"Shop owners Jackie Bolin and Liz Thompson were the first to bring a new breed of understated labels to Dallas (and quite possibly to Texas as a whole)—for one, they’re known for their Isabel Marant buy. But they also stock Alexander Wang, Acne, Thierry Lasry, Coqui Coqui candles, and a trove of vintage in collaboration with Archive in Austin. You’ll find Chanel, YSL, Dior, and Hermès."

A great fashion / clothing store for men and women with a lot of options, definitely a good place to hang out at Victory Park.

Yelp
Hey, guess what, y'all. Another two months, and I've still heard nothing from them! And when called about the purchase, their response: "Oh, haha, we should probably refund you your money back, huh? It's been so long!" .............. Taking myself out of yelp retirement to put VOD on blast and say this about my ever shopping there again: NOPE NOPE NOPE. First of all, I've been to the store twice on my own, and twice for events that they've held over the past couple of years: the Erin Wasson x LowLuv trunk show, and the Pamela Love trunk show, so it's not like this was a one-time bad impression. The crowd there at the events, both times, was crrraaazzzyyyy pretentious. Everyone is a friend of the DJ or the photographer or the designer or the store owner, so if you weren't any of those things...ahem, me...it is super awkward and feels like you're crashing some too-cool-for-you party. Cannot. deal. The store owner and the girls who work there are nice enough (though it feels forced), and I can't even begin to tell you how cool Erin Wasson and Pamela Love were - but when you put in a pre-order for some jewelry at a trunk show in December (that cost money to attend), and you're told that said jewelry will come in around February, and IT'S THE END OF JUNE AND YOU STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN A CALL OR ANYTHING, EVEN WHEN YOU'VE CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES, AND THE OWNER HERSELF TELLS YOU SHE HAS TO CHECK ON IT AND CALL YOU BACK, BUT THEN SHE NEVER DOES, then you know what? I'm pretty pissed. It was one stupid ring. And I've been busy, so I keep letting it slide that it's a month late, now 2 months late, now 3 months late...but this is beyond the point of ridiculous. If I didn't have a friend who also ordered jewelry and has done her due diligence by calling the store every month and updating me on the nonsense, I would have no idea what was going on, because VOD apparently doesn't know how to pick up a phone or send out a quick email about their delays to their clients. I was going to go so far as to rate it a 1 star, but that'd just be mean. They have nice stuff, the kind of brands you might only find in Barneys. You know, pretty stuff. So there. 2 stars.
