plain slice of pizza and a chicken pesto panini. The pizza was good but the panini was absolutely delicious. The chicken was well seasoned and juicy, the pesto sauce is flavorful. Definitely worth a try!

This gem was right under my nose and I never knew. Well I know now and I have to say it's fantastic. We ordered 2 pizzas, the trifecta and grandma's pizza, and both are outstanding. We got the small Sicilian size which was plenty big enough for a small party. The surprise is the crust. Very light and airy, not at all like a doughy, heavy Sicilian pie. And the sauces they use are delicious! We have since tried their hoagies and cheesesteaks and both are very good. Definitely worth trying this place.

Always a 10. First Friday in months we haven't ordered and completely regretted it. Pizza crust is perfectly cooked every time. Sauce cheese ratio is great. Get any sandwich that has their vodka sauce it's a 10!

Food was fantastic. 2 specialty pizzas and a cheesesteak where all cooked to perfection. So many other items I can't wait to try. If you have not tried this place you are missing out. Great guys inside!

Grandpa pie was awesome ! I met Vito himself, true gentleman. I sat at a table and had a slice while I waited for my pie .

Let's start out with the price.... $50 for two chicken finger platters and a small pizza???? If the food was good I'd say ok it was worth it but god this was easily one of the worst meals I've ever had. I couldn't tell you the last time they changed their oil the fries were tasteless and disgusting and the chicken fingers were worse than the frozen stuff you get at a grocery store. You couldn't pay me to eat at this place again please save your money.

didn't ring door bell or knock that my pizza was delivered, the squirrels ate 1/2 the pizza including the box. i called Vito's and they said it was my fault, anyway, not the greatest pizza in town. no apologies from them either. i am done with them because they were so rude on the phone

Ordered on a Friday night and our food was ready in 25 minutes, much faster than anticipated. The pizzas and fries were perfectly cooked and still tasted great the next day. Will definitely order from Vito's again.

Pretty good. Me and my buddy got a couple pizzas and some fries for us and they were pretty enjoyable and reasonable priced too. Good stuff

I will start with the good. The pizza is very good. Now for the bad. The food is overpriced compared to the competition that serves just as good if not better pizza. The wings are absolutely TERRIBLE! Over cooked so much that it seemed like we were chewing leather for days. Some pieces were so bad we thought we were chewing on bones. It was actually over cooked chicken. Like please whatever you do DO NOT order the wings. The sauce is also very bland. If I could just rate their wings I'd give zero stars.

Just moved to the area and decided to order delivery from this place on Friday night. With any delivery I was expecting soggy fries and a subpar chicken wrap.. not this place. First, let me say thank you because my food was still scorching hot when it arrived. I had to wait to eat my wrap so it could cool down, fries nice and crispy. I'm a big dessert guy and I decided to try the cannoli.. hands down the best cannoli I've ever had. I don't typically order take out because I like fresh food. However, this will be my go to place from now on. Delivery driver was cool and quick. Thank you for making the new move even easier!!

Unfortunately, while their food is good, their service is severely subpar. We have had so many incorrect orders. One time, we ordered a pizza with half sausage, we wound up with a half broccoli. When we called to advise of the mistake, the young girl who answered the phone immediately stated with an attitude, "yeah well you said half broccoli". Being that no one in my household eats broccoli, that is most certainly not what I said. They've not included items that we've ordered for which they've charged us. They have young kids answering the phones and taking orders which I think is part of the issue that they are not writing down the correct things. Unfortunately, at this point we are going to explore other options.

Ordered tomatoe pie (red sauce) for dinner tonight! Requested just red sauce only. Picked up my order. Came home to find it's covered in parmesan cheese. I can't have dairy. I called to ask to get a new one. The girl told it was my fault and that I would have to purchase a new pie with an attitude. Spoke to the manager and was proceeded to be rudely told i was wrong. This place doesn't value customer service. Pick somewhere else.

I ordered 20 wings, 10 wings out of the 20 were missing. Myself and the driver from DoorDash called multiple times (we both have matching receipts that reflect 20 wings) and were given the run around by two separate people, one man one female, but I was eventually told wings would be coming. 45 minutes later I called back and the man argued with me and told me I only paid for 10 and was very unprofessional and refused to help. So I paid $30 for 10 wings and a drink. Half of my party was not able to eat. I cannot believe the service received here and will never order here again. Please make the most of your money and order from a place that will get you your money's worth.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! Ordered from here twice and both times messed up our orders! First time they forgot our pizza that we order second time the driver thought he had the wrong order left came back it was the right order. Dropped the pizza along the way so we called to get a new one lady gave us no problem 2 hours later the owner called us back and ACCUSED us of lying!!! Can you say livid?!!! It's not like we asked for our money back or even kept the other pizza. We just wanted what we paid for plain and simple. We def won't be ordering from here ever again. Worst customer service I've ever had in my life!!

1st time I have ordered from here was having a Eagles party and ordered 5 pizzas to be delivered. They were all delicious and hot when arrived

My sister just moved to Heather Ridge & she has been looking for a place that is decently good, affordable & delivers. All of us were really happy with the meals and Vito's may have gained a new customer. I'm guessing it was the owner who answered & took our delivery order. She had a thick accent & was friendly. Answered our questions with ease & patience. Fast turn around on delivery. We have ordered twice & delivery was speedy & food was pippin' hot! Once at 330pm on a Wednesday, & another time at 7pm on a Friday. Our delivery guy was realllly friendly and sweet. Food was brought in an open-top box, easy to see the order. 5 stars for delivery. Pizza is the most important & essential delivery food. It's gotta be really good, affordable & needs to reheat really well too. Vito's is all of the above. Impressed with the fresh cheese, flavorful crust & sauce. It reheated 2 days later & tasted like it was just made. Happy dance. Cheesesteak had the perfect blend of cheese & meat. Bingo!! The hoagie was so fresh, a nice chunk of meat & cheese, mixed w/lettuce, onion & tomato. Roll stayed fresh; I hate when the roll gets soggy & it didn't!! Nice work keeping the oil off the roll. Chicken wings weren't bad. Pretty big, not wimpy, boney wings. Hot buffalo sauce could use a few more notches of heat tho. Don't be afraid to step it up. The shrimp in a basket was a hell of a lot bigger than we were expecting. Served w/fries & cocktail sauce, that could have been split w/someone. That reheated well in the toaster oven wrapped in tinfoil. Not too greasy to reheat, bonus!! You may think this is your typical pizza shop, but for delivery, quality, and cost, we would recommend and will definitely order from here again.

Since I moved to Mantua, we have ordered from Vito's several times. It is now my go to pizza place. The supreme pizza is delicious. The meatball sub is perfect. They are friendly and the delivery is prompt. Thank you Vito's for being a consistent restaurant with great food and great service.

Food is okay but way better pizza places given the area (Sal's in Mantua is 5 minutes away and way better) but what really makes me give them two stars is their service. Extremely slow with orders when they're not even in a lunch/dinner rush. And get orders wrong constantly. Most employees there are rude as well

I was passing by on my way to my family in New York and the food was delicious! The amount of cheese added was just right and it was a little crispy just how I like it. Customer service was pretty nice to. Nicer than how it is in Virginia which is where I'm from. Definitely recommend this place!

The pizza here is decent and decently priced. The best thing here is thier wings. They are not small and cooked just right. The staff and owner here aren't the most friendly much of the time but it's just the guys way. Pay, take your stuff and move on and you both will be happier lol.

Ordered their pizza for the first time today. Which prompted me to write a review. We usually order salads and sandwiches from here they are good and consistent, which is hard to find. They offer a good variety of normal pizzeria items. Their chicken cutlets are fresh delicious, and perfectly seasoned! Anyway, the pizza I had today was great the crust was crispy the dough had good flavor and the sauce was excellent little on the sweet side and seasoned well, which I like. If you're in the area check it out. Vito the owner is kind, courteous and willing to make anything how you like it.

was visiting the area, and has a horrible experience. first off there were no slices avaialble to purchase on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered a cheesesteak with peppers mushrooms and extra mayo. the cheesesteak barely has any mayo in it and ruined my meal. they also had the nerve to nickle and dime for extra mayo and didnt even put a normal amount. staff was miserable and the service was terrible. don't frequent here, find a better spot!

Love Vito's pizza!!! The crust is delicious. Other places it's tasteless. This crust is crisp on the outside and chewy inside. Sauce is delicious and plenty of cheese. Every so often I try another place but I'm always disappointed because nobody measures up. Go Vito !!

Maaaan. I had this spicy shrimp pasta and it was bomb.com. it was so freaking good and their buffalo chicken fries are freaking amazing as well. Lots of good flavor with this place!

Buffalo Chicken fingers arrived soggy and gross. They were supposed to come with ranch but came with bleu cheese instead. Pretty much threw the entire meal away. Pretty obvious that their appetizers are all frozen, everything has a weird texture like it's been frozen for a while and quickly defrosted. Their pizza isn't very good either. We won't be ordering from here again. La Sicilia in the CVS plaza is way better food for a WAY better price.

This place is great! I have been a customer here off and on over the last 10 years. The pizza is not just good, but very filling and of many different types. My opinion is that the Buffalo Chicken is by far the best and the best you will get anywhere. The pizza is more like a gourmet pizza that is more like a meal. The people working there seem pretty cool and even have a pretty good sense of humor. The prices are very reasonable. The only thing that is a bit of a pain is the location, which is not their fault. It's located on a very busy street corner that is a nightmare to get in and out of during rush our. So eat there just a little before or after. I still got to give them 5 stars because this is no fault of theirs, just happens to be where the place is. Otherwise, this is the best place you will get pizza that is not down at the Jersey Shore. Definitely worth checking out. Good pizza, good people, good prices.

Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZERIA!! I was just provided with the most DEPLORABLE display of customer service that I have EVER encountered in my entire life!! If you are planning on ordering here, PLEASE let me explain first why its a BAD IDEA!!... Today (9/9/11) at 6:36pm I called and placed an order with Vito's for 1 chicken parm dinner, 1 clam dinner and 1 small pizza and at approx. 7:15pm our dinner arrive. Since my husband was not yet home from work and I was in the middle of trying to plan a surprise 55th for my mother (whom was recently diagnosed with stage 4 uterine cancer), we were unable to sit down and eat until approx. 8:15pm. Upon doing so I noticed that they had delivered us eggplant parm and not chicken parm as ordered. So, at 8:24pm I called them back and spoke with the female on the phone who advised me 3 times that it was not a problem and I could hear the sarcasm in her voice. But no big deal, we just figured we would wait until the correct order arrived and we would sit down for dinner. Then, at 8:26pm my phone rings (phone #856-468-7750) and a gentleman (whom later stated he was the owner) proceeded to reprimand me for calling them back nearly 2 hours later to advise them they had delivered the incorrect order. I was in complete disbelief and could not believe what I was hearing!! Not only was he NOT calling to apologize for delivering the wrong item, he was yelling at me stating that my delay was "shady!" HOW DARE HE!! What exactly was he trying to imply?? He was more than welcome to have the incorrect dinner back!! We have plenty of money and had absolutely no intentions of trying to "jip" them for a free meal. We just wanted what we had originally ordered and paid for in the first place! Is that so much to ask??!! I paid the total bill of $31.89 with my credit card and tipped the driver $5.00 cash when he delivered our food. Did this really have to be this serious?? Or is Vito's that hard up for cash?? If you plan to ever order from this place, PLEASE be sure to check your order the minute it is delivered, otherwise it seems as though your gonna be stuck paying for whatever they feel like dropping off! Because it is now 9:31pm and they NEVER did come back to deliver our correct order! THEIR TERRIBLE!! Just stick with Pat's or Rocco's, their better anyway!! Good Luck!!

Worst customer service ever. I can't begin to explain the debacle that I experienced online last night. The order I placed, for which I received confirmation, got lost in cyberspace and when we finally figured this out (took three phone calls, over an hour and a half period for them to figure out that they never got the order that I already called about twice), they basically said it was my problem and I would have to figure out how to get a refund (I ordered $57 worth of stuff). To add insult to injury the woman on the phone was so rude and ignorant I can't believe they have her dealing with people at all. She kept insisting that I would "have to call the company that takes the orders." I tried to explain that the email confirmation is labeled for Vito's and says that I should call Vito's for assistance and does not give any other information. I also said that I think they have some responsibility to help resolve since I went directly to their website to place the order and received a Vito's branded email confirmation. She could not even give me the number of the third party ordering vendor but kept referring me to the email confirmation that I was starring at that had no such information! She would not stop talking over me when I tried to explain this, and then had the audacity to say "you obviously don't understand computers!" Which was really funny because I have a background in software engineering and, ironically, had been working on a website development project all day. Anyway, I tried to get someone else on the phone when suddenly she said, "Wait, we just got the order." I was like, "Great, I'd like to cancel it now and get a refund" and she said "We can't do that." Are you kidding me???? I told her, "I am coming there right now and I wan't my money back" as I jumped in my car and raced to their little hole on Ogden Road. When I got there, they were on the phone with the vendor, trying to get my refund for me (should have done this to begin with), making me wait, all while insisting that it is my (i.e. the customer's) problem if orders made from their website get lost in cyberspace. The ignorant woman kept saying "If people would just call! If people would just call!" indicating that website ordering is the issue and people should call in their orders. I was like, "Why is it on your website if you just want people to call and you know this is a problem???" I finally got a refund after way too much aggravation. I was only going to try them because we had friends over who said we should, but never again. Worst customer service. Worst. Rude! I've ordered from everywhere, online, over the phone, and have never had this type of experience. Horrible. Hey Vito's, when your customer's have a problem, you should try helping to fix them! Your website ordering issues are YOUR problem, not your customers.

I love Vito's Pizza to a certain extent. Thier food is excelent. Espically thier crust. But its just how the way they approach you when you walk in. The restaruant is a family business. So he has younger kids who walk up and take your order. Once, the kids were running around outside. Didnt even wash thier hands and was taking my order and touching everything. The next time I came, a woman that worked there was just taking her time. Took about 5 mintues. For her to take my order and she was on her phone. Not working... & they dont ask how are you today or anything. Other than that EXCELENT food!!

Vito's pizza is irresistible but sometimes I feel like a sandwich. The chicken Parmesan is one of my favorites. Also tried the chicken cutlet sub. Mmm the roasted peppers taste homemade. Spinach and provolone was just the right touch. Vito's fries are a little pricey but the portion is huge and they are very good. Love Vito's!!!
