The Private Dining Directory - Seattle - The Infatuation

"Capacity: View Room: 30 (40 Standing), Private Rooms: 15 (20 Standing), The Sun Deck: 40, Full Buyout: 220 Unfortunately, you can only have access to Von’s incredible wheel of drink specials if you reserve the entire bar for 220 guests. For something slightly more low-key, the sun deck accommodates 40 people and can be used with one of their other private rooms: one that has a capacity of 20, a fireplace, and a smart TV, and a similar, larger one that has a capacity of 40 (but no fireplace or smart TV)." - Aimee Rizzo

The Best Happy Hours Downtown

"When: Daily, 3-6pm The Deal: $10.50 champagne mango margaritas, $7, Backwoods Lagers, $10.50 salish smuggler cocktails, $8 glasses of wine, $6 martinis Happy Hour at Von’s is like a dream sequence of what your thirsty 20 year-old self imagined Happy Hour to be. Whether you’re here for discounted sourdough mac and cheese or the wheel the bartenders spin that reveals new drink specials, you’re in very good hands when partying at Von’s. (Unlike the mac and cheese, the wheel is not edible.)" - aimee rizzo

Von’s 1000 Spirits - Review - Downtown - Seattle - The Infatuation

"Von’s 1000 Spirits is true to its name - it’s a restaurant with a massive bar and tons of drink options. They have great sourdough pasta and pizza, and excellent cocktails. The food gets the job done, but you don’t need to go out of your way for a meal here. Instead, use it for a happy hour or a last-ditch lunch after day-drinking downtown. Stick around to catch them spin a wheel every hour to decide the drink special." - Aimee Rizzo

Fantastic Food & Flavorful Experience at Von’s 1000Spirits My wife and I had a great dining experience at Von’s 1000Spirits in downtown Seattle. The food was outstanding and made for a memorable evening. My wife ordered the sourdough pasta, which is made in-house with their own pasta machine—an impressive touch. The dish was absolutely delicious: a perfect balance of spice, garlic, and rich cheese flavor. Every bite was packed with bold, savory notes that made it super, super tasty. I went with the fish taco, wanting something on the lighter side, and it did not disappoint. The cod was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It was flavorful, fresh, and well-seasoned, making for a truly satisfying dish without feeling heavy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive vibe. The atmosphere was lively, a bit on the louder side with music and shelves of whiskey bottles lining the walls—a cool and eclectic touch. Overall, it was a great experience. If you’re in downtown Seattle and looking for delicious food made with care and creativity, Von’s 1000Spirits is definitely worth a visit.

This place is FANTASTIC. Every food item we ordered was outstanding and delicious and the drinks were perfect. Our server George was fabulous. I highly recommend this place and you would be missing out on a great experience and meal if you skip it.

You know this place is great when it is always full and there’s always a bit of a wait. This was our favorite restaurant while staying in downtown Seattle and it wasn’t even close. Something on the menu for everyone, great cocktails, and awesome service. The sourdough pasta and pizza were incredible. Oh and $10 martinis? You can’t beat it. Service and atmosphere were top notch, we will definitely be back.

We had a great dinner at Vons 1000Spirits! The atmosphere was lively but relaxed, perfect for unwinding after a day in Seattle. The menu had a creative mix of comfort food and local favorites—we especially loved the calamari and bolognese pasta. Friendly service and a great location made the whole evening feel effortlessly enjoyable. Special mention to the music playing as well! Definitely a spot worth checking out in downtown Seattle!

Google
Food was amazing! I had the chicken Cobb salad, one son had the Nashville chicken sandwich and the other a chicken pasta. Calamari was also delicious. Great beer & cocktail selection. Prices were a bit high.

This place truly blew us away. The ambiance is amazing. Every dish we had was beyond. And the service was impeccable. Love that you can have pre dinner drinks at Northern Spirits & take your cocktails in the restaurant when your table is ready. Definitely our new go to spot!

I recently visited Vons 1000 Spirit in downtown Seattle with some friends, and it was an unforgettable experience! The atmosphere is both elegant and inviting, making it perfect for a night out. The food was absolutely amazing. We especially loved the pasta and pizza—both are must-tries! The pasta was cooked to perfection, with rich flavors that left us wanting more. The pizza was equally impressive, featuring a delightful crust and fresh toppings that really stood out. To top it all off, the fancy drinks were a highlight. Each cocktail was crafted with great quality and creativity, perfectly complementing our meal. Overall, I highly recommend Vons 1000 Spirit for anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience in Seattle. You won’t be disappointed!

It’s always a pleasure dining at Von’s. The food is top-notch and the service is exceptional. From the moment you walk in, the staff offers a warm and genuine welcome that sets the tone for a great experience. Big shout out to Connor his attentive and personable service stood out so much that I came back not just for the food, but because of the outstanding hospitality he provided.

Yelp
Christian was an amazing server!!! Super knowledgeable about the menu and had great drink and food recommendations!! The tellicherry chicken and Gouda past was mouth watering!!! Would totally come back here again!

Yelp
After a long travel day, I was in desperate need for sustenance and this place came through! Omg so good y'all! And I'm from Houston, so I know good food! Order the wings, the smash burger, the king salmon pasta, the meatballs (!!!), and the guava mule mock tail! Kim's service was also exceptional! Can't wait to come back!

Yelp
Food was delicious, vibe was great, and our server Christian was so hospitable and friendly. Would give Christian 6 stars if I could!

Yelp
This place was absolutely amazing! Fellow Yelpers have, once again, did me a solid. We had our 14 year old daughter with us so we were worried she might not be able to eat there as we thought it might just be a bar. It is, in fact, a bar but a lot of restaurant too. The ambience was really great and you get to watch them make fresh pasta the minute you step in the door. We loved the history of the restaurant founders and were excited to try their family sourdough pasta recipe. Our server, Nate, was an absolute gem. He was so friendly and sweet. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and I tried his favorite dish (cant remember the exact name but it was chicken, pasta, and cream sauce and it was absolutely amazing!! Everything was done to perfection. My very picky daughter loved her mac n cheese as well. I had a little taste and thought it was decadent and delicious. My husband wanted me to take a star off for his burger. He absolutely loved the flavor but the bun could not handle the burger and it ended up being a ridiculous sloppy mess that he ended up eating with his fork. The burger and fixings were delicious but the bun needed serious help. His garlic fries were soooo good. They are the handcut real potato kind that taste like actual potato instead of being deep fried into oblivion. Their ranch dressing was housemade and some of the best I have ever had,. All told, it was a really great lunch experience. It was pricey for 3 of us, 121 for three entrees, a soda and beer, and a tip, With that being said, we would do it all over again.

Yelp
Wanting a unique meal at a new spot, Von's 1000 Spirits lured us in with their emphasis on sourdough. Being two Bay Area girls, we're more than familiar with sourdough--so we were excited! The restaurant is super casual with a relaxed atmosphere. There is a long bar with a variety of spirits, hence the name. Plenty of tables inside to sip and dine, plus outdoor dining is available. It's a popular spot being close to Pike Place and near the water. I found the service to be a bit stiff and with a bit of a cold shoulder. Sourdough is the bread and butter of this restaurant, you can see it being made at the front. You can find sourdough pasta, pizzas, sandwiches, and so many more local offerings. I knew I had to try their Basil Almond Pesto Sourdough Pasta, which I got without Chèvre Cheese and added Hot Fennel Sausage. The amount of pasta was generous but I felt there wasn't as much sausage. The pasta itself was delicious--the perfect chew, coated the sauce nicely, and the tomatoes provided a burst of color and flavor. My best friend had the Tellicherry Chicken and Gouda and enjoyed it! Von's knows how to lure you in with comfort and cozy food with a Seattle twist. Highly recommend it if you're a sourdough lover! Their Pike Place 1st Ave. location is one of two and convenient for tourists!

Yelp
The place was busy for a Friday night, there were groups of people already waiting in the entrance. We waited in the bar for our table to be ready. We waited about 15-20 minutes. Not long at all. We were sat in the back near the windows that over looked the next block of businesses and a courtyard. We order the Cesar salad and the whole milk burrata and sourdough bread first. One of the best Cesar salads I've had. I could finish the plate to myself. The burrata was creamy, it was paired with a pesto sauce. The sourdough bread was soft and fluffy. A nice vessel to hold the burrata and pesto. I ordered the chicken Parmesan sandwich, something I wouldn't normally order. It came with a marinara sauce to dip. Ah-mazing flavors. The fries were fried to perfection. The chicken sandwich itself was phenomenal. The bread is soft and crunchy. The chicken is juicy and crispy. It had a sort of pesto chimichurri sauce in it. The mozzarella cheese was perfectly salty. Dipped into the marinara sauce, it complimented the sandwich. A different spin to the chicken Parmesan with pasta. My boyfriend ordered the burger with onion jam. Very juicy, the onions caramelized well. One of the best burgers we have had. The first was in Denver. We would definitely come back to try more dishes!

Yelp
Popped in here for happy hour before dinner and was not disappointed. We only got drinks, but the mules were delicious and friends who got the martini were super impressed - especially for the cost! Lots of bar seating if you're coming in with a big group. Servers were attentive and kind. Noticed families and couples coming to eat in the sit down portion. Would definitely come back!

Yelp
Recommended by a friend, the ambience here is definitely on the louder side being more like a pub/bar with a small corner of seating for food too! That being said, I really enjoyed my fresh-made sourdough pasta. I got the spicy "rigs" and boy it was a really large portion of carbs! Other dishes tried were the buratta pesto which was good, but a bit pricey for what it was, and the Mac and cheese (using Beechers cheese) on the happy hour menu, and the pesto pasta. Overall a very solid meal of large hearty pastas, but it definitely was on the pricier side for Seattle.

Yelp
I am so glad we splurged on this during our last night in Seattle. It was highly recommended by "the locals" and they have homemade pasta. Need I say more. I'll start with the not so goods although it was a great place overall. Not so good was the wait. Although I recognize we were there on NYE. The parking cost us almost as much as the meal. The place was crowded and a bit of sensory overload for me but then again, I'm no spring chicken. The good was everything else. The service was great, the food was delicious, and even the prices were decent. I'll have to come back when I master the Seattle public transit system.

Yelp
Von's 1000 Spirits is a fantastic spot for both drinks and food! First off, the **drinks** are *amazing*. They've got a great variety of cocktails, and each one I've tried has been perfectly balanced and flavorful. The **pizza on sourdough** is also a must-try -- the crust is crispy and just the right amount of chewy, and the toppings are fresh and tasty. If you're in the mood for comfort food, you can't go wrong here. The **Southern-style dip** is another standout -- it's incredibly **creamy and cheesy**, with just the right amount of flavor. I couldn't stop dipping! The **portions** are generous, so it's definitely a place where you can share and try a little bit of everything. Whether you're coming for drinks, food, or both, Von's 1000 Spirits delivers a great experience every time. Highly recommend!

Yelp
A friend recommended Von's to me and I'm so glad I tried it. My companion (visiting from pur of state) and I both got the bolognese and it was fantastic. The pasta was cooked perfectly with the most delightful bite. The sauce was so flavorful and garlicky, I'm still thinking about it after a week! I definitely want to come back and try more of their dishes (maybe the chicken and cream pasta dish?). One of the best pastas I've had.

Yelp
4.5 stars My fiance and I were IG influenced to check out Von's fish and chips. We decided to make it our Sundate :) On the fish and chips - Not the best, but it's better than average. It hit the spot for us after walking around Pike Market and the surrounding hills. The fish was a smidge overcooked, but I'm being picky. The crust on the outside is on the thicker side - I prefer a thinner batter but for this one, it works. We enjoyed the airy crusty texture. It wasn't oily and was just right with the seasoning. The buffalo wings were SO GOOD. 5/5 These are high on my list of buffalo wings. The balance AND intensity of heat, tang, and butter was ridiculously satisfying. The name "Damn Good Wings" is appropriate. The team and service is spot on. 5/5 stars I also liked seeing they offer the venue to host parties. It would be perfect to treat out of town guests. Overall, we enjoyed our meal. Would visit again.

Yelp
The food here is so flavorful and delicious. The service is really fast & attentive. They have quite a few tables and we didn't have to wait at all on a Saturday night. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is it's on the pricier side. With that said, I'll definitely be back. Definitely get the cookie skillet -- the cookie is warm and soft, and with the vanilla ice cream and salted caramel, it's the perfect way to finish your meal.

Yelp
First stop on the food tour in Seattle! We were looking for something with pasta to warm us up, and homemade pasta at that, and Vons stood out for their sourdough pasta!! We came in late on a Wednesday night, so it wasn't too crowded, which was nice, but upon entering max you're welcomed by their pasta making station, where you can see all the magic happening, along with the rest of the kitchen! We were quickly whisked away to our table where we were greeted by Tracy! Tracy was an absolute delight, and made our whole dining experience something to live up to for everything else we'd experience during our trip to Seattle!! She was super well versed in the menu as I couldn't decide between two of the dishes, in which she then recommended something that would give me the best of both!! I got the Tellicherry Chicken pasta and subbed salmon and it was soooo good! The pasta itself was delicous, and the texture! But the sauce and salmon made it fully round out what I was dreaming in my head with a nice squeeze of fresh lemon atop!!! My friend also ordered the wings an appetizer for the table and they were delicious! That could've been a meal in itself! They were cooked nicely, maybe in their pizza oven, because they didn't have that fried taste, but they were juicy and the sauce was just right! Tracy then proceeded our meal with a nice surprise for the birthday girl, some of their in-house homemade ice cream and sparkler! The ice cream was soo good! I don't recall the flavor but it was sweet with a touch of saltiness, which was a great way to end the night!!

Yelp
First time visitors on a Saturday night during primetime dinner Primarily indoor dining with some outdoor tables Appears to take reservations through Open Table, however varies which day as it may not be available daily Seems to be a spot for house made pasta and pizza, salads, small bites, and burgers. Hostess was welcoming and kind, provided estimated wait time, asked for name and phone number and will be texted when table is ready, it would seem their waitlist runs through Open Table Was seated in a corner table with a flat screen above, bourbon along the wall, and sturdy rustic wooden tables with bench style sitting Our server was okay, but not as as attentive as he was to other tables. All the other tables he spoke with, he asked if it was their first time dining, provided recommendations for food and drinks, and checked up on regularly. He took our order, serve the drinks, and never came back to check on things until it was time to offer dessert and the check. If the service aligned with the food, I give it a 4th star. The rigatoni Bolognese was hearty, house made pasta, soothing, and comforting. Easy to share or leftovers that I am would taste great the next day. The half order Cesar was a good portion, easy to share, combination of gem and romaine? and hidden croutons, not overly dressed and nice crunch and freshness to add with dinner. The Martini and Manhattan - their value drinks was not lacking in liquor as 1 was enough for myself and my partner to enjoy with our meal. Fun spot for date night, family outing, group outing, celebration, catch some sports, and watch the open kitchen in action.

Yelp
Liked the vibe. The long narrow floor plan reminds me of bars from big cites like Chicago and New York. Lots of booze on the back wall to look at and ponder. Sat at the bar but once a big party came in we were ignored.
google avatar

Cynthia C.

Yelp
Came for a late dinner after an evening of traveling, this place totally hit the spot. We had cocktails, 1000% recommend you order the BURRATTTTTAAA!! Holy it was amazing!!!! we ordered a pizza & some fries, it was perfect for the evening & so warm & comforting. The service was amazing, our waitress recommended basically our entire dinner & best recommendations ever! The vibes are so cool especially with the wall of spirits, it was so cool.

Yelp
Buzzing bar with filling homemade pastas and delectable desserts! We ordered the salmon pasta, skillet cookie, and house-made carrot cake! All pastas are made from scratch using their famous sourdough base. The pasta was al dente and paired perfectly with the creamy sauce and tender bites of salmon. The skillet cookie was quite sweet (but great for an indulgent cheat day). The carrot cake was spectacular, cinnamon-y with little crunchy sugar bits in the accompanying whipped cream. Von's is perfect for a post-work happy hour hangout, big group party, or lowkey date. Expect to pay $20-30 per pasta entree and $12-18 for dessert. Drinks are $10-20. Prices are a bit on the high side but reasonable considering the location and portion sizes. Service was great!

Yelp
This was our first night in Seattle, and we have no idea how any other meal will top the one we just experienced! Our amazing waiter, Chris R., recommended two dishes to us, which were totally outstanding: the Bolognese pasta and the Spicy Rigs!! Perfect perfection! I recommend for both! And if you don't try the apple strudel, you're out of your mind! Thank you for an amazing meal! And thank you for the best service in town, Chris R.!!

Yelp
On our way to see Joe Bonamassa we decided to get dinner and found Von's !!! No regrets here !! The food was delicious and the drinks delicious as well !! Flavorful worth it! Great and quick service and of course the vibe was great! Nice and chill set for everyone. Very welcoming vibe

Yelp
The pasta was really tasty! We had both the salmon and chicken pasta and would recommend both. The sauce didn't dry up and stayed saucy throughout the meal. I had the 1000 chopped and loved it, it went well with the pasta as it balanced out the richness. Our friends got the bang bang chicken but said they probably wouldn't get it again. Our server was really nice though and gave honest recommendations when asked. It was really nice inside as well the bar area being in the front but still being kid friendly as we brought our 2 month old with us. Would come again if craving good pasta!
google avatar

Yelp
After walking up a bunch of stairs I saw hope to my right, 1700 bottles of alcohol and the strong likelihood that it would have Blanton's so I could continue to build out my bottle top racehorse collection. Well guess what? Success. Great bar and nice people here; rare stuff, good stuff.
google avatar

Liane T.

Yelp
The food is always delicious especially during their Happy Hour. They move quick and the wait is never more that 20 minutes on a Friday night. I love their sourdough flatbread and pastas.

Yelp
This place was SO FREAKING GOOD. We came at happy hour, which was super long, and we're lucky to get a spot at the bar. We were just coming for drinks and ended up staying for food. We tried multiple cocktails and literally everything is so good. My husband also got a whiskey flight and it was fantastic. The house made pasta was phenomenal. We got it with broccoli and meatballs - the meatballs had fantastic flavor. We ended the meal with the s'mores brownie which was phenomenal. Service was fantastic, food and drink were fantastic. Such a cool spot and experience. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Raquel Z.

Yelp
Such a classy joint! I absolutely loved this place! The Bloody Mary was perfect, and the server brought it exactly as I requested. Every dish we ordered was delicious--I only wish we had leftovers! Oh well. I can't wait to go back and try something new from the menu.

Yelp
Busy night after the Seahawks game. Still everyone was friendly. We sat at the bar adjacent to the actual bar. Server was good but you could tell he was busy. Nice menu with lots to choose from. He got the smash burger and fries. Said it was great. The fries were really good. I got the chicken parm, the sauce on the side was AMAZING!!

Yelp
Phenomenal flagship cheese fries, still dreaming of the sourdough pasta. And the house old fashion? A must every time I hit Seattle

Yelp
Pike's Place is filled with amazing food, but if you venture just a bit outside of it you can find hidden gems like Von's. When I visited over the weekend, Pike's was unwalkable. There was just so many people that finding food with reasonable wait times became a struggle. So we found Von's here on yelp and walked about 8 minutes to get there. To our surprise we walked into one of the swankiest spots in town. The staff who greeted us were super friendly, and our waitress was super kind. We ended up ordering clams to start with the bolognese as our main entree. My yelp tip is, if you do not want a heavy lunch and plan on continuing small bites through Pike's, definitely split the bolognese. It will be the perfect amount of density and flavor. As for the clams that was perfect to split between two people as well and the tomato soup that came with the clams really was the highlight of the meal. It did an amazing job enhancing the flavors of the clams and I highly recommend it. Next time if I wasn't feeling motion sickness I would definitely grab a drink from here, but definitely recommend Von's for food, drinks, and ambiance.

Yelp
Visited during happy hour, pretty crowded and happening spot! Great service. Got some appetizers and drinks. The chips with guac and cheese is amazing.
google avatar

Cindy R.

Yelp
Came here for my son's birthday and had a great time. Happy hour drinks and food are worth the early arrival! They do basics well. We loved the meatballs and the Smashburger is tasty with a sweet edge. Service is friendly and attentive. I like that the restaurant is divided up into a few different areas, makes you feel like it's a cozier space. It does get a little loud but not too bad. Will be back again!
google avatar

Karen W.

Yelp
We were looking for a light dinner. von's 1000 spirits fit the bill. We shared their roasted mushroom pizza and it was perfect. A light crispy crust, a medley of mushrooms and topped with what I think was Calabrian chili paste. We sat outside and Connor our server was the best. He took good care of us, and checked in frequently.
google avatar

Bonnie Y.

Yelp
Imagine walking into a bar with a wall full of spirits? You're guaranteed a night full of cheerful spirit In addition to lots of booze to choose from, they also have fantastic sourdough pizza and pasta! I loved Carnitas & Avocado Pizza The decoration was unique with a giant US flag hanging on the ceiling and lots of flags from different countries. The bar was pretty full. This is a prime choice for a night out in downtown Seattle.

Yelp
Successful work team HH at this place right before the Thanksgiving break! They were very accommodating and friendly on the phone, especially when I had to adjust my reservation head count. We had a nice table at the back with all the Christmas decors. Their drinks are pretty good, recommend the seasonal holiday ones, one of them was a mule. They have a good menu for HH and recommend the fries! Bang bang chicken wasn't too spicy either. Our waiter was super attentive and humorous!

Yelp
Nate was my server. He was amazing. Great service. We came for happy hour. Love the menu and drinks are tasty

Yelp
If you're looking for a casual restaurant with delicious food and drinks, this is a fantastic option in the downtown Seattle area. The location is ideal as it's right next to Pike Place and the pier and a great setting for all occasions. The service is always great and my order never disappoints. My favorite go to item is the Tellicherry chicken and smoked Gouda pasta with broccoli added. Seriously so delicious!
google avatar

Yelp
Lemon drop martini was on point... but $14. We shared the spiced fig prosciutto, and arugula pizza and it was one of the best pizzas I've had-- especially the crust. Salty. Sweet. Bitter. Place was packed and loud. And my head too close to a spinning board- if I leaned back it hit it. For that pizza, I'd go back.

Yelp
Vons 1000 spirits definitely made a place in our hearts and stomachs as part of the top 3 best restaurants we have experienced in Seattle. First and foremost, they made it to their 75th year in business, how many restaurants can say that? Not many! So they are definitely doing something right. I need to give a shout out to their hand made pasta, we tried a couple dishes made from that pasta and both were phenomenal. But let me tell you, no pasta in Seattle so far beats the smoked Gouda pepper pasta, it was creamy, a little spicy, and the taste of that pasta... my god! The Mac and cheese was pretty good too, but I feel like that has alot to do with the pasta. The cheese part we felt could have had a better consistency and flavor but the pasta was so good that it didn't seem to matter haha. The bread there was actually really great too, it was our third favorite thing. The salmon chowder wasn't our favorite, but it's okay you can't love everything everywhere you go. We felt it was too watery.

Yelp
First time visitor, and a HUGE fan. Can't wait to go back again. Came in at the end of a long, rainy night and the warm interior was a blessing. We were seated fairly quickly despite it being busy, and the wait staff as super attentive to us. We had several cocktails between the four of us as well as some tasty snacks and desserts. It was a great way to end a fun evening and I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Yelp
I recently visited Vons Thousand Spirits, and as soon as I entered the restaurant, the first thing that caught my eye was the fresh saddle pasta being prepared. I couldn't wait to try it out. My friend Varna and I were on a girlfriends' lunch date. I ordered the pesto pasta, and my friend got the Mediterranean pasta. We really wanted to try the vegetarian options because we've heard great things about them. The service was pretty quick, and the pasta arrived in about 15 to 20 minutes. The presentation of both dishes was excellent. The pesto cream looked delicious, and the Mediterranean pasta was smothered with deep red marinara, sun-dried tomatoes, and various Mediterranean herbs. My friend and I couldn't decide which of the two dishes was better, so we decided to split both. To my surprise, it was too difficult to choose a winner. All in all, I highly recommend this restaurant for its fresh, in-house sourdough pasta.

Yelp
My husband and I came to Vons because we were seeing a concert at the Showbox. It's perfect walking distance (2 minutes) to the venue. For an appetizer, we ordered the beef confit fries. They were extremely delicious and tastes similar to chili cheese fries. It was a massive serving, easily could be split by 4. For the main dish, I got the walla walla sweet onion burger and my husband got the chicken parm sandwich. Mine was good, but extremely messy and difficult to eat. I ended up removing the bun and eating the party and onions with a fork. I got a side cesar salad, it was huge and extremely refreshing and delicious. The chicken parm sandwich was flavorful but difficult to chew and tough. My husband said "it's got a lot of flavor but you have to want it" lol. For a drink, I ordered the Basil blood orange moscow mule. I'm not a big alcohol fan and most drinks I kind of have to choke down, but I ordered 3 of these! Their really cutely presented with a little candied blood orange sliver floating on the top. It's super refreshing and kind of tastes like an emergency packet. This place is cool on the inside and definately a good date night spot. Portions are absolutely massive so keep that in mind.

Yelp
This is our second time at Von's. It is on the diagonal corner of the art museum. Very easy to find. We came back for a second time because we really like their King Salmon pasta. We had fish and chip and King Salmon pasta at our first visit. We shared a cocktail. Both dishes were impressive and portion is large. We enjoyed it very much. I would say the fish and chip is as good as the ones I had in England. The cocktail we had was delicious as well but I could not remember its name. When went back for a second time in 2 weeks. We both had their King Salmon pasta. Nice and satisfying meal. I would like to add that it uses their own sourdough pasta made on site. You can also buy the dry pasta home as well. If you go at the right time, you can see the pasta machine in action. We made a reservation online for our first visit for a 7pm seating. When we went the second time, reservation was full. But we only waited for less than 20 min when we walked in at 6:15pm for our second visit. Not bad at all, especially for a Friday night dinner. Their service was great. Staff was friendly and attentive. This is a bar restaurant so the vibe is lively with music in the background. Tables are quite close together. They also have bar seating. It is definitely not for any intimate conversations. They have so many liquor bottles and posters on display. The place is fun and festive. Love it here. This will be my go to place in Seattle for dinner

Yelp
Got a table at the bar before a concert at the Market Showbox. I had my doubts about Vons thinking that it might be a tourist trap restaurant. While there were plenty of tourists Vons was great, great food, drinks and service. I got a burger with fries and my wife got bolognese pasta.

Yelp
Great service, wonderful ambience, and food was delicious and quick to be served! We tried the bang bang chicken off the happy hour menu. The cod taco is worth a try! And the mushroom pizza had such a lovely doughy texture! We couldn't stop eating even though we were full. Portions are big! We probably could have ordered less but glad to have leftovers!

Yelp
This place was recommended to us by the hotel front desk staff. It was worth the stop. We split the fog and prosciutto pizza and it was so worth the walk. The restaurant is crowded and lines form quickly for a reason. It's delicious! To boot the staff is phenomenal. They have vodka distilling on site and fantastic ambiance.

Yelp
After a show at Benaroya Hall we came here for dinner, having experienced their Woodinville location in the past, we waited shorter than the original estimate. I was told the salmon pasta was good so I tried it and it was good! The portion size was too much for me to finish in one sitting. Loved their eggplant hummus since it was still happy hour and got that as an appetizer. Husband ordered the vegetarian pasta dish that also tasted fantastic. Overall we had great service from our waiter and everybody enjoyed their food and drinks. Will definitely be back after going to Benaroya Hall as it's such a short walk.

Yelp
I rave about the salmon sourdough pasta at Von's to everyone I know. The sauce is creamy and thick, and the pasta sponges up the sauce really well. They give you a generous amount of salmon and every bite is truly a taste of heaven. I've also tried their salads, which are fresh, refreshing, and delicious as well. During lunch hours on Monday-F, you get 25% off with a WA license, which is a good deal. There are always good vibes at Vons and I'm definitely going to keep coming back!

Yelp
Back at Von's, and it never disappoints! We started with the clams, which come with an addictive sauce you'll want to finish with the bread. For mains, we had the sourdough pasta with chicken, and I went for the flatbread fig pizza, my personal favorite. Von's also keeps things fun with their drink deals, like their Manhattan special.
