Food is really good, but cashier needs some training on how to take and adjust orders. I can't eat pork or chunks of tomato (I can have a little, like some salsa, but I can't even have regular pizza because the sauce will make me sick). I was craving a breakfast burrito and have really liked the food from here before, so my boyfriend ventured for us both since I'm laid up with an injured foot. I love him to pieces, but he's not very strong when people are being difficult. He got a delicious burrito with potatoes, onions, salsa, egg, and ham. I ended up with nothing but egg and cheese. In talking with the woman taking the order, he tried to ask if he could replace the meat and was told no. She gave him the three options (ham, chorizo, and mexicana) and since she wasn't trying at all to work with him, he picked the one without meat, but also said no tomatoes or jalapenos, knowing my restrictions.
The obvious answer here was to just either make a regular breakfast burrito and leave out the ham or upcharge for subbing in a different meat. Not to send someone out the door with $8 in eggs. I have tortillas, eggs, and cheese in my fridge that don't require going across town to turn into a burrito. Massive disappointment and this isn't the first issue.
The last time we were here, we were overcharged for our food. Menu said burritos were $12 and we were charged $14. We pointed it out and she didn't say anything about it so we paid, but it stuck with me.
