This place treats a public beach like it’s their private empire, enforcing made-up rules that shift depending on who you smile at. You can’t rent a chair or umbrella unless you buy an overpriced “pass” - which includes nothing. But smile the right way, and suddenly $20 in cash gets you a setup — no receipt, no record.
An hour later, someone else comes over saying you’re not allowed to be there after all. No refund. No explanation. Just, “get up.” I paid for the chair and the cocktail - and now I’m not allowed to sit or sip? When I politely asked what was going on, a huge guy came over, rude and borderline threatening, talking down to us like we were trying to steal something.
Congratulations, dude - your day was a success. You saved two beach chairs and an umbrella from two women. Must feel good.
This place is shady, poorly run, and absolutely not worth your time. If you don’t want people using your facilities, say so. Don’t play these petty, manipulative games. The owner should seriously consider changing the management.
