I’ve been coming here for at least 4 years. And I don’t know why I haven’t made a review sooner. From the appointment making process to leaving the office, everyone is always so delightful and accommodating. It’s so clean and inviting here. They ask you questions for background in a nonjudgmental way and makes me feel more open. I have done various treatments here, and the explanations of each are always well done no matter which clinician I end up working with. The prices are reasonable and they always have great promotions. I would recommend them to any woman!

I was looking forward to my vajacial based on a great first experience, where the esthetician numbed me and helped clear up my cystic pimples through extractions. This time, I was told to see a dermatologist for similar concerns. I wish that had been communicated in advance, as I wouldn’t have gone through with the appointment. The staff was friendly, but clearer communication around service expectations would have been appreciated.

This was my first experience of any type of steaming process. It was amazing Allison was so friendly and very knowledgeable. Such a pleasure really. She answered all my questions and eased my uncertainties. The facility very clean and peaceful. The staff very warm and bubbly. I'm definitely going to come back again and experience the other packages they offer for womanly self care. Eve was a pleasure, she helped me get everything squared away with my next appointment. She is just so lovely.

I highly recommend being serviced by Kya. She explained the treatments very well. This is my second mandelic acid peel and I already see a difference. VSPOT is very clean and the workers are very kind. The service is definitely worth the money!

I had my second set of treatments today - I got the Ultra Femme 360 and the Emsella specifically for vaginal tightening and pelvic floor issues. Kegals are very hard for me so the Emsella treatments are essential. I have had four children and incontinence issues for many years. I can’t sneeze, cough, laugh, work out at the gym or run around with my kids without peeing my pants. After ONE treatment of the 360 and ONE treatment is Emsella, I saw an IMMEDIATE difference. My incontinence and leaking improved immediately and internally I already feel a noticeable difference. I have been looking into these treatments for over a year and finally chose VSPOT. Their website is so informative and helpful for researching and there are SO many treatments to chose from! Booking with them is the easiest process, they help you with the different options for payment, they educate you completely all while being unbelievably sweet, professional, and like you’ve known them forever. Leslie who handles the front, she is so kind and accommodating. She speaks to everyone with such kindness and respect. Courtney my nurse is amazing, I can’t say enough good things about VSPOT and their employees. I travel to NYC from the Jersey Shore for these appointments and would drive further if I had to because there is so other place like this!

I had the pleasure of having Allison as my esthetician. She was not only professional but personable. Her experience and expertise shined throughout the entire appointment. She gave me a mini course on how to care for the skin below my belt💕. The front desk team were amazing and welcoming. I feel great and I’m happy I came here. Highly recommended.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Made me feel comfortable discussing my concerns. Dominique took her time explaining all the treatment options and pricing related to my concerns, as well as payment plans. I did the BTL Emsella treatment and it was comfortable and painless. Would definitely recommend! Can't wait to start seeing results.

I gave it a 5 star because that was the highest option but I really give it a 10 star ⭐️!!!!!! I absolutely LOVE this place and I can’t wait until my next appointment.
