Held my big day here. Food is very yummy, view at level 24 panorama room is beautiful. Shout out to xin hui and sunshine for managing my big day so perfectly. Everything went on very smoothly. Recommended for those who still considering to host your wedding here. For hotel room wise, room is very clean, breakfast variety is wide, staff is very attentive to guest request too.

We stayed at voco Orchard on a stop over stay for 4 nights. It is a beautiful hotel located right in the centre of Orchard, very convenient access to everything including the MRT. We had breakfast there which has a considerable assortment of food item, both eastern and western. The only downside if I may is that it didn't change much over the 4 days. It woul have been great if there was a bit more variety at least every couple of days. We were very happy with the service and the staff, who were very friendly. The restaurant staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We'd like to especially appreciate Beb Tin from the restaurant staff who went out of her way to serve us every morning she worked. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooms are quite good even though they are not overly spacious. Overall we had a very pleasant stay thanks to a wonderful hotel and staff.

We attended a wedding at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious—fancy, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The chef was especially friendly and warm, which made the experience even more special. Our hotel stay was delightful as well. I loved the in-room coffee—enjoying it in the morning with the complimentary crackers was such a lovely touch. Every staff member, from the concierge and receptionist to the banquet waitresses, was warm, welcoming, and attentive. I will definitely be coming back for a staycation. Highly recommended!

We celebrated our wedding at voco Orchard on 30/11/2025, and it was truly everything we hoped for (and more!). 💍✨ Our families who flew in were so well taken care of — amazing room service, spotless rooms, and easy access to Changi Airport. Everyone loved the breakfast buffet too… the variety and taste were so, so good! 😋🍽️ A huge thank you to our Event Manager, Miss Sunshine, who guided us through the entire planning process with patience, care, and so much positivity. As the bride, I really appreciated how thoughtful the team was — from allowing us to store our gowns and items 2 days in advance, to arranging deluxe rooms on the same floor for our relatives. Everything was so smooth and stress-free. 💛 During the banquet, Banquet Manager Alvin and his team delivered truly 5-star service — attentive, accommodating, and incredibly professional. Our guests were full of compliments about both the food and the service. Thank you, voco Orchard, for making our special day unforgettable. 💕 Highly, highly recommended for weddings and for anyone looking for a warm, comfortable stay in Singapore! 🇸🇬✨

It's a lovely hotel in a perfect place in the downtown of the city. The hotel have a bug variety of service. The room was fine, maybe a little bit old fashion and the toilet it was a little bit small. The staff it was lovely, very pointed at the details and very kind. I had one of the best Benedict eggs in my Brekky, thank you Chef Jiayi Rubiah Ali and every staff people. Make me feel really good. An awesome experience of comfortingly and luxe.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to Orchard MRT station, which connects several MRT lines and makes getting around Singapore extremely convenient. Right downstairs there is an ice cream kiosk, and just a few steps away you’ll find Starbucks, 7-Eleven, and many restaurants and cafés in the area. Everything you might need is within walking distance. The hotel itself is very good, with excellent service and a genuinely caring team. The staff are polite, attentive, and regularly check that guests are comfortable. In my case, I twisted my ankle on the first day of my stay, and at 6:00 AM the staff came to assist me with first aid, helped bandage my ankle, applied an ice pack, and continued to check on me afterward. This level of care was truly impressive. The hotel has 27 floors. On the 27th floor, there is a swimming pool and a restaurant with a pleasant city view. The gym is located on the 26th floor, rooms are between floors 7 and 22, and on the ground floor there is a lobby, restaurant and breakfast area, as well as several shops and other businesses, which adds to the overall convenience. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return on my next trip to Singapore. The hotel is suitable for business travelers, families, leisure trips, and solo travelers. The staff are welcoming, professional, and clearly maintain a high standard of service. I can confidently recommend this hotel.

My wife and I held our wedding lunch banquet at Voco Orchard Singapore, and it was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. The Sales Manager, Sunshine, was extremely responsive and patient throughout the planning process. She answered all our questions promptly and made the coordination very smooth, which gave us great peace of mind leading up to the big day. We are also very thankful to Alvin, the Banquet Manager, who did an excellent job on the actual day. He was attentive, professional, and ensured that everything ran smoothly from start to end. His calm and reassuring presence allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding lunch without any worries. We sincerely appreciate the dedication and professionalism of both Sunshine and Alvin. We would highly recommend Voco Orchard Singapore to couples looking for a well-organised and stress-free wedding venue.

A lovely comfortable hotel, very well located just a walk away from everything. The club lounge is particularly excellent. Good food and the service is exemplary. We were well looked after by chef Jidli. Rubiah saw to our every need. The staff were friendly and extremely efficient. We really enjoyed our stay

The hotel is in a great location and very close to shopping on Orchard and Botanical Gardens. However the rooms are very basic and the bathrooms are very small with no room to put toiletries or anything else in the shelves. They aren't many hanging shelves in the main room either so it gets very cumbersome to store things. The coffee machine never worked in the room and had to call for help. The breakfast buffet was all right and Indian selections are not tasty. It has a great variety of Hot laksa and vegetarian soups and has a gluten free bakery section too. The Won Ton soup for dinner was pretty good. The hotel was recently bought post covid as it was Hilton prior to this but they need to upgrade it as it does seem outdated and needs an uplift badly. They aren't any balconies either where one can breathe fresh air.
