Google
Might be our new favorite coffee bar. Tried it three times before making this review. The Santiago, Manila and Bali are all fantastic. Pastries delicious and atmosphere lively. Might actually be a bit too busy. Highly recommend trying any of the drinks on the menu. Excellent

Google
Light decent ambience with sunlight giving it a golden hue. Lexington turned out to be a good bet!! Though bourbon flavor needed a bit stronger touch. The sad part was they didn’t serve any food after 3 pm on a Sunday and got the coffee in paper cup even for dine-in order😒. Was really hoping to get a beautiful latte art as shown in reviews.

Google
We came here to have our merienda and ordered 2 Double Espresso And a slice of Pistachio cake Overall, it was an okay experience. We thought the service for our cake and espresso was pretty slow. They didn't even ask whether we wanted our cake heated, which was quite dry, making it difficult for us to slice. Lastly, everything was served to go, even though we had our coffee and cake dine-in. We had to ask for a small plate for our cake. The boldness and intensity of the coffee were more on the sour side, which wasn't our liking.

Google
4.7 Loved their craft coffee and you can choose from a variety of milk options. Seen some people stayed all day and work/ study here. Nice environment and cozy atmosphere. Would definitely revisit and try other selection.

Google
Cozy coffee destination with some fun menu options. The ambience is chill and vibrant. Loved the cappuccino I had with a lavender scone. Would definitely be going back.

Google
Very nice staff, cute cafe with yummy drinks! Their seasonal Gingerbread Latte (St Bergen) is perfect for the winter season, all the warm flavors and spices really come through nicely. Their food also looks very good but a bit expensive, would recommend coming and trying one of their specialty drinks any day!

Google
Head Roaster Gabby had showed up to my work office for a pop-up the day before...so next day, I decided to give the Voyager closest to me a try! Staff was friendly. I ordered a matcha with soy (50 cent surcharge), total was $6. The matcha was good and doesn't clump. Definitely will be back in the future! Otherwise, I usually just get a cold brew! Might have difficulty parking during peak hours.

Google
Coffee was good & food was great but it's pretty crowded so hard to have a perfect atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and helped out when I needed them!

Janet R.

Yelp
I love this cafe! Staff are always great, the environment is lively and the drinks are unique. I've been coming here a lot recently for their matcha latte. I think it's pretty good and better than most coffee shops I've tried in the South Bay. Voyager is the best!

Mikey H.

Yelp
I was staying close by and on my morning walk, I saw Voyager. I stopped in on my way back and tried their Diablo pour over which was a great introduction to their coffee. It was good, but I thought I was getting the Santiago because I read them both when I was in line. So on the morning I was leaving to go back home, I stopped by and ordered the Santiago. This is an amazing coffee drink! The flavors all play so well with each other and I love that spicy kick at the end! They have an assortment of baked goods and I chose the pistachio rose cake because when will I ever make something like that. It was delicious with just the lightest hint of rose. I would go back for both of these! Great little spot near SCU. I do agree that the line is long, but they manage to get everyone's orders quickly so I didn't wait that long. All the workers were friendly especially so early in the morning! Definitely worth checking out!

Yelp
Voyager Craft Coffee is a popular and crowded shop. The atmosphere is very chill and people really enjoy just being at this coffee shop. They have plenty of seats inside and during the warmer months, you can see people just hanging out soaking up the rays. House music playing while you enjoy your coffee and/or pastry. Tokyo: Perfumed with fragrant cherry blossom water and vanilla, and sweetened with just a touch of toasty brown sugar. I liked my drink as it had a nice cherry flavor, not medicinal.

Jan P.

Yelp
We stopped in on a Saturday morning and were surprised by the array of craft lattes and pastries that were available. The line wasn't too long when we arrived and the crew was very friendly. There were plenty tables and chairs but most were already taken as we placed our order. We got lucky as a table opened up right as our drinks were ready. I decided to try the Manila latte which is their ube latte and my bf went for their seasonal Bergen latte which was a gingerbread latte. We also ordered a cinnamon roll that was perfectly warmed up and gooey and a slice of the pistachio rose cake. The pastries were not too sweet and paired well with our lattes. The only reason for a 4 and not 5 star, was I really didn't taste the ube in my latte. They have a private parking lot in the back and street parking available.

Sunil R.

Yelp
I met a friend here to catch up. It is a popular spot and it was super hard to find parking either on the street or in the parking lot behind the building. I got a tea and a pastry and also some beans on the way out. Really nice spot!

Vincent P.

Yelp
I enjoy coming here for a cup of coffee, my favorite latte would be the Tokyo or Valencia. The coffee beans are a little pricey for 250g, but I got some to try. The parking lot is very small and tight, if there is street parking available on the side street, I would park there instead. You can order ahead of time on their website, the drinks have always been ready for pick up when I arrive. Make sure you pick the correct location since they do have a couple locations all within the nearby vicinity.

Lisa N.

Yelp
Service was friendly and prompt! Well crafted latte art and drinks. I got the iced strawberry matcha and it was the perfect amount of sweetness. Interior is bright and welcoming. I can see why it's an ideal study spot or coffee date. We got lucky with parking, especially on the weekend! I would probably come back if I was in the area. I heard they have multiple locations so congrats to them!

Jared C.

Yelp
Absolutely would go again. Had a cortado, nice, strong and creamy. I took a risk on a signature drink with the Tokyo, super good. My pastry was flaky and not too sweet. $20 bucks or so. Great spot!

Kelly M.

Yelp
We came on New Year's Eve, around noon, and the place was packed. It is clearly popular with both students and locals! The parking lot was full, so we found street parking...barely, and we had to wait in line for a while. I had been in the mood for hot chocolate, and my husband and I each got one, along with a slice of pistachio rose cake. The cake was excellent: moist, with a slight crispiness to the outside, and a unique flavor. I regretted not buying two slices. The hot chocolate, though nicely presented, was not hot at all, but lukewarm; this was disappointing. Even my husband thought it was weird, and he prefers his hot drinks to be less hot than I do. The "hot chocolate" tasted good, but I would not say it ranked among the best we have had. I would definitely return for that cake, though!

Tiffany L.

Yelp
Have been going to the Cupertino location, but was in the area so decided to come to this location. Service was attentive and there is plenty of seating. A lot of outlets too. It gets quite loud in here since it's a closed space, but that's preference. I always get the coffee that has orange blossom in it and we decided to dry their breakfast burrito and their avocado toast. Not bad as portions, but quite pricey for the toast. I suppose it's for the aesthetic. The bathroom is very regularly maintained which is nice. Staffs are helpful with coffee choices. Will comeback again !

Heather T.

Yelp
We had a lovely experience starting with the rainbow art to the taste of the Valencia coffee. I highly recommend to get the Valencia coffee

Alayna K.

Yelp
Absolutely love this coffee shop every time I come. Service is amazing, drinks are solid, and great place to do work. The favorite drink is the Manila (which has ube!) the Santiago was decent as well. The downside is the small desks but we make it work! Love the ambiance and how productive this coffee shop can make you!

Rosalind W.

Yelp
Love the coffees here. A nice coffee shop with plants and mural wall nice vibes inside. Staff is friendly. We enjoyed the Lexington with reduced bourbon and Santiago with cinnamon and cayennne. We requested the rainbow art and it came out beautiful. Kids enjoyed their hot chocolate also with latte art. Limited street parking and small lot in the back.

Kim T.

Yelp
One of my favorite coffee shops to visit since I had it at San Pedro square. I've never been to this location but it was really nice. The shop was nicely decorated with lots of seating. I came on a Saturday at around 7:30am and it was already super crowded. I opted for the London Fog and egg croissant. Apparently they made their baked goods in-house which is a nice surprise. The egg croissant was super light and fluffy. I would highly recommend it. The London fog drink was the perfect for the cold weather. It's on the sweeter side if you're okay with that.

Kenji Y.

Yelp
Parking can be a little tight, but it's worth their craft beverages. I highly recommend the Santiago. Great service, great environment!

Teresa B.

Yelp
Good service! It can get busy with parking and customers if you want to study. The manila ubé drink is great if you like caffeine!

Isaiah G.

Yelp
We were in the area and decided to stop by. Parking was a little hard to find. The coffee types like a latte has their own name there. The coffee was a regular price. The service was good and fast. I had a drink that was pretty good it had a hint of spicy. Overall I had a pretty good experience.

Anna A.

Yelp
I love voyager because they have extensive and unique signature drink menu. This time I tried the Valencia signature which is creamy, sweet and citrusy. I'm not sure if it was the orange blossom water or if it was the decaf shot but it was extremely watered down. I did enjoy the flavor profile but it definitely wasn't the best latte I've gotten from here. I also ordered the guava croissant - warmed which was absolutely amazing. Perfectly layered, crispy and filled with a sweet+tart guava custard like filling. This is something worth getting! This location has a lot of inside seating and chargers but I didn't realize it was next to a university so it does get packed quickly and there is limited parking.

Elvis N.

Yelp
Voyager's been my go-to spot for a nice fancy latte. I've also bought bags from them a few times which they grind upon request. My go-to lattes are the Tokyo and the Santiago. The daily pastries aren't bad if you're looking for something to dunk into your coffee. Service is always friendly here and fits perfectly with the college vibes. Great place to just sit down and kill time if there is seating available. Only annoying thing here is the parking. The neighborhood on the intersection is permit-only. The curbside parking is limited during busy hours. Best bet is to park near CAFFE-:IN & Great Cuts and walk over.

Toby B.

Yelp
If you follow my reviews at all, you know primarily it is a coffee review page. Lol. My wife and I had to make a quick trip to Northern California and after getting out of the San Jose airport, I hopped on Yelp and noticed this shop was only a few minutes away. When we walked up, it was packed and for some people they would consider that a bother but for me it says it's good. I was right. From the gluten-free avocado toast standard iced, oat milk latte, they checked all the boxes. It was super crowded. Inside and seats were minimal, I believe due to a lot of college students working, but it still was a good experience with friendly customer service and quality coffee. If I find myself near the San Jose airport again, I will definitely stop by again.

Terri C.

Yelp
We are fans of Voyage Craft Coffee and visit them when we're in the area. This was our first time at this location and just as good as the other one we visited. The menu offers traditional coffee drinks (lattes, cold brews, flat whites, etc.), Not Coffee (matchas, London Fogs, chai lattes), and Food (toasts, frittata, yogurt and granola). There is also a nice selection of pastries in the case. We visited last month during the holidays, so I chose one of the seasonal lattes, the Bergen (gingerbread craft latte), a cozy drink with spices and orange zest. Definitely check out Voyager for terrific coffee if you're ever in the area.

Brian B.

Yelp
You've got new home for your coffee needs at Voyager! This up-and-coming coffee source is well organized. Many students from Santa Clara University frequent this establishment. You can feel the academic acumen accumulate on certain weekdays between classes. The whirring young minds searching for knowledge permeates. Oh, I know I'm being a bit dramatic, but I simply love this vibe. Great coffee, of course, and bakery items.

Danny K.

Yelp
My local neighborhood cafe is always packed with college students from Santa Clara University when I am on my way to work in the morning. On the rare occasion I have time to stop by, I usually like one of their pour over single origin coffee selections. Usually they have 3-4 nice choices from Central American or African countries. My favorites are usually a medium roast of Guatemalan Antigua or Indonesian Sumatra or Colombian. Occasionally I'll also get their Chai tea, which is a good alternative to their coffee. Their food menu includes some interesting creations such as Gochujang Toast. As a Korean American, I both appreciate and scratch my head at why anyone would use pepper paste that is normally a compliment for Dolsot Bibimbap. I opted for the more conservative Almond Butter & Strawberry Toast. They also have a solid Avocado Toast and I see that they now have one with ricotta that I'll have to try. It's nice to have a 3rd Wave coffee roaster right around the block. I miss being able to sit down at a table with my laptop to write stories and articles. They have some nice tables and woodwork inside but I rarely have time to zone out in my imagination these days.

Jasmine Y.

Yelp
I don't normally drink coffee but I am glad this location allowed adjustments to customize my drink how I like it. I got the Bali with oatmilk ($.50) and it made my drink very creamy. The other specialty drinks were also very good! The parking at this location is a bit tough- the parking lot is small and street parking is limited. The outdoor seating is great to relax and they also have wifi!

Mehrnaz H.

Yelp
Always a favorite l, but hadn't been to the downtown location before and opted for a latte and avocado toast for lunch as the rest of our party opted for other lunch options in the San Pedro Food Court. The service was fast during the busy lunch hour, loved the open setting and as always enjoyed the coffee. The team at Voyagers know how to do coffee right. Will always be back for more of their coffee when in San Jose downtown area!!

Linda S.

Yelp
Nice neighborhood coffee spot, the baristas here make great coffee and provide excellent service. I always get the rotating pour over or Bali if I am craving dessert. They also have some pretty decent selection of rotating local pastries. The Alfajores and the Middle Eastern rose pistachio cake were really good, I hope they bring those two back. Cons: It is unfortunately always crowded, and you may not be able to grab a seat. Unless you live around here, parking is very limited, as it's a strip mall and shares parking with the businesses next door.

Danielle H.

Yelp
There was a surprisingly long line that I had to wait in that was about 7 people out the door. Ended up ordering online so I could sit down while I waited, and got my coffee about ten minutes after ordering it. I ordered the Manila because I love ube, but was frankly disappointed. My drink was room temperature when I got it, as it was hot when they made it and then the worker stuck some ice cubes in it and it became room temperature. Yuck, not a good temperature to drink coffee at. Disregarding temperature, the drink itself did not taste good. I could not taste the ube even though the drink was purple and it honestly tasted like leftover cereal milk. Sorry, will not be coming back here.

Lily D.

Yelp
I've been here since 2018 and I recommend this coffee spot to anyone. Zen rated! It's such a cute cozy spot for studying or just straight up chilling. Staff was inviting and drinks came out quickly too. They have a creative, extensive menu which is nice because their drinks have never disappointed me! Having non-dairy options is always a huge plus for me! I love the destination theme. My favorite is the Tokyo and Bali. I like getting my drinks either hot/cold. Either way, it isn't mediocre quality. You will fall in love with this coffee shop if you are a sucker for some feel good vibes and great quality drinks.

Joycelyn N.

Yelp
This time was not as great... bad even... it was a lot less strawberry and the matcha wasn't strong it just tasted like milk. I guess it depends who makes you drink. :,(

Tahir N.

Yelp
San Jose founded at this flagship location. Roomy, aiiry space of blond wood. Skews young as close to SCU. My gingerbread cake was nicely sweet and gingery. Cortado was good mix of coffee bitter and milk sweet. I live too far for a regular walk but definitely coming back!

Claudia M.

Yelp
Today was my first encounter with Voyager Craft Coffee. They have an amazing array of unusual coffee drinks that are rich, well thought out and creamy, dreamy. Plus a wonderful assortment of pastries, if you want a sweet, and food items that are healthy and delicious. I was met at the counter by Nur, the barista at the register. I asked her for help in choosing an unusual coffee drink. She directed me to numerous, however, the Lexington was high on her list of favorites. After looking at the ingredients of Espresso, Milk, Reduced Bourbon, vanilla and brown sugar, I decided to give this one a go, with the substitution of oat milk. I was not dissapointed. The drink was rich and thick with the bold flavor of espresso and oat milk with delicious essences and sweetness of the other flavors entwined together for a purposeful taste that I won't forget. The customer service in this place is awesome and the ambiance is inviting and relaxing with nice background music vibes at a comfortable lower sound level, employees who are all smiling and lots of people sitting at tables able to enjoy conversation without competing to be heard. The absence of industrial echo was a huge plus as this coffee house had more of a solid comfy feel. I felt welcome, respected and cared for in choosing a stellar drink. Looking so forward to coming back. Thank you Nur for the excellent recommendation on drink choice. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Maggie C.

Yelp
love the vibes at this little coffee shop with both the indoor and outdoor seating options! i got the iced lexington which was really good. i loved the flavor and would definitely come back to try another drink on the menu. the avocado toast was good but i think not for me. the bread is a really nice texture but the the lemon made the toast a little too sour for me personally

April C.

Yelp
Food, service and ambiance are perfect! I was just looking for a coffee shop near SJC airport and found this gem! I'm a filipino so I got the Manila Ube Latte! It's too pretty to drink and it's the best Ube latte I've ever had hands down!

Mary N.

Yelp
This is a great cafe to get your work done, catch up with some friends, or even just take a mini break from life's must-do duties :) I've gone here a few times now and one major perk of this cafe (before you even step foot inside) is the free parking lot. Haha! If I have to go anywhere that requires street parking, I always second guess if I should go. I've tried both the coffee and the tea here. Their specialty lattes are very unique, so I'd recommend checking any of those out first. However, I tried the strawberry matcha latte last time and it was SO good. The matcha flavor is earthy/strong, but the strawberry brought this bold sweet punch to the drink. It might be my new go-to here! Give it a try if you haven't yet. As for the environment/seating, this place is a pretty popular spot as it is near SCU campus. It always is busy, so I'd recommend going during off hours to find a table. However, they have plenty outside and inside... so I'm sure you'll get something if you hang around :) Overall, great environment - great lattes - great parking! What more could you ask for? I'll be back.

Angela D.

Yelp
Yummy! I highly recommend the avocado toast! Coffees were delicious too! We will be coming back!

Nicole B.

Yelp
This is the first coffee shop I've ever been to that served my matcha latte piping hot (how it should be!!) and not lukewarm. I appreciate that they offer a GF option for all toasts, and I ordered an egg salad toast. It was the perfect combo of salty and savory, and it filled me up. The ambiance in here is great, and the staff was really nice and efficient in making sure the line moved quickly. My only complaint was the lack of parking, but after driving around for about 5 mins I was able to find a spot on the street. I came in on a weekend afternoon, so that was probably why it was a bit tough.

Angel C.

Yelp
I love Voyager so much, the hubby and I have visited this same location the last two times we visited family in San Jose. It's safe to say we will visit Voyager every time we're in SJC! The last time we visited last September, being a Filipina, I wanted to try the Manila latte, but the Lexington latte stood out to me with its bourbon and vanilla flavors. The latte flavors were subtle and not too sweet, and the espresso flavor was tasty as well. Both times the hubby and I visited, we've received consistently friendly customer service. So now, hubby and I have our usual lineup when we visit the South Bay...Daeho, Boba Bliss, and Voyager Craft Coffee!

Stephanie K.

Yelp
Always AMAZING, and the staff are super friendly. Got the seasonal Belfiore today and have to say that it was delicious and everything I've come to rely on from Voyager. The layers of the drink really give you a reason to SIP this beverage. The maple and cardamom have a combined flavor, and then some how they separate through the sip.. and you get to taste both individually. And as usual I'd rank all Voyager locations as amazing places to work/study/meet up/ relax/ and just BE

Joani L.

Yelp
Really good and interesting coffee flavors. Just make sure you read the description before you accidentally end up with unexpected cayenne pepper in your drink. Parking is relatively tough for this area if you're coming at a busy time. Would be a nice study spot if they had more outlet options.

Chantal T.

Yelp
Been here twice and can say both their drinks and food are really good! Often crowded and hard to find parking since it's on a small busy street, but their employees are always super nice and it's such a cute cafe. I got the strawberry matcha and thought it was pretty good, they also gave free drinks for SCU students during finals week which was very kind. Love! :))

Gisselle M.

Yelp
Came in here today after my class to do some homework with my friend and we came around 11am so it was a little busy but the customer service was great. We ordered a dirty chia and an iced matcha and they were both 10/10 ! Definitely coming back soon!

Christopher L.

Yelp
Great espresso pour blended with some wonderful flavorful options on the Destinations menu. I'm not usually a flavored drink person but I just couldn't pass, and I wasn't disappointed. Nice space with outside seating.

Shirley F.

Yelp
So I fell in LOVE with their destination coffee menu and I've tried the Tokyo, Manila, Bali and my FAVORITE is the Valencia. I had the Valencia hot and cold, I SUGGEST having it ICED. Their pastries seem to occasionally change, the one with pistachio and rose was another one of my GO TO. Anyways, I definitely recommend y'all stop by and grab an iced coffee to go when you're in the area!

Emily R.

Yelp
Really cute spot! I sat outside to work on some homework and although it was sunny they had some umbrellas. Really good pastries that paired perfectly with their matcha.

Yvonne F.

Yelp
One of my favorite spots for matcha! It's difficult to find a good matcha latte in San Jose, but Voyager's strawberry matcha latte is done tastefully. It's the perfect blend between sweetness from the strawberry puree while still keeping the ceremonial taste of the matcha. The baristas are always friendly and working diligently, waiting in line to order is the longest part of the process. The ambiance of the coffee shop itself is fun and bright and you can buy beans from them or fun merch. For this location itself, you will need to find street parking.

David A.

Yelp
Found this great little coffee spot around the corner from Santa Clara University the other day. The barista was super friendly and found out this was my first time here. He recommended the Lexington which is one of their 6 signature espresso drinks. It was a great suggestion that included a bourbon reduction along with brown sugar. I'll definitely be back here in the future to try some of their other options! Also worth noting there's a small parking lot behind the building which was filled while the parking on the immediate block is only for residents. If you park a block away there are plenty of other options though.

Alisa B.

Yelp
Quick service, minimal street parking, and a straight forward menu. This is the standard coffee shop! Simply a good cafe to come to for working, chatting, or a caffeine kick. Nice ambiance inside too. I got their matcha latte, which was decent. I wouldn't say it was the best I have had. The matcha is good quality, but the milk-to-tea ratio was off. They put very little sugar, but maybe the drink is better with strawberry or oat milk? I will have to come back and give that option a try.

Adelaide V.

Yelp
Voyager has great match lattes and a cozy college ambiance. I also love their sun-dried tomato caprese toast... highly recommend

Jackie N.

Yelp
One of my favorite coffee shops in the area. Workers are always cheerful and helpful. Coffee is amazing. I always go for an iced Tokyo which has a floral taste. Plenty indoor and outdoor seating. There is a parking lot in the back but can get filled during peak times and street parking.
