ViVi Bubble Tea New Dorp

Great spot to get bubble tea on a hot day. They also serve other hot foods made to order. Ordered mango slush and lychee slush with boba. Nice and cold but slush could've been blended more. Ours has big chunks of ice in it as we drank our slush drinks. Service was quick and workers were nice! They have clean seating area. Parking is limited to street parking so can be difficult to find.

Decent spot to get some bubble tea on a hot summer day. Bonus points for allowing sugar level adjustments. Opted for a higher percentage level of sweetness but the flavor was a bit bland. Will try coming back again to see if it was just a bad day!!

One of the few Vivi in Staten Island and, without a doubt, they are still up to the standards of any other vivi you’ll find in the city. The popcorn chicken and takoyaki came in hot, but the flavors were a bit bland. It's still a great place for an afternoon snack, though.

They make excellent Bubble teas and Fruit teas. The staff is attentive and friendly. The place has a good vibe.

Fresh and delicious drinks. The sitting area is clean and spacious too. Best tasting bubble tea on Staten Island! Will definitely recommend this place.

Their bubble tea is excellent Taro bubble milk tea , that is my favorite.

Awesome place! Only problem was i wish they had strawberry milk tea. Loved everything and service was great too. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely come back again! (For the thai milk tea, duh)

Very solid milk tea spot. I love the fact that they use non-dairy milk. All drinks are really good, but I feel like their best is the taro milk tea. I would highly recommend this place. The prices are also really fair!

I bought the garlic popcorn chicken that they are selling supposedly as chicken. When I bit into what I thought was chicken ended up tasting like pork. The color of the meat was pink I never saw chicken that looked pink. I highly do not recommend that you buy anything from there.they are trying to deceive their customers

Self explanatory... I wasn't quite sure what took so long for the arrival. I was Uber tracking it and certainly was not the driver's fault because the order was still processing after bout 1.5 hours after ordering. I never had any complaint with their popcorn chicken since I do understand it's being taken out after frying but these two orders taste absolutely dry and cold.. felt like I was eating leftovers that I've taken out from my fridge--aside from that, definitely got skimmed out on portion control. In addition, my drink were both room temp (literally) upon arrival. Vivi from New Dora Ln.... Lol you must be a joke.. I gave you guys several chances even in person but I personally think Forest Ave has a much better chance with their business

This place is terrible. Service is poor. I ordered my drink and clarified multiple times about my order and the still gave me the wrong drink. They did not take me seriously because I was a child. The drink that was replaced was disgusting. Out of the four employees, only one were decent. I do not recommend this place. They need to learn to respect everyone. Thank you for following through this incident. There may be a misunderstanding on the order, however I think your staff should be more friendly to customers, especially minors. Reading through the response, I can't see a sincere reflection between lines. Instead, you were directing the problem to a miscommunication. I want to clarify the problem is Customer service. You staff need to learn to take responsibility and show the younger kids how they should treat others in a positive and respectful manner.

I've been here several times at different days and times. The best time to get a drink Is during school hours. Once it hits 2, a whole bunch of kids start crowding the place. I got my drink after waiting 15 minutes on line and 30 minutes on the side wiating for my drink. I do suggest to order ahead of time through the phone so that once you arrive, the drink is ready to be picked up. Other then that, the drinks are great and I would definetly come again once I call ahead of time.

SO HAPPY TO HAVE A VIVI'S IN STATEN ISLAND. I love how big and spacious this location is-- great for hanging out or even doing some studying/work (free wifi available here). Super clean. They have a stamp card-- buy 10 drinks and get a free bubble tea on your 11th visit. Sometimes, the down side is that since there aren't that many employees working, they can get swamped with orders easily. Wait for drinks can be ridiculously long. Favorite drinks here include their fruit teas, earl grey float, and bubble milk teas. Drinks are usually pretty consistent here and do not disappoint. Staff are usually friendly as well.

This time we're smart enough to have the kids call in to order before we get there. Got here on a Friday night @9:08p, store was getting ready to clean up for closing. Drinks was ready by the time we got here.

Nice quiet cafe to hang out on a Saturday afternoon in New Dorp. Clean environment. Comfortable sitting. And most importantly FREE WIFI !!! My 2 toddlers love to come here for their popcorn chicken which has 5 different flavors to choose from: pepper salt, spicy, garlic, basil & curry. I would recommend this place.

Delicious popcorn chicken. The curry flavor was delicious and the 3Q bubble tea was delicious as well. I tried the oreo bubble tea but it wasn't mixed as well so I didn't taste much of the oreo till the end.

Walking around New Dorp and this was a sight for sore eyes in the middle of rows of shut down stores. Now there are two types of people who would be reading this review: those that went to a Vivi location in the past and those that didn't. If you havent yet and dont mind spending 5 and change, its a great bubble tea spot with tons of flavors that you usually can't find elsewhere and they're always introducing new drinks to their menu. For those who are familiar with Vivi, the drinks in the location are as good as I expected. I tried the hot tiramisu bubble tea and it was enjoyable (very sweet but thats what I expected). The seating and space is defintely the best out of the locations I've been too. The stalls are very comfortable and it can fit a lot of people who want to sit down and relax.

Made an order and delivery was super quick! Orders arrived as is! Loved the customization options you can create for your drinks from sizes of your drink to sweetness level, ice level and your toppings! What better way to serve right?! Very delicious and taste just like they do 7 years ago when I drank them nonstop after the opening store in the Chinatown! Now there is one on Staten Island! Super plus for all the bubble tea lovers!

I couldn't believe it when I found out a Vivi's was coming to New Dorp. I love that it's walking distance to Precious Island Dim Sum. It's nice to get bubble tea after eating some dim sum or after eating dinner. This place is really big compared to most of the other locations in NYC. The staff are really friendly. The drinks here tastes just like the other Vivi's locations I've been to. I highly recommend this place!

I used to come here a lot but after pandemic i realized they changed the menu and it doesn't have a lot of drinks like back then. Also, their drinks are super sweet now. I ask for 30% sugar and it taste like 70% sugar. I end up throwing out my drinks. The takoyaki balls used to be much better. I recently ordered two box and few of it is missing the squid.

Best bubble tea on the island! Lots of cool flavors to try and tons of different toppings. I really like the peach oolong cold brew and the specialty passion fruit lemon tea.

Nice enviromemf! Great customer service and my favorite spot for weekend chill out with my child. They make my drinks using the shaker machine. I think it brings out the best taste of the tea and ingredients. Popcorn chicken is a must order snack. Very juicy and crispy! I finished it right away before walk out the store.A great spot to go with kids and friends. Will visit again !

This place is fine when it comes to following a traditional exchange of money for bubble tea. But when it comes to receiving perks and not spending money, that's where it gets extremely weird. I filled my stamp card and came in to exchange it for a free drink, which was passion fruit QQ (it's a drink on the menu that included both bubbles and lychee jelly). I was denied this by clearly a very new person, because "he *thinks* that it has too many toppings". I asked another person about it. He was unsure, and had to discuss it with the first one. They came up with the conclusion that "there is a rule that says that a stamp card can't be exchanged for Passion Fruit QQ." I would love to see that rule written in gold somewhere. That leaves me thinking - next time I get a QQ, should I ask for a stamp and a half, if it's such a luxurious drink?.. But aside from this, and the fact that it took two people to calculate how much change they need to give me from $20 (yep, I had to get a regular tea and pay for additional toppings that literally would've been otherwise included), they also put a whole iceberg in my drink when I specifically asked not to put any. Oh, and they have this interesting set of rules there now. So yeah. When it comes to transactions other than regular ones, don't expect the outcome to be in your favor.

Fast service and decent bubble tea. Clean and nice thirst quenchers. I do recommend if you need a quick fix.

This location is so convenient for delicious bubble tea. The inside is also very cute with its pink walls and trendy lighting accents. I ordered the Oreo milk shake bubble tea and Traditional Black Milk Tea Bubble Tea. Both were delicious!

I loooooove bubble tea and Vivis is actually one of my favorite ones. So when i saw one around the area where i was runnin errands one day, i popped in and ordered my usual hot milk tea with pudding! The decor is so nice and clean. Has a rustic feel and modern feel to it. The staff are nice and friendly. Heard theyre going to incorporate snacks and crepes as well so i cant wait to try that!!!

The place was clean and the lady behind the counter was very helpful and kind。It's a cute space and pretty good for chilling. I know there are other stores, but I'm a vivi regular. I usually get their taro. It's good. They have a creme brulee taro milk tea. It is next level. Made with real mashed taro and cream; it's rich and filling.This place is so dope!!! The aesthetic and everything from the surroundings are eye catching! feels so cute and every time i go to this location, all my worries are gone. Very friendly staff and a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere.DEFINITELY will visit again. WORTH the money!！

You cannot go wrong with bubble t. I could not take more than a few sips - both taro and Thai tea (hot) were too sweet and I love sweet. May be I was not ready for it. Who knows. Kids loved it though.

Loved the brown sugar milk bubble tea this place is adorable looking and the person making the three drinks I ordered did it faster than I expected. All their milk bubble teas are also lactose free which is great

I really liked that they opened a new bubble tea spot walking distance from SI Tech. I stopped by this new bubble tea spot today and tried the peach oolong tea with bubbles and it was great. I will come back again and try the other drinks.

Finally a bubble tea place has opened closer to my house in Staten Island! It's still pretty far to walk to to, but it's a short drive. The service was slow when I was there, but they didn't seem short staffed. There was someone walking out with two bags full of drinks after I arrived there, though. They also had a now hiring sign in the front. The place does look really nice and has a tables with seats. I hope they will have snack items on their menu soon! They only have drinks right now.

Vivi bubble milk tea is an excellent choice for me to grab a drink after work on my way home. Their employees are very kind and also give me recommendations. Oreo cream burrel milk tea is one of my favorites.

I would highly recommend no one come visit this particular ViVi bubble tea. The waiting time is insane. Customer who came after me all leave before me. It doesn't make any sense

I came here today and ordered a large passion fruit tea with jelly and boba. The drink that I received contained the two topping served at what otherwise to me be considered for one-topping serving. I find this to be an issue because the other Vivi locations I had been to, are not CHEAP with their toppings. If you guys are running low on toppings, then let the customer know instead of talking among one another. If this is how the customer service is going to be, then I will not be coming back.

This place is adorable! I love the decor and the chill atmosphere! The menu has a lot of nice choices and you can control the amount of sugar you would like or get none at all. Their tea is delicious!

Finally real bubble tea made its way into Staten Island! Now I say "real" because this place is not just adding powder and tapioca then calling bubble tea. Vivi Bubble tea uses natural ingredients and real fruit juices. I ordered taro matcha bubble tea and I was impressed to find real taro beans at the bottom of my tea. We also tried strawberry with tapioca and we noticed pulp from the juice floating around at the bottom of thtea. We definitely will be visiting Vivi Bubble tea often.

Long wait. LOooonng wait. They just opened so maybe they're figuring out the machines, but man, they make the drinks slow. The oolong milk tea is good though. Recommend.

low quality service. almost every time i've come here, i've had to wait at least 20 minutes for just my drink. i come about once a week bc it is in walking distance from my school, but when i come i just set aside ~at least an hour to sit down and enjoy my drink. i will admit tho, the food and drink is good. the popcorn chicken is crunchy yet juicy. my friend and i are on a quest to try every flavor. currently, we have tried all but garlic. so far our personal favorite is curry! all are good, though ! would come back

Stick to what you know and it will work. This is traditional bubble tea and not Americanized. It doesn't taste like your standard bubble tea but it still tastes good although different.

Have gone twice now and disappointed both times. The drinks are not cheap, and the quality is lacking. I've never seen such a little serving of boba in my drinks. The drinks taste watered down and not as flavorful as they should. I even tried getting less ice... the my drink was just warm I have tried both taro milk tea and Thai tea. Both are just meh. For $5+ (Manhattan prices!) the quality and boba serving should be excellent. Come on Vivi Bubble, please step it up.

Nice place to hanging out with friends, also the snacks and drinks are awesome! I have almost try everything on the menu, my favor is the BUBBLE MILK BLACK TEA which the classic flavor bubble tea. And I just found out that they can make the Bubble tea in HOT.If you are the first time to Vivi, TRY IT!

It has a nice decoration,but they still need more time for training and remember the ingredients of all the drinks.Their price is higher than another Vivi,but the quality is not what I want,I give them 2 stars because of the decoration,hopefully they will improve themself soon.Of course,I still give them another try and update my review later.

As a 12 yrs loyal vivi customer, was excited there will be one open near my area, but the quality compare to other vivis , I think there's a lot of room to improve. Drink was too watery, long wait on drinks, it supposed to be a 1 star review. But can't deny that they do have really good customers service, that's the reason why I leave a 3 star review for this.

I think it is a good place for me to enjoy my time.The staff are nice and responsible.Not noly the relaxing music，but also the clean enivorment.You can use your phone with free wifi.That's the best choice for you!

Absolutely delicious GENUINE bubble tea!! The girls who work there are so sweet and thoroughly explain all the different types to you. They also have food! I've been back about 4 times in 1 week lol! My new favorite tea spot!

I love bubble tea and when they opened one up in New Dorp I was excited. My parents has been on the island for 20 years and let me say we are true bubble tea fans! What threw me off is when i went over to this place this weekend was is how rude the staff was. I wanted to split my drink into two cups and they wouldnt accommodate. I didnt mind paying more, but the girl insist that she couldnt do it. I said fine i will pay for two. My mom simply ask for half sugar and they said they couldnt do that.. Now really.. Half means 50% and yes you could because it clearly states it on your menu, we order from vivi all the time in brooklyn and manhattan. It's a real disappointment when someone can be so rude and unaccommodating to customers. Sorry, we wont be coming back again.

Great addition to the neighborhood! Everything here is super cute, new and clean. Staffs are friendly and listens well to specific requests. Drinks are always amazing. It's always comes out just the way I like it. They also have popcorn chicken which are super addicting and tasty! Definitely one of my favorite stores. Ps. They offer a loyalty stamp card for boba tea addicts such as myself! Keep up the great work! You guys rock!

I love their bubble tea but the wait is ridiculous. 25 minutes for two plain bubble teas. There was one girl handling orders and drinks and the other guy was just walking around looking lost. Not worth it if you're in a rush.

This place is brand new and I've been here twice. The tea is so delicious and refreshing and there are so many to choose from. The customer service is awesome they try to help you get the perfect tea for your tastes if you can't figure out what you want to try!
