I recently had the pleasure of dining at VLASS Restaurant in Middelkerke, and I can confidently say it’s one of the most incredible culinary experiences I've had in a long time. The attention to detail, the elegance of the presentation, and above all, the depth of flavor in each dish are truly outstanding. In my opinion, VLASS absolutely deserves a Michelin star, and this comment is coming from a French guy, it means something then ;) Exceptional cuisine, a unique voice, and a memorable experience from start to finish. If you're anywhere near the Belgian coast — or even if you're not — make the trip. This is a place that truly raises the bar. I warmly recommend it, but this you got it already ;)

Lovely culinairy experience in Middelkerke. Received recently a Michelin star .... with reasons. Sommelier is young But very talented . Creative kitchen , fresh ingredients in friendly family-owned restaurant. Only 20 places so reservation is must...and enjoy !!!!
