Excellent independently run jewelry store with tons of gemstone / sterling jewelry, large selection of Indian/ tribal settings and vintage tribal. Amethyst, carnelian, moonstone, labradorite, CZ, sterling charms and pendants. Also has a big selection of arty watches, and cool sunglasses. Very reasonable prices so you can stock up! Owner told me he's been in biz for over 20 years and the care really shows.

I just got back from picking up my engagement ring, it is a Platinum ring which was made by a NY artist and it was adjusted a while back with two small gold balls, which kept it from turning. I guess my finger got smaller because it kept slipping off recently. Long story short, I dropped in and the incredibly sweet owner went above and beyond to find someone willing to do the job correctly. I waited 2 weeks which is nothing considering he went to 3 different sources to get the work done right. He is very helpful his prices are really fair and you know your being taken care of by someone who is passionate about his work, and his clients ,even those right off the street. BTW I was referred to his shop by friends who had a great experience getting a watch fixed, he has really nice stuff his shop as well, so yelpers be sure to visit him when you need anything jewelry related.

These guys are great! I always visit them when I go to Montreal and I must have at least ten (yes 10) rings from them. They are beautiful, large and not run of the mill designs, just the way I like them. The gentlemen inside a so nice and friendly. There is never any pressure to buy, but they are always ready and willing to help, answer any questions you may have and even show you some pieces you might have missed that are in alignment with your taste. They enable my ring addiction without breaking the bank and I thank them for that!
