Good customer service and very good boba! I tried the 3Q Boba Tea, and it was great! Although if you aren’t used to squishy boba it’ll be weird at first. I ordered in Chinese as well, and the lady working that day was very patient with me. I am excited to come again, although the bathroom was hard for me to get into due to the door being heavy and me being a rollator user.

I ordered the Taiwanese pork noodles, popcorn chicken, and 6 Bubba teas. The noodles were not my cup of tea. But I really loved the popcorn chicken. The flavor was great. The Blue Galaxy and Taro Crumble were really refreshing.

Good drinks, cute interior, and great service. The lady behind the bar was really nice. Everything on the menu looked so good. I felt like I wouldn’t have been disappointed no matter what I got.

Highly recommended from some friends and they were not wrong. Got taro root milk and matcha milk drinks and they were pretty dang good. It would be nice if there was a small size for kids, but otherwise this place is perfect. Employees are nice and the place is clean. The family loves the decor. We will be back, love it!

There was only one person working when I came here so the line was kinda long. I ordered a passion fruit slush with boba. I forgot to adjust the sweetness so it was a little bit too sweet for me. The boba is okay, feel like they has been soaked in sugar water quite sometime already. A little pricey comparing to other bubble tea shops

Normal bubble tea and nothing crazy taste wise. Safe choice if you want some boba and you are close by 😎 they also sell food here and I thought it smelled pretty good. I want to come back another time and try. Also found some kind of bug in the restroom.

Our first time here. We ordered Taro slush (3 stars) and Coffee Jelly Milk Tea (2 stars). The slush was more watery than I expected. The milk tea really was tea, haha. The tea flavor was stronger than expected. Maybe we could try other drinks. We may try the food next time. The service was good. The environment is cute and clean. They stay open later than most places around the area.

I got the Thai milk tea, with 75% sugar and less ice, size medium. I also tried Q3 bubble tea with 50% sugar, and it wasn't sweet enough so definitely try to do 75% here. The boba is nice and chewy and the bubble tea tastes great. The Oreo bubble tea was ok, but they have chunks of Oreo that don't go through the straw. I also tried the popcorn chicken. It was really good, but I noticed one of them seemed a little raw on the inside. The medium cup is on the small side

A nice boba spot with some food selection. The drinks are pretty and have some unique colors. Their boba quality is nice, but I wish some of their tea tastes were slightly stronger as it tastes watered down sometimes. Cute interior!

It's a pretty standard boba place! They have cute but very vibrant decors. They also serve food. The popcorn chicken was good but it'd been nice if they had some dipping sauce. (They don't have any). The service was okay. Not the most friendly vibe

I used to get popcorn chicken from Vivi Boba Tea's Plano location at 15th and Custer. Their chicken was crispy and delicious. However, when I went back, it was closed. A friend told me they have another location in Frisco, so I tried it and found the same taste. The owner said they sold the Plano location, but someone else is selling the same food. Since I live in Plano, I tried the new owner location, but was disappointed. The chicken was too salty, with thick flour that overpowered the taste. Both curry and basil flavors were too salty. Now, I'm sticking with the Frisco location.

i love the taiwanese popcorn chicken very crunchy and flavorful however there was drama today. went to order carryout today 12-4-25 and encountered a dramatic scene today. i dont know the entire story but just commenting on what i've witness when i came in to make my order. here is my assumtion. there was either uber eat or door dash driver there to pick up the order. he must have ben there awhilei dont know what happened prior before i got there but the driver was asking the lady behind the counter bout the wait time for the order. in my opinion all she need to say was 5-10 more minutes or simply apologize for the delay but no, she went off on him. the guy was very nice and calm but she was so angry. i was embarassed i wanted to leave but the chicken is so good i had to have my pop corn chicken today. he wanted to know why she was so angry toward him she was just screaming he then called her a B word and pehap through in an eff word which was wrong but i understand his frustraton. the lady return with an eff word back at him then yell ta him to get out. luckly there were no otheer customers. honostly i cannot go back to this place or support thi type of customer service. nowaday you never know how this type of situation will end. my life could have been in danger but i left that place super quick after i got my chicken . 88 baobao pop corn chicken is just as good just further for me.

Great place to go if you're wanting boba AND a savory taiwanese snack. You can even get a full on meal like a bento. Not very many boba shops offer that. As far as drinks, there is a HUGE variety. I really like taro drinks with no boba and my kiddo loves the fruit yakult drinks with rainbow jelly. If you're going to stay for a little while, (they do have strong Wifi) you can get a snack portion or meal. We've had the fried fish (yum! crispy and hot! don't burn your tongue) and taiwanese sausage and popcorn chicken. You can't find better classic taiwanese snacks in this area.

I wished there were more Vivi's around. They are great when I am too lazy to cook and want a fast tasty taiwanese meal. This is certainly more like fast causal place. We love the fried pork chops to their popcorn chicken, they are always a hit. We certainly come here more for their food, but at times we venture into their boba drinks too. I am not even going to describe their drink options as there are too many. Service wise, they are nice generally.

Vivi has been established in Frisco for years before all the other shops came in and has been consistently great. The food is what separates it from other boba shops. I've had 4 different fried cutlet bentos and they've all been made to order and delicious. The sauces and seasoning they use is authentic and similar to what you'd find in Taiwanese night markets. Portions are big too! Popcorn chicken is among the best you'll find in DFW as well. The drinks are overall pretty good with a strong tea flavor. The fruit teas are very refreshing and made with fresh cut fruit inside. Don't be afraid to cross the street and give them a shot!

Must get the basil popcorn chicken. Best of the best in Dfw!!! So good!!! They always prepare them fresh and fast.

This place is awesome! Thai tea with tapioca was perfect and the best part, they don't overload your cup with ice! It's so cute inside and the service is great. Perfect place for boba and they serve food!

Cute spot for boba tea and snacks! My teen loves coming here with friends and they usually split a curry or bento box. I've ordered their popcorn chicken and curry chicken bento boxes and the meal is very filling, with the chicken seasoned perfectly. I've ordered the ramen before and their bento boxes are better (if you really want a ramen fix, there are better options across the street) but it's very reasonably priced and offers variety on their menu. Very friendly staff and even when it's busy, they usually have a very quick turnaround to be able to get your drinks and food served quickly.

I can't remember when was the last time we visited here but we visited twice aa far as I can remember. This place is chic! It's a cool place for my children and they love to hang out here. They likes the popcorn chicken with rice. My wife ordered the curry katsu I think and she love the combo served to her. The way they served it to us was really good because they put enough effort to give us enough. The rice is filling as well as the vegetables. They didn't limit the servings of the food which is a big deal for me. My family will be back and our go to boba place. Service is pretty authentic.

This place is really great for my afternoon sugar fix! I love their flaming brown sugar boba! If I am not careful I will drink from there every day! I also love their selection of macarons and they have a deal where you buy 5, you get 1 for free to make it an even 6. It is also my go to stop because I love the inside. I love anything pink and pretty. I also love their taro tea, I have ordered that before to be delivered to my work via UberEats, but I have not actually tried their food. I am sure one day I will try it!

I drive by this Bubble tea shop everyday and never wear in. I paid them a visit today and was super impressed. The young girl working at the register was a little awkward when I asked her about things on the menu. She's probably new, other than that I love the bright colors, inside was airy and bright. I had the oreo Boba and it was super good.

Their popcorn chicken. (basil flavor) is . I mostly like coming here because it's consistent. Both their drinks and food menu doesn't change because a different person is making the drinks/food.

Always love Vivi. It's a smidge pricey, especially with all the other bubble tea options in the area, but I love their consistency. I tried the popcorn chicken on a whim once, and holy crap - it's soooo good! Can't go wrong with any of the flavors.

This place always has really good drinks. I usually get milk tea, but the galaxy drink and I tried a new pineapple grapefruit jelly drink, was soo refreshing on a hot summer day. The taiwanese popcorn chicken and bento boxes are also yummy to snack on while you enjoy the boba and drinks. The woman working was nice and was working hard to serve us all on July 4. They are open on holidays it seems, so give them a try and be sure to tip! Glad this spot exists in North Texas and Dallas area. Definitely on the top 3 lists of best boba /bubble tea spots.

Vivi bubble tea is quickly becoming one of my favorite boba tea places. They have REALLY good Thai tea which is sometimes hard to find, their milk tea is really good too my sis loves it! The basil popcorn chicken IS SOOOO GOOD. I could eat 10000000 pieces of it. I wish I had some right now haha where I live this is the closest place to me with Basil popcorn chicken at 3 and a half hours. I haven't been able to try any other food because this is what I come for and it's soo good sometimes i order multiple orders knowing I won't be back for a while.

3.5* Note: $6 credit card minimum If we are talking drinks, it's on the pricier range than other boba spots, and not necessarily the best tasting if you're wanting traditional milk tea drinks, so it which may not be your first pick if you're looking for a place solely based on the drinks. I know their speciality drinks are fairly decent though. I ordered the peach oolong tea, no ice, and I think it was light on oolong and had a much stronger peach flavor, which I did not mind. On the other hand, the service, décor, and ambiance of Vivi is more welcoming and accommodating to its patrons than other locations, in my opinion. It has such cute drinks and wonderful atmosphere for people to sit, chat and play games. The seats are also significantly more comfortable than other dessert places I've been, and they have free WiFi that's actually relatively strong!

I was really craving Taiwanese popcorn chicken, and the pictures of this place that I saw on Yelp convinced me to try this place out! I ordered a popcorn chicken bento with a green milk tea plus boba. I thought it was really cool that they let you choose what flavor seasoning you want for your popcorn chicken. Off the top of my head, I remember there being spicy, garlic, and classic basil as options, but there were a couple more choices as well. The popcorn chicken was pretty good and authentic-tasting, but it definitely was not as fragrant as ones that I had before. I didn't really enjoy the rest of my bento though. The rice was drowning in overly sweet meat sauce, and the side veggies were pretty mediocre. My drink was decent though!

This probably isn't a fair review because your boba tea was great, and I'm sure your popcorn chicken is great... it's just that I want to get my tea at a tea place and my fried popcorn chicken and Vietnamese food at a food place. When we walked in we could smell the fried food smell and it was just a disconnect from the boba tea sights and smells we were expecting. They did have a good selection of macaroons.

First tried this place in New York 6-7 years ago. I was so excited when they first came to Frisco - I ate here pretty often. Now I just take Asian restaurants for granted because there are so many good options around. However, I still come back to Vivi once in awhile when I crave their peppercorn chicken. Their drinks are decent too but I think their snack selection is the best part. I didn't really like their braised pork rice - it tasted more like minced pork and the sauce wasn't that great. It had a more sweeter taste than the savory juicy braised pork rice I am used to eating. The way their shop is set up almost felt like you're ordering Taiwanese fast food even when it's items like ramen, curry, rice entrees... I recommend coming here for the small bites but if you want Taiwanese bento boxes there are definitely better options around.

Vivi bubble tea is THE BEST boba place by far. The otra cream brûlée never disappoints. The service is always phenomenal and the interior is so chill that you can hang with friends or family here and really enjoy yourself. It's a hidden gem that I find myself going back to time and time again. 5/5 for me. Never disappoints

The spicy popcorn chicken is pretty good but the Thai tea tastes okay That's about all I can say about this place. I'll have to try another drink from here next time to see if it tastes better

Choice spot for studying, hanging out, and grabbing a quick meal for a great price. This place is so real and a true rare gem to be found in the DFW area. Let's have more of this please. It's a chain from NYC, but if you can ignore the bright pink decor and not-exactly-spectacular-but-pretty-average drink prices, you can pretend you're in a boba shop in SoCal. (When it comes to Asian food in the US, I must admit I'm biased towards the west coast and the SGV.) key points: - cashier repeated my order back to me - customizable drinks - solid quality - free wifi The matcha red bean was authentic and flavorful, taro tasted real and earthy, and the creamy foam topping the earl grey float was a little sweet, a little tart, and somehow rich yet light. I've yet to try the food, but I'll be back. If I become a regular, this could become a five star spot for me!

Man, this place is poppin'. It was packed, but that goes to show how popular they are. I didn't realize they served actual food here so one day I'll have to explore that, but speaking on the boba, it was delicious. I ordered the mango and taro teas with pearls and have zero complaints. Both tasted great and were made to order. I love that you can customize them down to the sweetness and amount of ice. Even though the place was busy, they still cranked out drinks in a reasonable amount of time. If I'm ever in the neighborhood again, I'll definitely swing by for boba.

Can't believe I'm writing a review again on a bubble tea place? This one is relatively new in Frisco that I just found out from another Yelper. I've been to so many boba tea places. This one goes beyond offering various flavors of tea. Added to the menu are snacks such as popcorn chicken, fried pork, fish, and last but not least, Taiwanese sausages. If you want something to munch on in addition to a drink. Here is a place for you to consider. As usual, I ordered the classic bubble milk tea. The bubbles are chewy, soft, and not sweet. Actually l like them to be sweet. The milk tea is smooth and creamy. And the tea taste is just fine. Since this place is vey new, everything looks nice and clean - shiny tables, clean floor, pink walls (their corporate color), sleek ceiling fans and lights. I also see a few board games on the long communal table in the center. So if you come in with friends, you can have some fun here. I think this is something unique about this place.

Saw a Facebook post about how authentic this place was .... so I decided to drag my husband here to try it out. Well, we were disappointed. I got the milk tea boba and it was just okay. Probably would not be my first or second choice of place to go if I was craving for it. We also got the Katsu curry to try and we also thought it was okay. Not bad ... but not good. It kinda felt like we were eating a fast food version of katsu curry? If that made any sense. I don't think I would come back here. ‍

The BEST popcorn chicken in town! Also must try their crispy chicken or BBQ chicken. They are so so so good!!! They also have the new looking of drinks. How cute they are:-D Their boba is super chewy and tasty. Vivi's employees are always super friendly and helpful. They are so nice! The environment is awesome. My family's favorite restaurant in town. 100/100 recommended!!

Got the Jasmine Tea Float with less ice and 70% sweet. Was very average, definitely get full sweet. The tea taste could be stronger. But I will say the sea foam cream or "float" was really good.

Best taiwanese popcorn chicken in town. I love that you can choose between 5 different flavors: s&p, basil, garlic, curry, and spicy, I think is the last one? Basil and garlic are my favorite flavors! Their waffle fries are also well seasoned and delicious at that! Takoyaki was ok. The mayo is not like japanese mayo (kewpie) but it still tasted decent. As for drinks, I usually get one of the floats (either jasmine or earl grey) I really like their cream they use for the floats. Perfect sweetness and flavor for me. The flavor of the tea in the float are strong (just how I like it) and are not overpowered by the cream at all. Additionally, decor/aesthetics are very cute. Personally, I like coming here to work on some things and just chilling. Great snacks and great tea.

We should normalize three star reviews as being perfectly okay and acceptable because that's how it feel about Vivi. It met my expectations but didn't wow me. The boba is fine. The milk tea is fine. The consistency is kind of watery but it doesn't taste watery. Overall, it's perfectly fine and that is OK.

Was running errands in the area and wanted to pick up something quick for lunch. I ordered a he popcorn chicken appetizer, the fried fish bento box, and a bubble tea. The food was delicious and pipping hot even after I got home. The popcorn chicken was perfectly seasoned, crispy, and l not oily at all. The bento box had a variety of sides including minced meat sauce for the rice and pickled veggies. Everything was delicious. The reason I took off 1 star was for the service. When I called to place the order, the lady that answered the phone had somewhat of a bad attitude. When I went into the store to pick up my order, she was the same way. No friendly greeting, not even a smile. She definitely hated her job and it was very evident. It's a shame because their food is so delicious.

I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars. If I were rating them on their popcorn chicken, I'd give them 5. They were the best I've had, so far, in the DFW area. But, their milk tea... eek! I didn't see almond milk tea on the menu so I asked if they had it. They said yes. After trying the popcorn chicken and seeing the great pictures on Yelp, I was expecting the milk tea to taste good. It wasn't. It was watered down and had tasted like slightly flavored water. I would go back for their popcorn chicken and definitely a different drink.

Pleasantly surprised by the bubble tea here! I came by a few years ago when they first opened and it was just okay but decided to try it it again while in the area and really enjoying my drink. The flaming brown sugar bubble tea is really good. Boba quality is 8/10. They had non dairy creamer which is a great option to have. I'll definitely come back and try their other drinks and food too. They have a whole menu of Taiwanese food and looks great.

Popcorn chicken and boba are the daily duos. The popcorn chicken is super tasty and flavorful. There are 5 flavors to choose from. I always get pepper/salt but you can't go wrong with any flavor. My default tea is osmanthus oolong. Has tiny flowers :) and is sweetened with honey.

It's all still takeout, but it doesn't make it any less delicious. Mango Green Tea at 25% sweetness hit the spot. Popcorn chicken was delicious and crispy. The chicken didn't taste predominantly like fried batter and it was a reasonable amount for the price.

My friend ordered me the popcorn chicken bento online and it was surprisingly really good for what I thought was just a drink place! So I went to the location and got the signature fruit tea and a bubble milk tea with my katsu curry! The food was once again really good and a good portion size and I really really liked my teas as well and the lady helping us at the counter was very nice! :) I got a cool cup that's pretty large for $0.50 extra!

I loveeee boba. But stayed for their popcorn chicken snack in basil flavor! I tried their Japanese matcha milk tea and it was pretty good. Not super sweet but the perfect blend including their boba which might be dipped in honey. The store is little but enough space to lounge and play board games. They also have a cute pink corner wall you could definitely take pictures at. The staff was nice and drinks came out super quickly. You can also call in your order for food if you think it'll take awhile but luckily on my second visit, it was a 5 min wait. Hoping to try out more drinks soon.

Came for good boba and surprisingly the food was really! Should give it a try. I recommend the popcorn chicken and the mt with the boba, herbal jelly, and pudding.

Tried this place since KungFu Tea was out of mango for their mango slush. Menu look good. Had difficulty with the talking. I had a bit of a hard time trying to get my questions answered. Asked about the Oreo Creame Burlee (what I thought it was more of a milk shake) it is straight up milk. So the mis- understanding just cost me to waste my money and probably my business to this estalishment. Fills like you got taken advantage of when money gets wasted that easily and your kid looks at you like I didn't get anything. We almost went back to complain but I dont think it wouldn't have done much good. The other issue that bugs me is that its summer temperatures out there now why would I want to order cool mike on a hot day. Word of advice on customer service. Know your menu and just put two and two together and suggest or guide a customer towards shake versus cool milk. This was our first time here and recommendations would have been welcomed.

We ordered: MILK TEA WITH BOBA AND EGG PUDDING 50% SUGAR- This wasn't sweet enough for me. Decreased the sugar bc I thought the boba and egg pudding would sweetened it up a little.. but no. Also .. the boba had like a flavor to it thy changed the flavor of the tea. The boba in so cal doesn't have flavor.. maybe a tx thing? HONEY DEW MILL TEA WITH BOBA- daughter didn't like bc of the boba flavor. The honey dew milk tea was good though. HOT TARI MILK TEA WITH BOBA- this was good

If you want popcorn chicken. Look no where else. Vivi's Taiwanese popcorn chicken does it right. I come here if I crave popcorn chicken. There fruit tea here is pretty good too

Excellent bubble tea I ordered the Oreo Creme brulee and it was amazing they also serve ramen and bento along with karaage def going back for the food to try it out next time

Pickup order only. Their drinks are still good as i remember. The drinks are sweet, i like mines with 25%-50% sweet. Popcorn chicken is a must try too id you are in mood for snacks - it's perfect everytime
