Dear Sir/Madam,
We reserved this restaurant for diner on March 25 by email
and received her confirmation by email.
But when we arrived on that day, the restaurant was closed.
We waited for 30 minutes, but no staff arrived.
We came from France to enjoy this gourmet restaurant
but no cancel info in advance.
When we returned to France, I called this restaurant
to ask the reason why our reservation was canceled without no notice in advance.
However, the receptionist couldn't speak English,
and she said, any other staff couldn't too.
So we got no answer by her.
We expect your explanation of this cancel
and also your excuse for your client
who waited for 45 minutes in front of the restaurant in vain.
