Vivanta Bengaluru, Residency Road

This is my go-to and preferred hotel in Blr. Everyone in the hotel knows me personally, and they take fantastic care whenever I am around. Mr. Pradeep, who leads the front office, is very warm and helpful every time I arrive and helps with my bookings and modifications. Mr. Kumareshan always takes care of housekeeping and ensures the room is as clean as I want. Chef Nishant always helps me with home-like food, so I never miss anything when I am traveling. It is a wonderful, warm, and beautiful property. Also, I must mention Karavali and Mr. Ranjan, who helped me with the great dishes and my food preferences. I will make it a point to visit Karavali at least once to meet and eat. Thank you, Taj Vivanta Residency Team - you all are doing d excellent work.

Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next trip.

Was on a business trip. It was a Short stay but a pleasant one. Location is very key to this place. Support staff were prompt and polite. Breakfast spread was also good. Rooms were small but they were well-maintained more furnished than adequate.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights .. my son staying longer .. |Vivanta is a lovely hotel that gives you a feeling of being at home .. the Karavalli restaurant is top rated in Bengaluru and our experience was fabulous - went there twice and had a lot of seafood |The coffee shop serves excellent breakfast - wide spread including freshly made dosas. The ala-carte menu at the coffee shop (Mynt) is wide and reasonably priced.|The staff was extremely friendly catering to all our needs.. |Special mention goes to GM Sonali Prakashchandra who personally made sure that we were well taken care of.. Chef Naren Thimmaiah (who has been with the hotel for 34 yrs!) took very good care of our dietary needs ..|Stephen Inbaraj (housekeeping) and Ankita Bhatt (Operations) also took care of our stay |I may have missed mentioning a few people.. but everyone was very helpful |Hotel is located at walking distance from the shopping area of Brigade Road and UBER is very convenient. |The Nagarjuna Andra restaurant and Meghana Biryani are next door |Overall very impressed with the hotel and Kudos to the team and their Tajness

I stayed at Vivanta Bengaluru for a month, and it was a great experience. The hotel is located in central Bengaluru, making it very convenient for both business and leisure.||The food was consistently tasty and of high quality, and the dining staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Ikram, Rajesh, Naveen, and the rest of the team (even though I can’t recall all their names)—they truly made the dining experience enjoyable.||The room service was also very good, with timely and professional support throughout my stay.||I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with excellent service in Bengaluru.

Staying in a busy city like bangalore with 4 kids is no task. We have a 6month old infant too.|But vivanta made our stay so comfortable and fun that we enjoyed our entire holiday more than we expected to. Thank you to the amazing team for all the support. House keeping, in room dining, reception, doorman and even security. |Thank you chef for preparing baby food within minutes. Thank you shristi for making my kids feel so welcome gifting them with colouring books and colours and providing baby cot and even toiletries. Truly felt like home away from home.

Excellent food and service at the Mint restaurant. Everything went very well right from the last minute, early morning table reservation during the busy breakfast timings. Neeraj especially and all else were superb in their smiling service and willingness to make all meeting attendees comfortable.

The IVR system for room reservations is not user-friendly. The navigation is confusing and makes it difficult to reach the right department or complete a booking efficiently. This affects the overall customer experience and should be reviewed for improvement.
