This is quite simply an astonishing venue. It is absolutely huge and generated one of the best atmospheres I have experienced. The lower section behind the north goal is the safe standing area which is occupied by the ultra’s who generate the constant noise and the rest of the stadium was noticeably steep and we had our tickets for the very back row so it was a light workout on the legs finding our seat but the view when we got there was exceptional.

What a HUGE stadium! Very spacious seatings! People can walk around you because you have so much space in front of you! Even it was sold out the lines for beer and food was fast. Toilets were clean (thank you very much). So overall experience was great (but we didn’t win :-( ) also getting out of the stadium was fast.

It is lovely to be here. I was here for an event but the service was outstanding only the connectivity is little challenging. The stands are amazing and people from all around the World comes here when there are football matches.

Poorly designed bathrooms and walkways inside the stadium. Food and beverage options were awful. The seats were actually pretty comfortable and the time to get into the stadium was very quick. Why is the closest train station nearly 2km away? Come on Hamburg, do better.

This stadium offers good atmosphere! :-) It was such a pleasant experience to be there for EURO 2024 game CZE-TUR! What a noise made by fans! :-) However.. there is quite a lot of walking and queues to buy food/drinks or go to toilet were simply to big. And the most negative: It´s a total disgrace that you cannot pay by card everywhere at the stadium in 2024 during major sport event. Overall good 70% mostly thanks to the atmosphere.

We had been to the Hamburg football stadium for the champions league match between Shakhtar Donetsk vs FC Porto and it was an amazing experience! The prices of beer and any food items start at 5€ - which was pretty steep for the quality and quantity. Also, the washrooms were extremely dirty and not maintained. Nevertheless worth a visit if you are living in Hamburg.
