Tried Viv’s for the first time today. It did not disappoint! We got take out - I had the butternut squash & pumpkin bisque, the immunity wellness shot, a pao de queijo and the rooster. All delicious! My aunt had the Whatever the Cluck and loved it. And my uncle who is vegan had the Vegan Marmita and can’t wait to return! I also got a shark bite shot and the chocolate passionfruit mousse which I can’t wait to try! Clean, fresh, well staffed, well presented… a great place to try or to make av regular stop of you’re local! Thank you Viv’s!

I’ve spent my life on cape, and in that time I’ve seen a number or businesses come and go. I pray Viv’s continues to succeed and I write this in support of their continued effort. You won’t find another business locally fighting this hard to bring great food with top quality fresh ingredients to your plate. Their fish stew marmitas are insanely good! They’re always using perfectly ripe produce and I am forever left feeling great after a meal from them

Good food (vegan wrap was amazing), and they were super helpful and made me avocado toast! Husband had a breakfast sandwich he liked. Thank you so much for having many vegan options! 💚

They had the cheese bread and fry Cassava. Something I use to enjoy for breakfast every morning while in the Amazon Northern Brazil. Saw on the menu Cassava and Beef stew. Another of my favorite. Wasn't that hungry so will definitely try it next time. It's a must visit when on the Cape

I love this place. I live in Wellfleet and I don’t mind the drive just to eat here. Food is healthy and fresh. I love the classic acai bowl and the cheese bread with garlic butter. Service is great and they are open year round which is a win for locals!

Wonderful little restaurant that serves fresh and healthy foods that is, unfortunately, situated in a strip mall. Nice vibe inside with a half dozen or so tables. Outdoor seating area creatively hides the parking lot as much as possible. We got the Buddha bowl which included sweet potato hash and house slaw, delicious. The Back to Cali wrap, which weighs a ton and is big enough for two people. And Yucca fries, I didn’t know what to expect of these. The order included four large fries, larger than mozzarella sticks, on a bed of arugula with a creamy dipping sauce and a fresh lime wedge. Bland, as yucca is, but very nice with a light crispyness, the sides and a dose of salt made them perfect.

We really liked the chocolate avocado mousse, smoothies and all the other items. Great food for vegetarians and vegans with many gluten-free options. Thanks so much for the kitchen team and staff - very kind and friendly!

Butternut Squash is excellent. Perfect lunch for a winter day. Staff is always nice, place is always clean.

You have got to hit this place especially during the summer. The Açaí bowls are the bomb!! So refreshing and filling!!! They will answer any questions you have if it is your first time there! They were very patient with me. They have tables and counter space to eat inside and a comfy spot outside also. Lots of choices of smoothies and lunch options..

3.6/5 For an açaí bowl place, I was happy with what I got! If you love açaí bowls, you won't be disappointed. Pretty normal prices and good quality, with a lot of options. I ordered the Portuguese Sunrise. I loved that they offer more unique items than your average açaí place, and what especially impressed me were their complimentary/unlimited pickled sweetybell/Roquito peppers that make their breakfast sandwiches absolutely delicious! Their Portuguese Sunrise had a salty spam-like meat, which I liked. Soft toasted bread, cheese, and onions make for a pretty classic breakfast sandwich profile. The takeaway here is that their pickled peppers located near the other typical condiments are DELICIOUS! I love when i'm able to try a place that offers something actually worth paying for, and this was one of those experiences. I'd come back here for those peppers...

pros: -yummy matcha which has been hard for me to find on the cape, i enjoyed the breakfast sandwich as well -staff was very friendly and they all seemed like they were enjoying themselves -farmers market extremely close on Saturdays :D -trendy cons: -not enough seating for how popular it seems to be! which is a good problem to have ;) maybe some more tables outside could be helpful overall, definitely would recommend this spot!

Great spot. Food is consistently top notch, combine that with attentive and friendly service (during the summer!). There isn't a lot of indoor seating but I've been lucky the couple times I've been and found a seat.

Breakfast was great- egg sandwiches with avocado, yum! We did take out and will come back to try other dishes. The service was friendly and fast. Ambiance: cute little storefront - seems very popular.

I wish I was wrong but I tried it here again after a bad experience a while ago and it was not better this time I got the football sandwich which should be a thanksgiving-like treat but it's not The cheese tasted funny, the stuffing was a pre made patty and the sandwich fell apart so I ate as much as I could with a fork and knife Sorry for the bad review because the people working there were very nice

Loved the fish stew marmite style with beans rice and pico. Healthy with great flavor. Yucca fries - perfection. Great açaí bowl too. Lots of dairy free options :)

I've only been one time, but it was good . Winter special is the best deal by a long shot. $6 gets you a bacon , egg and cheese sandwich with a small coffee. Good coffee to boot. Everything else is extremely expensive (eg., $9 smoothies, $16 salads)

Delicious healthy meals and juices! I ordered pick up twice and their meals do not disappoint. The staff are friendly when you pick up your orders. I ordered the Brazilian passion blend and breakfast sandwiches. I also ordered the Brazilian breakfast with beans and rice! Delicious authentic food! They have a small outdoor dining area which is dog friendly!

This was the best smoothie and turkey wrap. Perfect for a quick stop off the rail trail to fuel up before your walk or bike.

Walk in sandwich, coffee and juice bar with lots of yummy choices for all. We enjoyed buying a fresh squeezed juice from the fridge and sharing the cubano, chicken salad and what the cluck sandwiches. All very flavorful! A few small round table for seating. It primarily a take-out place. Wish they had a bathroom for patrons.

Loved the breakfast sandwich. The cashier was nice and took our order and gave us our drink's quick. We didn't have to wait long for our food either. We loved the outdoor seating area.

Hands down the best smoothies and coffee we had! Everything was so fresh, the cold brew was to die for, and everyone was so friendly! You might have a bit of a wait at lunch time- but they are sooo efficient and move things along nicely! 10/10!

The food is absolutely delicious and I love that they offer a couple of vegan and vegetarian options. The fresh pressed juices are delicious. The staff is helpful and friendly.

2021/06/28 11:00 fresh smoothies, healthy meals, and also some Brazilian fare We got a CUBANO sandwich, HOLY CACÃO bowl, Beef & Yucca Stew, THE DRAGON smoothie, and HORIZON ORGANIC CHOCOLATE ORGANIC LOWFAT MILK. Here are the highlights: - The place wasn't very big, and the food took a little while. - The best thing was the CUBANO. The pork was tender and slightly sweet, the bread was soft, and the mustard and the pickles gave a good kick. - The beef in the Beef & Yucca Stew was quite tough. The yucca was interesting; it was like something between a potato and a radish. - The HOLY CACÃO bowl tasted good, but it was quite liquid. It was mostly chocolatey, and I couldn't taste the peanut butter.

Clean inside, large menu, lots of different options to chose from. I came here to get a smoothie bowl. Definitely more pricey than any other smoothie bowl place I have been to ($14 for any bowl). The bowl was relatively thick topped with lots of fresh fruit. No complaints just thought it was not worth $14. No expectations were exceeded. Edible flower was a nice touch

Waste of money! I got a salad, a sandwich, and a juice from the fridge and it cost over $30. You would think for that price you would actually get a good meal. The lettuce in the salad was the white parts of iceberg. The majority of it was old and brown. It came with quinoa which they managed to put a tablespoon of with 3 pieces of edamame....not the pod of edamame but 3 beans! They put about 3 leaves of what could have been arugula on top to make it look fancy. I should have just given it back and asked for a refund plus taken my tip for the miserable girl behind the counter. The girl at the counter has the personality of wallpaper. She was looking over at us, we smiled she quickly looked away as to not acknowledge us and when I thanked her for getting a lid to my container she said nothing and walked away. Don't bother going here, you would probably get better service from DD next door or Wendys

Love the food and vibe but honestly the hours are crappy. 9/10 times when I try to go they are closed or won't allow me to order certain things because it's "past breakfast time". Just saying-- left this place disappointed more often than satisfied...

This place is pretty popular and now we know why. They have great healthy options at a good price. We had 2 of the smoothies bowls. I had the Holly cacao one, the perfect combination of protein, fruit and sweets. We also had the Brazilian cheese breads because they are really great, anyone who loves cheese needs to get this type of bread, you will not be the same after.

LOVE this place!! Really can't beat the healthy juice and delicious food options. The breakfast options are amazing

It should be easier to love this establishment, with its unique menu of fresh ingredients, generally friendly staff and clean, airy environment. They make smoothies and green juices in addition to breakfast and lunch items, but like everywhere else on Cape Cod it is overpriced by at least one third. For a pre-bottled green juice you will pay $9. At this first point, you would expect it to be organic, but no. Smoothies are also $9, but if you want to add anything be prepared to spend $12. If you order a $16 salad from the cold case, be prepared to eat it with a plastic baby fork and knife, as that is all you will be able to get. And If you need a bathroom you will be sent to Staples or Dunkin' Donuts, which is routinely "out of order". For these reasons, it's it much better for take out, although it's a shame. it's a please you want to spend time in, but frustrating to eat in.

This smoothie was just eh. Didn't have much flavor and tasted like unripe banana. Almost 10 dollars for meh. Could of made the same thing at home

All I can say is that I wish this place wasn't so busy so that I could get in there! Love everything they do here and the owners are just good people! Give it a try you will it regret it!

This place is BOMB. Whenever I'm home I gotta go get a sandwich. They are amazing. Moist, juicy, and generous servings of freshly shaved and seasoned meats between sweet breads and fused with melted cheese. "The Beast Mode" is my go to, but check out the daily specials. Today I got one and it was amazing. Had fresh carrot slaw on it with a garlic mayo sauce and house pulled pork on a sub role. My god, the flavors....the flavors......

Glad I found this place! Took my daughter here for breakfast, and we ordered a morning bowl, superfood toast, and iced mocha. The food was enough for my toddler and me to share, with leftovers. I appreciated the (very informal) outdoor seating too. Locals tell me that it's key to get there early or go at an off time, as it gets busy.

Super Irie vibe! Fresh juices and a wonderful menu spotlighting healthy food choices. A+ for bio straws!!!

Cute place and friendly staff but I was disappointed that the Smoothie Bowl didn't contain any option for an added in protein powder. The presentation of the bowl looks great but it did have some flavors that don't really go well together . Looking forward to trying this place again in the future when they have more options. Yummy! I'm glad I tried this place out, I ordered a dragon fruit smoothie and it was awesome. Nice and cool! The interior is bright and the selections on the menu were nice.

What's not to like about this place? Delicious food and fresh juice. Comfortable cafe seating. It's nice to be able to eat some healthy food on vacation. The grab and go section is also convenient. Yum!

I'll try any Thanksgiving sandwich and this one did not disappoint! Amazing flavor, perfect portion. Love that it came with a small bag of Cape Cod chips. I will be back!

I've been here twice now. Love love love the chicken salad sandwich with avocado! they have some great brazilian staples. Smoothies are also delicious and some day soon I want to to get the acai in the pineapple!!! Service is great and seems like everything is made to order. Obrigada vocês

We Eat here weekly. Had them provide for our sons bday. Cannot say enough good things.

We weren't going to head here because of some of the reviews and because the pictures make Viv's look kind of boring and strip mally. I'm so glad we ended up here because it is definitely not boring and the food is great. We liked it so much that we came 2 days in a row. I had a bowl both days. They have a basic egg sandwich that's delicious and was perfect for the kids - especially because it's a steal at $3.75. We were lucky enough to snag some pao de queijo on our second visit and it was delicious. The only thing that was eh was the chia pudding but I'm still giving a full 5 star review because I have yet to have a chia pudding anywhere that I thought was particularly amazing.

Thank you, thank you, Tom (Mom & Pop's in Chatham) for turning my wife and I on to Viv's Kitchen in Orleans. We decided to check this place out today for lunch and SO glad we did. Both hot sandwiches (X-Tudo and Cubano) were amazing. A homemade vinegar hot pepper condiment kicked things up even further. Can't wait to try other items on the menu (Buddha bowl looks awesome). I think we will be driving out to Orleans on a regular basis. Kudo's to the chef!

Love the music and the Buddha bowl. They handled my children's extensive food allergies very well. We will be back!

The one salad I want to eat all day, everyday. A salad on salad with added avocado. Everything is always so fresh! Sometimes I get a side of the lemon pepper chicken for later because it's sooo good!!

Service slow. One worker on her phone texting , looking at pictures, giggling, ignoring customers....

Note, I didn't come here, but my BF picked up food and brought it home to me. I wanted an egg, tomato and Munster cheese, they didn't have Munster, so I guess that means no cheese at all. My sandwich, on brioche, was tasteless and nothing special. He ordered a bacon, egg and cheese that ended up on an English muffin and wasn't filling for him. With a coffee and lemonade, the total came to over $18, not worth the money! You can get a better breakfast at so many places in Orleans. If you really want to wowed head to Eastham and have the buffet brunch at Laura and Tony's Kitchen.

I had my second breakfast take-out there, and it was fantastic - just like the first. It was just a few simple breakfast sandwiches and orange juice, but the flavors were wonderful. It was so good that I'm thinking about going back for lunch!

You know it's going to be great day when I can start it off with a "Monkey in the Beanstock" and a "Simply Jack" with avocado! Yummy! My absolute favorite. Viv's has been such a great addition to Orleans. It's really awesome watching a local family business thrive...they're great people too!
