Best Things to Eat and Drink at Downtown San Jose’s San Pedro Square Market - Eater SF

"If you plan your visit earlier in the day, travel via tastebud with Voyager Craft Coffee’s destination-themed drinks. The coconut cream, cayenne pepper, and honey of the Bali latte will have you daydreaming of volcanic hikes and trips to crumbling Hindu temples—while the orange blossom water and vanilla of the Valencia latte will take you to a garden terrace in sunny Spain. But a fan-favorite is the Tokyo latte. This delectably floral blend of espresso, cream, house-made vanilla, cherry blossom water, and brown sugar will transport you to springtime in Japan and its flowering trees. If you order it hot, don’t forget to request rainbow latte art." - Johanna Harlow

This place honestly blew me away. I went with five little expectations because I hadn’t looked up the place before and my expectations were wildly exceeded. Let’s start with the ambience first. The space is eclectic, extremely large, and has ton of seating. A lot of folks were working on the laptops and it would seem that this is the popular place to work from. I managed to find a seat by the bar adjoining the cafe. Some band was setting up there to perform, but I unfortunately couldn’t stay back and listen. Now coming to the coffee itself. It has some of the most unique and interesting flavour profile that I have ever had in coffee. Sure, I have had exotic latte, but never like this place. I asked for something, not too sweet, and my barista suggested the Santiago. I went with a suggestion, and I was so pleasantly impressed. Not onlyit has cinnamon which is common in some specialty coffee drinks, but it also had cayenne pepper which gave it a little bit of heat and contrasted so beautifully with the sweetness. I have never had anything like this before. And to put feather on the hat, the prices were extremely reasonable.

Voyager Craft Coffee in downtown San Jose isn't just a café, it's a cultural phenomenon. Located at 87 N San Pedro Street, this establishment has transformed the local coffee scene with its innovative approach to coffee and community. A Global Coffee Experience Voyager's standout feature is its "Destination Lattes," each inspired by international flavors. The Tokyo combines espresso with cherry blossom water, vanilla, and brown sugar, offering a delicate, floral sweetness. The Bali infuses coconut cream, cayenne pepper, and honey for a spicy-sweet kick. The Lexington features a house-made bourbon reduction and vanilla, delivering a rich, smooth profile. These creative concoctions have garnered a loyal following, with patrons often citing them as the reason for their frequent visits. Artisanal Food Offerings Complementing the coffee is a menu of thoughtfully crafted food items. The Avocado Hummus Toast combines creamy avocado smash with chickpea hummus, garlic, and lemon on fresh bread. The Almond Butter with Sliced Strawberry Toast offers a sweet and nutty option. For those with a sweet tooth, the Pistachio Swirl Croissant and Guava Croissant are popular choices. These offerings have made Voyager a go-to spot for both breakfast and midday snacks. Community and Ambiance Voyager's ambiance is as inviting as its menu. The café boasts a relaxed atmosphere with ample seating, free Wi-Fi, and dog-friendly outdoor spaces. Regulars praise the friendly staff and the sense of community that permeates the space. It's not uncommon to see patrons engaged in lively conversations or focused work sessions, all while sipping on their favorite brews. In summary, Voyager Craft Coffee offers more than just exceptional coffee and food, it provides a lifestyle experience that resonates with its patrons. Whether you're a local or a visitor, a trip to Voyager is a journey worth taking.

Google
The Voyager is an absolute gem in the heart of San Pedro Square! I tried the Saint John (their peppermint mocha and seasonal drink), and it was simply delicious—perfectly balanced a refreshing hint of peppermint. The location adds to the charm. San Pedro Square is lively, fun, and full of energy, making it a great spot to grab a coffee and soak in the atmosphere. The service here is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who make you feel welcome. It’s a fantastic spot for a casual date or even just catching up with friends. Highly recommend stopping by and trying the Saint John—it’s worth it!

Stopped in for a quick coffee and I was not disappointed. Most coffee shops you go to they have elaborate descriptions of the drinks but the taste doesn’t measure up but this is the first shop I’ve seen to deliver on what they offer. I ordered the Valencia and it did not disappoint and if you can’t decide the staff is so kind and willing to give recommendations and feedback! The location is great, I was able to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere.

I absolutely loved the drinks and baked goods at Voyager Craft Coffee! I enjoyed a silky cappuccino paired with avocado toast for dine-in, and both were incredibly delicious. The cappuccino was perfectly smooth, and the avocado toast was fresh and flavorful. Before leaving, I grabbed an iced Tokyo and a few baked goods to take with me. I was thrilled to learn that they bake their own treats, and they did not disappoint. Each bite was delicious and clearly made with care. The staff at Voyager Craft Coffee is amazing—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The location itself is fantastic, providing a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The combination of great coffee, tasty food, and excellent service made my visit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Voyagar Coffee to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

Google
A perfect coffee place with indoor and outdoor seating and co-working space. Friendly staff and well-maintained cafe. Elaborate menu with various drinks, including coffee (drip, cold brew, etc.) and toasts and pastries. Their seasonal menu is also worth trying. Avocado hummus toast was delicious.

Google
My favorite drink so far is Tokyo and my favorite pastry is pistachio rose morning cake. One of the best cafes in the area. Their drink are amazing. Their cold/hot coffee drinks are full of flavor and they are dreamy. They mixed a lot of flavors in one cup and when you taste each of them, it takes you around the world. They are unique. I fell in love with this place. Their pastries are limited but delicious. Also, they have great toasts. Forget to mention staff are friendly and the service is great too. It's a must try, awesome 👌

Yelp
Just wanted to give a shout out to Gabby. Some of the best customer service I have gotten here. And coffee here is always consistent. Their new Black Sesame Seasonal Coffee is one of my favorites at the moment. Thank you, Gabby!

Yelp
While visiting California I had a chance to stop by this coffee shop on Valentine's Day before heading off to our activities. Located in San Pedro square, we found some street parking right outside and service was quick, friendly, and smooth that Friday morning. I tried their lunar new year special, The Yue (black sesame latte) and my boyfriend had the Tokyo. Both drinks were delicious! The Yue had a great flavor balance of nutty and creamy. The Tokyo tasted light and refreshing from the cherry blossom, and nothing tasted overpowering. We just did a quick grab and go but they have tables inside. The ambiance seems like somewhere I would enjoy lounging in while enjoying my cafe items. Hope to be able to visit them again and try more menu items and their pastries!

Yelp
Vegan / Veg / Vegetarian Review: The coffee options are insane & colorful! They have soy, almond or oat milk for a vegan alternative.

Yelp
My favorite spot for coffee dates with my pup on the weekends! My favorite items have been: Santiago - Chocolatey with a really nice hint of spicy. This drink is best enjoyed hot. Avocado Hummus Toast - I love the addition of hummus and there is a zesty taste from the lemon that I like as well. This toast is the reason I started adding hummus to my avocado toast at home. Guava Croissant - They use real guava paste for this and it is SO GOOD. TIP: I order the guava croissant to go when they have it available and warm it up at home as a snack. Puppuccino- My pup loves the regular and seasonal puppuccinos! (Example of seasonal: In the fall, sometimes they make a pumpkin whipped cream) Service: The staff at Voyager is ALWAYS sweet and are a joy to be around. Ambiance: This is a very nice coffee shop that has a warm, but modern feel. It's spacious indoors which helps with the weekend crowd, but there is also plenty of outdoor seating.

Yelp
Came here on the Super Bowl weekend with a bunch of friends after lunch.. Was quite a feat to get a table. Three of us got Santiago and one of us tried Bali. I liked Santiago at Stevens creek voyager better. Here, it was slightly bitter. Bali was 4/5 - doesn't have brown sugar and is lighter roast

Yelp
I've been to Voyager's San Pedro Square location multiple times and have always enjoyed it. They have a great coffee and pastry selection, extremely kind staff, and plenty of indoor & outdoor seating. They also have unique seasonal coffees & bakery items, which I love. I recently stopped by to try their winter items & had my expectations exceeded. We tried both the Bergen & Bergen cold brew, espresso chocolate cookie, peppermint concha, & their egg salad toast. I knew I'd enjoy the coffee & toast but the pastries were next level. The cookie was amazing & the concha is one of the best I've had. If you stop by this holiday season you need to try it!

Yelp
Santiago - $6.20 Voyager craft coffee is a local go to in the San Pedro square. This is one of four locations in the Bay Area and the closest for anyone in the down town area. I've tried a couple of the destination lattes now and have loved both of them finding the flavors to be enjoyable and unique. Santiago has the added fun of a little kick from the chili. With fun flavors and a friendly staff of baristas crafting them I look forward to trying out more destinations soon.

Yelp
Voyager Coffee House in San Pedro, nestled in the vibrant surroundings of Downtown San Jose, offers a warm and inviting experience for coffee enthusiasts. One of its main attractions is its delicious organic lattes, which are expertly crafted with premium, locally sourced ingredients. Made with freshly roasted organic beans and creamy milk, these lattes stand out not just for their rich flavor but also for the care and artistry involved in their preparation. Whether it's the subtle hints of vanilla or the aromatic spices, every sip leaves a lasting impression, making it a favorite haunt for both locals and visitors. Hospitality: 4.5/5 Complementing its exceptional coffee offerings is the outstanding hospitality that defines Voyager Coffee House. From the moment patrons step inside, they are greeted with genuine smiles and a warm ambiance that makes them feel at home. The staff goes above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere, attending to customers' needs with patience and attention to detail. They ensure that a personalized experience that fosters a sense of community and belonging. Food: 4.5/5 I will give props to them for making an ube latte -- because they have baristas that ARE Fil-Am. The Manila that I got from Voyager was probably the best of region. In addition, the coffee cake that I also got wasn't too sweet, and it wasn't too sticky either! Service: 5/5 The energetic baristas at Voyager Coffee House further enhance the charm and appeal of this beloved café. Bursting with enthusiasm and passion for their craft, they infuse a sense of excitement into every cup they prepare. Their skillful handling of the espresso machine and their creativity in latte art showcase their expertise and commitment to excellence. The baristas' lively interactions with customers add a dynamic energy to the space, transforming an ordinary coffee run into an enjoyable and memorable experience. This vibrant synergy between the staff and their patrons reflects Voyager Coffee House's dedication to creating a unique and delightful destination in Downtown San Jose.

Yelp
Ordered the iced Manila. It tasted as if it were ube cereal milk, if there is such a thing. Soooo good! Do be warned, there is in fact coffee in there even if you can't see it. Def caffeinated. The empanada was delicious. It was filled with corn, poblano peppers, and cream cheese (I think). The crust was good. I don't usually like eating crust, but I did enjoy even the more carby bites. It was like eating a scone. Service as A+ and though the line gets long sometimes, it moves quickly. The seating area is spacious, quiet, and chill. I think I like this far more than in the early evenings when the bar opens up.

Yelp
This was our first time here as we were in the area during the day! It was pretty packed on a Sunday around noon when we went. There was a small line, but we were able to get our orders in fairly quick. Plenty of seating options indoors and out, it's connected to San Pedro square so you could even enjoy your coffee in the square. I got the Manila with oat milk substitute. It has a nice subtle hint of ube and coconut and I appreciated the fact that it wasn't overly sweet. I'd def come back to try out the other signature drinks here!

Yelp
Voyager Craft Coffee has a gorgeous interior. I am obsessed with the green walls and paintings hung up. The servers always make conversation with you and are really friendly. It is a great place to get some studying or work done. You can also have coffee dates with your friends. I ordered a matcha latte with my friend which was decent. If you like sweetened matcha, you have to make sure to ask! I also got an avocado toast which was delicious.
google avatar

Yelp
Voyager is located underneath the San Pedro Market sign. If you're standing in the front, it will be to your left. I love how they have seasonal drinks. My favorite seasonal one is Belfiore. I always have to savor every sip. My go to coffee is usually Valencia. I'll probably try something different next time. You can order ahead so you don't have to wait in the long lines that they can have.
google avatar

Sonal S.

Yelp
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Have been here a lot of times (almost every other week) and obsessed with their seasonal drinks. My favorites are Tokyo and Manila. Valencia is other cool flavor to try. Their indoor seating is perfect for work remotely

Yelp
Summary: I recommend this place. Coffee was good and staff is wonderful. Time of visit: 28Dec2024, Saturday. Food: Didn't order any pastries, so I can give a review about the quality but they look delicious. I ordered Lexington which is one of their specials; it's mixed with Jim Bean bourbon, and it was good. I was worried the bourbon would overpower the drink but surprisingly the blend was good. I could still taste the coffee, the bourbon is in the background. The only negative I could think of is that drink was not steaming hot. Staff: Friendly and beautiful people. They are happy they work there and grateful to have a job. Space: Casual and relaxed. I saw many with laptops and books. Good place to study or work because the space is huge and plenty of chairs and tables. The space is shared with a whiskey bar, Three Sisters Whiskey Bar. Oh, and while I was here, Saturday, there was a live band. Bathroom: Clean. I love the mirrored hallway. Parking: There is a parking structure close by, just outside the San Pedro Square and it's free for the first 90minutes.

Yelp
Love Voyager and this location. Quick service despite the constant lines, and there's ample seating in the back and outside. I always enjoy the Tokyo latte because it's sweet and floral. I also got the maple walnut coffee cake (not pictured) and loved that it was flavorful and not dry.
google avatar

Jen F.

Yelp
Voyager is a great coffee/breakfast spot! You order at the counter and there is a large seating area for dine-in. The employees are so friendly and will answer any questions. I ordered an avocado toast on GF bread (Udis) and it was very tasty. The pistachio rose cake is phenomenal! I highly recommend checking this place out for a casual coffee/pastry.
google avatar

Laney C.

Yelp
Not sure if I walked into a coffee shop or an art gallery Voyager Craft Coffee at San Pedro Square has one of the most meticulous interiors I've ever seen in a coffee shop. There's sooo much seating and sometimes they bring in live music (awesome if you're just vibing, not so great if you're trying to lock in ) they do "destination" drinks so we got the Manila ($6.20) and Valencia ($6.20). The Manila was creamy and had a pretty strong Ube flavor while the Valencia was a bit more floral. Would def recommend checking out if you're around downtown San Jose area
google avatar

Jem T.

Yelp
Cousins recommended this place, so it was my first time. Service is relatively quick, I don't think we even waited 5 minutes for our drinks to be ready. I tried the strawberry matcha drink and it was a rich green tea flavored balanced with the subtle sweetness of the strawberry. It's great that they have alternate mill options too. The indoor seating allows for a space to hang, study, and mingle.
google avatar

Shins T.

Yelp
I came with some coworkers on a Thursday morning around 9AM. I don't recommend coming any later as there was a line out the door after we arrived. I ordered a hot Manila latte ($6.20) and it had a nice subtle I've taste that was not too sweet. I would order this again, but I also want to try the Tokyo latte which apparently has a cherry blossom taste/essence which I thought was interesting. There is an area behind the ordering countering to work and there are plenty of seats/tables that are well lit. There is a free 90-min parking garage nearby if you don't live/work in DTSJ.
google avatar

Ellen S.

Yelp
Love voyager! Came to the San Pedro location and it's massive, bright with a great cafe vibe. Ordered the Tokyo and seasonal drink and it's so good! Service is friendly and nice.
google avatar

Hoai-Huong N.

Yelp
Voyager is one of my go to spots for coffee in DTSJ. It's located in the San Pedro Square so there's a lot of seats for people to study, chat and vibe. Also there's a food hall really close by too. Tokyo latte 5/5 (hot) I love the Tokyo Latte (but get it hot). This latte is very unique and you taste the flavors more when it's a hot latte. I had it iced before too but it was def not as good as when it's hot. Snowbird 5/5 This is a tea latte that I decided to get one day because I was feeling sick. It's a blend of chamomile and peppermint tea with honey and steamed milk. But this was amazing. I still think about this drink even though I drank it a month ago. It's just so comforting and not overly strong. I highly reccomend this drink if you don't prefer drinking coffees and want something different. Cold brew 2/5 This is very watery and def a pass. I would stick to their lattes if I want an iced coffee.
google avatar

Stephanie M.

Yelp
I used to go here alot when I worked by San Pedro Square. I love that it is in San Pedro Square because it's next to a lot of food places; also has a lot of tables which made it such a great study spot and a work area if I am ever to WFH. It can be a little noisy so if you do study/work at this area make sure to find a quiet spot. I always got the Tokyo drink which is my absolute favorite, the cherry blossom taste is really delicious. I also like the Cortado if I just want a simple easy drink. I saw that they have a new drink [Manila] which I am excited to try once I go back there again, I am an ube fan so I am excited! Service is always welcoming, they're always very nice and know how to interact with the customers they are serving.
google avatar

Liz M.

Yelp
Highly recommend the pistachio rose cake, the overnight oats, and their strawberry matcha!
google avatar

Sabrina S.

Yelp
We ordered the Manila and ube latte and both were delicious. I love how large the space is, making it a perfect place to study or hang out with friends. We also ordered a chocolate croissant which was lack luster. The servers were very nice and conversational.
google avatar

Coco G.

Yelp
Impressive, welcoming space! Every type of imaginable seating, high tables with stools, couches, bar stools, large regular tables that can accommodate 8 people comfortably. Clean bathrooms. Staff so friendly! They engaged us in personable conversation, above and beyond just taking our orders. These baristas are people-people, not just amazing drink curators. We ordered a mocha, a Santiago (cinnamon), and a Tokyo (cherry blossom), all in mugs. They fill them to the brim so they are a bit difficult to carry to your seat, but piping hot and creamy and delicious. Perfect sweetness level. Background music suitably in the background, allowing smooth conversation and easy reading.
google avatar

Kevin T.

Yelp
I ended up here after run club Sunday morning. They get very busy but there's plenty of places to hang around. Just be prepared to wait a little bit. Prices are similar to other coffee shops. I haven't tried it, but their overnight oats are popular. I typically only order espresso or americanos so I can't comment on their drinks. FYI: They do pupcups
google avatar

Susan N.

Yelp
Update! I had the chance to try more of their items before heading to work! I came in this time and I had a really good experience! I had a chance to look at the interior as well! There's many seats and the other side of the building is a bar. Spinach Empanada(4/5): Buttery, savory, delicious goodness! The flavors were immaculate with a cheesy taste. I will say though that the texture is cakey and I feel like there was lack of filling, but it was still very delicious! Tokyo Signature Drink(5/5): The drink was sweet and creamy. The hint of cherry blossom was perfect. It wasn't overpowering and I could taste the other flavors that were in the drink. I really enjoyed the drink overall! Service(5/5): The service was impeccable! We were welcomed as we walked in and were helped right away! The server was so nice, outgoing, and friendly! We also didn't wait long for our order so that's good! Overall, I had a great experience and I would come here again!
google avatar

Eddy G.

Yelp
This place is one of the few really good coffee shops that isn't just a big chain in the South Bay Area. Voyager has some really unique latte flavors that I've never seen anywhere else, and the one I had was really rich and flavorful. They also have some decent food options. I tried their overnight oats, as a recommendation from the barista, and enjoyed it. I was also really impressed by the MASSIVE seating area. There are tons of seats inside and out front. Seems like a really nice spot to just grab a coffee and relax. Next time I pass through, I might do just that.
google avatar

Sophia H.

Yelp
What a vibe here! I love the decor - from the ceiling lamps and plants to the quirky hanging skeleton to the vintage picture frames. There's even a bar across the room from the coffee counter. I was not expecting all the space this place has. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. However, it was pretty crowded when I came around 11am on Sunday. The menu is unique with their Destinations and seasonal drinks. I got an iced Tokyo (subbed oat milk) and a Spinach Empanada. I could taste the cherry blossom in my drink. It was subtle but not too subtle. The sweetness level was perfect for me. As for the empanada, it was delicious. A little flaky on the outside and soft on the inside. I do wish it was warm though, but maybe that was my fault for not asking to have it warmed up. I love that there were samples, so I got to try their new menu item, Belfiore (espresso, lavender, maple syrup, and cardamom). I could really taste the lavender, which I do love. However, I don't remember tasting the other notes since the lavender may have overpowered them. Overall, it's a really nice drink and I would get a full size of it in the future. All in all, I would definitely come back here. Such a cool and vibe-y coffee shop!
google avatar

Gillian A.

Yelp
I really dig the Manila signature drink because it reminds me of one of my favorite Filipino desserts, sapin-sapin. Lolol. The addition of mango is a stroke of genius as it brightens the taste like how jackfruit does in the dessert. Definitely one of the best ube-flavored coffee drinks that I've tried (and not a simple ube-extract gimmick that too many coffee shops have *cough*). Highly recommend the Diablo pour over if you want something that's exceptionally smooth (even for pour over standards) AND don't want anything of fruity taste. Straightforward goodness. The pistachio rose cake and raspberry oat bar are alright; a little overly crumbly but they aren't too sweet. Good enough if you want something to complement your drink here. Super friendly staff. First time trying Voyager Craft Coffee and overall I can see why it's a top hit in the Bay Area.
google avatar

Christine F.

Yelp
Got a London fog and thought it was decent. Cool space with lots of seating. The orientation of the ordering line was awkward, and there was a lot of traffic trying to get in line. Thankfully, the line was moving pretty fast.
google avatar

Sharena L.

Yelp
Voyager is my favorite coffee shop to go too! I always love the atmospheric when walking in. The workers here are always full of smiles! My usual drink is a Lexington with oakmilk. But when they come out with their seasonal drinks, it's game over! They are amazing!
google avatar

Amy Y.

Yelp
Ambiance: Located in San Pedro Square Market, the area is a bit crowded and can get pretty loud, but dog friendly which is cute. This is a popular spot for people to come work, with plenty of chairs and tables. Service: The staff are always relatively friendly and pretty patient. Food: This place is my go to spot for coffee - I love their lattes, especially their signature Manilla Latte which is an ube flavored latte with a beautiful purple hue. I love that the drink is pretty sweet but too sweet and has a strong ube flavor while still maintaining the coffee taste. I also enjoy matcha latte, I feel like its always well prepared where the matcha is blended well with the dairy and is not clumpy, and the ratio of matcha to dairy is great as well where you can still taste a strong matcha flavor without the drink being overpowered. Honestly my favorite coffee spot in the bay and every drink is delicious.
google avatar

Lety G.

Yelp
My favorite Voyager location. The staff here is super friendly and really quick. Came in on a Thursday morning and it wasn't super busy. They have a big selection of pastries and seasonal drinks. I ordered and iced Lexington to go. It was delicious, not overly sweet or strong. They had samples of the lemon poppy cake out so I grabbed one of those and since it was so good grabbed a slice to go!
google avatar

Yesenia T.

Yelp
My friend put me on to this spot just yesterday and it was super good! They were super friendly and welcoming even though there were a lot of people there, and we got our order in about 10 minutes. It's a perfect spot to hangout with friends or even just by yourself to study or have a coffee. * Almond Butter and Sliced Strawberry Toast 8/10 the strawberries were fresh and sweet which added a delicious taste to it! * Lexington Signature Drink * Avocado Hummus Toast * Sun-Dried Tomato Caprice Toast 10/10 my friend let me try it and it was sooo delicious!! If you like pesto+cheese, you'll definitely like this! And I will be back for this * Valencia drink * London Fog Tea I would definitely come back to try other things on the menu

Yelp
Came to this coffee shop in hopes of finding a new spot to read. And I did exactly that! I've gone twice in the last weekend. The first time I ordered an iced matcha latte. The matcha tasted decent, nothing out of this world. The second time, I tried the Tokyo latte. You can definitely taste the cherry blossom. At first, I was hesitant to try it but I actually loved it! I will be coming back specifically for that drink and their other unique menu items. They have a pretty spacious seating area, but it can get full during busy hours. Loved the ambiance and the music playing in here. Perfect place to read or get any work done :)
google avatar

Briana V.

Yelp
I was really excited to try Voyager. Definitely have heard a lot about this coffee spot and it did not disappoint. I believe I got the Tokyo which consisted of blossom water , expresso and vanilla, brown sugar as well, I got it iced and it was perfect for the hot day. The employee working the cash register was super friendly and I appreciated that so much as there was a decent size line, I also was able to snatch a bag of their granola. That stuff right there was a 10/10. Really enjoyed it and the coffee. The inside is very cozy and welcoming. It's right in San Pedro square so plenty to do and walk around.
google avatar

Sonia A.

Yelp
Why haven't you tried it? Delicious brewed coffee with different options in milk and even pastries! It gets busy in peak hours but it's really worth the wait. It has ample seating and it's casual so you can sit and sip or even work from here. They have other locations but our main stop is in the San Pedro square area.
google avatar

Mike P.

Yelp
Excellent hand made coffee, we enjoyed pour overs and Thai Iced Tea flavored iced coffee called Chiang Mai, which are only available for a limited time, definitely worth trying, and I hope they add it as a regular item!
google avatar

Rommel Q.

Yelp
Great atmosphere, happy and welcoming barista, and great tasting coffee. I recommend the Manila. Espresso, milk, Ube, mango, coconut crème, vanilla, and brown sugar.
google avatar

Felix D.

Yelp
Located in San Pedro Square next to a bunch of other shops and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and quite a few people come here either to take out their coffee or sit down at the tables and get some work done; there looks to be plenty of seating although you might want to get there early to get a spot. I ordered the Santiago and I could see why it is one of their signature drinks. The ginger and cinnamon in the drink is perfect for the colder weather. Check out this coffee shop if you are in the area.

Yelp
My old job used to stock voyager coffee in our cafe and I got addicted. Being in San Pedro Square is great for us because we can bring our toddler. While we don't let him run around it feels very kid friendly. It's mine and my besties Sunday morning treat. Get your coffee in your own cup or for here to lower your footprint.

Yelp
Service was great, there were some really interesting seasonal coffees which we tried--the Chiang Mai is delicious, very espresso-y, and the Belfiore was also really good, you could taste the cardamom. There is a lot of seating space and it's nice inside. I'd recommend getting a coffee and doing some work here!

Yelp
Ambiance is perfect for a coffee shop spacious decent wifi and lots of seating. The coffee itself is okay and pastries I found to be the same nothing special at all. Overall I enjoy this space and would recommend other's stop by if not for the coffee or products then for the ambiance.

Yelp
Nice place. But the vanilla latte is a little bit too sweet. Many seats indoor and outdoor.

Yelp
This location is located inside the San Pedro Square area, meaning there's ample seating and lots of people around! Service was quick for what is essentially a small counter stall - really surprising considering the amount of people in line at the time. I ordered the Bali, and really enjoyed it! My only complaint would be that the cayenne wasn't super integrated into a drink and was more or less just sprinkled on top, but I suppose its hard to incorporate the flavor fully otherwise. The honey and coconut cream added a nice creamy sweetness - and I was surprised that the drink didn't become cloying after a few sips!

Yelp
THIS is one of my FAVORITE coffee places in tje Bay area..in my opinion, they make some of the best coffee lattes and hot green matches lattes. Drinks quality is always consistent ,there is plenty of seating inside amd outside. I highly recommend the Hot Coffee Latte Single origin beans served in a ceramic cup(for some reason the coffee experience is better in a ceramic cup). My other favorite is Hot green marcha latte..not to.sweet ,not washed down unlike other places..Here their marcha is quality and always comes beautifully packaged.

Yelp
Celiac review. PARKING, SERVICE, VIBES Parking is easy enough and it's street. The service here was nice with very friendly people at the bar and it took about 10 min for my order to come out. The seating outdoors and indoors is plentiful. Music plays at a medium volume inside. dogs allowed in. THE FOOD AND DRINK I got avocado toast on gf bread, and the Manila latte. The latte didn't have a strong ube or mango flavor, but it was good regardless-- just not what I expected it to be from the description. The avocado toast was good-- plenty of avocado, a little skimpy on the hummus. Lots of arugula. Well seasoned-- maybe almost too much salt for my taste; salt in the hummus, salt on the toast. I think what I had was good enough to eat again but I wasn't wowed enough for a five star review. NOTES FOR CELIACS The toast scared me a little; it didn't taste or look gluten free. I checked with staff again and they reassured me it was. But I felt uncomfortable with it since it was we not noticeably gf (it was sweet, a large piece of bread, and didn't crumble). It was very, very good bread for being gluten free. Soft, slightly sweet, a normal size. After posting this initially, the business owner messaged privately to let me know that the difference is that gluten free comes on two smaller toasts, and gluten comes on one large toast, so that's how you can tell. Good to know for me and fellow celiacs. With that being said, there is definitely cross contamination of some kind (it's not a dedicated gf place so), because I am experiencing symptoms after eating here. Maybe something in the latte? Not sure. Probably more than 30ppm-- not direct glutening but definitely feels like a significant enough amount because my tummy hurts a fair amount even with the Glutenease. Again, I can't expect 100% safety at a location that isn't dedicated gf, so *this did not impact my rating*-- just info for fellow celiacs. WORTH IT? I paid $16 total which was a pretty good price in this area. Like I said, it's think what I had was good enough to eat again but I wasn't wowed enough for a five star review. Would come back.

Yelp
I picked up an order my spouse had placed. When I got there it looked like it was a shift change, and they got our order mixed up. The coffee she claimed was Venus was actually just the pour over but we didn't see until I got home. Very disappointed in the disorganized pick up process.
