I am still reeling from the incredible dining experience my group of 10 and I had at Voyage. From the moment we walked in, General Manager Julie went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. She spent over two weeks perfecting a customized menu that catered to our diverse dietary requirements and budget, ensuring that every detail was meticulously taken care of.
The evening began with a visit to the adjacent bar, where we indulged in some of the most innovative and delicious cocktails I've ever had the pleasure of trying. Julie's recommendation was spot on, and it set the tone for an unforgettable night.
As we made our way to the restaurant, we were struck by the stunning atmosphere, which rivaled the sets of a Netflix cooking show. But it was the culinary journey that followed that truly left us awestruck. Lead Chef Adam Simmonds, who was warm and welcoming, guided us through a breathtaking 7-course "voyage" that will forever be etched in our memories.
Each dish was a masterclass in flavor, technique, and presentation. The scallop and Wagyu beef tartare amuse-bouche was a sublime start, followed by a succulent lobster appetizer that melted in our mouths. The sweet bread and venison main courses were cooked to perfection, and the desserts were a sweet finale to an already unforgettable meal.
