Nice restaurant “VIVA IL BISTROT” in the old town of Noto🇮🇹 Delicious seafood 🐙and fish🐟 dishes in a nice location | We had to take a table inside because it was booked out and we came spontaneously. Therefore, we recommend to reserve a table if you wish to have a dinner outside💡

Really great dinner experience, all the food was delicious. Plates are smaller than average Sicilian size, but I highly recommend anything with tomatoes.

I have been traveling to Italy for over 30 years and I’ve been to Noto four times in the last four years. Viva I’ll bistro is the best example of a high-end Italian specific culinary experience that you will find on the entire island. Antonella is a master at her craft and makes every single customer feel as if they’re the only one in the restaurant. I would give this bistro 10 stars if I could!

The food was delicious and the staff over all friendly, though a bit clumsy at times. The food is good, but be prepared that the prices reflect this!

We had an absolutely stunning dinner on the terrace. We went for a starter , main dish and dessert. We received very good advice from the sommelier for some excellent Sicilian wines.

İt was very very good. The poche egg and the pasta was my favourite. We asked their suggestion for wine and it turned out really good. It was a lovely evening. The owner lady and all the staff was very nice and positive. This place is good vibes only with excellent food and good service. I hope we can go there again someday❤️

Our dinner at Viva il Bistrot was the best meal we’ve had at a restaurant in Sicily. The host/manager, who is the restauranteur’s sister, perfectly paired Sicilian and Italian wines with our a la carte courses. Our first course included both a fresh tuna carpaccio and a fish of the day tartare, both of which had delicate but interesting and balanced flavors. The other first course dish is the only reason the review doesn’t have 5-stars - the prawns were a bit drowned in sauce. We had a delicious pasta course and for our main the squid and black neck chicken dishes, both of which were delicious. All of the ingredients were quality and fresh, resulting in simple, wonderfully balanced palates. The service was fantastic - there when needed and never overbearing. The wine pairings brought the food and experience to another level, along with the lovely evening sitting outside in the beautiful city of Noto. Overall an unpretentious but thoughtful dinner.

We had an outstanding experience celebrating birthdays at Viva Il Bistrot. The service was exceptional, and the food was absolutely delicious!! The staff went above and beyond to help us prepare a wonderful surprise in a private space, taking care of the decorations, gifts, and cake. It truly made our celebration memorable!
