Bar Voyage

Starting with the most important thing, the food was fantastic. I got the beef burrito and my friend got the chili and pork stew, and we both loved our meal. We agreed we'd definitely come back because of the food alone. The restaurant operated for 6 years in NYC before moving to San Anselmo, and they've obviously got some great recipes under their belt. The menu is very small, but it seems what is on there is great. The food's presentation was great, too. The waiter was friendly and knowledgeable without being overbearing at all. The food was brought out in 10 minutes, a perfect amount of time. Our biggest complaint was that the backless wooden seats (not the booth) were pretty uncomfortable. My friend also said her cocktail didn't have quite enough alcohol and too much ice. Additionally, the music was just a bit too loud for a restaurant. All that being said, the very open decor scheme and atmosphere felt welcoming and original compared to other restaurants... In a good way.

What a cool place🤩 This wine bar has a great selection of wine and great cocktails. We had a few glasses and loved each one. About the food, I really recommend the burritos, they are incredible delicious and the nachos as well! The service was good and very quick. Great a place to go with your friends, co-workers and dates🤙🏼 Definitely we will go back!

A really cosy place to enjoy a drink and light bite, love sitting by the fireplace. Service is lovely too, we always feel taken care of when we go.

Such a wonderful vibe! Sam’s Sonoran is serving a really tasty menu Tues-Sat and becoming one of my go-to spots for dinner and a glass of vino!

The most beautiful bar there ever was. Really delicious food and drinks. Great pop ups and the opportunity to listen to local djs and live music is an added bonus.

The drinks were amazing, food phenomenal, and our server Lily was so sweet. Apparently they’ve only been open for ~7mos. Don’t miss the chance, just come in. Small bites but so worth it, didn’t feel like I over or under ate.

Very seriously love this place Food is super well prepared, great local ingredients and cheeses from different cheese farms around Marin. Great selection of non-alcoholic beverages for those who choose not to have any wine. Wine selection is eclectic and very fun to see different, non-boring varietals Service is top notch and can really see that people like working there Definitely coming back to try more of the food

The food was delish! Wasn't planning on eating here but ended up getting a bite. The wine was also really good we had this rose that was sort of fizzy but not quite sparkling and it was so good! The service was great and the vibes were 100. I went with a larger group ..It was very expensive so next time I would maybe go with one person and split a bottle vs going with a large party.

This place is awesome. A rare find. The space is incredible. A lovely long bar, a fireplace and comfortable chairs. The food is delicious. I can't say enough about this place. Voyage has lots of natural and small batch wines that you won't find at other wine bars. In fact, I think I'll pay them a visit tonight!

A much-needed and much-welcomed addition to downtown San Anselmo, and Marin in general. It's a social atmosphere with an eclectic wine list and an inspired set of low abv cocktails to mix it up. Voyage comes from the folks at Stilwater in Fairfax, who also own natural wine shop and vinyl store, Souvenir, which is also in San Anselmo. I recommend a seat at the bar, see you there?!

So I realize this place is almost a year-old, and I'm extremely happy it exists because Sam Anselmo has very few choices. It's a beautiful space as well. That being said, I would've given five stars if only they had a decent wine list. It's not too late.!! Please Get some serious Napa cabs on that menu. Everything you have is pretty embarrassing right now.

New wine bar in downtown San Anselmo. Went with my friends Friday evening around 5:15 - it was about half full. By 6:00 it was packed. Such a variety of clientele- very fun to see that. Staff are sooo nice and upbeat. They look like they are having fun with it. Interesting wine selection and good small plates. Good vibe, wine and food. Check it out!

Beautifully decorated, chill vibe. Really enjoyed meeting my friends for small plates and wine. Loved the Lambrusco which I have found to not available widely in wine bars. The food was delicious although the menu is a little fish heavy for me.
