There is nothing better than a bar owned by a Marine...I know I'm being biased, but hey! What can I say. For all of you Steelers fans out there in the Detorit area....well this is home on Sundays for you unless you are in Pittsburgh. Atmosphere is out of this world and decor is awesome. November 10th? No problem Marines...come here for the birthday. 1st time here this year for it and it was epic. Great to be around friends and fellow Marines....and some civilians too but no need to mention them...lol...its ok civilians you are welcome too. Just all around Great time and the owner Steve knows how to run an establishment or two. I have eaten here before this time and the food was delicious and drinks are reasonably priced. Thanks for a great time as I will be in Philly for the 250th, but will be back for 251.

The fish was great. I ordered the chips instead of fries. I should have gotten fries because chips were cold. But fries were hot. My husband got the fries they were delicious. But over all the meals were delicious and so were the services. I do recommend this place.

I ordered the pizza! I came during a Lions game and it was an amazing atmosphere. The whole bar was packed everyone at the place was cheering. The waitresses and waiters were doing an amazing job considering the amount of people. Food came out relatively quickly. The pizza was undercooked but I assumed that they were trying to get food through the oven. I will probably go back to try the pizza when it's not a mad house.

Order the bloody Mary mussels. I wouldn’t order again. Mussels were decent. I was a fan of the flavor. Midst Mary mix Sauce was a tad spicy but tasted like chicken noodle soup. Fish was excellent. Breading was flavorful. Could’ve been a little more crispy. Cheeseburger was a typical bar burger. Patty seemed premade like the frozen kind. For a local bar it was decent and looking forward to trying the parmesan mussels.

The queso is most definitely a 100% get. Really good French onion soup too because the cheese stayed good and melty and not thick and chunky/waxy like I've had at other places. The best stroganoff was also delicious and I recommend it. Only things that I didn't enjoy, which I don't have much room to complain about since I went on a Saturday night, is that it was extremely loud/I couldn't hear myself think and my waitress was sweet but not the one to bring my food, which irks me a little. I do want to come back and try their bloody Mary's though.

I was at a birthday party. The waitress was very efficient about getting everybody’s (14) meal right. Came around and asked if we needed another drink. We played music bingo and that was fun.

Came in for a birthday - the atmosphere is great! The food is great although a little disappointed in my chopped salad not a big thing but the description isn’t correct. No pepperoni at all just lots of bacon bits and not a red wine vinaigrette but more creamy based dressing… ordered once and loved it with the original description only now - totally different, was good don’t get me wrong, just way different than the menu. Mussels are awesome! Fish fry is great on Fridays. Tacos, pizza are always great! We will be back - also music bingo is fun! Go and enjoy… :)

Came here for the first time today. If you like bloody Mary’s, this is where you need to go! Michelle the bartender is amazing great service great personality. Food was good, portions were huge. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here. Menu has something for everyone.

Met a friend here for lunch, and yes it's related to the one in Eastern Market. I have a large group coming there soon, and it looks like it will be a hit! I had passed by it over the years, figured it was fancy but it's a relaxed place with an interesting menu. I had a pot of mussels, they have several different preparations, and mine was Italian style with slices of sausage and onions in the broth. There's a decent craft beer list, always happy to see Austin Brothers represented. Friend had a sandwich that he enjoyed. Friendly staff, clean, and I'm looking forward to the next time!

My family and I were looking for a place that had pasta, individual pizzas and maybe sandwiches on the menu (because everyone had a taste for something different). My husband found Vivio's online so we tried it. I did love the ambience - the lighting was soothing and the noise level (TVs plus piped-in music) was not so loud that we couldn't carry on a conversation. The Bloody Marys were delicious. My brother ordered an individual pizza, I ordered the perch (the special that day) and my husband had steak stroganoff. We waited and waited for our food....at first I thought maybe it's a ploy to sell more cocktails, but our server was mostly absent during our wait time. Finally she brought my fish and my Hub's pasta, but informed us that Bro's pizza was delayed because the chef dropped it and was making a new one. My fish and fries were barely warm to the touch; Hub's pasta was a little warmer but it was obvious that both dishes had been plated and sitting a long time before our server delivered them. Bro's pizza was delivered about 15 minutes after Hub and I received our food; we'd tried to dine slowly so that Bro didn't have to eat alone but it didn't really work out. Our food was cold, Bro felt rushed and ate one piece of pizza and we took most of our meal home in carry-out boxes. The manager did give us half-off Bro's pizza, so at least an effort of apology was made. But a less-than-stellar first impression. (PS The food is tasty as heck - the perch (minus the fries; left those behind) and the stroganoff heated up in the microwave nicely later that night.

Vivio's has changed and not for the better. They took their hamburger off the menu. Why? The nacho used to be fantastic. Now not so much and half the size. The menu is very limited. We were pretty disappointed as this was our go to.

The wings we ordered were great. Got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich it fell apart. Menu isn't the same and they took burgers off the menu?

First off- same amazing selection of bloody Mary's- second- more food offerings! Had a bloody, great salad (yes I said salad), and some fried cheese curds. Service was quick! (Quicker than we were at deciding.) had a great time. Will definitely go back. Easy to park! The only thing is the bathroom is pretty cold... so make it quick if it's winter.

So, I have to say this is my first time coming here, and you should never order pizza from here. It wasn't perfect. It was just Brad with a small spot of sauce and pepperoni sausage. The worst part about this? WTF. Other people got different food that looked legit and pretty good. I guess I just screwed up by ordering this mediocre pizza. Also, our waitress's voice was super annoying. It sounded like a fingernail on a chalkboard. I had to ask her three times for the check.

Met up with some fellow golfers for a couple adult beverages . Also begin planning this summer's outings. Drinks were fairly priced, waitress quite snotty . Lots of televisions to watch games

Smelly, dirty, noisy, terrible food, bad service. Sticky floors. Smash burger dry and tough, full salad pretty small. Way too expensive for the quality and level of service.

First visit Tuesday lunch. They have great daily specials. Tuesday $5 margarita $3 soft tacos- flour tortilla ground beef or shredded chicken. I started with crock of French Onion soup. It was delicious. I also ordered the margarita, and 2 tacos, one chicken the other ground beef. They were ok

Vivio's is an institution and always a great time! The Bloody Marys are still the best in town. Sandwiches are big and delicious - my fave here is the reuben. My wife really loves their chili, and everything else we've ever tried here has fit the bill. We really love hitting Eastern Market on Saturday morning and then heading to Vivio's for lunch. Delish!

Food was awful. Where to begin? Ultimate nachos were ultimately, horrible. A bed of stale chips over congealed cheese, dried, flavorless chicken, black olives, (straight out of the can), salsa that I'm convinced was Pace Picante sauce, and more flavorless toppings. You couldn't ask for crappier nachos if you tried. Caesar salad with the goopiest salad dressing that would make a fork stand up. Everything lacked flavor, and tasted like a cook was just dumping processed crap on a plate. My husband also had 5 wings which he said were not great as well. If we could have asked for a refund, we would have. Loud bar and I'm sure the drinks were fine but I would pass on their food. Yuck.

Vivio's is what I'd consider a fancier dive bar/restaurant. The food is excellent and the menu is vast. They have everything from Detroit style square pizza to mussels pots but also classics like burgers, wings, and wraps. They are known for their Bloody Mary's and the original location is still in Eastern Market. Vivio's has daily drink and food specials. It's the perfect place to grab a beer, watch the game, and play some keno. The bar area can get crowded but they have a fairly good sized dining area and it is family friendly. I usually make it at least once if not more when I'm in town visiting.

While in Detroit for a few days with hubby he was craving mussels. It was late and everything was nearly closing except this place. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted which was really nice. As we got seated, we started glimpsing at the menu then realized they had daily specials on food AND drinks. I ended up getting the $3 tacos and of course hubby got his mussels. He tore his mussels up which was a sign that their food was bomb lol. Their tacos were also good. When we do visit Detroit again, we'll be sure to make a pit stop.

Great food at a good price and the staff is always friendly. Great place to watch games!!

I normally enjoy Vivio's, but the last few meals I've had there were not great. Last night, I ordered a BLT thinking you can't go wrong with a simple BLT. It was the worst I have ever had. The bacon is microwaved until it practically inedible. The bread is so toasted it just crumbles. One slice of tomato, barely any lettuce, no pickle. It's a $14 sandwich. There is no excuse for it to be dried beyond what a food dehydrator would do. They should try be embarrassed to send those BLTs out to customers.

Great food, drinks, & service! Because of the smaller size of the bar/restaurant, it is almost too loud to have a conversation.

This is a great spot for breakfast or lunch in Warren. Prices were reasonable, serving sizes were generous and they have many nice options on their menu. Check out their weekly specials too, like Tuesday night 3$ tacos and 5$ house margs! We had a Bloody Mary (just as good as the eastern market location) and beer and some apps. We had the chicken park bites, chunks of fried chicken in sauce and cheese and an order of fries. Everything was tasty and our waitress was great. There are two tents in the back for special events, so it may be worth following them on social to get information on that. Highly recommend a visit.

Do NOT expect your food to be on time or correct. Pickup time was 730. Waited until 8 for them to even ask what my order was. Then waited even longer for them to make It. When I got home it was just thrown together and cold. Would never eat here again. Maybe that's why they serve alcohol so u can't taste how bad it really is. Super dissatisfied.

They're open until 10:30 PM on Monday. 11 PM the kitchen closes the rest the week. Ordered a chicken pita with pepper Jack, boneless wings with Parmesan garlic and classic cobb with cheese on the side and bacon on the side. The boneless wings are super heavy breading to me, Uber heavy, the waitress said it was light breading, we clearly have different definitions of what light breading is. The garlic Parmesan sauce and ranch came as a dips only, not tossed. Maybe our wires got crossed there too. She UX asked if I wanted ranch sauce and I said no, thay I wanted garlic Parmesan. The garlic Parmesan sauce is bland and boring. We still were given a side or ranch too. The Cobb salad is just okay. I did have two huge ends of the two romaine head butts and some brown pieces too in the salad. The chicken pita was disappointing, chicken wasn't bad, but the pita sandwich as a whole went flat after a bite for me. It was tasteless. The football game was playing and made it extra loud in the bar. I mute commercials at home since they are always 4 times louder than the program you're watching.

I've been on an avid hunt to find the perfect burger. I've visited tons of bars in the metro area and, I can confidently say that so far this burger takes the cake. 10/10 highly recommend. This bar is as cozy as can be, military owned by a marine, tons of TVs, excellent food menu, daily specials, large selection of craft beers and domestics, and attentive friendly bartenders. Definitely coming back for that juicy, well seasoned charred cheese burger.

Great spot and atmosphere! Love the inside and simple nature it provides. The menu is much different than the 12 mile location. The food was good. The staff was friendly. This location is worth a visit. **iced tea is poured from the same source as the bloody mix. Tastes like iced tomato.

Love coming here on a Sunday to help with those Sunday scaries. I have a gluten allergy and there are a few items I can get but my go to is always the nachos with shredded cheese. Service is always great and they have great deals throughout the week.

Vivio's has always been a local go to... The last couple times have been worse and worse. Two takeout orders in the last two months have left a lot to be desired and the same bartender working both times handling the carry out was, quite simply, rude!!! Last time I waited 20 minutes after they said the order would be ready to finally get it, tonight it was ready 7 minutes after ordering it when it said 25-30 minutes? Tonight nachos were made wrong, ice cold and the chips were just gross and soggy. Very disappointing! We don't eat out very often so when we do it would be nice to at least enjoy it. Tonight's wasn't even edible.

I ordered the Reuben sliders, fish and fries. Reuben sliders were very dry but at least it seemed of good quality and not fatty. The fish seemed like they were frozen fish sticks and had no flavor.

I fricken love this place. My fav dish are the BBQ chicken sliders. Their fries are so good; crispy and well seasoned.

Ordered two Philly steak sub type sandwiches with chips , the Philly steak sandwich was not at all what it sounded like on the menu they said it was going to be a fresh baked bakery roll it was just a regular boring type large hotdog bun and , the potato chips were burnt and there wasn't much to the sandwich and it had cheap rib eye type shaving meat that you buy at Kroger, and the prices are too high. Will not return.

The foods always good!! The service is knowledgeable , attentive and friendly. Its a great place to hang with friends, catch a game or grab some take out! People are there to have a good time and are genuinely nice! Delicious specials, good drink variety.

terrible food I ordered the chicken cacciatore it was tasteless tiny pieces of dry over cooked no flavor nasty chicken mixed with canned mushrooms and green peppers and onions in a tomato base sauce that was also tasteless d the bread stick were large croutons dry my salad was so wet had to put down a napkin to soak up some water dressing ran right off my old fashion drink was sub par to say the least the owner called me out on facebook he said come back and try it again it under new ownership I said okay well guess what your FOOD STILL SUCKS !

Unimpressed on multiple levels. Food: + My daughter liked her Turkey Spinach Panini and fries. - I was very disappointed with the Meat Lover's Philly. I counted either 3 or 4 pieces of Italian sausage and I'm not sure if there was actually bacon in there. Maybe it was super chopped up like bacon bits. They should instead lay on full strips. And the bun--I think it was an oversized hotdog bun. It was too soft and couldn't hold up to the ingredients. And if you're pulling it out of a bag, let's not describe it as a "fresh baked roll". I merely ate the meat with a fork. - House cut chips: half were crisp and the other half cold and soggy. Ambience: - NOT "kid friendly" despite be noted that way in Yelp's filters. I took a 14 year old and 17 year old and they (and I) were so uncomfortable by the raucous patrons. Granted it was a Friday at 6:30, but guests were so loud and packed in. Some of the locals who recognized others even yelled across the room and teasingly called the guy a "Mother F*er". To which the other guy pointed his two middle fingers down and said, "Can you hear this? Let me turn it up." and flipped up both middle fingers. By 7:30, the noise level and swearing was horrible. COVID: - If you haven't gotten it by the time you come here, you'll have a pretty good chance. Seating appeared to be at 100%. Tables were moved around to accommodate large parties. Hostess and bartender not wearing masks (although our waitress was). Patrons moving around without masks. People shoulder to shoulder at the bar. Keep in mind that this place is not large. If you're a local and your looking for a BAR that serves ok food, you probably love this place. As for me, I'm not a local and I want at least good food in a place where I literary don't have to yell so my daughter across the table can hear me.

Great menu great service I would definitely recommend to family and friends not your typical bar has sone theme nights just a real good restaurant

My husband and I went for lunch on Friday. It was pretty busy before we left and every spot at the bar was full. Let's talk food. I love Long Islands. Well, I decided to try one here. Seriously, the best I've ever had. It was sweet and perfect. I would come back for another cocktail. We ordered the cheesy bread, a supreme pizza, and a ginger chicken pizza. The cheesy bread was decent. My husband liked the supreme but he said it was terrible warmed up the next day. I kind of felt cheated on my cheat day with so so food. The service and vibe was excellent. The vibe was just too busy for me to feel comfortable during the pandemic.

Better than average for bar food. Great place to hang out on a game day. They are known for their Bloody Mary drinks which include beer chasers. Food menu should have something for everyone including handhelds, salads, pizzas and dinner entrees. They even have daily lunch and dinner specials.

I have been going here for a few years now. Mostly for the menu. The daily specials are listed as soon as you walk in on large boards. Many options with both food and drink are on them. Even though the pizza was half off the day I went there, I got the chicken strip meal. Large perfectly breaded pieces, almost enough for two people. Very attentive service, plenty of TV monitors and a decent craft beer menu. Yummy

Needs more than 5 Stars! Great food, great place, terrific people working there and the Steeler fans are really dedicated Steeler fans! Even Steve the owner is real about loving the Black & Gold. Place to be on game day when the team from the Burgh is playing!

Very impressed with this place! I was looking for a local joint to get a good burger and I was not disappointed. The burger itself was very flavorful, cooked perfectly and the toppings didn't make it a sloppy mess; lots of other places seem to have no concept that less is more when it comes to a burger and no one wants to fork and knife it. American cheese, bacon and sauteed onions. Simple, but delicious! The fries are frozen, but at least they were a decent product and everything was served hot. Again, something that lot of places don't do for some reason... I want my food hot, not warm... Really nice beer list, but I'd recommend going for pints. The mugs are HUGE, which isn't a bad thing, but just be prepared to consume a ton of beer if you get mug. The pale ale that was made for them by Kuhnhenn was great. I half expected an "upscale dive", but it's just a nice clean neighborhood bar with great food and drinks. Can't wait to go back and try their pizza and some kind of Philly.

Came in after the Lions game, table of 16 people. 1 waitress. She was awesome, She kicked ass ! food was awesome! Vivio's is maybe one of the most underrated restaurants in Warren.

Wow! I have never reviewed Vivios? Crazy. This was a common spot for us to meet up at. It's funny though we realized we had not been here in quite a long time. We decided to meet for an early dinner after work today and he had a coupon for free tacos so why not? The deal was a free taco meal of your choice with the purchase of a meal of equal value. We decided to both get tacos and share them. He got the fish tacos with a side of bam bam sauce and I got the regular tacos. One chicken one beef. You could purchase either two or three but thankfully the waitress said they were pretty big. The tacos come with either beans or chips. I don't like beans so got the chips. The tacos were delicious! I didn't try the fish one though as we both ate one of our own and we're too full to eat the second one of each other's. Haha. They have given the place a face lift since we have last been here. There are also more beers on tap. We have literally never had a bad meal here. One of my very favorites is their shrimp pizzas. I am not really a huge pizza fan. I mean I like it and all but don't go out of my way to get it. But this pizza is fantastic! I highly recommend it.

Vivo's is by far our favorite bar/restaurant close to home! We are here all the time! The staff and the owner is so friendly! All the food is honestly amazing.. Not normal bar food by any means! They always have awesome drink specials and a daily food special menu! Keep it up Guys!

Such yummy food!! The large nachos are ridiculous!! They give you SOOO much food!! Highly recommended! I order to go all the time and they always have my food nicely prepared and hot!

The wife and I were sitting around the house sat. afternoon deciding where to go for dinner. We decided to go to Vivio's and try the food. We had never been before. The food was great. I had the mussels. The waitress suggested Parmesan and Cajun sauce. Not too hot but u knew it was there. Fantastic choice. The wife had the chef salad. She loved it!! You know what they say "Happy wife happy life". We both walked away satisfied and happy! The waitress was very attentive and helpful to our needs and wants. We will be back. Thank you Vivio's. The place had tvs and sports on them. It was a little loud but it was Saturday night. It was a good night!

Wow this is Warrens most slept on secret for those of you who've never found it! About a year ago me and my Buddy's met up once and had really good tacos from there and drinks. Well today I decided to order a pizza delivered. I chose the supreme plus dark olives and was blown away with the taste and the crust! It reminded me of Cloverleaf pizza crust to the Tee, but the toppings and sauce were different in a good way. Not saying any is wrong with Cloverleaf at all but if you don't want to travel farther than 12 and Ryan, try the pizza at Vivios! I'm definitely going to try the Philly sub soon also. Faster delivery than id ever expect too AND the pizza was still hot!!
