Great Bubble Tea Spot! Their bubble teas were outstanding and the customer service by the ladies was on point! The Flaming Brown Sugar & Taro Crème Brûlée Milk Tea tastes delicious! A+++

There were so many options to choose from, it took a bit of time for me to order. I got the Vivi Bubble Milk Tea with tapioca, less ice, and 30% sugar. Tea was good and the drink wasn't too sweet which I liked. Boba consistency was good too, very chewy. We got our drinks quickly after ordering. When we got our drinks, most of the tables were full but we managed to sit at a small one. The inside is very bright, pink, and cutesy. And the girl at the counter was friendly. Getting here, it took a while to find parking since it was pretty busy. Overall, I felt like my drink was good but not amazing. Maybe I'll have to order a special drink or their food next time. For me, 3.5/5.

I liked all the post it doodles! The place was cute and I loved the pink! I just got the taro milk tea and it was yummy.

Was quite long (10 min) to get the order, and the staff could be more welcoming, but they were still nice enough to share samples to taste, and the result was good. Inside is quite interesting.

I asked the staff what was their most popular drink was and she said the Flaming brown sugar tapioca. The boba was fresh and chewy and absolutely delicious. It was very sweet but I like them sweet. The topping reminded me of a toasted marshmallow and was creamy and super yummy. I’m glad I ordered. Next time, I’ll mix it up a little more before I drink it. I got a mouth full of brown sugar syrup and it was really sweet.

Great service and fantastic flavors. I got the fruit tea with mango popping pearls and it was delicious

Super cute little spot. My husband had the coffee milk tea and I had the taro milk tea. It was good but they put way too much boba in both. Every suck of the straw I ended up with a mouth full of Boba.

This place is the best in Charleston! The staff is always so lovely when I visit and are quick to make orders even with a line. I enjoying sitting in the bright space. Plus if you don’t know what to order the staff is really helpful to pick something you’ll like. Can’t forget about the yummy macaroons! 10/10 at this store

Love all the customizable options! Boba tends to be made really sweet but they even let you choose the sweetness level which was perfect. I got the taro boba with 50% sweetness and it was delicious.

Some really nice boba selection, also love the deco in the join. So pink and artsy. It was a quiet Wednesday when we went, no kidding parking was a little nightmare-ish The boba was too yummy, we got a taro bubble milk tea large coat about $8/$9. There were indoor seating , we just had ours to go.

I got their special drink Taro Creme Brulee here, and let me just say, it was not good. Maybe I should get a more simple drink and review again, but I could not finish the rest of the drink. I also didn't like the chunks in the drink that I think was the creme brulee part (not the boba because I love boba), and could not taste any of the taro because it was way to sweet. The boba was pretty mushy too. Overall, 2/10.

TLDR: Better boba options in town, terrible parking, but awesome customer service. My friends and I went here since it is the only boba place that is open up until 11pm on a Friday night. While the customer service was nice and the aesthetics of the place is very instagrammable, the tea itself is over sweetened and over brewed. Not to mention that parking is pretty much nonexistent due to the location of the place. Would probably not come back again, but it is nice that they are open till almost close to midnight.

Overall: Could be good in a pinch, but there's better boba around town. The good: Plenty of flavors to choose from with unique options that aren't available at other boba places in town. Atmosphere is eye-catching and brings out a fun vibe. The not-so-good: The drinks were waaay to sweet; it was overpowering compared to other boba teas I've had in the past. I had lots of boba in my drink, while my wife had nearly none. The prices are too high and the area to order is quite cramped. If it's busy (which is was when we went), there's not a lot of area to stand in. Service was on the slower side too, unfortunately. Drinks: 5/10 Atmosphere: 7/10 Service: 7/10

I am a lover of bubble teas and the ones that VIVI makes are great. I went for the Mango and Yakult drink which is super smooth and tasty. I customized my sugar level to 70% which is still sweet but not overwhelming. The experience visiting the store however leaves a lot to be desired. The bathrooms when I visited were closed and blocked with tables , I asked if I could at least wash my hands and I was told no. We drank our teas in the shop and the ambiance was not great as they play Spotify with adds on the Speakers, which is kind of annoying. Maybe get a premium subscription? Would probably order to go the next time .

Stopped in to pick up a nice refreshing tea after an appointment. Vivi s is located off and of King st in Charleston. They have great options and unlike other tea place that put real fruit in their drinks! This spot is decorated very cute. My lychee tea was absolutely delicious!

One of the beat milktea. Once you see this in other state dont hesitate to go in . Their are not watery down kinda tea like the other milktea place. Staff are nice fast service.

my oreo bubble tea was SO good!!!! couple things i hope they change... 1. the place feels gross. with post-it's everywhere and sticky tables and chairs. it felt so unkempt and i didn't want to sit anywhere. 2. for some reason the straws are on the side of the register and not on the side of where you pick up your drinks. it seems trivial but this makes it very awkward when you reach over someone placing an order 3. orders took awhile to get which was fine because my drink was delicious. ha.

Overall: cute place, nice staff, not-so-good boba Super cute themed place with really kind and friendly staff but overcooked tapioca pearls :( I got a large Thai milk tea with boba. I liked my tea but the boba pearls were super duper mushy and small which made me sad.

The customer service could have been a bit friendlier but I would definitely come back here. I ordered a pineapple passion fruit jelly tea with boba. I was not impressed when I had my first couple of sips and was almost regretting my choice... BUT it got better and ended up being super tasty, not too sweet, soft boba, nice jelly and pineapple (?) bits inside. Excited to try their other flavors whenever I visit downtown again.

We got VIVI Signature Fruit Tea, Taro Tea, Pineapple Mango Jelly Tea, and VIV Bubble Milk Tea. Family favorite by far was VIVI Signature Fruit Tea with Strawberry Popping pearls. So good!

Vivi bubble tea has so many different types of slush, milk drinks, tea, milk teas, floats+ more! The store itself is super cute and it is conveniently (or inconveniently depending on the person) located on King St. For the most part, have loved all the drinks! The dragon fruit float is both pretty + yummy + unique! The standard boba drinks, like milk tea, milk green tea, brown sugar milk tea are all winners too! Love the taro milk tea, and preferred it over their other Taro beverage options. They used to have various flavors of popcorn chicken, takoyaki, Taiwanese sausages and etc for food snacks which we were all delish and honestly what put them one over on the other boba shops around town, but sad to report, they have since taken those options away

My drink was almost $10 although it was one of the most basic drinks on the menu and was extremely sweet even though I chose 50% sweetness. I just think there are better selection of boba places in Downtown. I will say they have a very wide variety of flavors and combinations.

Good bubble tea franchise, got many flavors and we enjoyed all of them. Ended up visiting this location since they are open late and all of the other bubble tea places closer were closed many hours earlier.

Over priced for what you get and the boba were really squishy and had a slimy film. Ordering was easy and the young lady was nice behind the register. There is very limited seating and it is very loud and busy inside. I went into order and my husband had to circle the block because we couldn't find parking.

I got the coffee jelly bubble milk tea- I did not like the jelly- not their fault. My daughter ordered the flaming brown sugar milk tea. She said it was the best milk tea she's had & she's quite the connoisseur. I liked that it wasn't overly sweet like I've had at other places. The girls working were very nice. The shop was clean, with clean restrooms. Would recommend!

The place is small, and has very cute decor. The employees were nice, and helpful since it was our first time there. We ordered 3 drinks, and they were all good. The cups that they came in were flimsy and hard to hold after awhile. But other than that, I would definitely recommend coming here.

One of the newest boba additions to King Street. It's a small little place with very cute decor and smiling faces that greet you as you walk through the door. They have plenty of options with different add ins and toppings, but I'm only giving 3/5 stars because I have had better boba with better portions. Each time I come to this location have of my drink is just ice. The wait for my drink can sometimes be a little long as well.

The Brown Sugar boba tea was super yummy and definitely worth the money! I had never tried boba before and it tasted so good! A good sweet treat on a hot day in Charleston!

Usually Vivi's. Lychee slush with lychee jelly and popping boba taste the same as other places. No complaints. Inside and outside is Charleston charm because it's in one of those historic looking buildings.

The enjoyed the variety. We also had a strawberry slush & a pineapple mango jelly tea. Watch out for that spicy chicken! It was a real spicy one but I enjoyed it! I We cannot wait to try the other chicken flavors and meats! Cute little spot!

Boba was a disappointment and so was the milk tea. The tea flavor was pronounced, but the rest was too watery and the boba was just squishy with no flavor. Didn't taste sweet either even though we ordered regular sugar level. Their signature fruit tea was awesome though. Had a lot of toppings and was refreshing. Possibly the best popcorn chicken I've had in ages though. 2/5 for the milk tea 5/5 for the fruit tea 5/5 for the chicken For a bubble tea shop with a marked-up price to miss the mark on both topping and milk tea was a let down. However, their fruit tea and snacks were redeeming.

I'm not gonna lie - the boba was kind of slimy and tasted old. Granted we got there at 9:00 at night but still. I got the black milk tea with 30% sugar based in other reviews of it being over sweetened and the tea itself was ok. Ambience was really cool, just wish the boba tea could match.

There was a queue when we walked in but it moved pretty fast. Glad that there was an available table too for our convenience. My drink was good, sugar level was just perfect. Food was tasty and not too salty. I love the wall with the sticky notes. It was so nice to read all the positivity. Parking: It's quite difficult to park in front of the establishment but there are paid parking spaces nearby. Staff: She was accommodating and friendly. Given the queue, I didn't feel rushed. Restroom: It was clean and well maintained.

If you're in Charleston and craving bubble tea, I would recommend this place. We stopped by here after a late dinner and it did not disappoint. It's a cute little tea shop with a wide selection of teas to choose from. My Thai milk tea was delicious. Other people in our party got passion fruit tea and pineapple mango jelly tea which were both very good. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the boba was wayyy too squishy. But maybe it was just a fluke. Also, there was only one worker making all the drinks. All of this to say, I would go back. Things to keep in mind: there is minimal seating inside and minimal parking.

This place shouldn't even have one star due to rude and nasty customer service. I stopped in to Vivi yesterday afternoon around 3pm and there were two female employees who seemed bothered by my presence and it was very uncomfortable. I highly suggest retraining these two individuals on customer service.

Vivi Bubble Tea on King Street in Charleston is a great place to go for quality tea, popcorn chicken, macarons, and much more. I really like the location and atmosphere that they have created here. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need.

Serving size for price is extortionate. Would not recommend unless desperate. Taste is ok

Came by during second Sunday to try out a new boba place! I think we got lucky with the timing cause the line was out the door by the time our drinks came. I loved the matcha red bean drink it was so yummy. Their un-caffeinated options, taro, and Thai tea were all loved as well. I'd love to come when it's not so busy it might be a great place to study/hang they do tend to lean towards the sweater side so get 50-75% if you don't like things too sweet

Very disappointed in this VIVI Bubble Tea experience. The young cashier, Riley, was very rude and abrasive. I would not choose to dine here again. Instead of helping with the chip error, she stood there and made unnecessary comments. It is not appropriate to speak to a customer the way she did. Also, when we were ordering she kept interrupting. I would recommend any other bubble tea shop in town.

So happy to see that there are more boba options opening in Charleston! My favorites from here are the vivi milk tea and the dragon fruit cream float. Their vivi milk tea has a distinct floral tea flavor which is great if you prefer a more tea-tasting like milk tea. The dragon fruit cream float was a unique fruity creamy drink which had a lychee flavor to it. I never tasted anything like it before so I was very intrigued and pleasantly surprised.

Such a cute boba shop! The aesthetic in this shop is the cutest I've seen in a boba place so far. The menu is HUGE and my drink was delicious. I ordered the Oreo cookie slush and added tapioca pearls to my drink. While I was there, multiple teenagers and college students came in as well, so it's obviously very trendy place for young adults. It seems like a great place to bring kids if they are interested in this type of drink. They also had a small selection of food if you're hungry. One of the fun things to do was they had a stinky note wall filled with art and messages from the community and tourists, so you can add your own note while you're there! Don't like milk tea? You can customize your drinks so that they can fit your dietary needs. There's milk free drinks, drinks without tea, drinks without boba, hot and cold drinks, and you can even adjust the sugar level of your drink, so there's something for everyone! TLDR; amazing boba tea with a great atmosphere. I give it 5/5 stars

Omg the boba tea here is delicious! I got the strawberry cream float and added strawberry popping boba and it is so refreshing! When I took a sip I was so impressed, definitely the best boba tea I've had ever! Definitely exceeds your expectations.

I've never had bad bubble tea before. I tried it two more times because I was convinced there was a mistake. Just bland. Akin to dishwater? I'm trying my best to be respectful but it was genuinely horrible. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy :(

This is a chain bubble tea place originally from Taiwan. They use powder to make milk tea and so the formula is the same everywhere! I highly recommend if you're looking for an authentic Taiwanese bubble tea. My recommendations are: Thai, taro and original.

It's so delicious and super cute! The service was amazing and the decoration was adorable. The tea is all fabulous and there is a large variety. Will be back!

The lychee fruit tea was amazing so fresh and had real fruit! The service was kind and help, the room was full of sticky notes and skeletons, the place gave of a new happy vide Charleston needed!
