Excellent soon tofu! I got the seafood which was delicious; several oysters, clams, and muscles along with perfectly silky tofu permeated the bubbling broth. They have 4 levels of spice and in fact my only complaint was I got the hottest and it wasn't all that spicy but that happens. The banchan selection was great and they offered to replace it several times (great service overall) Decor is very clean and trendy. Overall a great new restaurant and something different in the area.

Google
Yummy soon tofu. The spicy cold noodles Bibim Naengmyeon are perfect for a hot summer day. The galbi is tasty. The service is prompt. The restaurant is clean. One of my favorite Korean places now.

Google
Very good Korean food. Everything has sooo much flavor and the portions are huge. One of our favorite spots!

Google
Great food, had fast service, so polite, and a unique set of ingredients. Definitely will be back. Some of the menu would benefit with some description for how many it serves.

If you are a Korean food goodies😊 go try here at Volcano Soon Tofu 100% recommended.😏👍

Google
I happened to eat here on May 30, 2019, which was the very first day they opened. The staff was quite friendly, and the tofu soup delicious. i returned here October 31. I had the LA-style Galbi, and it was sweet and amazing - I could eat that all day every day. The staff was again quite friendly. The interior design is also nice. I hope to go more often now.

Google
Eh, though the service and atmosphere are pleasant, the food here is overpriced. The 15$ Bibimbap was bland and had so few toppings that there was half-a-bowl of rice left when I was finished. The Soon Tofu lunch special was a similar story; there were just so few filling ingredients for the price. Been to other Korean places that have much tastier food and much more reasonable prices.

Tina Higley

Google
Just had dinner there. Ordered the army stew and Bogogy. The army stew is fairly big, has kimchi, tofu, sliced hot dog, spam and ramon noodles. It was tasty and great for sharing, but seems to be expensive ($29) for what we get. Seems everything was pricey than other Korea food, food taste good and service is good, but still think it was too expensive in general. There are so many good Koren places around, I don't think this will be my "go to" place. The interior is very nice also, really the only reason I gave a 3 star is because the price.

Yelp
Food - 5 Service - 5 Value - 4 Great cafe for some good drinks and decent bites too. My go-to drink is the Lavender Honey Matcha Latte and wife's is their Hojicha Latte. Their food always looks good too, but I haven't had any yet. My wife has been there a number of times for lunch though and everything she's had has been great.

Yelp
One of my favorite restaurants in Dallas now because of the range of food, cute decorations, good drinks and great staff. The menu is so long and it ranges from dishes like burgers to udon to brunch to matcha. We got the rose buldak bacon udon which was my favorite. Very spicy just the way I like it with alot of chicken and perfectly cooked udon noodles. The sauce was thick and yummy. The kimichi bacon creamy udon was exactly what I wanted it to be and had a good cream flavor. The mom's tteokbbooki I only had alittle but the tteokbbooki was well cooked as well.

Yelp
Was around the area and decided to check out this cafe. It's very nicely decorated, and the service was great and pretty fast. I got the cloud matcha it was good, and the whipped cream on top made it creamier. Flavor wise, it was what you'd expect from a classic matcha latte. I also ordered food to go, the kimchi bacon creamy udon, and that was the standout. I usually don't finish my meals and end up saving some for later, but I really enjoyed this one. The kimchi wasn't overpowering, and the bacon added a nice layer of umami. Overall, I'd come back to try more dishes, even just to grab a drink and do some work!

Yelp
I love cafe hwasan! I love that they have their full menu available all day! Their menu has such a variety of items so you always have many options to choose from. We ordered drinks and food and I enjoyed all of them! We ordered the tiramisu matcha, and the cloud matcha which was what was recommended by the worker when I asked her what she would recommend for drinks. The tiramisu one was good I wish it was more tiramisu flavor cause I mostly just tasted the cheese foam, the cloud matcha was good it just really tasted like a regular matcha. For the food we ordered katsu curry rice and Seoul ham egg toast. The katsu curry was fresh and good, the curry didn't have a deep flavor like other curries though. The Seoul egg toast was so good I loved the hash brown in it! I definitely liked the inside it's nice and cozy and if you were ever wanting to study there theres enough tables! Also a great place to catch up with friends!! I will definitely be back

Yelp
My favorite matcha place in Dallas! I go here a lot to get matcha and their food is also great. My favorite drinks are: Cloud Matcha Latte, Citrus matcha, and the Tiramisu Matcha Latte. Their matcha is always consistent and it's not overpriced either. My favorite gotta be the tiramisu matcha, it's creamy and sweet but not too overpowering. I once tried the Dirty Matcha Latte (matcha with a shot of espresso) but I didn't like it that much, you taste neither matcha nor coffee. I would just stick with the matcha latte itself. The food at Hwasan is decent. Good price range for big portions and the food is not bad. The rose tteobokki is really good and cheesy. The Korean toast is good but I wish they give you more sauce throughout the whole toast, rather than just at the top. The kimchi fries is good and it pairs perfectly with the toast. The place itself is really nice and clean, right next to an Asian supermarket. It gets packed quickly and usually very crowded on the weekend. But during the weekdays this would be a perfect place to study and hangout with friends and family!!

Yelp
Such a cute little spot for Korean brunch. The menu looked amazing, even though I didn't get to try much this time, the matcha and pork dumplings I had were so good. Really flavorful and fresh. Honestly surprised more people don't know about this place, it definitely deserves more attention. Can't wait to come back and try more from the menu!

Yelp
Such a pretty interior with EXCELLENT coffee and matcha drinks! We wanted a matcha latte while we were in the area, so we decided to try this place out. The drinks came out quickly, and they were perfectly sweet and creamy. It's my current favorite matcha latte in DFW, and I absolutely want to come back for the food.

Yelp
Disclaimer: this was first posted on google maps a year ago! I just made a yelp account! My apologies if there has been changes since then! I've been here a lot of times, mostly to study. The place is really clean and cute overall. I mainly get drinks here but my favorite has to be the Lotus Oatmilk Latte. I have tried a lot of other drinks (I have pictures somewhere but I'm pretty sure I lost them; if I do end up finding them, I will definitely put them up) but I tend to go back to the ones that I know and love! Obviously, with the amount of pictures I posted, you can probably tell that I have tried a decent amount of things here (but definitely not everything). Food-wise, it is really good and I'm glad that we have something here like this in this particular area. But when compared to when they first opened, the prices definitely increased. But if you're willing to spend the money on the food, it is worth it.

Yelp
Would say 4.5 stars, rounding up to 5. Stopped by around 1pm on a weekday. It's attached to the side of the ZTao Asian Market, which makes it easy to miss if you're not paying attention, but I'm glad we found it. It's self-seating here. You grab a menu yourself, pick a table, then head up to the register to order. They give you a number for your food and a buzzer for drinks. Everything came out pretty fast, and there was plenty of open seating when I went. I got the Seoul ham egg toast and a cloud matcha. The toast tasted freshly made...warm, crunchy, and filling without being too heavy. Flavor was just ok. The real standout for me was the matcha. Not too sweet, and the sweet cream on top was really good. I'd come back just for that drink. The space felt clean and casual, and it's a good stop if you're in the area or popping into ZTao. Looking forward to trying more of the menu next time.

Yelp
Update: I have been going here after work for days straight. Another hidden gem I loved, that is now getting all the hype it deserves since it went viral. Understandably so, because the Cloud Matcha Latte is IT! The matcha itself is sweet just how I like it, but the whipped cream really brings it together. I'm truly obsessed and would drink this matcha multiple times a day if I could.

Yelp
Very cute Korean fusion brunch spot in Plano with great food! You order at the counter near the front of the restaurant and once you've placed your order, you find a table. I came with a friend on a Sunday around noon and were able to easily get a table for 2. The food came out very promptly after ordering! I tried their strawberry lemonade which was perfectly refreshing on a hot day, plus it even came with cut up pieces of strawberries in the drink. For food, I got their Seoul ham egg toast which I was dying to try. It's two thick slices of buttered toast with ham, egg, cheese, and a hash brown in the middle -- what's not to like? The sandwich looked a bit daunting at first because of how thick it is but it was honestly pretty easy to handle and eat. I will say that the sweet mayo and powdered sugar on the sandwich does make it a sweet & savory brunch option, but I thoroughly enjoyed it :)

Yelp
We tried this place earlier today for brunch and were glad we gave it a shot. We started with Spicy Glazed Dumplings. The sauce was more of a sweet with some spice flavor rather than too much heat for my liking. The dumplings were fried and I would have preferred steamed. My husband had the Bulgogi Rice Bowl and really liked the flavor of the meat. The portion size was perfect for him. I went with the Smoked Salmon Croffle for something different. The mix of sweet from the ricotta with the salt of the capers and smoked salmon was a bit different but delicious. The presentation was pretty cool. There was so much on top of the croffle that I wasn't sure what that tasted like on its own. I also had a lavender matcha latte to enjoy with my meal. It was delicious and hit the spot on a chilly day. You order at the counter and then you pick up drink orders at the counter when ready and they bring out the food to your table. When done, they ask you to clean your dishes off the table and at a station by the door. This is good to know as you are asked to tip at time of purchase so you can plan accordingly. The menu has lots of different food and drink options so we look forward to returning and trying other things!

Yelp
Met up with a friend during spring break and we got a drink at cafe hwasan. This is one of my favorite Korean cafes in Dallas and I just copied them and got the cloud matcha latte. It's basically a matcha einspanner, it has agave and handmade whipped creme. The matcha was good quality and I really like the crème. It was a good sweetness level and I enjoyed my drink a lot.
google avatar

Anna R.

Yelp
I like the ambiance here. It's very relaxing and gives a garden-like aesthetic. There are a good number of tables but only a few have outlets. I got the vanilla matcha latte and enjoyed it. It has a subtle sweetness and tastes refreshing. I also got the mozzarella sticks. They were a bit pricey for what they were - $10 for 7 small sticks and the sauce didn't taste too great. I'd recommend the vanilla matcha latte, but probably not the mozzarella sticks. My friend ordered the katsu curry and it looked delicious. The service is okay. I got my drink within a few minutes and the food came shortly after. I didn't come at a busy time so I'm glad it was speedy. If you plan to work or study here, it may be best to bring some noise cancelling headphones since they give buzzers for drinks that constantly go off whenever they're ready and can get pretty distracting.

Yelp
I liked the matcha flavor. It is very sweet but creamy. The tiramisu was good and a solid coffee option. I came here to study and it wad a great spot to do so. The cafe is super well decorated and a really nice spot to study in. The workers were also super friendly and gave some wonderful recommendations. I will definitely come back to try some of the food next time.
google avatar

Yelp
I love this cafe for studying, catching up with friends, and getting matcha. It's a cozy spot with good picks for modern Korean style food. However, I can't condone a place that takes tips from their workers. I used to tip until I was made aware that the owner doesn't distribute it back to the staff.

Yelp
Cafe Hwasan is a perfect Korean-style brunch joint! They gave a few fusion-items like bulgogi fries and Korean tacos. The majority of the menu are standard noodles/rice dishes. They also have some sweet entrees that make for a perfect morning out. Drinks: I had a ton of paralysis of choice (most of the drinks sound delightful), but I'm very glad I went with the signature cloud matcha. Tasty matcha with foam/cream of a perfect consistency. Food: the bulgogi fries are actually a great deal since they gave a good amount of meat with the fries. The entrees were all huge! I personally got a brown cheese croffle, which is a croissant/waffle topped with ice cream and caramel-y shredded cheese - very interesting, but VERY cheesy (definitely overwhelmed the caramel aspect of it). Glad I tried but will probably get something different next time.

Jalea S.

Yelp
It was great. The food was good and the service was fast. The interior was nice and clean. It was hard to find since it tucked between to large buildings, but overall great experience.

Yelp
I have been hearing about Cafe HwaSan for a while now and finally got to try it for dinner and was so impressed! They have the ambiance of an ideal cozy cafe down to a science! Also the food was amazing!! My husband got the Katsu with rose tteokbokki and I got the bulgogi kimchi tacos and we were so impressed. The tacos had a great fusion flavor and the tteokbokki was perfectly spicy! We also tried their peach peony tea and if you're a tea lover like me PLEASE try this! It felt like sipping springtime!! I cannot wait to come back and try more drinks and different food items!!
google avatar

Westyn R.

Yelp
Stopped by for a quick lunch at Cafe Hwasan. It's laid back coffee shop atmosphere is perfect for a rainy day. The menu has so many great Korean dishes it was hard to order what to eat but ultimately decided to go with the rose tteokkbokki. It's sweet and spicy, cheesy, and the katsu was perfectly cooked. The sausages and fish cakes were also delicious. Can't wait to try more!
google avatar

Rachel S.

Yelp
The matcha drinks here were quite nice! Both the red bean matcha and the yuja/yuzu matcha lattes ($7 each) were well liked. One of their seasonal drinks, a nutty latte (with macadamia, almond, and hazelnut) was also incredible. It seems like this would be a great place to hang out or get some work done as there were many tables and several charging outlets available. It wasn't too busy when we went on a weekend around lunch time.
google avatar

Vianai A. C.

Yelp
Really good Korean army stew and dumplings! It was lively when I went Sunday morning but still not too loud and no wait time. Next time I'll have to try the dessert!
google avatar

Hoa L.

Yelp
A pretty, fun, and relaxing cafe. I've had meals and had coffee here. My favorite is the soybean drink (pictured) and the food is always made with such care and presentation. This is a neat place to hang out, do some work or homework, and enjoy some quiet time. It's so pretty inside and has relaxing vibes.
google avatar

Yelp
I have been around the world twice. I have been to Korea multiple times and never in my life. Have I tasted anything this delicious. The service felt like I was being served by 5 star. If you have a bucket list, this needs to be top 10 on your bucket list, please visit this place.
google avatar

Rasha D.

Yelp
They were super fast with our food which was awesome. The food was great, however, do not make the mistake I did when I ordered the Rose Buldak Udon, thinking it wouldn't be AS spicy as the packaged rose buldak ramen LOL I sadly couldn't finish it but the flavor was so good, IT WAS JUST SO SPICY!! The Kimchi Rice was the best thing I ordered, literally so bussin

Yelp
FOOD INSTAGRAM: @northtx.gemz **** WHAT THEY'RE KNOWN FOR: yummy Korean street food and bites. Lots of drink choices and high quality matcha. THE VIBE: very cozy, it's meant for studying but I think it's too loud for me personally so I go there for talking lol. PRICE: ~$30 WOULD I COME BACK? Yes. **** Overall Rating: 8/10 - This is my second time coming here (not hungover this time) and I'm glad I got to re-rate it - The school tteokbokki was phenomenal except it's super spicy!!! I can tolerate spice but someone who can't this was too much. I would definitely ask for less spicy next time. It was good but we had to take breaks. - We added a chicken cutlet but it was freaking burnt! It was so hard and clearly was burnt which was annoying... - The matcha was great! I highly recommend trying their drinks it's pretty good. They just have a huge variety you'll find something you like.

Anna C.

Yelp
Been coming here since a couple of years ago. Service has always been great! Lots of coffee flavors to choose from. They use coffee beans that give off nutty flavors, and since I'm not a fan of any floral/ fruity coffee beans, their coffee is definitely to my liking. Food is also amazing!
google avatar

Aracelis R.

Yelp
The place looks a bit dated and not very clean. Food was ok but notbb be impressed. Service was good. It was just not what I was looking for in a Korean cafe.
google avatar

Danielle C.

Yelp
This is a cute Korean cafe! You order at the counter and for the food they will bring it to the table, and for drinks you need to go to the counter to pick those up when they're ready. I tried the strawberry croffle and thought it was good. They didn't do a ton of extra syrupy stuff or sugar on it which is nice. There was a giant glob of cream but it actually wasn't too sweet. The chopped strawberries were nice. I also got a matcha latte and it was not bad. There was zero sweetness though so if you like your drinks sweet this one wouldn't it be it. My husband got the iced Americano and it came with a flower attached! You get your own utensils and water and you bus everything yourself. I also came back the next day and got a red velvet latte. It looked super pretty. It's on the sweeter side but it's tasty.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a Korean cafe with a romantic vibe. Loved that the foliage, lights, interior design, light music, closed thick wooden blinds, and spaciousness makes you feel like you're eating at an outdoor cafe at night. Grab a menu, find a seat, and take your time figuring out what you're going to order. Order and pay up front when you're ready. Pick up at the counter if you ordered a drink or got takeout. Grab a number stand if dining in. We ordered the Rose Udon and Seoul Ham Egg Toast. The toast is ham, omelette, and hash browns sandwiched between two pieces of toast with some sweet sauce on top. It was delicious. The udon has toast, a river of cheese down the middle, lil smokies, bacon, and udon drowned in their special spicy rose sauce. Mix it all together and enjoy that stringy cheesy spicy goodness! Clean up after yourself when you're done - bring your plates and utensils to the cart by the entrance.

Yelp
The vibe of the place was very relaxed, somewhere great for groups or for studying. I loved the decor ! It felt like i was in a greenery ! I got a PSL since fall is on its way and an avocado bacon croffle. The coffee was great but i cannot express how amazing the croffle was. All of the flavors !! I didn't think the ingredients would go so well together but it truly shocked me how well balanced it was. The service was pretty fast so after maybe 10 minutes we got both the coffee and the croffles. My man got a caramel latte with extra caramel (it was so good !!) and he got the chicken bacon croffle and LET ME TELL YOU. The chicken bacon croffle was so good, i couldn't help but eat off of his plate too ‍ anywho, really good, great brunch items and the coffee is pretty good too ! I will definitely be back

Yelp
Overall Rating: 5/5 1. Atmosphere: Comfortable urban environment, fit for studying or eating 2. Service: Customer service was welcoming and employees cleaning were friendly 3. Food/Products: The food tastes amazing, my personal favorite is the Rose Udon. 4. Pricing: The food is fairly priced for its quality and dine in. 5. Overall Experience: The overall experience was great. The food was tasty, the environment was nice, the staff were friendly. Would recommend this spot to anyone wanting comfort Asian food or wanting to study in (might be loud so bring headphones) Highlights/Recommendations: I'm pretty sure the ramen is instant, would avoid that (last time I ordered, tasted very instant)
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing coffee and really easy ordering process. Sometimes the coffee take a little while but you know it's being handcrafted with care. So it's worth the wait. I have tried the egg toast there and it was just ok. The tiramisu cruffle was very good though!
google avatar

Yelp
Great lunch spot! Came here with a friend on a weekday and there was plenty of seating! You order at the counter, pick it up when it's ready and then find a table to enjoy! Pretty seamless and efficient. We had the bulgogi bowl and kimchi fried rice. Both were large portions and delicious! Highly recommend!
google avatar

Amanda L.

Yelp
Love the concept of a study/cafe that serves real food. However because the space is kinda small, there will most likely be a wait since there are some people camped out studying so you will have to wait for those who only came to eat/chill. However it is an order at the counter type of place so bear that in mind. Service is great! We managed to grab a table but it was a little small for us. When the waitress came over she asked if we wanted to move to a bigger table since a party just left which was very nice. I got the rose udon with mushrooms and my boyfriend got the crispy chicken burger with no green sauce. We also got the calamari which was surprisingly good. The parmesan fries were also tasty but didn't have too much cheese flavor and was very fine parmesan. The rose udon was good for the first 10 minutes but then richness got old fast. This could be helped by having garlic on the toast/green onions on the udon. This place has a lot of potential and I would come back for drinks and/or study. I think I ordered incorrectly. The bulgogi bowl was huge and also looked very good so maybe next time I'll try that and update my review. Overall a 3.5 so I'll round up.

Yelp
I LOVE Cafe Hwasan. This is a cute Korean cafe style place that serves delicious and creative food/drinks. I ordered their signature drink- the Cloud Matcha Latte. This is a matcha latte sweetened with agave syrup and topped with sweet whipped cream; sooo perfect for someone who loves sweet matcha drinks. For food, we got the Rosé Udon and the School Tteokbbokki. Both were phenomenal but I really loved the Rosé Udon. This was my first time trying rose udon but the rosé made the sauce so creamy, less spicy, and flavorful. I can't explain but this is definitely one of my new favorite Korean dishes. The dish was topped with lots of mozzarella cheese that also made everything more creamy. It also included udon noodles, sausages, and pieces of bacon that added more salty flavors! I would highly recommend the Rosé Udon!! Finally, we got the Strawberry Croffle for dessert. This dish was good but nothing spectacular. Croffles are croissants that have been pressed in a waffle iron. I found that I enjoyed the texture of the croffle but I didn't love that the strawberries were macerated. I wish the croffle was topped with fresh strawberries (or even a mix of fresh and macerated strawberries) because the macerated strawberries were overly sweet/mushy-almost. Overall, I would definitely come back to Cafe Hwasan!! This is such a cute place to grab (pretty) but delicious food and drinks!
google avatar

Melody C.

Yelp
I recently visited Cafe Hwasan that exceeded my expectations with its excellent kimchi fries, flavorful bulgogi brunch bowl, and delicious crepes. The ambiance was nice and relaxing, with the freedom to pick any seat you like. Service was fast and efficient--you order at the front, and the dishes are brought out to you promptly. Perfect spot for a casual and satisfying meal! Very unassuming from the outside!!
google avatar

Tina D.

Yelp
I enjoyed their Seoul ham toast. It was more on the sweeter side but can fill you up. Their spicy k dog burger was good too, but it wasn't spicy. I like their ingeolmi latte which has cheese on top. It was creamy and delicious. Their jeju blue lemonade was more like sparkling lime soda instead of an actual lemonade. Avoid their fries. I got the Perunkje fries, and it wasn't worth the money at all. The texture was bad and the seasoning didn't help it. The burger came with a side of fries too and it is just as bad.
google avatar

Kirsten W.

Yelp
Great food! Fast and service was excellent! A great casual place for lunch or brunch.
google avatar

Shelley F.

Yelp
Love love Cafe Hwasan!! I tried the Puringkle Fries and Yuzu Cream Matcha Latte for the first time, and both were amazing. The seasoning (which I believe is garlic and Parmesan) on the fries were so addicting. The Yuzu Cream Matcha was a perfect flavor combination. Cafe Hwasan is one of the few places in DFW that serves good matcha drinks. The staff are friendly and they do a good job cleaning after every guest. Great place to work/study as well.

Yelp
Such a cute cafe; there's a retro vibe to it with the decor. Service was alright; ordered at the front counter then found a table. Grabbed our drinks but workers brought food to the table. Drinks: - Strawberry matcha was NOT that sweet; the matcha taste was ok - Cream einspanner latte was good at first, but the cream didn't last long; mostly mid coffee that remained. I've had better einspanners before; there needs to be a balance between the cream and the coffee. Food: - Rose chicken katsu tteokbokki was savory & mildly spicy. Plenty of katsu but wished there were more rice cakes - Seoul Ham Egg Toast was delicious; wouldn't hurt to have more of the homemade sweet mayo drizzled on top & inside the sandwich - Matcha mochi croffle was a good/sweet dessert BUT that ain't a croffle. It was literally just a waffle; so kind of disappointed in the texture. Don't call it something it's not :/ At least the matcha mochi ice cream was good though. Overall still enjoyed the experience. 4 stars mainly for the savory food items!

Yelp
Has great coffee and desserts. Good variety! Haven't tasted their "normal" food but it looks good!

Yelp
Such a fun spot for brunch! Very creative, Asian-inspired drinks I haven't found anywhere else in Texas. I ended up getting the injeolmi latte which is an iced vanilla latte with cheese foam and soybean powder. The roastiness of the injeolmi was balanced by the sweetness of the cheese foam. I thoroughly enjoyed it! Unfortunately the card machine broke as soon as we were about to order, so they only accepted cash. We luckily had enough cash as a group to sample a few dishes. What we ordered: - school ttekobbokki: delicious but slightly too sweet. i enjoyed the fish cakes and ramen! very comforting and shareable dish. - bulgogi hash: nothing special, it had more broth than expected - strawberry croffle: the star of the show! so delicious, and the croffle maintained its chew and didn't become soggy with all the toppings - rosé udon: very rich and also slightly too sweet. i don't think i could finish this on my own, but good to share! Overall very enjoyable and comforting food, with a lovely ambience that stands out from the rest of the plaza. Will certainly be back next time I'm in the Dallas area!

Yelp
The yuju cream matcha latte is AMAZING!!!! If you like citrus flavors and creamier drinks definitely get this. Everything else was also really good- we got the Rose buldak bacon udon, Bulgogi breakfast hash, and matcha mochi croffle. It was also clean and well lit inside.

Yelp
A friend found this place because of an instagram reel, so we decided to check it out. It's a small restaurant tucked in a shopping center. Make sure to get there early as it can get really packed. I ordered one of their lattes with almond milk, and it was really good. A friend had ordered kimchi fries with beef, and it was a huge portion to feed a few people. They make everything fresh, so the wait is longer but worth it I promise. I ended up ordering the bulgogi beef bowl with rice. The servings are pretty big, so I definitely had leftovers. The bulgogi beef was flavored perfectly, and there was a pretty big portion of veggies and rice. I'll definitely come back to try other items off the menu. I was definitely very impressed.

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday and they were very packed. Had to wait some time to get a seat but despite the crowd my food came out pretty quickly. I got the avocado morning croffle which was really good. the croffle and the hash brown patty had a nice crisp to it, which pairs perfectly with the mashed avocado and the yolk from the poached egg. really enjoyed the dish overall and for a brunch place the price is not horrible. one complaint about the restaurant is that the place gets quite loud. i think the restaurant just has bad acoustics so it was kind of hard to hear my friends talking.

Yelp
We often brunch here on the weekends - crowd moves quickly so there is always room to sit. Love their korean street toast (it's sweet, savoury, and piping hot) along with their coffees and specialty bowls. Highly recommend waffles (get any variety, you won't go wrong).

Yelp
Came here after seeing the appetizing photos on Yelp! This cafe had a great atmosphere. You could come here to studying or to catch up with your friends, and the best part, you can get fun, appetizing food and pretty drinks! I ordered the kimchi udon. It was super yummy, just a tad on the salty side. I also ordered a cloud latte for my bev, and it tasted like matcha ice cream. It was quite good, and I'd order it again!

Yelp
First thing we noticed as we walked in was the absolute vibe with the leafy green wall and the pink neon sign greeting us. Very cute brunch place with a ton of different options to choose from, plating is also pretty. You get a buzzer for your drink & have to clear the table yourself, just like in Korea. The katsu curry was very good. The curry itself tasted closer to Korean in terms of consistency but was presented like Japanese curry. The katsu was very well cooked, piping hot, and crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, my favorite part of the meal. The kimchi bulgogi fries were also delicious. The portions are pretty big! I had the yuja matcha latte and tried my friends' cloud matcha. I liked the cloud better with its softer blend of flavors, as it also was hard to mix the yuja (yuju) syrup and matcha. Will definitely be coming back to try more!
