The smells from the streets are not to be ignored. It magically pulls you in as soon as the scent hits your senses! From muffins to brownies to cinnamon rolls its hard to make a decision. And then the boy behind the counter says "we also have pepperoni rolls and paninis" we settled on a cinnamon roll with icing piled high! So worth breaking a diet for or ignoring a gluten allergy! (Kidding dont do that) And then we check out the cooler for a drink and find this dipping oil and without hesitation we are offered bread and a sample to try! I imagine this is how people feel walking into my kitchen and I hope they are just as pleased and full bellied as I was. Definitely recommend stopping in even for the free smells. And the bathrooms are fit for a king . Overall experience was a 10/10.

I am rating 5 stars because of the amazing cinnamon roll and satisfaction i’ve experienced. I like supporting small businesses. I do wish customers were offered a plate and silverware to eat with. It appears by other photos that this just isn’t the case. I ended up having to tear apart the box we were given, just to place my roll on it and begin eating. It felt a bit humiliating. Other than that I hope that this establishment succeeds and stays open so others can taste the amazing cinnamon rolls.

i was thrilled to finally get into vivian’s and it did not disappoint! the cinnamon rolls (both white icing and maple), croissant, raspberry danish, and the pepperoni rolls were so delicious! i accidentally walked out without the italian bread i ordered but will definitely be back to try it. it along with the rolls looks amazing. i can’t wait to go back!

This shop begs my inner self to open a shop of some sort….but I can NOT bake a thing NEARLY as exquisite as Vivian’s! We stopped in for a treat Sunday morning and left with muffins and the sourdough. Weren’t planning on getting bread this morning but we simply couldn’t resist. The cinnamon roll with cream cheese icing was superb, the apricot danish…I’ll be getting another before my diet starts this week. Coffee was also very good. Was an excellent find and I hope they’re around for some time.

Sourdough bread, ham & cheese croissants, cookies, Italian paninis, cinnamon rolls…thats all we have tried so far (they have only been in business a week). Off the charts amazing, for sure! Super cool small batch bakery in the quaint little town of Freeport. Can’t wait to go back for more! Amazing staff, amazing service, great location, and a cool little window where you can watch them mixing and baking their amazing products.

I've really been enjoying picking up a loaf of sourdough here almost every week. There's nothing better than the smell of the sourdough right out of the oven. Almost every time I go, the loaf I buy is still warm. Yum! I've also had the pleasure of trying some of the pastries and muffins, and everything I've tried has been wonderful. This is such a nice addition to Freeport!

I ABSOLUTELY love their pepperoni rolls, they have great service and a BUNCH of options. I would highly recommend. FIVE OUT OF FIVE STARS
