Small Batch Brewery From Pennsylvania Sets Up Weekend Beer Garden in Shaw - Eater DC

"Voodoo Brewery, an employee-owned brewery based in Meadville, Pennsylvania, has been pouring small batch beers in Shaw. They have a temporary setup at 625 T Street NW, Washington, D.C., and are exploring the local market with weekend operations. The brewery is known for its imperial-style ales and lagers and has been rotating eight different tap lines at the temporary beer garden." - Gabe Hiatt

Voodoo Brewery is the place to go in Meadville to try out some craft brews, not to mention the outrageously delicious food selection! Mind you, the menu is limited, but each item is uniquely customized to the customer's pallet. The caprice pizza was phenomenal, but the highlight was the truffle oil french fries! The prices are most reasonable, and the atmosphere is always upbeat and lively. On Thursdays, Voodoo hosts an open mic jam in their upstairs lounge. To descend into the night with a smile on your face and spirits on your breath, be sure to ask Spencer to be your bartender! He makes the scene come alive with wit and charm! Fabulous place!

Google
This was my first visit to this restaurant. I have to say that Spencer went way over and above, making us feel comfortable. I have to say that I was having trouble finding the parking lot, and then Spencer ran out to the street to guide me in. Varied selection of brews - not a problem getting a taste to help find what you like. The food is prepared for you where you can see it being made. I appreciated that there are food selections that are not typical fried bar food.

Google
Phenomenal place to grab a quick bite to eat and hear some awesome local music if they're having any at the time. The atmosphere is great. Food and service are awesome! Just went for the first time and would recommend it to anyone who's never been!

I used Voodoo Brewery to host my rehearsal dinner the weekend of my wedding. The staff was super easy and quick to communicate with regarding the catering menu and prices. The upstairs room where the party was located was very comfortable and had a cool atmosphere. We ordered a bunch of food including salad, pizzas, and pretzels which were all delicious! The bartenders were quick to serve drinks as well. Awesome place to celebrate any event! (Decorations were added by my sister)

Anytime I’m in the area Arch St is a must stop brewery visit. Food is very tasty as well, on nights then the kitchen is serving. This is location number one in my book and is my favorite. The Erie, PA location downtown at the Boston Store location is a close second. Order beer or amazingly crafted mixed drinks & food right at the bar. Your name will be called out when your food is ready to pick up at the kitchen window. Py

It was great to visit the original Voodoo Brewing. The decor is unique and a lot of fun. The service was phenomenal, and the food and beer was delicious.

Google
I was referred to Voodoo by a coworker. I took my friends this weekend while we were visiting for Conneaut's Fall Festival. Needless to say, we had a great time. The food and drinks were awesome, and the brewpub had a great german-style vibe. No questions asked, we will be returning.

Vibe: Urban hipster Decor: Typical brewpub in an old building that I'd love to know more about. Everyone raves about the old doors hung from the ceiling, but I found them to be kind of pointless and a little dumb. Beer: Amazing. They've got a large selection, and they're quite sophisticated. Food: Very good, upscale pub grub. Napkins: (Yes, they're remarkable enough to write about.) Weird and cheesecloth-like. They reminded me of the real cloth towels in old school public bathrooms. I did not care for their texture, and they seemed like they would be difficult to clean. Bathrooms: Roomy and clean. Overall: Thumbs up.

Yelp
Service was awesome, it's common you walk into a place like this and be not sure what to do or where to go, but Spencer made sure we were well informed and addressed our questions we had. Food was awesome, the Voodill pickle was phenomenal and according to my father, beer was awesome too.

Lisa M.

Yelp
Ordered one of their salads with the "make it a wrap (with fries)" option. Took forever. People who ordered after me received their food before me- by a lot. Finally food comes up (they call from the kitchen to pick up) and they didn't make it as a wrap and had a full appetizer portion of fries. Apparently they called me for the fries prior but I didn't hear them, and also wouldn't have thought a full basket of fries were mine given my order, so by the time the salad came up, the fries were cold. I was so hungry at that point I just ate it. Although fries were way too much for one person. Salad was delicious though.

Yelp
Voodoo Brewing is more of a recent discovery for me. I'm not entirely sure why because they seem to be a big brewery with multiple locations. I imagine the reason why is that living on the West Coast(Formerly lived in Colorado which is fairly west too all things considered)this brewery brand and it's products don't quite trickle all the way over yet (But I think they are opening a location in Las Vegas so all of that is changing as I write this review). For this brewery I was happy to get the opportunity to try one of their beers! The Oh Mama was a fantastic lager we had with a great lemony flavor to it. The beer had a body to it that was great! It did have a sweetness to it but was well balanced and had a clean flavor feature to it too. Such a well made beer! Of course where would I be without swag... namely t shirts or hoodies? Voodoo has shirts and hoodies in which their logos and art designs are totally up my alley so I definitely picked up a few shirts. Voodoo also has an online store as well with their clothing . As I conclude this review I can already see a hoodie I'd love to get my hands on!

Yelp
Great place for a beer. They also have food options. The service is quick and efficient

Yelp
I really like this Voodoo location. It's become our favorite dinner stop on our way to the lake we visit in the summertime. The taproom has a cozy and welcoming feel and the bartenders match that energy. The beer taps are inside of upcycled retro refrigerators which is a really cool aesthetic. You probably already know they have great beer (my favorite is the Belgian style Voodoo Love Child), but this review is mostly about the food! I finally tried their popular pickle pizza which was sooo delicious and full of flavor. It has a garlic pesto spread and extra dill. I also love that they have three different types of mussels on the menu which are all excellent. Highly recommend this place if you find yourself in Meadville.
google avatar

Romil L.

Yelp
Great tasting food with their vast amount of draught beer! You must try their Beer Mussels if you like seafood! If not, then for the land carnivores, go for the Pulled Pork Nachos!! If neither fancies you, they have several sandwiches, Grilled Reuben, or special Burgers to dive into!

Scott K.

Yelp
The beer was good but they only filled the solo size cup 2/3 full for a draft $7.50 beer. I never ever had that happen before. It took a long time in line to even get a beer and order food. It then took forever for the food which I had to check on twice. Had the Mac and Brisket which was good but at $15 for the amount of brisket was in my opinion overpriced. Ambience was fine. I will not have to rush back.

Yelp
This a hip place to go with a great selection of beers and drinks. Has comfortable feel to it but don't let that fool you.... they have a great selection even for those with a selective palate

Yelp
Big Brown Ale, heck yeah! One of my faves and have had it many times at Homestead location. This original location in Meadville is super close to my parents house in Conneaut Lake. First time getting to stop in because it's always hectic when up there for a visit. Shared a flight between four of us and of course the pours were delish. I like this place a lot. The pours are some of the best around. Decor is spot on. I've always been a huge fan of repurposing, shabby chic, rustic and it's perfect. Pretty decent crowd when we were there Xmas Eve early afternoon and I imagine it gets crazy during tourist season and when college is in session as Allegheny College is just a hop, skip and jump away. Two thumbs up!

Yelp
Ok, I'm sort of a big city girl who moved to a small city place. Wow did Vodoo bring the big city vibes! The decor, exposed brick, cool lights, old doors hanging from the ceiling. Huge beer list written out in chalk as is the food menu. Now let me say i fell in love on a Wednesday at 3pm. No food options available. 4 dudes inside. Mellow music playing but it just has that vibe that you know it's a cool place. I can't wait to check it out on a Friday or Saturday! As for what i drank, it's called Vibrant Thing, and it's the perfect name. 7.1% glass of heaven. Apricot rules this pale ale. I can see me slurping this on a hot sunny day. Simply delicious and delightful! Glad i got a job in Meadville and discovered Vodoo. We are going to be great friends (: Oh and a shout out to Kate, the bartender. So helpful, so friendly, so informative. She made the experience that much better! the end.

Yelp
We visited Voodoo on a road trip last year and it's definitely not the sort of place you'd expect in this town. The beer was pretty good and the brewery is very laid back. We were disappointed that they didn't have food, but it's a good place to grab a drink and relax.
google avatar

Nichole T.

Yelp
Great little brewery with a great selection of beers. Quaint, great place to grab a beer and socialize. They serve pizzas due to covid restrictions, menu is pretty limited. Great service!

Yelp
This should be rated 5 stars because of the amazing beer they have to offer and if it didn't include the food it would have been a solid 5. The atmosphere is rustic, retro, hipster, feng shui... Pick your adjective! Such a great feel to a place that is serving TOP NOTCH brews to a population of only a touch over 13k people. Yes, you read that right! A town this size serving brews that are rated amongst the top ten in all of the Keystone State! This place deserves a special visit to even if you're not from the area. We became such insta fans that we have discovered they have three locations, plus another that just opened at Pittsburgh International Airport. We hope that means we'll be able to buy their beers in Chicago soon!!! Fingers crossed. Hope you stop and enjoy amazing beer at this rare find!

Kevin W.

Yelp
Great beer, and spirits, good chow, cool employees... What more do you need to say? The rest is up to you!
google avatar

Bob H.

Yelp
The beer here is as good as it gets! It's better than some of the great microbrew offerings in Colorado as well as the Southern Tier selections, which in our area are pretty good too. Curt is a restless brewer who tries new things all the time. He will not release a beer that is not up to his impeccable standards. Adam and Matt are great, friendly barkeeps who know their beer and keep your glass full. The only drawback is that the food is unimaginative and when the deep fryer is going, the ventilation is inadequate. Too many of the dishes are unhealthy. If Voodoo could up its food game, the place would be five star!
google avatar

Steve M.

Yelp
Nice brews. Adam the bartender is a good dude. Parking is hell but worth it. Tried the lager and brown ale. All nice

Yelp
This place is always great. The beers and food are constantly changing, and just about everything I've had here was pretty awesome.

Yelp
In a town with little going on and few memorable eateries and taverns to choose from, Voodoo Brewery stands out. Sort of like a Bohemian uncle with Navy tattoos in Mayberry. Anyway, Voodoo's standout is its wide assortment of craft brews, many local. Making a decision can be hard in such a case. Ah! But they'll help you with narrowing down your choice in the form of free samples. I prefer hopsy brews, my wife favors light bodied ones. The bartender guides you through their offerings with patience, humor and samples until you've found just what you need on that cold night stranded in plain old Meadville, PA. Food offerings range from burgers to pasta to vegetarian, but prepared to stand out from generic bar room fare. You order at a window and pick it up when it's ready. (Sorry, but the veggie burger rather sucks.) Voodoo's atmosphere is wickedly alluring - subdued lighting, beer and food offerings chalked on walls like a spirit from the Otherworld leaving graffiti for mortals. Some comfy, threadworn chairs add to the welcoming atmosphere. Random old doors attached to the ceiling add to the bohemian vibe. The long, traditional wooden bar looks like it was taken from Rick's Night Club in Casablanca. (You won't see Ingrid Bergman sashaying through the door. But maybe the spirit of Anthony Bourdain.) And Sam won't be playing the piano either. BUT, Voodoo has local bands to entertain you upstairs. The overall vibe is youthful, yet somewhat retro, cool. Whoda thought in a town where the Trump signs outnumbered those of realtors selling homes? Stuck in Meadville, PA? Mosey on down to Voodoo Brewery where the cold suds go down too easy and the music soothes the soul.

Yelp
Atmosphere for everyone, food that is interesting and showcased along some epic beer brewed. Always a treat when in the city.

Yelp
I cannot allow myself to say "how can such a cool place be located in Meadville?" But I really want to say that. But then, maybe if it wasn't located in Meadville it wouldn't be what it is. And obviously the owners had reason to open it there. Honestly, it's probably out of jealousy it's not located in Pittsburgh. One reason to come back up to Meadville again (I guess family counts too:). I walked in and was immediately blown away. Such a cool design! It's bigger than I thought, but also seemed very cozy inside. It probably had something to do with the real wood burning stove in the corner. Or the wooden tables that looked like they were crafted by hand. And the coolest thing (not including the beer)... all the old wooden doors on the ceiling. I just love quirky accents! But, did the beer match the cool aesthetic? It certainly did! I had the Winona's Big Brown Ale and thought it was excellent. I love brown malted beers and the hint of chocolate added to the flavor. But what I thought was really great was the mimosa/beer drink they served. I kinda scoffed at it, but then had a taste of a friends and it was excellent! I would definitely order one when I stop in again. Hopefully when I come back to try the food!

Yelp
My second visit and I came back for a reason! Great beer, great venue, great staff! The "Killapilz" and "Wynona's Big Brown Ale" are my favorites! This is an awesome space! Congenial staff and friendly patrons.

Yelp
A little on the hipster side, but I dig it. Stopped by on my way back from Erie with a friend to give it a try. We shared a sampler to see what we liked, there is a nice mix of beers for all tastes. Bartenders were friendly and happy to share their knowledge. The place is not too small but not too big, either. It was busy while we were there and I can definitely see this place getting crowded. The food made here is so fresh and unique that they don't even print menus because it changes so frequently. We were told to read the wall around the kitchen window if we wanted to eat. Food is ordered directly from the kitchen. We ordered the meatball sub and stuffed (onion) bulbs. Both were delicious. The menu is simple but like the beer has something for all tastes. Random note: I may have been a little buzzed, I'll admit....but it took me a little while to figure out the sinks in the bathroom.

Yelp
Love this little bar in this little town. I want them to open one in LA!! I love their decor, from their colorful blackboard menu to their hanging doors and wine barrel furniture. Plus, their selection of drinks and food is reminiscent to any hip bar in Los Angeles, where I'm from. They not only serve wine and beer, but they serve coffee and tea, and even milkshakes and beer floats. Although we didn't try their food, they had a very promising and delicious-sounding menu. Next time I visit the mother in law, we'll be back!
google avatar

Stephanie C.

Yelp
This location has a great vibe large outdoor seating area, and great staff. Matt and Vinny were helpful and knowledgeable. The beer was great, although I really wish there had been more seasonal beers on. Other than the six year-round beers, there were only two seasonals, and they were both IPAs. Regardless, I'd still recommend people come as the vibe is great.
google avatar

Rachel C.

Yelp
This is a cool local place with a nice selection of beer options. I was excited about the weekly rotating, locally sourced menu. The concept and menu are great...unfortunately, the taste of our food was not so much. The hummus and pita were rather tasteless. My veggie burger sounded great, but the burger itself was also tasteless and even dry and crumbly. It tasted like I was biting through bread rather than a "burger". My husband's shrimp pizza, however, had really good flavor. I respect the quality and concept of the menu, but wish the taste did it justice.
google avatar

Mike M.

Yelp
Wow the beer sampler was great mix of refreshing options. The burger was best i had in a while. Staff was courteous, freindly and well informed

Tim T.

Yelp
When in town for work some coworkers recommended I stop in here for a brew. Good vibes was excellent IPA and tried the cucumber. It sounded like.somethibg I wouldn't touch but was recommend. Different but refreshing and actually liked it. Not to make it a night long choice but was a pleasant surprise and worth the price. Overall would recommend stopping in. Home town brewery with a funky relaxed feel.

Yelp
Visiting the wife's family for the holidays we wanted somewhere to eat and for me to try good beer. They had both. Food was very good and many beer types and styles to try. Fireplace was cool as it was 8 degrees out. Overall a cool little brewery.

Yelp
We stopped here on the way to a tourney and were very happy. 2 adults and 2 kids found good food, great beer and an interesting space. The servers were nice and the food was good. We had a burger, pulled pork sandwich and pizzas. Everyone left happy.

Yelp
We stay for Vacation in Meadville, and the Daughter from our Girlfiend lives in Meadville. The Salat and the Bretzel was very Good. The Personal was very friendly. We are from Germany, and Myers English is Not so Good. Best regards from German!!

Yelp
This is what you probably want to know....Voodoo is worth the trip. The beers are phenomenal. They have their regulars all lined up and a rotating line up of seasonal and sort of experimental beers in their "mini-fridge" menu. The brewpub has an open, eclectic, retro-hipster vibe. On the first floor, there is a long bar, a similarly long communal table are and two "lounge" areas with one made of church pews. The second floor was closed, but it had a similar high ceiling, open environment with smaller tables and a few unique window seats. The service was great. Our bartender was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. But let's be honest, the beers are the stars of this place. Every beer had a nice complexity and smooth taste. You can't go wrong. Three of the four beers were outstanding and couldn't even choose a favorite between Breakfast of Champions Stout, Knucklehead IPA, and the Voodoo Love Child. I did not have the food, but the menu was appealing. It could be best described as adventurous, creative, and inspired. Many of the items used the beers as ingredients. I'll be back to try more beers and definitely try the food. If you are a beer lover from Pittsburgh, it is definitely worth a day trip.
google avatar

Jameson J.

Yelp
This place rocks. It alone is worth the trip to Meadville. Extremely high quality and experimental microbrewed beers crafted by the beer-god Matt Allyn, funky decor, a unique, fresh, and rotating menu (e.g. fresh stone-cooked pizza with kangaroo meat) and knowledgeable and friendly staff. This place and their beer are the real deal.

Yelp
I stopped by here with my girlfriend for lunch for a second time this past Sunday. Thankfully, the kitchen staff was around this time and not out playing at a local music festival so we were able to taste their food. If you have never been here before the inside of the restaurant is decorated awesomely. Between the random old front doors hanging above your heads to the different colored light coverings and the bright red vintage refrigerators, this place is comforting. For our lunch my girlfriend and I decided to start off our meal with the homemade hummus appetizer. On our last visit we had saw some fresh pitas being delivered to the restaurant and they did not disappoint. The hummus was clearly homemade and tasted good with the toasted fresh pita. For my entree I decided upon the gator tacos. I am not sure whether they had these to pay homage to the fact that they are a voodoo brewery and so this is indicative of Cajun cuisine of it had something to do with the nearby Allegheny College mascot but either way, I was excited. The tacos were awesome and were made up of soft taco shells with the insides consisting of some gator tail and a slaw all of which was covered by a sweet and spicy slaw sauce. I enjoyed the sauce so much that I ended up dipping the leftover pita chips from my appetizer into some that had spilled out of my taco. During our meal I was also able to taste one of their seasonal beers which was a beer made with 250# of cucumber as well as some lemongrass. I can't say that I have ever tried another beer like it although I could see how it would be a refreshing beer for the summer. Even though it was interesting I decided to go with the 4 seasons IPA which ended up being a much safer and nicer choice. The bottom line for me is that I will definitely head back here again whenever I am in the area. The vibe of the place combined with good food and good beer should make this a place to visit for anyone.
google avatar

John K.

Yelp
Good beers and, when I've been here, its always been with a couple of friends, passing through, and we've had a good time. If I had any advice, or a criticism, its that the girls behind the bar are about as detached as any servers I've ever experienced. Seems like they just don't want to be there, and you're bothering them by ordering. It just brings the mood down - kind of a buzz kill.
google avatar

Mick H.

Yelp
This was a great stop on our trip It was great to see Matt and Curt and discuss their great beer while have a few. The food was all top notch and well prepared. Can't wait until we get another chance to get to this area of PA just to stop in again.

Kari S.

Yelp
This place is the bomb! Great service and organic local food with beer that is to die for! The atmosphere is perfect after a long day at work or for catching up with friends and family. They have a huge area upstairs for bands and a private room. The sound system isn't great for listening to music. I tried everything on their menu and not one complaint. You can't go wrong. This place is a hidden gem. Especially in a small town where most of the bars are super smoky. It has fresh air, no smoke, great food and drink, good looking servers and the person who started this business must have done this before. A GEM for sure!
google avatar

Jennifer C.

Yelp
5 stars for the beer. 4 stars because the veggie burger turned out to be a big patty of mashed black beans. Chatted with the bartender about that and I hope they'll work on making it really delicious. The rest of the menu looked great, but I haven't tried the other dishes yet. Now, THE BEER!! I had Breakfast of Champions stout and it was the best ever. In line with the chocolate stout movement, but with a sophisticated blend of flavors that made for a stout that was somehow deeply, substantially flavorful without being super heavy. I tasted the Good Vibes IPA and have never had such a flavorful, balanced IPA in my life. In general, these brewers know how to bring complex flavors together and make them work as whole. You can't go wrong. I'm lately totally into stouts, but if you can't decide, get a flight. The presentation is gorgeous and you'll get a great sense of what Voodoo can do for you. The place itself is totally inspiring. I loved reading about all the ways they repurposed materials to create a completely unique decor that is fully hipster without a whiff of pretentious. It was inspiring to be in such a thoughtfully designed environment--definitely what I hope the future looks like. I also really enjoyed the blend of people from different backgrounds, all enjoying themselves thoroughly. What a friendly, mellow environment. You know how some brew pubs can be too pleased with themselves? Just too busy to actually talk about their beers? Not this place. Pleased, yes. Welcoming, yes. There are special events to catch, such as Sunday brunch and Friday beer specials when they open a cask and pour till it's gone. I consider Voodoo Brewery a destination joint and I'll be back.
google avatar

Tim B.

Yelp
Such a cool, funky place with very distinctive beers and terrific food. All of the decor is made from repurposed wood and the menu changes frequently. My wife and I had Voodoo Love Child, strong but tasty, to accompany our chicken tacos which were delicious. They also have soft drinks in vintage bottles, so our teenage son and his friend thought that was pretty cool. There was a fire in the fireplace and it had such a fun, chilled out feel. It's such a great addition to the town of Meadville.

Yelp
We stopped at Meadville on our way back to Pittsburgh. We had heard about this place and we thought to grab the chance and visited. It was Sunday and the place opens at noon, so having arrived earlier we waited for a while until it was open. Soon we realized there were many more people waiting outside the place for it to open. This set our expectations even higher than what they were before. Clearly the place has a character! Nice, interesting decoration and friendly people working there. The menu is limited and the food is ok. I had the chicken salad sandwich; nothing special but nothing bad as well. The beer selection is nice and being a fan of lager I tried the pillzila, which was great! Overall a nice experience! I also overheard some conversation between other customers and the bar tender and it seems they will be opening one down in Pittsburgh. I can definitely see myself visiting their new establishment!

Yelp
-We stopped at VooDoo on our way home from Pittsburgh. Didn't know much about the place, but once we got there I was very glad we stopped. They had a great beer selection. The bar itself was very long with lots of additional seating. Seemed liked a great hang out place. -We split a pizza, it was just okay nothing special. -As for the beer I had the sampler. 4 Seasons IPA was pretty tasty, it was also nice they sold it in bottles. Also the Pilzilla wasn't too bad, they also sell that in bottles. They allow you to buy mixed packs of their beers so we bought a couple of each to take home. Also tried the Wynona's Big Brown Ale, Gran Met Belgian, VooDoo Love Child Fruity Belgian, and White Majick of the Sun another Belgian...they were all pretty decent. The best beer however was their Simcoe hopped HTP IPA, it was EXTREMELY good, we were upset they didn't sell it in bottles..however we took a growler for the road to bring home. -For merchandise they had some tshirts and a great tulip glass. -If you're driving through, it's not more than 5 min off the thru way and definitely worth stopping in to check out

Peggy B.

Yelp
Came for evening meal and delighted at how healthy and delicious the food was. I had the vegetarian burger and friend had the pulled pork burritos. Very good with the homemade potato salad, and much of the food is local farm to table! Hurray! Great to have a place with a vibe this cool and music this hip right in town. Loved it and we will be back. Nite, didn't try the beer as I am gluten free but they have many choices of beverages. I ordered the veggie burger w/o bun and hoped it was g-f; found out talking to Matteo that the chef will do all kinds of adaptations to help special diets.

Yelp
Menu is small, but the offerings are interesting and made with quality ingredients. . I don't even like beer, but am always happy to go because the food is great, the atmosphere is fun, and they have sangria!
google avatar

James L.

Yelp
Rustic atmosphere with sub-par beer and food. Curbside appeal is wanting, and that continues into the bar. Friendly bartenders can not mask the lack of favorable options from all types of beer and spirits. The food is not on the same level as a typical restaurant. The Burger was decent, but comes at the mercy of the kitchen as I was not given an option for my burger toppings or preferred temperature. Avoid the surf and turf at all cost. For the low sum of $24 you can have four cuts of meat that is "flank steak", nothing but tough not turf. The "prawns" are just shrimp. The loaded potato consists of a cold potato with sour cream and cheese (Not even the butter could melt on this potato). Likely will not visit again

Ian V.

Yelp
Microbreweries are a dime a dozen nowadays, but Voodoo is a standout. The beer is consistently excellent, and I love stopping in whenever I'm in town to try out new offerings. Cool venue in downtown Meadville, and delicious snacks on offer as well, although selection is somewhat limited and pricey. But the main event--the beer--is truly first-rate.

John B.

Yelp
Good beer & good food. Would have gotten the full five stars, if the service was slightly better. My wife & I had to wait several times, standing at the bar with empty glasses, while all three bartenders carried on conversations with what we assumed were local regulars.

Yelp
Stopped here on my way to Erie. Love their beers. Great bartender, atmosphere was great. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Very cool brew pub. Best brewery in Meadville!! ;-) Funky cool brewery. Consider this place an extre nice tasting room. Bar, communal table with a couple smaller tables. Upstairs is tables and open space. Menu is quite limited, no table service. Good place to try some beer and meet interesting people.

Yelp
Great beer and food. Our only issue was the extremely slow service. No one greeted us when we walked in and we finally had to ask how to get a beer.
