I enjoyed my visit to this café. The place itself is pleasant, and the staff are generally friendly. The coffee flavors are good, whether it’s the espresso or the latte, and the latte art with colorful designs on the surface is nicely done.
However, I honestly don’t understand why there is a lack of attention to simple details that could easily elevate the overall experience and make it more refined. For example, the drinks were served without a tray, with each cup handed separately, which doesn’t reflect the standard expected from a specialty coffee shop.
Even the espresso, despite being served correctly with sparkling water, was presented without a tray and without a small spoon. These details may seem minor, but they play a big role in making the espresso experience more enjoyable and authentic. With just a tray and a spoon, the experience would improve significantly.
Additionally, although the restroom was clean, I was given the wrong access code by a staff member. When I returned to double-check, she appeared visibly annoyed and told me to wait, assuming someone was inside. I ended up waiting for over fifteen minutes, until another customer arrived and received the correct code from a different employee, which allowed access.
Situations like these, especially when combined with neglecting small but important details, do affect the customer experience. With more consistency and attention to presentation and service details, this café has the potential to offer a much better and more polished experience.
