When you order for delivery online, Purolator doesn’t even attempt to deliver to your home. Rather, they send you an email to come pick it up yourself at their shipment centre in Lachine. I called Puro and their virtual assistant told me they cannot schedule a redeliver I must go pick it up.

First off, a big shout out to the woman taking care of the front desk. She opened the door for me and my brother and nicely gave me details about panettones. I got a small chocolate one (thank you!) and a big signature. I have jdut tried the former and I have to say that is delicious! The consistency, taste and smell is so good that I make me want more. I recommend this place so much. Congratulations for the quality and great customer service and attention.

The service was good and the atmosphere of the little shop was cute but the Panettone itself was underwhelming given all the 5 star reviews. They have a lot of flavors that sound good so we bought a lot (1 kilo, 4x500g , and 4x250 g.. over $300 worth) but unfortunately all of them have been much drier than I would expect for the price. We also got one from arte & farina and it was definitely better.

I still prefer Italian panettone as this French version is way to dry. Good way to choke.

This pannetone is the only reason I pine for the holidays! It is hands down the best I have ever had! Hats off to the chefs who brought this to Montreal. I have had two flavours the chocolate dove and the orange dove. Divine! I. Any wait for Avril to stock it again this year.

The best of Montreal's locally made panettones! In fact, I am eating a slice of their signature panettone (my favourite one!) as I am typing this. It's been an absolute must in my household for every holiday season for years now. Viva Viva panettone!

Ok this is the best!! Its soft and moist, the fruits confit are a perfect balance no bitterness no after taste of preservatives because there are none. You can even see the tiny vanilla bean. I ordered from Alberta, and it was at my door 2 days later. Merci!!!
